I know many of my critics are enamored with judge Alsup. Like sheep they presume I am the lawless and he is the just.

When I sent in my 2255 he insisted I supply a memorandum of law (A very unusual request) after he received this he denied my motion. He accused me of meritless and frivolous claims. He is entitled to an opinion as a man but in his office he is suppose to be ruling according to his laws.

Something he probably doesn’t know I know exposes him as a mere tyrannical bully who wants to crush me because I won’t honor his creep show. A man on this yard copied my argument and sent it into Alsup the week after me. Alsup granted him a hearing with out a memorandum of law. All’s fair in love and war but not courts. I’m not complaining for I still feel called to defeat such wickedness. But for critics to condemn me under a standard they will excuse him for reveals to me they are not principled just break winds of opinion. Seem like there’s a lot of this going around but few have the power of Alsup to give their injustice the power of law.

I submitted a rule 59c motion to reconsider asking him to follow the law but my expectations are that a leopard doesn’t change his spots once a bully tyrant always a bully tyrant. More to come soon, the law is on our position.

Communion

The work communion for most conjures up thoughts of the bread and wine ceremony in remembrance of Christ’s body and blood. But for me, though, I love that ceremony communion is a daily event. In fact it is my life. I am amazed at how many religions experts there are who know nothing of communion, or also said fellowship with God. Though I study God’s word it is the relationship that possesses my spirit with truth.

Many can have a theory of faith but have never reasoned it out with its author and finisher. My Dorean struggles is a faith challenge. When I hear my Beloved Christ say “AMDEN!” to the words I discuss with Him that is my comfort and strength. My conscience and moral ethics as an extinction of my carnal nature do not bring me to righteousness. They are susceptible to religious notions that placate and absolve but also shame. God started with my progenitor walking and talking. How great it is that the great God desires fellowship with humanity.

Out of this communion a spirit is set at peace no matter the trial. On July 14, 2011 Alsup denied my 2255 and denied me any leave to appeal. Left unmolested this would sink any hopes of victory and allow me a very prolonged stay in prison. Tomorrow is my 6th anniversary which would leave only about 16more years.

When one is faced with such overwhelming wickedness where do you find the strength to keep the faith, do you think piety or religious devotion, or perhaps tradition will cause you to rise? No I have never seen anything exceed the strength delivered through Christ. I have no fear of this ruling. In all honesty I didn’t expect this ruling because I apparently thought too highly of Alsup. I thought he was so proud of his jurist record that he wouldn’t stoop to such blatant vindictiveness. I over estimated his character buy that will not hurt me as much as him under estimation God’s provision for me. Our legal arguments thoroughly trump his rhetoric, I expected all his arguments buy not from him. He stepped into do the government’s dirty work. That is apparently a habit for him.

Recently the Supreme Court issued an opinion on June 16, 2011 for a Karen Anne Bond concerning the 10th amendment. You only have to read the first sentence to refute what Alsup used to deny me relief. He limited that ruling to one particular statute. If he is correct why did the government file a brief after the ruling to ask the court to rewrite it to narrow its scope? Alsup must have missed that. A judge is Sacramento already sees it different that Alsup since he is hearing a Bond claim heard and granted against Alsup’s opinion.

Prognosis

Currently Alsup is playing the destructionist in my 2255 habeas petition. He is refusing to obey his law and denying Scott and I a hearing. We are returning his volleys with rule 59© motions to reconsider. Once he repents or refuses to we will go forward on our claim.

But behind these exercises in time is a timeless truth for too many of you are ignorant of. Across the board all my critics are ignorant of it. If you understood it, the spirit of whining and disappointment would never touch you concerning Dorean. With the fallout of the fraud we were addressing injuring the nation’s economy I’m sure most of you have concerns that have trumped Dorean, so you see a timeless truth is beneficial because it changes not with the fickle seasons of trial we face.

In Romans 8:29-30, Ephesians 1:5, 11 and 1Peter 20 the Greek word translated “foreknew” or “predestined” is prognosis. This is the forecasting of a probable course of outcome. Many have lost the essence of the true gospel message which is that a relating God chose to relate to humanity. Not humanity in general as our human justice would have it but rather to a few, on elect a chosen.

Men in their carnal nature make themselves the center of the universe. It is the trademark of pride Adam dispensed to us all. But when we learn of God’s election and filter it through our carnal thoughts we come up with this theorem that “God in His omniscience looked into all human history and saw who would choose to believe His report and selected them to know Him. What utter rubbish is the theorem? God is not and never could be the reactor to man’s actions. Only pride would conclude He was. A proper understanding at the word “Prognosis” would foreclose such nonsense.

The eternal truth is that God “knew” some of those whom He would create. This knowledge is akin to a husband’s knowledge of his wife. Now the criterion of God’s knowledge is not known to us. All we have is the effect of His choice. The first effect was His prognosis. Once God spoke His prognosis over a few whom He knew they were created to run a certain course leading to a predetermined destination of being (Rom. 8:-30) justified and glorified.

The choice was God’s and the beneficiaries were the elect. Mankind cannot present a valid complaint that God is unfair for they have no basis within their ignorance of His criterion to lodge a fact.

Election is a truth ever present throughout the scriptures. Jacob was loved Esan was hated; National Israel was chosen other nations were cursed, overage men were made disciples and the theologians were rejected. At the end of history the kingdoms divide on this one fact “depart from me I never knew you.”

When one is make aware of the prognosis of God spoken over their life then a Conqueror’s confidence overtakes your spirit. It could be no other way. For God to assure that His prognosis would become fact He must invest Himself and all His resources into that result. It is why the scriptures informs us that God has dispensed

All His riches toward us in Christ, (Eph 1:7,18, 2:7, 3:8 and Phil 4:19) It is why Christ had to enter history. When you get a grasp of this truth you’ll understand the spirit of prophecy, which is Christ. He come to proclaim the prognosis of His Father and present that “GOODNEWS” to an, a chosen man. So it is this spirit of prophecy that distributes to the elect partials of the course and destiny inherent in the prognosis.

What the devil offers from his kingdom through his agents and his system is merely a diagnosis. Which is a determination reached by the examination of the human condition of sin and death? The diagnosis is wholly ignorant of the prognosis and offended by those informed thereof. It is why the elect can never live in harmony with this world; Their destinies are polarized and divergent.

When an agent of the devil like judge Alsup in this Dorean trial offers a diagnosis based upon his complete ignorance of God’s prognosis over me it becomes impossible to take him serious. The confidence of the prognosis cares very little about the size of giants the devil slings at the rocks of your salvation. The elect always win It is a matter of course and determination.

When one begins to measure the riches of God sent to the elect of course those whom He has lavished such love under any circumstance will come to love Him and know Him as they have been known of Him. The prognosis becomes a fact of history and the bride made up of her many members is presented to the son for an eternal state of matrimony. Oh the unsearchable riches of His grace. Whom shall I ever fear? What diagnosis can ever annul or trump the prognosis?

If you become informed of the prognosis over you, you will understand the course of your Dorean involvement and the course God has Scott and I on to arrive at victory. Foolishness I know but truth to those who are known.

THE BOND OF DELIVERANCE

By all indications my exit is approaching me quickly. The bond case ruled on June 16, 2011 out of the Supreme Court completely changed the game. With record speed new developments are passing through the courts so quickly are the changes coming that I can honestly say the 12-18 months I’m seeing as a possibility for my release could be substantially shortened.

A man at my prison put in a bond brief on his appeal and was calendared for oral arguments in 48 hours. This normally takes 6-15 months, other examples are coming daily. A man out of New York filed a Bond brief on June 29 and by July 12th his indictment was dismissed. He had already been convicted.

Under Bond our conviction are deemed unconstitutional which can also be translated as illegal for all those so proud of your government in this case. The particulars your can discover from my briefs filed in the criminal case out of the Northern District of California 05-CR-00611WJA.

Our conviction and our wasted (stolen) appeal was nothing but bully pirates functioning as political hacks to protect the fraudsters from your legitimate complaint. They threw us as patsies to you with a propaganda placebo to get you to hate your friends while they broke the law and robbed you. Well soon our mighty God will deliver us and then it is my prayer by this same power He will equip us to bring His deliverance to you. That is the true Bond that made the difference.

OBAMA WON’T BRING CHANGE

Tell me in history where a government has lived up to the potential of goodness from its citizens, it is a sad report that all out institutions fail us. Still it is not vanity to hope that the virtuous heart would rise up to steer out nation.

This is an individual battle as much as the collective I know personally the rage within me from suffering injustice tempts me with promises of vindication. But can a jackass lead a bull? Both are stubborn and arrogant and neither can rise to the potential of this human master. When I think on the ills that now plague our nation I find nothing within myself that can cure. The failure of our institutions is a reflection of our own hearts.

I view myself as a better man morally than my accusers but that is not the measurement that can bring justice. The only reason I know better that them is not because I was endowed with better qualities but in honesty only because the Lord taught me. So as it is with man so it is with our institutions. If we will humble ourselves and trust in the Lord’s guidance then we will arrive at out best potential, a potential which includes justice, wisdom, truth, Love, and hope. A potential reality only found in Christ who is endowed with superiority over our personal weakness.

No vote, no change of parties, no constitution, or reasoned law will deliver us from evil. So when I cry tears under my suffering I also cry for mercy and a true deliverance. For only Jesus Save!

THE SUFFERING WITNESS

Christianity has no room for cowardice. Courage is a tenet built into the character of our leader the Christ. This is easily reasoned. The faith of Christ has a fixation on the performance of God’s word and the word of selfish desires defies God’s word. It therefore becomes impossible to avoid a circumstance where the demands of this world contradict God’s will. When a Christian arrives at that moment their identity comes into question. Your allegiance automatically falls in behind the report you choose to believe. To add to the conflict the world will normally bring to the conflict the pressure of suffering.

So suffering for the courageous is unavoidable but what benefit is hidden in its delivery?

Philippians 1: 27-29 tells us that God uses out suffering as a witness. When we stood before Alsup, Scott and I were not ashamed of the gospel. Alsup had within his power the ability to bring us suffering if we did not bow to his lie, we could not. Our co-defendants missed a great blessing by being servants to Christ. For our suffering it is said by this scripture was a witness to Alsup of his destruction and our salvation. If this witness is lost it injures both parties. If Alsup should fail to come to the knowledge of Christ in this life he will have this witness for all eternity that Christ loved him.

I know Scott and I believed in the truth of our Dorean efforts but that work is trivial compared to the witness to one soul. When the love of Christ transforms your spirit all your priorities shift and suffering is not to be avoided at all cost. People worry about witnessing for the Lord like it is some duty you have to perform. My discovery is that witness opportunities are ever present if you have the courage to embrace them. No regret comes of these events when you see how God moves.

No doubt in Alsup’s career he has seen hundreds of people profess a faith in Jesus Christ or many other religions. He has also watched most all buckle at the knee and piss themselves at the threat of his power. Then God delivers Scott and me before him. We rebuke him, tell him he’s a fraud and don’t make any choices of compromise. He has a firm witness of Christ and so do we. That is a win-win situation. Funny how many bemoan such a victory.

You want to be a witness of Christ shinning His light in the darkness? It’s not that hard, Don’t hide it when darkness approaches. Stand tall, stand firm, and place your light upon the mountain of courage and all will see it, a witness to all.

THE JOURNEY’S END

I remember at the beginning of this journey all the threats and temptations that assailed me. As I come to this journey’s end this tactic does not change in mode only content. What remains for me on the other side? Will I achieve the victory I have fought for and other questions? Of course these temptations have no basis in fact only an allusion of fact. In Christ there are not a series of disconnected events but rather a continuity of truth that threads through all events. In this truth I know my future is as comfortable as my present. All the uncertainty that lead to this journey proved false. Even the proclamation of 25 years was a lie the moment it was uttered.

The Supreme Court has by God’s hand supplied me with all I need to exit this mess. The bond case 564 US (June 16, 2011) and the Krieger case coming out in October assures my exit if they obey their own laws. This is a big IF among the lawless. Bond is a 10th amendment case proving that the feds weren’t supposed to prosecute me. Krieger is a reasonable doubt case reducing my sentence to less than I’ve already done. By either direction I am now in my last 12-18 months of incarceration. I do not understand as of yet why my appeal was stolen from me but I suspect God will reveal the benefit soon enough. If we were not subject to the lawyers an appeal we might have finished this journey by then. God allowed it for a reason. I can say even with the length of this journey I have no regrets. How great it is to be used of God. What more can a man ask for. There is still much spoil left upon the ground of this battle. It is my hope that God so thoroughly vanquishes the enemy that Scott and I are left free to pick this up and prosper His children. I await one more ruling to know the certainty of my speech which I will have by next week. I will keep you informed upon this development

TRUTH IS SUPREME

In the apocryphal book of 1 Edras Zerubbabel was on attendant to the king of Persia. He and two fellow servants brought before the king wisdom of what they perceived the strongest. The first said wine, the second the king and Zerubbabel said women but most of all truth.

