I'm a bad man

When I started this company there was a firm called Mortgage Alternatives. They had not delivered on one of their promises in two years. The only thing the client got was a never ending trail of emails and conference calls. If I am the cheat you think I am why don't I just follow a successful model like theirs? Two years, no government intervention, 8 million collected, no office staffed, and 3-4 people running the charade. With my knowledge I could run that program even better. Here's the problem with you naysayers! I have invited clients into my operation, to see for themselves what is happening. I have communicated as honestly and openly as possible, another criminal trait. I post bad new, good news, opinion, and facts. Disclosure is a duty in contracting and business. It does matter that the banks don't give it and it does matter where the money comes from because money, not words, purchases rights.

Cynic or skeptic?

A skeptic = doubter, questioner, freethinker.
That in general is someone that gathers all the facts and then comes to a conclusion. At such a time that all the facts are known, they make a decision based on their gathered information. It matters not what their decision is because it ‘tis based on sound study and becomes uncontroversial. Baskins & Robins proffer 31 flavors, all good!

A cynic = faultfinding captious critic; one who believes that human conduct is motivated wholly by self-interest.
That in general is someone that has made up their mind regardless of the facts and circumstances. They oft are not less argumentative even if agreed with. Their only flavor is vanilla, although good; it still is the only flavor!

On this blog one must determine which they are and refrain form proselytizing as each shall find their own level and comport oneself appropriately.

On some thread, someone said Solvo was Farrel! Well I know Solvo. I've worked with Solvo. Farrel, you're no Solvo! They aren't even in the same state to whomever said that!!!!!!!!

Mortgageman you need to be a better judge of evidence. You know like the bean, just kidding! People losing their homes can be a reflection of my character or evidence of the banks. They could lose their home even with my best intentions to prevent it, but you should be past a common sense determination of my intent about my process. Imagine yourself a crook and see if you would do what I do then imagine yourself fighting a beast and see if the evidence is similar. Now you add an education about the subject matter and you are ready to make a decision concerning the Dorean Group.

Wasn't that a JUDGE that set a very low bail of $ 15,000.00 for a convicted sex molester? Then the guy skips bail, since he knew he would be sent back to prison, and kills four people and sexually molests two kids(Dylan and Shasta). Why did the judge give a bail at all? Don't we all feel better knowing that judges are here to protect us........even though they fail miserably!!!!

Farrel, do they let you keep your CPA status with a criminal fraud conviction?

Mortgageman, you spelled legitimate wrong. It makes sense though........someone who isn't, probably can't spell it!

Just want out! No problem, call the office and tell Tila to bring it to my attention. If you want to put another mortgage in later there will be no charge. Sorry if we dropped the ball in anyway. Another point for you naysayers, crooks don't work with their client they take them for all they got. Chermi you do the same thing please and I will see what I can do.

Mortgageman, I am a bit of a prophet also. I heard that the bubble was going to burst and those with 2 or more mortgages were going to get hurt the worst! I'd advise you to consolidate quickly down to 1 or 2 before things go bad in the end.