The many generations have not changed this fact. Yet each generation deceives itself more and more hiding from truth. Today I am incarcerated for my pursuit of truth and condemned by lairs of power. Power is not stronger than truth or the man proclaiming the king strongest would have prevailed in his arguments. It is true I suffer for truth’s sake but my accusers suffer for a lie. I prefer my suffering.

Here is an undeniable truth that underpins all I’ve stood for; God moves humanity and truth and if humans will patiently trust Him He will lead the in the truth.

I will admit that the power and corruption I’ve been subjected to far exceeded my imagination. But I must also admit that the power and love or God has always exceeded my imagination. It is because of God’s character always being aligned with truth that I can agree with Zerubbabel that truth is a supreme power.

It has been revelatory to me how quickly the power of a lie can move men into betrayal of themselves. Yet a Christian man cannot be so easily moved from the truth as the carnal coward. This is why men as God’s agents are brought to the fight. For victory over liars and lies cannot be obtained by those who will not trust the power of truth to prevail.

The fortitude to ride out the storms of tyranny is from truth. Scott and I are not the authors of truth only its servants and we trust it to deliver us from the inferior power of liars. If you really knew God and His truth you would not begrudge us our courage. Instead you would find yourselves vigilant at least in prayer to see truth obtain its victory.

We have laid our lives on the line for that defining moment that must arrive where the subjects of lie are separated from the subjects of truth. One will have suffered pain and loss but the other will possess the full treasure of vanity.

Truth is supreme because God is the supreme author of it. God’s patient tolerance of liars is not so they can gain advantage but rather He can bring more to the truth. May our lives be a tool of testimony for this purpose in Christ. No regrets bring us to truth!

LEGAL MANEUVERS

We are currently in our collateral attack of our conviction. This is a process akin to a habeas corpus but neutered by statutory restrictions. Still with all advantage in the tyrant’s hands he lacks the power of truth. Facts do not matter which is what trips up most defendants. The only relevant battlefield in the confidence game they pass off to the dupe citizenry is hypocrisy. If I can expose a silver of hypocrisy that taints the imaginary confidence at the people then I become a liability to part with. Scott and I have placed ourselves in this position. Make no mistake Alsup will do all within his power to avoid giving us this territory. The power of a liar is not to be feared truth is superior.

If Alsup orders the government to respond to our collateral attack we are in the battle for our deliverance in present time. If he dismisses our petition we are back to the appellant court. This time without lawyers the knowledge of his choice will be possessed by time this is posted. If any of you are following the docket of our criminal case

If juries weren’t populated with dupes the tyranny could have been minimized but as it stands too many are doing the work of the devil with the vain imagination they are pleasing God. What crimes we perfect upon our neighbors in the name of justice.

A DISCERNABLE RELATIONSHIP 6-1-11

I wrote a book called The Perfect Bride. The thesis was that God took the 8 virtues

found in second peter 1:5-7 and set them as a discernable trek for the relations between God and humanity. Further He uses these virtues over time to perfect His bride over the course of history through the seven church ages prophetically depicted in Revelations Chapter 2-3.

What this taught me is that a relationship with God is not mystical or ethereal but comprehensive. So comprehensive that it is discernable in the tempest of rhetoric practiced by most of humanity. One can know where they stand before God and interpret circumstance through that standing. This means that fruit inspectors can be easily identified as jackassas and that and that their voice is a fraud, contrarian to God. It also allows God’s children to recognize His work in and through every deception.

When you as my client jump on the band wagon of rhetoric you axiomatically condemn yourself. For if you were obedient to God you would have no complaint no matter what the truth of my behavior was, also if you understood the comprehensive nature of your relationship with God you would be able to judge me rightly. In your complaint you prove you are not properly relating to God. Not in the course His love has dictated for you to walk.

How much I would have liked it for my clients to understand the love of Christ working on their behalf through Scott and me to bring them deliverance and supporting that work in prayer. Then all of us could share in the glory of God’s mighty work. But thank God His love does not advance upon us because we have earned it. No by His grace He loved us while we were yet sinners. So even if you fought against your own deliverance, hated the source of God’s provision, doubted you choice or involvement in God’s plan, or ridiculed shamefully, Christ will finish the work His love began. It is my hope that when the testimony of His love is complete and all the frauds are embarrassed that next time you will discern His love advancing upon you and patiently trust its care.

A few have read this book and can now speak toward the revelation of the thesis being true of not. If it is true speak truth on this blog and encourage the wayward to find the discernable course of relationship with God. That is the hope of all my writing and why I have maintained this blog in the long delay of love’s course.

PATIENCES 6-1-11

This prolonged incarceration has been a test upon patience. There are so many temptations of haste in the human spirit. Imaginations of life always promise a reality of possibility even though they can never deliver. Patience’s has to accompany trust or trust will fail.

When I think of Christ those 3 hours on the cross I see patience working along side trust. Being empowered at any moment to deliver yourself from suffering and yet ride out God’s intention rather than your own is a living patience. Even past the perception of God forsaking you, when you realize that Christ had to wrestle with sin in humanity until He conquered it and in doing so bore the purifying wrath of God to its fullest measure you’ll see patience, He did not hang there as the propitiation lamb of the Passover with no sense or will. No He was more that the type could teach. He was God in crenate using His will in trust to conquer the root of sin in the object of His affection which was rebellion or not-trust. Not for appeasement but for deliverance, A deliverance that was love’s expression, a trustworthy love that only patience will discover.

There were four co-defendants in our case besides Scott and me. I know that each of them was falsely accused, each I’m certain had to face the same demons of fear as Scott and I. Yet each found an exit swifter than us. I cannot judge them though I know of one whom the Lord gave me charges over which I could judge by the spirit. But patience would not allow Scott and me to betray trust. Even to the present patience has not waned in its resolve to see the testimony of Christ, which is His faithful love, revealed in the historical accounts of our lives. This testimony is not what drives the human spirit but is merely an expectation of that which rives God’s children. With His perfect love He loved us first and our reason given over to the Holy Spirit can deduce realistic and factual expectations based upon His reliable work. This is called faith, a special faith; the faith of Christ, which by example took this trust to the furthest extreme and revealed to us the course it takes. Patience lets it take us on that course and like Christ whose will desiring to get off the cross stayed the course to allow God’s love to bring its deliverance.

For Scott and I this is our best hope to overcome the wickedness that assaulted us and you by attacking you trustees, you may take offense at the delay and apparent uncertainty but you should take confidence that by the same power of will in Christ Scott and I have not jumped off our cross when we were empowered to and will stay with patience until deliverance is completed. That’s what love commands, that’s how love behaves, that’s loves course.

TRUST 5-31-11

The older I become in my Christian walk the more obvious it becomes that God enters into every situation to perfect trust in His children.

As I’ve observed His children there are a few noticeable behavioral responses that seem to pattern in their lives. You might call them growing pains. If we’re honest with ourselves we’ll admit we have practiced these behaviors. Doubt is usually the trigger to our carnal responses. Reason and spiritual ignorance are usually brought in as first responders to any crisis. This is where your mind goes around about the sovereignty of God. If God is omnipotent then every thing that happens to us is by divine decree or divine permission. We can even find scriptures like in job to support these first responders. This merry-to-around intends to bring us to blame because we can’t reconcile the events with a loving God or a just God or bring us to trust in a false precept that will ultimately disappoint which will move us to not trust God. Generally haste accompanies these first responders.

If you should survive the lies of the first responders then introspective will search your life for sin. If you don’t find it you move to doubts again of God’s justice or question your blindness. In either case truth is missing and God is not trusted. If you should find sin then shame calls you to hide from God or to excel in religious practice so you can earn His favor and appease His wrath. The result again is not trusting God.

If introspective fails then extrospective measures your life against others. The same cheerleaders assist you here. The result again is eyes turned away from God in distrust. You will see people you judge not as good as you blessed or people better than you. Your judgment is false and cannot lead to truth.

Apathy can arrive as part of your hiding from God. This is a response to all the disappointments of improper or misplaced trust. It is not trust to behave like a kite with no attachment to a relationship, soon you will find yourself lost wondering where God is.

But the love of God is trustworthy and calls our spirit in every circumstance to say “unto you Lord do I commend my spirit”. This is the only response that keeps its focus on God and allows His virtues to walk you through all your weakness until you acquire more evidence of His faithfulness; I am not disappointed by my prolonged incarceration or the injustice that currently triumphs over my life. God has always been near and changeless in His tender mercies towards me. A perfect love cast out fear which is the companion to all doubts and responders. The faith of Christ is the gift given to overcome all these lies and allow you to rest in a perfect love no matter the circumstances. Trust is not natural but supranational. That is why only God’s true children can practice it. And the world will always ridicule it.

PROCEDURES 5-30-11

My Title 28 section 2255 was filed on 4-21-11. Resolution has been deemed reasonable by the Supreme Court at 18 months. This is not a rigid mandate only a desirable target. This is what I am looking at.

My argument has been selected to precludes the government from using their favorite pardon. That being we did not follow the law but it was a harmless error. With our chosen arguments the will be forced to rule giving us relief or saying something that will be appealable. Rarely is an attorney supplied for these procedures do I have a good chance now to finally defend myself. Many would say I had a chance at trial but they have a fancy not based upon any reality. The trial was a sham a purposeful, orchestrated sham. Only fools would lend it the credence to seek to justify itself.

We are quickly approaching that moment where more than 50%of adults are convicted felons. This is up surd, walk down the street, go to church. A ball game, a concert, etc, every other person there is a criminal according to this insane government and its stupid steeple. This number is an indictment on all of us. If there truly is 50% criminals in this nation factually than we are all criminal in our guilt, the number should be 100% because there is no way 50% can be factual. It has to be fabricated, manufactured, by people with too much power that they are robbing the populace of their integrity, reputation, and wealth.

I am a small voice but determined to challenge all these retards. I’m not fond of the price but cowardice is even more expensive. We are way past the injuries that justify a violent revolution and yet this prohibition has not changed anyone’s behavior anymore that hell prevents you from sinning. But the love of God taking root in a man’s spirit empowers him to conquer the evil of sin within him. Pray for a revolution of God’s love and we just might see a reversal of this criminal abandon. My prayers and life are dedicated to seeing this in my lifetime.

IDENTITY CRISIS 5-511

If your spirit is in a relationship with God you will have learned of our nature. Man is unique among creation because he was made in the image of God. Our makeup is of body, soul, and spirit. One needs to be informed of all their areas of their existence. Looking to the temptation of Christ you will see the first addressed His body, the second His soul, and the third His spirit. These were the three vehicles of pathways but the object was the same in each instance. In each case the devil was trying to temp Jesus into an identity crisis. In this way He shared completely in every manner of temptation we face except without sin, (Heb 4:15).

Jesus was baptize and upon His ascension out of the Jordan a dove landed upon Him and a voice from heaven declared “This is my son, the beloved, with whom I am well pleased”. This was given Him before His temptation to secure Him in His identity . No less has been done for us because God’s scriptures are His words to secure us in our identity. You have seen many fools who profess Christianity come on this blog as agent’s provocateur for the devil attacking my identity in Christ. Like their father they would like to see me confounded by my circumstance and to fall prey to an identity crisis. But the devil’s tricks go back to Adam. By the same mechanism Adam was bluffed out of his identity. This is why faith is so important. It keeps your eyes viewing your spirit properly so this deceit cannot harm you. Look at how Jesus wrought His victory; was it not by the word of God?

My critics don’t know what it is like having a long string of trust victories to draw from. That is why I can stand firm in my identity and their own accusations rail against their status. So know who and whose you are and resist every temptation whether it comes by body, soul, or spirit for you are a new creation in spirit to destroy the works of the enemy (Jn. 3;8).

PROTECTION 5-5-11

When one is comfortable with themselves in their relationship with God expect provocation. Hannah Samuel’s mother was provoked by her rival. She did not defend herself but took her injury to God. She is a type for the bride of Christ who is ridiculed by this world. They wonder if God has blessed you as you say why are you barren, where are your children? This is an assault upon your identity. How does it differ from the temptation of Christ? Whose report will you believe the worlds or the Lord’s who calls you His bride? Hanna was comforted because she sought God’s work on the matter. Samuel was the result. What a great treasure he was and what a powerful and timely intrusion on the works of the devil. Your calling is no less, let God’s view of life control you spirit and direct you will.

My sister now battles her 3rd bout with cancer. As I witness her struggle the greatest warring is over her identity. Because she is too ignorant of God’s view of her she is easily moved by every medical report or worldly advice. She doesn’t even know she’s entitled to healing. How sad to be robbed by deceit. Questions that should never be asked plague her mind. Why does God heal some and not others? Question of this ilk, can you see the identity crisis in the question? She measures herself against others because she doesn’t know how God views her. We have all done this but can we stop and recognize it for what it is?

Why does cancer kill the Christian? Tragic to say but if you knew the answer you would destroy the question. I will say that truth can be possessed but not without truth leading you to it. The journey determines the destination and the destination determines the journey. They are inseparable. Provocation on the journey can hide the destination from your sight; Faith sight begins at the destination and reaches back over the entire journey. Anything less is blindness. Open your spirit that you might see who you really are!

IDENTITY THEFT 5-5-11

This is considered a hot new crime. It is the oldest crime. For preceding every sin is on identity theft. Lying is identifying with Satan and not Christ. Stealing is becoming a taker instead of giving. Murder is thinking of ourselves more highly than we ought. If you are sincere about a relationship with God you will know that the spirit given you at your new birth only identifies with God. Look again at the temptation of Christ. How did His spirit respond? He identified Himself with God. In His first temptation of the body He kept His flesh in subjection to His spirit, in His second He was not insecure in His soul and kept His mind and emotions identified with God’s view of Him. In His third He understood that a righteous spirit worships God alone. Our new spirits are modeled here by Christ.

I started Dorean in righteousness by the guidance of His spirit. It attacked the works of the enemy in accordance with the will of the head and nature of Christ. Shall I tremble because all hell broke loose? No, I am delighted, I will continue down the same course that got the ire of the devil. If I am secure in my identity can I not see myself in this battle as God sees me? Whose reports will you believe? Some retard who knows not himself and has already been a victim of identity theft or your creator? The answer to me is clear and so is the course. Trusting God’s love and His word is the nature of the new spirit I received in Christ. My body and soul shall not be given governance over my spirit.

Scott and I know how to do the things the spirit requires of us and in this our unswerving confidence is justified. We know what God has said and we recognize the liars and their source. Day by day in cooperation with spirit we will be led to victory. If you can’t see it then someone stole your identity and can only imagine I will choose to lose mine. Rather let me encourage you by my faith to find yourself again.

In the federal system they have tried to coral all your Habeas Corpus rights into a restricted privilege through Title 28 U.S.C. section 2255. This has to be filed within the year after your appeal is final. That is about early August for us. I have already filed mine though I don’t suspect it will be readily received. There are still some games they wish to play with their procedures.

I learn quickly from these pirates. They have a fantastic confidence game going that they call justice. The facts at issue in any case brought to the game are for game proposes whole irrelevant. So right and wrong means nothing, truth and lies mean nothing, facts don’t matter. So if you have any intentions of winning the game you need a couple tools.

1. Willing to suffer loss, check 2. Be able to disconnect from the facts, check. 3. Study the game and nothing else, check 4. Develo0 a strategy to win the game while forgetting the issue that invited you, check. 5. Be patient and vigilant, check.

The four questions I posed to Alsup’s court in the 2255 are all about the game. All the facts I’m concerned with are game procedures. Not trial procedure or any fact mechanism. All I want to know is did you invite me improperly to your game? If you did it tampers with your image in the confidence business. So if you want to keep the game going you have to let me quit.

The next four blogs will be the questions I posed. The first three deal with the right of the government to bring me to the game. The last only deals with the ridiculous sentence. These are not the argument just the questions.

While everyone tries to make moral arguments about facts that don’ matter these perverts laugh at our foolishness. You might not understand the game but perhaps the questions will help.

THE KING’S DEMAND 4/10/11

God is a king. He is supreme in power, dominion, and virtue. Yet He allows His subject the freedom to reject His sovereignty. There are many soapbox sovereigns who promise wares of good fortune and claim they have the power to deliver them. Like Israel in Samuel’s day they want to turn the hearts of the people away from God’s civil governance. This is where the separation of church and state began, in the heart of fools. They think God’s domain is solely spiritual.

Mankind is body, soul, and spirit see if you can separate just one of these characters from your own personality governance and succeed. Yet the folly that we can separate God’s concerns and succeed pervades our thinking. When Israel sought a king they rejected God. All the institutions of America have done the same and yet Christians continue to place confidence in them. If God would have redeemed Saul I might say it was possible. He did not He killed Saul and brought in a new institution that sought God with all his heart. Let us no longer dissipate our blessings by sharing them with that which is cursed, let us allow that which must die to die. Only then can we see a revival in the nation. This course is easy to discover at the alter of love. One must withdraw from the clamor of media, world loving preachers, education, and civil associations sold out to the dings of this world. Every vote, every tea-party insurgence only prolongs the inevitable death of denying God’s civil governance. That which is unredeemable should not receive resuscitation from those who possess life. Even a corrupt prophet like Balaam knew you can’t bless what is cursed or curse what is blessed. History will repeat itself if we let it. I’m ready for the key of David to enter our civilization. It’s been promised to this age.

VICTORY 4/10/11

Hanna proves that the alter of love brings victory. Why should it not? The very existence of the alter of love is victory over the knowledge of good and evil. Her petition received love’s answer and time brought her victory.

The scripture does not make clear how long Hanna suffered under the circumstances of barrenness that allowed her rival to chide her but the indications are that it was for a prolonged season. Most circumstances that allow our hypercritics to gloat are prolonged, giving them some sense of justification in their ignorance. But patience can settle in for the distance once it accepts God’s love is trustworthy.

Hanna learned as we all should that God’s love is attentive, kind, merciful and giving. If we learn to fix our eyes and ears upon God the clamor of our judges will fade into the whispers of wickedness they are. She got to deride her enemies when God turned the tables. Trust in the Lord, lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him.

My own experience at this alter is that it makes you see things of reality that cannot be viewed by the eyes of human understanding. Love is a victory, not by the paths of retaliation, vengeance, or retribution but by itself. It takes its own course which the world cannot foresee. It recognizes the value of each soul in the battle for truth and righteousness. Even the souls in the self-righteous villains of fraud, circumstance would sat that our actions brought us before justice and we have been righteously crushed and condemned. But this is what I see and hear at the alter of love. God wanting to address the wickedness that doles out so much injustice by the device of civil authority brought two men who would trust His love to secure a victory. There is no fear in us as we take the course love dictates. As Hanna we will have our moment when love turns the tables and that which made its hypercritical boast is silenced. Anyone who goes to this alter will become confident of the Victory love always obtains. Do you see what I see, or does you vision need to be a heard?

PROVOCATION 4/10/11

Hanna in the book of Samuel was a good wife and woman. In the normal course of her life the circumstances allowed her rival to provoke her. Humanity is cruel and full of envy. At every turn where it appears by circumstances alone that one’s life is blessed compared to another our wicked hearts use the gift of knowledge of good and evil as a touchstone for critical judgment. Fortunately for the Christian we are liberated from this foul exercise. This liberation does not come by the title Christian which unfortunately is proven over and over by the hypercritics who think that they add credibility to their judgment by a piety overcoat. How far they are from knowing the God they claim to know. Christ liberates from this heart because He never possessed it. He only knows the love of the Godhead. His judgments would be true and just at any provocation addressed toward us. Yet love, His love, has no envy or weak constitution that needs to stand upon the shoulders of another. He can look to himself and judge the other not in their circumstances but in His character.

Suffering under injustice and displaying circumstances that seduce the hypercritics is a temptation to become like them. But what Hanna did as a practice we should all take note of is she went to the Lord. Lay your complaint, injuries, and hope on the alter of love. This is a trustworthy place. If you beg the hypercritics for mercy they could not give it.

At the alter of love you are not judged by the knowledge of good and evil but rather the knowledge of true love. A true love that knows the value of a human soul and the transient worth of circumstance, let the wise of this would provoke you, revile you, and condemn you. They will see soon enough that God loves you and that their formula for judgment is folly. Will it change their judgments? Never, even if hypercritics prey upon them, they will never go to the alter of love. If they would God would heal them of their hatred and they would lose their judgment. That is the treasure they will not sacrifice.

IS GOD IN CHARGE?

This is a question everyone should ask. The answer you believe true will determine your life view. You don’t have to have a relationship with God to answer with “Yes”. Of course if you do have a relationship with God you will be able to answer with an emphatic “Yes”.

No, allows some modern philosophies, which historically are really recycled, to influence your life choice. Take for example the famous story of Jonah. He finds himself in the belly of a great fish. This fish vomits him onto the beach God intended for him to reach. This story is too fantastic to be credible without a controlling God. If you don’t believe in God’s control this story can never rise above myth.

If man is nothing more than a specie among the many of nature you have not elevated all animals to equality with man but debased man into a mere animal. What is ironic is that the very thought processes that entertains this equality proves superiority.

Without a controlling God morality is capricious and subjective. It can be nothing else. If we are mere animals then it is also frivolous. No lizard contemplated the fate of any bug it eats or of other lizards why should men. Jeffery Dalmer was one of the few to be brave enough to truly allow this belief system to not be compromised. He lived it out to its logical conclusion. There are no rights because these are the product of natural law which presupposes an intelligent creator.

Is your life merely a pinball let loose within the machine of random choices? Have you observed how little control you have over outcomes even when you attempt to control every detail? Can the collective consciousness of all humanity achieve a better result?

If God is in control Dorean is not a bust. Your participation is more than your free choice. Prison and bank fraud are not final answers. Think on this, with either life view your complaint is disingenuous.

Rearview Mirror 2-26-2011

Reflections are one of our most useful gifts. I think because I talk so much of faith’s future, look I might be misunderstood. Faith most certainly has a future look. It is like human expectations in this sense alone but far different in true aspect. Faith looks to the future but drags with it a very heavy anchor. That anchor is from the past. It is the substance of thing hoped for. In Christ there is not future victory. In Christ all His promises are yes and Amen. They are settled facts of history. All faith does is look into the landscape of humanity for pockets of deceit. In this faith sees a place to drag this anchor and settle the fact in the present. Because God’s character is patient instant results rarely occur. Faith will diligently and tenaciously maintain its grip upon that anchor until the true facts finish there work.

I may have misled you when I speak of our victory in the future tense. I should have been clearer. The manifestation awaits arrival but the victory has long since been a settled matter. Scott and I have been dragging victory with us by faith’s grip from the moment we said “I do” to God’s offer of Dorean.

If you study God’s word even prophecy is in Christ. Christ has always been, this little exercise we call life is a small silver of time that changed nothing of the facts that preceded it. In all humanity is just another display of the immutable fact of eternity. The curious part being that most of mankind have smashed their rearview mirrors and abandon themselves to the uncertain future of human expectation.

You will see victory not because it’s in Dorean’s future but because it is Dorean’s past. Christ founded us, keeps us, delivers us, and secures His facts for us. He’ll do the same for you but to see your future you have to look in the rearview mirror.

Objective Truth 2-26-2011

True faith, the faith of Christ, is based upon facts that are all objective to us. That is another indicator that my critics don’t know God. They keep binding their God to the conduct of Scott and me. That would make us the objective to God and Him subjective.

This is beyond a silly notion. What Christ did was and is always objective to us. It is a fact of history outside us; every promise does not find its fulfillment in the believer they are all fulfilled in Christ. What the Holy Spirit does is bring those objective truths to us. Not by bringing Christ to us but us to Christ. When we are in Christ then the objective truths of Christ can become subjective to us. Dorean doesn’t arrive at victory outside of Christ but is assured victory because Dorean is inside of Christ. You don’t hear me profess a victory outside of Christ. That would place me on equal footings with Alsup.

On equal footing he would obviously have the advantage. But when he went to war with Dorean which is inside Christ he took on a victory. All I have to do is follow the lead of the Holy Spirit and I will be taken subjectively into the experience of the objection fact in Christ. If you can grasp what I’m telling you all your trials would become laughable. This is the great joy of the Lord that settles our spirit. We know that there is not a subject in all creation who undo or invalidate the objective truths in Christ. Federal judges, roaring lion, or the devil himself all laughable.

Fact is found in Christ. The faith of Christ trusts these facts. The Holy Spirit brings us to these facts. The Holy Spirit gives us the faith of Christ. The faith of Christ reins over spirits into obedience. Obedience walks us through the experience that allows us to own the objective fact in Christ as a subjective truth. The rest is lies, all laughable.

Passover 2-23-2011

This trial lingers. I am now approaching my 6th full year of incarceration. All my expectations turn into disappointments. I feel like this will never end. I even have doubts my marriage will survive this event. I just desire for all this to Passover.

This is the human Passover but God’s Passover experience teaches us truth. In God’s Passover a lamb died or a firstborn died. In Adam we are all firstborns into sin and death. Either God’s lamb dies and we apply His blood or we die. Feelings mean nothing. In Egypt the firstborn was in the house, the blood was outside the house. He did not see it. In the story it was God’s sight that mattered. God said “if I see the blood I will Passover”. Your sight, your feelings on the matter didn’t matter.

This is where Natorial dissent and his ilk and I will never find accord between us. He only trusted in his feelings and sight. All his judgments concerning Dorean and I are a simpleton cursory look into his own human limitations.

God said I have victory. God said my enemies will stumble into their own nets, God said my marriage will suffer but has kingdom purpose. God said I will be the one sought out for the gifts and wisdom He’s given me. God said to found Dorean. God said to trust Him. He never said a thing about trusting my feelings. He posted all these promises on the doorpost of my heart with the blood of His lamb my feelings that are locked inside have no performance involvement. God looks upon His promises to perform them and no matter how I feel about it I trust that blood upon my door as a fact. In Alsup’s court facts don’t matter and feelings perceptions influenced by rhetoric are given the weight of law but in God’s court facts are all that matter. Christ is the substance of all Passovers. Including this trial I face. There is power in the blood of the lamb. I believe the songs say’s “wonder working power”.

Legal Update 2-20-2011

Notorial dissent is apparently a scholar in many fields. He tells me skillings won 9-0 decision from the Supreme Court on the vagueness of the 1346 statute. A statute I am not charged with but is a definition of my statute 1341. In the ruling they confined the definition down to bribes and kickbacks to save it from constitutional problems. This is conduct that does not reach my trial.

It was sent back to the 5th circuit to see if the actions were harmless. Of course they found the harmless and the net results to Mr. Skillings were nothing. His sentence remained the same. He asked to see his son before he finished his sentence and was denied. Shortly thereafter his 20 year old son committed suicide. Asked to attend the funeral he was again vigorously denied.

On 2-18-11 he filed a motion contending that it was not harmless because of “unconstitutional delegation.” Your government changed positions in 24 hours to agree with Skilling and appealed the 5th circuits ruling a year out of time. The DOJ prosecutors

were styling their prosecution in such a way as to make Skilling a moot ruling. Now that they have discovered the cost in doing so they had a moral flop. What great character you government has. They are now about trapping Skilling into making his recent filing of none affect. What they know is not harmless and therefore cannot be ignored can be made harmless by the precedent of Skilling coping a plea. How much you want to bet he gets out of jail now. I hope he is smart enough to see he will win no matter what and tell them to kiss his ass. They played ruthless he should play ruthless. Because this issue has not been raised in 100 years Skilling controls the outcome of the precedent. His choice affects me but his case is not moot.

I did not file cert, I continue on a 2255 and though you talk of my big mouth this will be the first time since my trial I can speak. Every thing until now has procedurally kept me silent. So now we shall see what my mouth can do. I know this; I am not a criminal but a victim of criminals. You don’t hear me pissing and moaning. I trust God.

The Wicked Witness

Well my 40 day trial has ended and ate the best banana I had in months. I remember my other trial though and how many wicked witnesses were used. The most tragic though were the so-called saints who sold out their professions of faith for the frauds of that courtroom. But in all that transpired their remains one true witness their actions confirm. They reveal to the saints the character and nature of their God. Romans 9 speaks on this.

It is ok for God to raise up men like Alsup and to expose phony Christians even at your personal expense of suffering. Because it proves His longsuffering mercy is real and your hopes in the Beloved are true. In a strange paradox the wicked witness proves by his hatred of God that our God is a God of love. The very fact he is not smashed immediately being one sigh. But think on this pharaoh was raised up with his hard heart to increase the renown of the Lord. Has it not done so? Is the exodus not one of the most famous stories of all time? The sons of God should not fear the wicked witness when he raises his ugly face in front of you. God is just writing another story to increase His renown. Be patient as God has shown patience with the wicked and the future of your promises will approach you swiftly.

Glory to God 1-28-2011

Well today is my 40th day, glory to God! What does that mean? Surely the glory of God is ever expanding and Jesus Christ is honored above everything that is named. If this be true then certain wisdoms ought to enter the spirits of His children. Christ prayed “Father glorify thy name” to which the response was “I have and will do it again”. So if God is in the business of bringing glory to Himself let’s presume from our knowledge that “again” incorporates the perpetual again and again, then every part of creation would fall under this purpose. Even the devil himself would become an agent of God’s glory design. That means wickedness as a whole will ultimately bring glory to God.

Paul wrestles with these thoughts in Romans. Should we sin because it is an agent of glory? Of course not! But if one reasons out the reality of this truth a comfort outside the love of God brings rest to your spirit. For if everything passing through your life is to glorify God a certain joy can resound in any circumstances. When love for Christ takes root in your spirit nothing can be more pleasing that to have your life bring Him glory. So what of worry, fear, impatience? Will they not dissipate in the light of this truth? Come what may, bring it on, and let my life bring you glory. Glory to God in the highest!

It Can’t Be Stolen 1-28-2011

Jeremiah 29:11 was spoken to the exiles. But even in our exile before we knew God these words were true for us. For whom He called He foreknew His good plans cannot be thwarted. Everything about God in relation to you is a promise. To reconcile a sinner to himself is the patient work of love. Love by its nature will always possess a promise and a hope. A hope as true as the God behind it promises and hope by nature are futuristic because once the substance of the hope or promise arrives then they have ceased. So what I think most people lose when they get caught up in worries and concerns is their future. Psalms 84 says blessed men go through their valleys of weeping. Weeping may last for a night but joy comes in the morning. I would add it even comes in the mourning. You always have a future that cannot be stolen. Why are thou downcast oh my soul, wait for God, whom you shall praise again. Dorean’s future cannot be stolen by wicked men. The thought is laughable. How can men who have no future who live for their belly every moment steal what they don’t know exist? Scott and I will wait patiently for God to coral our enemies and to deliver them to us. 153 fish swam to the net the Lord put before them against all fish behavior. A mother cow never yoked left her calf to deliver the Ark of the Covenant. The future always comes to His beloved children. If you don’t understand this truth and it doesn’t subdue all your fears then you are living like a bastard. Don’t forfeit what cannot be taken from you.

Weapon of Righteousness 1-27-2011

The word in Romans 6 tells us to use our body as a weapon of righteousness. It contrast how we use to use it as a weapon of evil. We all know how to sin. I was not exempt from the curse, I had no problem turning my body over to sin as a slave. But in Christ I have been freed from that power and can now offer my body as a slave to righteousness. In sin I profited nothing and at the end of every fancy, every accomplishment was death. Yet that did not deter me from the repeated exercise of futility. No all the more I was eager to put the cloak of death on more firmly.

Now Christ gives me the offer to turn my body through obedience over to righteousness to be His weapon where the end is abundance now and eternal life ultimately. At the end of every fancy and every assignment is life. Shall I shrink back from its demands? I never resisted the demands of death. No all the more my slavery toward obedience should be as loyal as a heart can be. Dorean was formed as a weapon of righteousness by the Lords command. Shall I not give my body over to its full demands? Life and victory await even if I pass through suffering. It is still better for me to suffer toward life than to enjoy pleasures on the way to destruction. I am fond of my body being made a weapon of righteousness. Lord, wield me often! Amen!

The Great Profession 1-27-2011

The world has many strange professions of love. Take a man who beats his wife, after every episode will come the profuse apology and restatement of devotion. The adulterer the same pattern, over the years I have seen many come into unexpected blessings and are

Sure it’s from the Lord. In thanks they make bold professions of devotion. If things continue well their commitment fades. If events turn they blame God or forget Him. It matters not really how the events transpire the profession was always a fraud. On the other side in great tragedy or desperation great professions are made. Whether things get better or not God fades. I’m certain the beaten wife would rather have the real love instead of the profession. She would prefer hands that caress as opposed to injure. I’m also certain God has had His fill of every fraudulent conviction.

What I hate about the modern church is they are structured to obtain these bogus profession by programs and formulas that conjure up this emotional response. A few legitimates sneak in through this process but is it worth dealing with all the phonies? I say no!

The word says the world shall know us by our love, we should teach the real love of God, ignore the professions, and measure the devotion of men over a season of faithfulness. I know my wife loves me because she is faithful. I enjoy her professions but they are not the proof of her love. They are not bogus and that is the joy inherent therein. Can God desire any less?

A Promising Psalm 1-26-2011

Psalms 86 was given to me by the Lord as the theme of this fast. Read it you’ll enjoy it. It contains the perfect balance of the issues I faced during this fast. My entrance into the SHU was a baseless accusation made by a ruthless band who pays no head to the Lord. I know I can count on God to hear my prayers because He loves me. I desire more and more single-hearted reverence for the Lord.

How fortunate that Psalms like this are already spoken to give utterance to our prayers. All will find themselves someday in the fitting circumstance for these words. We can be so confident in the love God possesses for His children that we can be fearless when powerful and ruthless assail us. In fact we should have eyes darting to and fro to catch the first glance of our immanent victory.

The SHU experience has ended well as it shows in relevant type God’s plans for us with Dorean. Dorean is more that a name. If you’ll study its meanings you will see it is a promise. An irrevocable, irrefutable, promise of God. Nothing even at the power level of the U.S. Government released in the full fury of wickedness can annul that promise. Patient endurance will receive its promise, and this psalms scribed into another generation and another story. Yes and Amen!

The Joy of Suffering 1-26-2011

I’m now 38 days into my fast. The end is so near I can taste it so to speak. No one particularly finds joy in suffering but for the Christian there is always joy.

We may suffer injustice as Scott and I, tragedy, or persecutions for righteousness sake. The terrible part of this is that in truth and fairness it would never occur. And here is the mark of separation, what is truth? The world has opinions but they cannot know it because it is the substance of someone they reject. I’ll give you a SHU example. A young white kid from New York beats up a guy named Cisco on the yard for being a child molester. Ralph (his name) thinks he is right in this action. Ralph thinks Cisco is white but it turns out that Cisco is a soreno gang member. So when Ralph comes to the SHU he is now a marked man by the gang. Well today some sorenos and whites including Ralph were put in recreation cells together and fights broke out. the truth. Think on this, you’re the only one in the whole transaction that knows what’s transpiring. Scott and were perplexed sometimes that a learned man like judge Alsup was so ignorant. And yet how can we expect him to speak of a land he’s never traveled to.

Fasting for 40 days is foolishness to the world. A needless bout of suffering, they would never do it except for rare occasions where they can garner the land of others. In this instance it is not suffering as much as being a vehicle, a means to an end objective.

The Christian finds joy in subjecting their flesh to denial. To seeking truth in its purest form in the being of Jesus Christ, even our tragedies are contaminated with endless hopes because of the truth behind them. The world can steal many things from us in their deceptions of righteousness but they can never rob us of our joy. In this I think God provides them a firm witness of their error. For in their best strivings to be pleasing to their conscience they never get a witness from God that it is acceptable.

Think on Cain and Able, Cain never thought about his error only envied what Able possessed that he could not have. This is how truth separates the sheep from the goats, the

Wheat from the chaff, situations and time will always winnow away the perverts because

They can’t disguise themselves, and the joyful Christian will always shine brightly in the midst of their darkness confounding the wise. Yes do not take for granted that you discern true righteousness. You are a rare exception to this world. What a fountain of eternal delight. The joy of the Lord truly is our strength.

Intact 1-24-2011

On the white walls throughout the SHU stenciled in black letters are the words “Don’t take shortcuts”. This reminds me of Paul’s words in Galatians 2:5. The gospel is a certain message and no other. Men of every generation want to modify it (as though it could be) to their own likings.

When I began this fast it was to strengthen personal weaknesses I perceived in my spirit, early on God made it clear it had testimonial effect for His purposes. I honestly could give in to a thousand cravings to end this fast before the 40 days, but because I have been informed on some of the ways the Lord is using it to do so would be a shortcut and the message of the gospel would not remain intact.

Paul fought off shortcuts to keep the gospel intact for our benefit and we have all been richly blessed there from. I think we are all living epistles and speak of a gospel that must remain in tact.

Dorean is a story not yet completed. There were numerous shortcuts offered to us. Scott and I never took them. Our

codefendants all took them. I suffer for it but I delight that the testimony of the gospel remains intact. The word says we shall be known by our love. And this is how you recognize love for the Beloved, His testimony, and the benefit of those coming behind you, no shortcuts will be taken. Some how Christ stenciled on my heart a little warning to which I have found it wise to pay heed.

Beloved 1-24-2011

There are many adjectives that can be associated with the beloved. Precious, adored, or paramount to name a few, the beloved captures the fix of your entire being. It has to be paramount even over self or it is not the beloved. In all creation which consists of more than earth and man there is one set out as the Beloved, if He is not the adored irreplaceable paramount of your life than you hate Him.

Many a critics have judged me by eyes of flesh and boasted as though they know something. I call these ilk pecker peekers. You see them on display in Galatians chapter 2

They were so concerned with their idea of righteousness that they would hide out near the urinals to spy out your pecker to see if you were circumcised. These critics are easy to judge as haters of the Beloved though they profess otherwise. Their eyes look upon basic things and not upon the Beloved. There is a rapture they know nothing of. A delight that never parts, love, true love among a husband and wife is only the faintest reflection but still nothing close. The love for the Beloved is immovable. No matter what manner of seduction or violence attacks your heart the love for the Beloved will not remove its sight from the object of its affection.

Many question their relationship with God. The answer is truly obvious if Christ has been made thy sol’s Beloved then you and God as with all things created are in accord. If Christ is not the Beloved, then you hate God even if no one could tell by looking upon your flesh. Selfishness and love are distinguishable from each other and the one who judges from love judges aright. I’m my Beloved’s and He is mine His banner over me is Love!

The Nature of Endurance 1-24-2011

I’m now on the 35th day of my 40 day fast. The first real temptations to end it have arrived. One, is that hunger pangs are actually physical instead of just a mental will battle. Second, I could have been released from the SHU today, since there accusation was proven bogus, if I would eat.

So I have to choose greater suffering to finish the fast. But this fast is not without its wisdom. When one begins, a fast like this seems on insurmountable distance. 1-2-3 is far from 40. 3-6-9 meals missed is hardly a dent in 120. Yet if you take it day by day relying on the strength of the Lord the end arrives. It is here where wisdom speaks.

For we all face trials that test our resolve and endurance.

As I know the Lord can get me through a 40 day fast by His own example I know through Him I can overcome any trial by His example. What He’s taught is the finish lines are our promise if one will rest in a trust worthy love and rely upon His strength.

I was successful in this fast by the same practice that makes me successful in all my battles. 40 seems impossible but it was not, Dorean’s victory seems impossible but it will likewise prove it is not. A finish line that distant at first continues to approach me. With His strength it says all things are possible. I now have a 40 day fast as witness that what was true for a season is true for an entire life. I will endure. I will finish and I will overcome temptation, the flesh, and the enemy to be victorious Perhaps a bit faster than we think.

The Dead Letter 2-20-2011

You are my witnesses who have advanced in your walk with Christ by the words you have read upon this blog. I am just a man of flesh. If I was just functioning in my soul I could only have touched your soul. Only the Holy Spirit can bring life to a spirit. It matters not what the critics say for many of them though familiar with the scriptures only know it as a dead letter. The Pharisees had the books, teachers, or the Bible but not the spirit. That is why Christ could stand before them even face to face and they could hate Him. The servant who lives by the spirit is hated like His master.

My words have said over and over again that the flesh is untrustworthy. Even what you think and feel is deceptive, yet the confidence of my critics never wanes as they take pride in their flesh. How do you spot a spiritual person as opposed to a self proclaimed religious leader? A spiritual person cannot speak before God speaks, he will not move before God moves first. He finds it a necessity to look to God, Wait on God, and depend on God for everything.

Scott and I have laid our lives into the hands of God. We have resisted every temptation to deliver ourselves. Waiting upon God, looking to God and depending on God, we have not considered a burden or loss. Though I have been more vocal because of this blog you have the same witness from Scott. Think of all our other co-defendants, have any come forward out of the same circumstances to encourage you spirit? Where is all their ridicule? We stand alone in truth among men but the spirit bears witness we are not alone. The folly of those who will jump behind an Alsup or DOJ as their champion of righteousness is, though they are giants, their power is only flesh. A teenager of insignificant flesh rejected the armor and weapons of flesh (Saul’s armor) and trusting in the spirit slew the giant. Only the Holy Spirit can be trusted for the warfare and the victories. I’ll keep writing my letters and you can choose life or the death letter.

A practical Matter 2-20-2011

I hear people talk of the practical application of their faith. Yet their own words reveal their foolishness. The faith of God which holds to promises before they reach experiences always has you in a future look. The wisdom of this world talks of change and goals but looks to the present time as though a formula can be developed to bring about desired change or achieved goals. Every Tom, Dick, and Harry motivational speaker repackages this theory and hypes another lost generation.

But God’s ways confound this wisdom. His children do not even entertain such ignorance. They know how reality works outside the fantastic imaginations of man. Fact is God’s work. Every known fact came from the creator. Faith is our trust in what God has worked. Experience is having God’s work lived out through our lives in a practical way.

We live in a present world but the facts we entertain have a truthful substance. There is a progression through time and the spiritual world to the present affairs of our lives. Fact is the foundation, faith is the process, and experiences are the consequence. In other words fact is the course, faith is the way, and experience is the effect.

Every fact beings by the word of Go, how can you even enter the way of faith without the word of God? I listen to those say “I don’t use the scriptures as you do.” There is only one way to use the scriptures and that is to listen. You can say you have faith but how can you have faith without hearing? Hearing comes by the work of God. If you are not hearing God what are you hearing? What facts are you laying as the foundation of your life? What effect will enter your present life as a practical matter? How many have erred down this coarse thinking them selves wise? Be not shocked when in just a few steps you find yourself distant from God and embraced by the world. I know it will happen because my facts have a diving origin.

Impossible 2-20-11

“God never ask us to do anything that we can do. He asks us to live a life that we can never live and to do a work that we can never do. Oh, how Christians need to see this truth”.

It is funny to me how men judge me. They are not spectacular men who have wowed me by great displays of trusting God. No they are plain and ordinary men who boast in a flesh I no longer trust. All they do and say I can do.

What inspires me is what I cannot accomplish. Scott and I could never hope to defeat corruption at the level Dorean addressed. That did not stop the Lord from assigning the task. In fact it was the overwhelming impossibility that encouraged our faith. You see in all our weakness we have learned God is strong. I have been ridiculed for trusting God for His supernatural plan. My critics think their words will injure me but that is not the case. They comfort me. If I was living in my strength I would have long since changed my course. I would have long since done what my ordinary critics would have done. I would have asked the Lord to bless my human will and acted upon my desire, sure He had said yes.

My relationship with God is not an extension of my will. I do not dominate a figment of my imagination I call God. No I know the real living creator who makes impossible demands upon me, demands that immediately cause me to through my hands in the air in total surrender.

We live in an age that is not the age of peace typified by Solomon’s reign. No we have that as our future promise. It was the bride of Solomon that was brought to His banqueting table (songs of Solomon 2:4). Now we live in the age typified by David. We are at war. Not a war we can win by our own strength. David and his armies had spectacular victories. There was nothing ordinary about their campaigns. There was nothing ordinary about David. He among all men had a spectacular trust of God. Give me impossible tasks Lord and I will give you surrender and trust. Then the world will know that you are more than a conqueror, and that through crackpots like Scott and I you can fashion vessels of honor. Glorify Thy Name!

Holiness 2-20-11

I used to have a critic on this blog called “you will know them by their fruits”. She was my personal fruit inspector, but like her many believers (I use the term loosely for her sake) have a wrong understanding of sanctification. It is commonly conceived that every item of our lives should be holy. But that is not holiness; rather it is the fruit of holiness. Holiness is Christ.

Let one of my critics, my fleshly fruit inspectors, speak on behalf of true Holiness. Let them condemn me with the boldness of “thus sayath the Lord”! Surely Christ Himself can take offense at my words and deeds and issue a decree of opposition. Am I the first of false prophets or to proclaim a false gospel? I must be very late in this practice for many have been addressed before I.

I am not afraid to lay my life upon the gospel I profess, nor am I afraid to say “thus sayeth the Lord”. I proclaim the gospel (good news) I profess to be the only true gospel and that these who ridicule it are frauds that condemn truth and think they are righteous. They are the most pitiful and hopeless of all men. For they have heard the truth and called it a lie. Repentance and salvation are far from their hearts.

I profess Christ; Christ alone! He is the all in all. At the center of God’s plans, God’s laws, God’s ways, God’s character, and God’s life is Christ. He is the only way, the only truth, the only life. It is His strength that is superior to all opposition. He is the winner of every campaign. No weapon formed against Him will prosper. Whatever work He starts within His chosen He will perform to it perfect finish. He is not a religious name He is above all that is named. His children have no fear because His perfect love cast away fear. Besides He is also the baddest dude on the block, (slang for paramount in power). Yes this is the gospel that inflames my critics and like Christ I can say get with the truth of Christ or to hell with you!

Not My Words 2-18-11

It is clear that Notorial Dissant as a critic is confident in his judgments concerning me. Further he can judge my words and decipher that there is no truth in them, well this is an impossible place to defend because you are deemed evil before any response. So I thought I would write here the words of three prophets that spoke over the lives of my wife and me prior to Dorean and that prophet Judge Alsup that Notorial Dissant is convinced is a prophet of truth. I will not give the prophets names or defend them. Merely let their words be taken as true of false. You be the judge, our judgments will be revealing though, for by them all will know who is your master.

Prophet One! “Learning to walk in a new dimension…. coming to a new realm of understanding and appreciation of the purposes and will of God.

Let that which thou committed to each other also be the same degree and measure of commitment unto Me for I place My hand upon you and it’s by My purpose and will that I drew you together; and now sayeth the Lord I would nurture you. I would breathe unto thee the workings of My will and purpose. That which touches your life shall prepare you for something farther down the line. For I’ve called you to be a vital part of My kingdom.

Let your home be open to hospitality. Those that shall come they shall find a sense of My presence. Some shall come wondering what is the secret of your relationship and joy. And you’ll be able to point them to the fact that I’m the central figure. And I am that round whom thou has gathered your life and of purpose to please. And it will be your pleasure and joy to lead them into a personal relationship with Me.

I’m going to strengthen and enlarge your faith. I’m going to add to you consul and might. I’ll put wisdom within you not that comes from years of experience but by impartation of my spirit according to the need that is presented. Thou shall be able to share with those of your own peer level and be able to point them to a place of fellowship and walk with Me.

For I’m going to make you leaders in the realm of bringing homes and lives and marriages into a relationship with me that will bring glory unto My name. I will come in do season to enlarge thee. I will come in do season to bring promotion. For what I do now is preparation.

Be diligent in the small things. Cause not your spirit to despise the day of small things, but rather whatever your hands are trying to do…. do it with gladness…and do it out of faithfulness and love…And as you do I will increase responsibility…I will enlarge yay the capacity of both of you to move on into another realm and into higher areas of leadership and government. Therefore sayath the Lord this day my hand is upon thee to nurture thee, perfect thee, mold thee, be in submission to the authority that is over thee, say yes and Amen unto that which the Lord has instructed to be and to do. And as you do the Lord in due season will add increase and bring forth revelation of will and purpose for which He has enjoined the two together to perform”

Prophet Two “There is going to come an inheritance from your own family unto your life. For yay these shall come in the days ahead of you a blessing from your own families. It shall be in the realm of natural things of finance, investments. You are not to despise this or to reject it. For there shall come a blessing from the Lord through your own family … they shall bless thee with natural things and that shall be used for multiplication.

And thou shall be a man of success. A man of business stature … you will be a man that will bless the people of God with money. For there will come into your hands the wisdom of God … and it shall flow through you for you shall be known in the community as a man of wisdom in a natural realm and in business. For I see you as a door swinging both ways in the church … and I see businessmen coming in but I see disciples going out, for I will call you as a fisherman … A business man and a fisherman of people of influence in the community round about and you shall be respected and sought out.

I see another ministry mantle coming on you and that is counseling. You shall have a ministry of marriage counseling and there will come people to you that look like they have it together but their marriages are falling apart. I see right now in my spirit a man coming to you that has fallen into adultery. He is a business man, his wife doesn’t know it but he’s coming to you for counsel and you’re not sure what to do, in the name of the Lord, God will give you wisdom. You will rescue him and his marriage shall be saved sayath the Lord. For there will rest upon you a mantle of insight into family and marriage. And you will renovate and rehabilitate the business people that are devastating their marriages by wrong priority by speaking the word of wisdom into their lives.

Brother and sister you are going to have a terrific influence in this area of counseling. Much more that you will ever realize now. Even as I’m prophesying you don’t realize the extent that God is going to use you in the realm of counseling marriages that have fallen on the rocks. I mean people of influence and people that count in society are going to seek you out. And they’re going to find answers and you’re going to be able not just to give them answers but you’re going to make them disciples. They will come in one way but they will leave another. The word of the Lord will be in your mouth.

This is another word for you…warning! The enemy is going to attack your marriage like never before. Because you ministry is going to be birthed out of a healthy relationship and you at this point I feel in my spirit your marriage is healthy. You have a good communication but the enemy is going to come against you because he will want to rob you of this ministry. You are going to be harvesters of souls through the spirit of counseling and the spirit of finance and investments… you are going to be a counselor to men when it comes to money, and when it comes to business matters…

This will take years; it will take time bit I believe there is something to do with you family and it will have something to do with sovereignty of God. When it is all put together you will be a powerful ministry.”

Prophet Three: “It’s been on my heart since you came on the platform and it keeps insisting on being there. And I feel that what I’m going to say is not in contradiction with what the other prophets have said but…I feel that the heart of the Lord is much concerned about shepherding care for His people and for those who are being neglected…and that God has placed within you hearts and has nurtured your hearts…and you have permitted it to happen that you have caring concerned hearts…you’re people’s people…you love people not just a crowd you love people…and in the midst of all else that is happening…the scripture that has been given to me I believe…as it were by the word of knowledge…you shall bring forth fruit, that has been mentioned already, but that your fruit shall remain through shepherding concerned care and even in the midst of serving the Lord in the realm of business there will be a concern for human being that will not be usurped nor drowned in the economics of life.

My House, My Hope 2-14-11

I read an article about a woman who struggled with the healing Jesus provides when she discovered she had cancer. Like most she considered it lightly and allowed the doctors to do their work. The cancer was surgically removed. But later a second bout appeared. She was confronted with a thousand opinions of what to do and how to survive. Finally she came to a desperate search of God’s word for answers. At the offense of many and the discard of sincere advice the Faith of Christ took hold and actions consistent with this faith were initiated Cancer is a villain that strikes fear in humanity and she had her bouts, but perfect love cast out fear and the faith of Christ is an operation of this perfect love. Because of the knowledge that Christ possesses of God’s perfect love He can practice perfect obedience and trust of God’s word. This faith overtook her spirit and God healed her of her cancer.

I should say that the manifestation of a spiritual and historical fact arrived according to the promise Christ knew was true. Cancer is not the only villain dispensed from the father of lies. They are as diverse as our reasoned capabilities and our spiritual proclivities. Any man alive arrives daily at a place of choice where the faith of Christ will dictate a course contrary to human wisdom or even that highly touted common sense. The faith of Christ is wholly uncommon to this world and can only be found in His children. In fact it is a distinguishable quality that separates the real children from the myriads that profess Christianity. Whether in prison or a broader social network the fakes and frauds are the prevailing majority. The fear that would drive them to God is embraced as less scary that the demands of death to self required following Christ as He follows God’s work. I have been a champion of this truth by word and deed for many years now before you on this blog. Many judge my words by the prevailing power of my enemies. Yet I and my circumstances are not what make the faith of Christ potent in its conquering power. He stands alone as witness against all men for their faithless spirits. Embrace your father of lies or the faith of Christ and work out your salvation. As for me and my house the faith of Christ is my hope!

Break Faith 2-14-11

I have suffered two divorces of marriage in my life. These were not fun events but I come to understand inevitable. Divorce of marriage has made the term divorce famous but the word is one that can be applied to a myriad of relationships. I have had good friends divorce me while I’m incarcerated. I divorced the Lord for a year and a half in my youth. This is the most critical of all divorces because if you do not repent it is eternal. All divorces come down to the one act of “Break Faith”. There may be voluminous excess but they all trickle down to this one act. How many Dorean clients have broken faith with Scott and me? Sure they are justified, all divorces are justified. That is the sweet comfort of our sin. We condemn everyone else and excuse ourselves. Here is the external problem and for Scott and I the rub that goes against our self preserving nature. The faith of Jesus is particular and unique. It is the only recognized and accepted faith by God. The faith of Christ is diligent and resolute in trusting every word that proceeds from God’s mouth. Translated to its essence the scripture says “Man cannot live by bread alone by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God by the only vehicle available: that being the faith of Christ.” My codefendants all came to that place where concern for the things of this world ran in direct opposition to the faith of Christ. This is not a place where one can stand still, life forces a choice. Unfortunately for most they divorce God by rejecting the faith of Christ. When my marriages ended this was the same line of termination. I was guided by the faith of Christ proven unacceptable to my spouses. The choice placed before me was my bride or my groom. Thank God it wasn’t a difficult choice. I did suffer pain as all divorces will bring, but eternity has a way of supplying comforting joy if you do not break faith with Christ, I’m tolerating and surviving all the divorces this harsh life brings for the sake of an eternal marriage that keeps my vows resolute. I hope all your divorces bring you to this revelation. Even if it by your break faith with Dorean.

Where is God? 2-6-11

Unfortunately for this nation this question is not being asked. Like Israel in Jeremiah chapter 2 we have whored ourselves out to every seduction available. Imagine how few generations are included in our short 200 years history. So quickly the children have lost the revelation that this nation appeared on the scene as a divine appointment and revelation very much like the Israelites exodus from Egypt

Where is God? Is He someone we call on when an enemy kills 3000 in a tower’s destruction? For days, weeks, or months He becomes our chant or bumper sticker. Forgotten again soon enough, the world hates God and always will. They hate the fact that tragedy can make them aware of their feebleness and that they have a reflex to call to God out of their fears. As soon as they calm themselves that reflex will be dismissed as an emotional vain imagination.

But we are not like the world, for we know the answer to this question and ask it for very different reasons. We desire to know the answer for affections sake. Our question resembles more “Where is my darling?” I long for their presence; we are comforted by the answer found in Eph. 2 13-22. He is near! Regrettable this nation has been lost to her lust. Like the wild ass in heat sniffing the air trying to find the first available mate. America is known now as the cheap whore without virtue. Within her borders though is a remnant, a small few, who are near to God, who are being built up for a kingdom not of this world? Fortunately for this nation’s sake God has prophesied her restoration to sense. She will be led back to God by the few who are near to God. Not through tragedy but by our love example. So when you here the question “where is God?” Boldly proclaim your answer that His love has taught you “He is Near!”

I Don’t Want…… 2-5-11

I must admit over the years of this blog I have portrayed certain desires, but with the help of a simple book sent to me by an anonymous source I think it’s come time to change my course. I thought I would take you through all the things I don’t want. Perhaps this will make it abundantly clear to those who still follow this blog what my intentions are.

I do not want to pay all the clients back their Dorean fees. Neither do I want to assist them in obtaining a victory over the banks/lenders who plundered them. I don’t want a good marriage. I don’t want Judge Alsup to repent of his wickedness. I don’t want him to come to the knowledge of Jesus Christ. I don’t want a relationship with my children who have forsaken me. I do not want to get out of prison. I do not want to see God’s prophetic word fulfilled in my life. That means I do not want to bless the people of God with money. I do not want to have a marriage counseling ministry; I do not want the wisdom and knowledge He promised to give. I don’t even want for good friends as I languish forgotten. No matter how I look at my circumstance I don’t want the ability to overcome them and reach victory. All I want is to be left alone. I don’t want joy, peace, or love. I want the feds to be my source. Let my healings come by their physicians because that is what I want. I don’t want God’s healing; In fact I don’t want anything from God. I am done wanting, my spirit is broken. No longer will I live in want. If you are disappointed by what you read and want me to want what you want then I must refuse you. I will not share in any of your wants.

To understand what I’m saying and have always said, go back and reread this blog exchanging the word ”want” or “wanting” with lack or lacking. This is how faith works. And it always works; it calls those things which are not yet as though they are. The Lord said I shall not want. The imperative command I will heed. My cup runnath over Psalms 23.

NEVER I’M SORRY 1-19-11

My entrance into the SHU began a couple of weeks before I arrived. Someone at region read a couple emails of me requesting some fantasy football stats. He called to this institution investigative branch to put me in the SHU for running a gambling operation. When they looked into it they discovered it was just a game.

Not satisfied by this result region looked at another email where I was helping someone buy $60.00 worth of gun parts. The inflamed accusation this time was I’m working with Muslim terrorist in weapons acquisition. As they looked into both our backgrounds and saw that was impossible then it morphed into Montana Freeman working with the Cripps. All said and done the facts ferreted out to be a gentleman needing some outside assistance to buy some gun parts he was looking to improve upon to patent ask me to help and I attempted to. Now that region’s retaliation and fables have been exposed and we were sent to the SHU without provocation instead of getting an “I’m sorry” we’re told we might have to take a shot to make this go away. A shot is a disciplinary act for violation a policy. A 100 series is most severe and stays on your record for 10 years. A 200 series stays on your record for 2 years and a 300 series on your record for a year. This is the series they want me to take even though it is factually false. This is why I hate this government because some asshole abuses his power by un compensation of property or time all the rest instead of sanctioning the offender and apologizing find some method of accusation to put you on the defense and impaired from bringing attention to the real crime. Our indictment was the same tactic. If this government continues in this same unrepentant spirit I shall be its enemy for life. God opposes such fraud and I am honored to be called to this battle at any time. As this Lord has already turned this battle into a victory He will do the same with Dorean. More on this later don’t want that retard at region too informed of the mass he started.

MEANDERING 1-19-11

The Christian soldier is not boss of himself. One of the reasons I recommend a regular regiment of fasting is that it keeps you turned for battle. What I’ve discovered in the service of the Lord is that it is good to be prepared because one day you are meandering through life and the next moment you are in battle. This is where most people panic but it should not be the case with the saint. Battles are a joy once you see them as God does.

Your first assurance is that the battle is the Lord’s He brought you to battle and the battle to you. It is a high honor. Victory is never in question and your fears are never justified. Dorean was merely Scott and I meandering through life executing upon the knowledge we were give. Suddenly we were at the apex of battle. To the moment it even appears we are getting our asses whipped. But any who know the Lord never allow their doubts to give way to such appearances. God is far more cleverer actually His battle pattern is to set a hook in the enemies mouth so they peruse you and bring their booty with them. They always arrive arrogant and at the height of confidence like they will spoil you. Even this trip to the SHU was instigated by an old enemy who is still reeling from the pains of our last battle. He brought me a prize I didn’t see coming as I was meandering, but each battle brings hidden trophies that the Lord delivers to His children. Be bold and courageous, winning really is fun!

DUAL NATURED 1-18-11

Paul spoke well of the warring of the flesh with the spirit inside a man. It is amazing to me how deeply rooted my carnal nature is in evil and for a spirit made alive in Christ how it can soar to the heavens. Being now upon my 30th day on this water only fast the voices of my flesh is adamant and boisterous. The wickedness is far more subtle than perversity of lust, hatred, greed or conniving. Even food is not fueling a raging hunger. No the battle is all in the mind. My mind’s imagination is on a rapid fire and on constant.

Whether cooking, law, work, Dorean battles, marriage, relationships, hopes, disappointments, or just plain minutia the truth of it all is to distract from my thoughts being upon the Lord. Isn’t this the purest form of wickedness? How many “good” people have led an entire life without any grand displays of wickedness except their spirit never pondered the Lord. I battle with my spirit against this selfish ignoble flesh by praying by spirit. After a season the mind comes along and joins and I am liberated for the moment. The other tactic I use is to sing and worship. Somehow entering His courts with praise and thanksgiving serves the selfish root and the spirit soars. If you are like me perhaps these methods will help you. Do not neglect to fast for the battles of practice will yield victories when it counts. Training is good for every soldier.

MISSING WISDOM

The older I get in the Lord the more the simple things confound me. This institution is treating my fast as a hunger strike. The only similarity is the restraint of food intake. Though they know I am practicing my Christian faith without political agenda they have no policy for fasting so I am punished inappropriately. It seems obvious to me that policies are written for general guidance when the correct set of contemplated fasts appears. They can never have the advantage over human reason to adapt to an unforeseen set of facts. Yet within our government this is precisely how it functions. What confounds me in this situation is how quickly society changes. When I was a boy those who showed reverence and devotion to God were respected. They were looked to as a measure of righteousness, Wisdom, and integrity. Now nothing but perverts of truth holds positions of trust. Their wisdom is foolishness; there kindness is hatred; and their benevolence criminal. I am in a dry observation cell because they are looking out for me. (health and safety) I have to beg for water I would provide myself in a regular cell. I take showers now Monday, Wednesday and Friday instead of everyday in a regular cell. My skin dries out but I can’t have lotion because on a hunger stride you are punished. Now they want to take my blood to look out for me. The hypocrisy is evident. So I told them you may keep my lotion I’ll keep my blood. If you’ve ever heard the phrase “I’m from the government I’m here to help” you understand the sarcasm. Love cannot be faked. Any service offered outside of love will effectually` offend and cause pain when will wisdom return?

God’s Promises 12-15-10

I have been given the opportunity to read the book of Josher again. The text covering the same content as the Pentateuch, what I enjoy of this book is the details that add humanity to our biblical patriarchs. An example; Esau had just killed Nimrod and was in fear of his life when he sold his birthright to Jacob. This added fact filling in the course of human behavior. What touched me the most and I hope is transferable to you, is the response of Abraham’s family. Many times they found themselves in circumstance that at first look put the promises of God concerning them in peril. Yet at every time they prayed the promises back to God and He heard their prayers for deliverance. History has confirmed God was always faithful to His promises. Now we are more knowledgeable than they. We have had God’s own incarnate appearing and resurrection to confirm His love. Yet we flounder in mistrust unable to even rise to the courage of the patriarchs of the patriarchs. Shame on us.

Scott and I have put on display what God requires of us all. Not as a boast personally but as an appropriate response to a perfect love. We laid down our lives no matter the cost for the promise of the Lord. Can a perfect love which is a life giving spirit be trusted with loss, of course!

Joseph in his book goes to prison but with added detail you see angels of the Lord and other miraculous events steering him there. Human logic makes no sense of God’s ways but the heart that trust His love journeys in joy and peace. Tears come but the heart is not moved. Are you so certain you were a dupe or is God enough for a friend to perhaps be up to a happy ending? What do the promises say over your life? I would trust the as the patriarch did and you will discover the same results.

Westside Story 12-15-10

In England they used to have a soap opera called the East Enders. The show focusing on the seedy part of London, human nature and human wisdom has mankind functioning like East Enders. Their thoughts always on the east, the sun rises in the east and men only want to judge a thing by its beginning. They seem to forget that the sun also sets in the west. Rarely do we ponder the setting of our lives, our mortality. The habit of judging by first look and first impressions permeates East Enders.

I feel like most have used east ender logic to deduce Dorean and the facts. They are certain by the way it began that they know its substance. I hope that they way it sets shock all you East Enders. I think England suffered from east enders ignorance when dealing with the colonies of the west. God encourages us to look at the full measure of a thing to count the cost. Further His promise that may appear upon the eastern horizon always focuses our faith toward the west and how they will set into reality. The course of hope and the circuit the promise rides to its accomplishment steers our hearts away from just the beginning. Christ was proclaimed by a star in the east but that was hardly the complete story. If those Wiseman did not travel west to see Christ Himself how could they have judged rightly?

Dorean has a finish that cannot be known by its beginning. If you have refused to travel with the wisdom of God the finish will surprise you. Only a vigilant ear and a keen eye working in unison with a supple spirit discovers God’s wisdom confirmed in the west end of a thing. East Enders has long since turned their backs to the west and never sees truth until it hits them in the back of their head.

Jupiter 1-13-11

Jupiter is the largest planet in our solar system. Because its orbit is outside ours it's gravity serves a very useful purpose. It bends space enough to attract the majority of all meteors and asteroids. It is like a giant vacuum cleaner protecting us from harmful debris. In our battle the federal government served the same purpose. Its gravity prevented all the other states from being relevant. The bad side is they are more wicked than all the others combined. The good side is defeating the words is the best victory. So since God established the players and the battlefront we find ourselves pleased to enter the Frey. Was it not God who put Jupiter in its place?

This set of events could change down the road soon for the next battle. The Supreme Court is ruling on a federalism case called Bond in February. The essence being that the 10th amendment is an individual right to choose the jurisdiction you to face. Meaning Scott and I could have chosen Utah and the feds would become irrelevant. They haven't touched this subject for a century so let's hope they reduce the reach of this over bloated tyrant. Do you think they have cross the line of their design in the last century? To me by a million miles, this would be the first reverse and not very far backwards. But it’s a direction change and I think the spirit of the Lord is for it. In the heavens Jupiter's days are numbered. May it be so on earth as it is in heaven. Amen!

The Irreverent Heart 1-9-11

When I think upon the injustice I’m suffering, the fraud perpetrated upon you by the bank and coddled by our government, I can’t blame it on bad laws, sorcery, or wicked avarice in our institutions. It all comes down to the irreverent heart. No doubt we now live under a tyranny but that didn’t happen over night. We courted them as our promises when we departed reverence God surely founded this nation as with all but some are founded under the canopy of blessing and others under providence. We were founded under blessing. Meaning that if we could keep our hearts reverent all our institutions would follow suit. To run a tyranny all love must be absent tyranny can only operate with misanthropy. Which is the perfect reflection of our irreverent hearts, we are full of hatred. First toward God, ourselves, and then others, our executive judiciary, congress, police powers, and juries all feed upon the greed of power and the flesh of others. No vote will change it because you cannot change a heart condition by a vote.

God putting this fast on front-street really spoke straight to the heart condition. If in one little call He is speaking how much more is His witness of rebuttal to irreverent going out? God will heal our land but it will start with our hearts. Can we view Him reverently as our only hope? If so that is a real hope that will not disappoint. Until then we must suffer our heart attack.

Regret 1-8-11

The human emotion of regret plays a funny role in the psyche of the Christian man. Should I regret having started the Dorean Group? Do I regret the partner or employees or brokers I ended up with? Should I have got lawyers involved, not defended myself, taken a deal, or not started Dorean at all? Regret dances in and out of your consciousness looking for some branch of doubt upon which to roost. The Christian man should not be subject to regrets if his faith is mature. Taking God at His word that the footsteps of the righteous are ordered of the Lord Jesus no room for regret, even though the hardest for me is not that I was guided into all the choices I made but that my friend suffers. But there is a fallacy in this thought also. For surely the God guiding me is the same guiding him. Can I transfer the knowledge of God’s great care for me as not individual solely but also for every part of His body including my brother? The only reasonable thought is to know God is constant in His faithfulness to all His children, so though I may desire to see the suffering of those I love to cease I cannot harbor a regret I delight and trust that the love of God will finish the work it has started and care for His own through all the trials and suffering along the journey. If you have any regrets about your involvement with Dorean you have a lot to learn about the Lord.

Slander’s Balm 1-8-11

A man may face many a slanders in his day. It is a fact of the human heart that it is loveless. The soul even hates itself. When a man’s soul s in this loveless state he cares not about the assaults of others even though there is a substance of truth found in them. When a man’s soul has been made alive in the love of Christ and is no longer loveless seems to be when the world takes more offense and slander increases. Though God has changed the man in such a way that the slanders are wholly false they increase. No longer having a loveless soul the slanders sting a bit because love cares for truth and for others, but there remains a consolation for a man as myself buried and imprisoned by lies of slander. That is that the one true witness who loved enough to change his heart gives a good report. Love does seek to give a good report if possible but will not overlook evil just to flatter. No, love is inoperable without truth. I do feel the wounds of all the slander and bear them heavily in my flesh. But love is the perfect balm to overcome such wickedness. My wish for all my enemies is no recompense but that the perfect balm is Christ’s love should reach their loveless hearts.

Legal Update 1-8-11

My legal options have been reduced to a 2255 which is a statutory habeas and to a writ of cert on a solitary issue. The cert is due by Feb 1st. but because of my SHU experience and a couple of cases that can effect my question I have requested an extension of time to file. The most interesting case if front of me is one called Bond that should be ruled upon late Feb in the Supreme Court. This is a federalism case, a subject not addressed in a hundred years. The gist of which is that under the 10th amendment I had a right to select which jurisdiction. I wanted to be prosecuted under, Utah or the Feds. I was not the government’s choice. We shall see how the ruling comes down. This case also talks of the vagueness issue written into most federal statutes so they can easily violate the constitution. Another case about to arrive there out of the 7th circuit is one called Krieger, This deals with elements of the offense and statutory construction. Little by little all the offenses practiced upon us by judge Alsup are being address.

Psalms 91 1-7-11

Psalms 91 has been a personal blessing to millions of believers through countless generations from the day it was penned. The words comforting every troubled spirit who looks to God as their help. No doubt this is the intended interpretation but upon my reading I discovered an alternate that touched me as richly but in a different kind of assurance. I saw verses 1-13 being spoken not to me but to Christ alone. These may be why the devil used these verses the way he did during the temptation. Then verse 14-16 I saw as Christ speaking to me.

The comfort I gained from this interpretation was I have knowledge that all those promises are fulfilled in Christ. The love of the father and provision to the son speaks to their character and relationship. The son is obviously precious in the sight of the Lord. His status of beloved is now made as an offer from Him to us to close the psalm. I do not need psalm 91 to be a personal promise as it were to reap all the benefits. For what Christ obtained He freely offers, the promise seemed to take on more potency for me when I saw them as Christ's possessions and given to me through Him.

Supernatural Normalcy 1-7-11

I’m currently on my 19th day of a 40 day fast. The Lord has already taught me a valuable lesson. This fast was scheduled to begin on Jan 2, but do to a phony accusation I was sent to the SHU on Dec 20th. Commonsense would have extinguished the accusation in the real world but in federally land folly gets its full exercise. Still this was the hank of the Lord, I began my fast when I entered the SHU, at prior prisons I stayed in my cell until the fast was over. There was the normal cooperation with medical. This prison however took to over reaction and paced me in an observation tank. The lights never go off and there are no facilities just a cement bed in the middle of the room. I get water by cup through the door and piss into plastic urinals. Fortunately bowl movements are a thing of the past. One does not prefer to be on Front Street when they fast. There are a couple of things I could do to avoid this and still fast. Some suggested by the staff. When I spoke to the Lord about them that's when I got some revelation. Fraud is such a part of the federal regime that I do not have the liberty to practice it, with the fast. The extra suffering caused by truth is just paid as a matter of course. That is the Christian life. God took me to the first 5 chapters of Daniel and said to me, He was using this front-street fast to place reverence before the irreverent. That was refreshing news and gave me some strength. Frankly that purpose alone was greater than my purpose for fasting. So in the normal course of a Christian man's life supernatural happens upon him. I'm reminded of Paul in Acts 28 who got shipwrecked and was merely stoking a fire when he got bit by a viper. The islanders got a supernatural display that stoked their spiritual fervor in the normalcy of Paul's life. The Christian live is so supernatural as a fact that amazing events of God's work just arrives. If you are one who fervently prays for the power of God to appear in your life, relax! It already has. Just walk you walk and God will magnify His name It may e a viper or some other unpleasantly like doing you fast in a dry windowed cell but suddenly and in an instant you are God's instrument
That is a blessed state, something to ponder.

Writ of Cert 11/22/10

The Supreme Court is a discretionary court and very political. It possesses as many dangers as it does relief. There is no grace in its chambers. Nothing individual happens there. You are not a person of significance but merely an issue. An issue that may or may not interest them, most of the time issues are refused about 1 in 40,000 are taken up. This is like the mating of black widows. The male spider has to do a masterful dance up on the web to present the female from viewing him as prey. The few who enter her courts rarely survive. She turns on them with all the power the males have prayed to restrain. This writ of cert will have to be fashioned perfectly for Scott and I to gain any benefit. I have already had to abandon one because there was a small chance this widow’s power would be directed at me. A small chance is to risky for our destiny.

I thank the Lord for the wisdom to see these traps in advance. The average lame world be courted to propagate their illusions of justice only to have their venom destroy them. I’m certain few Americans have the slightest clue what criminals they consider righteous.

If they did they would rarely surrender their brethren over to these tyrants you can molest a few boy in the choir and still be known as a priest within the community. This is the game played by our courts. May God cause them all to discover they have been discovered as perverts.

Winnie 11/22/10

There’s a lady named Winnie out there who has befriended me and I am the richer for it. Winnie has from cursory review a normal life. But one thing I believe was abnormal from her reports is that she has known love in her relationship. Many talk of love but only mislabel selfish agreement as love. Not so with Winnie as to detail her life was as full of the mundane task of existence as anyone. What I love about her is that she invest her love into the mundane. Faithfully writing cards (wonderful) and letters to a stranger in prison can not be more mundane and yet her genuine spirit and love gush from each writing.

Writing this blog can be very mundane. It is easy to justify quitting. My life is on slow motion compared to all my readers. Changes in my circumstances seem distant. Rarely now do I possess information relevant to the business of Dorean. All I desire to share I cannot because of the wicked eyes upon it.

Winnie told me God used my writings here to strengthen her during a time of trial. In this I am grateful! Her friendship a reward for exceeding my gift, she is a witness to the ways of God. He uses mundane task to convey His love in such a way as to strength your spirit. To encourage you to arrive at faith’s reward and to rest in a trustworthy love, God has been faithful to both of us, used both of us, and expressed His love through the mundane task of our lives. I love you Winnie as God loves you. How quickly you strength reciprocated.

The Principles of Skilling 11/22/10

In the Supreme Court case decided 6-24-10 the court interpreted the statute Title 18 1346. This is known as the McNally fix because it overturned McNally (1986) by adding honest service back into the mail and wire fraud statutes. In McNally the court interpreted these statutes not to include intangible property interest. Congress disagreed and passed section 1346. 1346 is a definition that basically said a “schema or artifice to defraud” includes honest service. The question skilling raised was, is this too vague to pass constitutional muster. The court said to save the statute they would have to confine the prohibited behavior to bribes and kickbacks. This definition has now been confined for constitutional reasons. Therefore it can now be read practically as a scheme or artifice to defraud includes bribes and kickbacks. This list is now the all inclusive list of behavior prohibited by the phrase “scheme or artifices to defraud” This phrase is in all the fraud statutes. At law the phrase now being defined must have the same meaning in every statute in which it is used. The problem you can already see is that even if Dorean the wicked scheme their rhetoric professed, it newer involved bribes or kickbacks. So Scott and I are convicted of a non-offense. It’s like raping mini-mouse they can write a statute prohibiting it but in reality my conduct could never violate it. They know this still it does not retard them from their malicious assault upon our innocence to the argument about truth in the mortgage industry. Call me guilty if you like but you become lawless in doing so.

Whoring Around 11/22/10

Ezekiel Chapter 23 describes the northern tribes (Aholah) and the southern tribes (Aholibah) of National Israel as women God entered a relationship with. Their names each colloguialism of the day for loose women. Women who preferred to wear their skirts over their heads as opposed to their loins.

I know a little of this type of women. My 2nd love was a loose woman I was too stupid to avoid. As much as I desired to domesticate her I could not change the way she wore her skirt. 3 decades later she had not changed. My frustration and demise were certainties though I knew it not at the time.

God goes on to describe these women as chasers of every lover they could find. Even to the perversion of bestiality. Yet His love is professed an evident. Of course the parallels. Between these women and ourselves is easy to own. All of us have hated God desiring the promise of every lover we could see.

Today I am married to a virtuous woman. One whom love can be freely exchanged. I can entrust my love to her as easily as I can trust her love. I have known in type both the whore’s idea of love and God’s love. The one thing about human nature that amazes me is how much effort we’ll place in trying to domesticate the whores of our lives while with the same vigor we’ll repulse a true and genuine love. How much longer will we hate the Virtue of a righteous lover?

Recently a good friend of mine hired someone I referred from this prison. This was a divine situation; this man is a husband with a lovely family. I knew instantly he had the call of God in his life. I did not get to impart much while he was here because of the influences he allowed into his life, but God is cleaver. Jobs are difficult to find especially in this economy as an ex-felon. Yet this man employed under my godly friend, now are all godly themselves. God used circumstances to change his influences. I’m certain that external fruit shall be reaped from this situation

I know this world lives in a hatred of God and themselves, but the few who do not get to witness God’s gentle wooing of His enemies into a love relationship. This man can’t see it yet or even fathom how rich a love is advancing upon him, but when he comes to that revelation he will see that God so loved him that he nurtured a business in a rough economy, developed some men to share there experiences under this love, and lastly ever sent a man to prison to make sure this lost soul was found.

As a witness to this type of love and to have this privileged to be a part of God’s work affirms the security one feels in the mastery of God in your own life. Scott and I are safe. We have both seen the hand of God lovingly moving through what must view tragic. I suspect this entire family will enter an eternal love relationship with God and that is a treasure Judge Alsap cannot steal from me.

Tracking with God 11/16/10

Isaiah 55:11 is a verse many can quote but few understand. This verse to me is the root of all man’s relation with God. This is just cursory thought from a book I’m writing to expound on the details that I hope to convey here.

The 8 virtues listed in 2 Peter 1:5-7 are not independent attributes acquired over the course of time. To me they are the rails that the emanations of God ride upon and that return to Him the harvest. They are the very substance of the bargain contracted between Creator and creation.

Faith or the Greek work pisteo (phonetic) is the turnabout when the effort of God’s love returns as the product of God’s desire. It is that point where we are entrusted with God and where we place our trust in Him.
God passes through these virtues chronologically or progressively from love to faith. We at the receipt of this expression ride the virtues back to love departing in faith. They are likewise chronological and progressive for the individual. But the work of God in the individual bargain between Himself and another also has a collective version called the bride. She historically rides these virtues until she arrives at her perfection. That brings returned to love of neighbor and love of God. Brotherly love to love, we’re not there yet but His work will not return void. He shall obtain His bride who will be virtuous. She chronologically has passed from the faith that began her journey during the Ephesians church age and progressed historically through time to the Philadelphian church age we as individuals currently live in.(see Rev. 2-3 ) It is no accident that our progression toward God are mirrored to His digression toward us. When His words of love departed they were destined to return with His bride. I wanted no less from the words of love expressed to my beloved. The gospel is a love story. The greatest love story ever told that rides these virtues between love and trust. All aboard!

The Giant Brat 11/16/10

Many of you have no comprehension of the beast called the United States. The federal government has long since burst the bonds of restraint set for it. Funny money was the beginning. Once unteathered to economic realities, power became the un resistible temptation. Now the spirit is a spoiled child with endless resources no wisdom, and a corrupted character. Most of you cannot fathom what Scott and I stood for or what we’re standing against. My last few years incarcerated have nothing to do with facts or the law.

After a successful trial where they controlled the jury through sophisticated machinations and secure your convictions, then the higher courts collaborated to torture you with daily tactics. The law means nothing, the truth is irrelevant, and justice is only a confidence game. The only truth they know is self-validation. A spoiled child is not a good judge in anything. The game now is to present a public image sellable yet devoid of reality. I had no idea of the depths of perversion until I was forced to swim in it. You won’t know what I’m telling you until this rotten child’s desires force upon you. Throw out all your expectations of truth, kindness, morals, service, and constitutionality and imaging evil, vindictiveness, corruption, greed, and fraud and you will better be able to defend yourself.

I am hated by these men because I did not bow to their power, succumb to their fraud, or surrender my will to their lies. For this I must be punished. Not for a crime but for my arrogances. This is the sole reason I remain incarcerated. I could have won my appeal if I had one. Mine was stolen from me by systems tactics. Not employed on everyone only selectively. They know their confidence game would be exposed if they ever allow me to be heard. But until that moment arrives the games are played. I am not arguing any facts at their deaf ears only dealing with procedures. Issues at vindication most likely will not be before any court for a couple more years. This malicious tactic is known by God. If He wishes to shorten my time He can defend. If not I trust His purpose, my next act is a writ of cart, which I’ll make a blog for your reading. Its essence will be “Did the
lower court err in not hearing my issues?” The answer determines my next move.

Slow Play 11-15-10

I am innocent of the charges against me. A crime had to be perpetrated upon me to convict me. Judge Alsup knows this as well as all the other actors. I’m not complaining only recognizing what I’m up against. I have found the way within their rulings to overturn this but vile tactics prevent me from being heard. This is nothing new. I’ve found a case where they used the same tactics to steal 11 years from one guy and 19 from another. These tactics are the hatred of power freaks who want to break those brave enough to challenge their fraud. This battle is the Lord’s. I’m in, fully vested no matter the cost. God knows their plans and has given me wisdom to see it and to institute counter measures. I regret only that such evil men have power and find honor among men. If we would only turn our hearts to God His justice would advance toward us, until then these creep shows will pillage their brethren and convince ignorant accomplices to be jurors. I don’t see a way within the system to get any relief shorter than 2 years. Even this is hopefully optimistic. God can always shorten the time.

Many great rulings have come out of the Supreme Court this year that assure my victory. But procedure is their weapon not law. The judges know they can ignore me until the law absolutely won’t allow it anymore. Each evil denial steals time and tests my resolve.

Power tortures and laughs while justice and truth cry. God watches and plans to destroy the plans of the wicked. If you know how trustworthy the love of God is toward those who love Him you would be assured of our victory and confidently support until your victory arrives. It has come to my attention that the service I was using did not maintain the site with consistent flow of my writings. I no longer receive copies of any post or comments. I am switching services to try and maintain some regular postings.

I am very much on a snail pace through this abuse of power. Defeating them is doubtless but they want to torture me slowly for my arrogances. The Lord is completely in charge of these events and I take the journey full of joy. I do wish my writing could convey a confidence so sure in truth that no lie would trouble you. This remains an unfulfilled desire I know. It does appear truth is creeping back into society. What Dorean spoke against is coming to the forefront. On coast to coast 11-14-10 a gentleman (reporter) Greg Hunter was exposing all we already know at Dorean. Perhaps you can listen to this broadcast or go to his webpage. If anyone should obtain a broadcast transcript of this program I would enjoy a copy.

The federal labyrinth of deceit and injustice is a formidable trap to fall prey to. Human fortitude is crushed by doubts, delay, and malice. Ye a son of God has no fear. He is blessed with a resolute conviction that God’s love is trustworthy. A resolve that empowers him to overcome every obstacle, truly there can be no quit within him. Spiritual reason justifies the blessed fortitude.

The human condition is the same for all of us. God’s love can be recognized by every individual, you may not fear a giant as large as mine or one you perceive equal but the truth of their defeat is certain. Be of good cheer and courage. God is greater than the sum of all His enemies. Remain in the fight until the hope of your deliverance arrives according to the plans fashioned in love for you. See you at the finish line!

Everyone knows that a braided rope is stronger than its individual strands. The bible says a threefold cord is not easily broken. In fact hanging by rope has broken more necks that ropes. In our sinful nature there is a threefold cord not easily broken; our blind reason, our perverse heart, and our distempered affections. This cord has had a strangle hold upon our necks during our entire existence.
The blind reason argues it should not bow to the Lordship of Christ. The perverse heart says it will not bow. The distempered affections in support of the others says it shall not bow.

One of the biblical names for sinners can be translated wild-ass men. The renown of the stubborn ass easily recalled. The law addressed the ass in a telling way. The firstborn of an ass was to have its neck broken. To redeem the ass a lamb could be slain. The type made obvious toward Christ. This root of sin within us, this threefold cord has us under noose in the hangman’s peril. The law against it calling for our broken neck, yet what is not possible for man is possible with God. He can liberate us from the strength of this cord and break its death grip over us. Only His love can serve it. So the question bids do I stretch my neck in search of His love or stretch my neck in the leap of death?

THE MIRACLE & THE MYSTERY 12/6/10

The bride of Christ (those enthralled with their beloved) to this world will never be an explained miracle or a solved mystery. Her presence cannot be denied and her knowledge cannot be shared. The knowledge here spoken of is both the reasonable comprehension and the intimacy of a lover. The miracle of her appearing cannot be denied by eyes that see her, but her creation is a mystery. The world has their brides but none who practice the love and fidelity she practices for her unseen Husband. She claims to trust and love Him though by all appearances she is abandon, even a widow, because the world is certain they destroyed her Husband.

The World can distinguish between the garment and the woman. Many put on the bridal gown and claim the relationship but as God declares in type through Ezekiel 23 these frauds are rejected and can be known by how the lift their skirts to the seducers of this world. The fidelity of the true bride is a mystery to infidels. How can they fathom her love intellectually or intimately when they have no experience or capability with the love she professes and knows?

She walks among men but her affections are not of this world. Sometimes in rage they abuse her. Sometimes in their inferior righteousness they condemn her. Sometimes in their cheap love and loneliness they mock her. Sometimes in awe they emulate her but then learn they are not her when they fall prey to seduction. She is ridiculed as a fool. She honors a Husband she claims is a king and gives herself over to His glory yet His kingdom has no standing in this world. She is offensive and hated because her existence cannot be denied, her love cannot be stopped by reason or force, and because she is adorned and lovely; yet exclusive. She walks humbly and boldly through time. The perfect icon of a miracle and a mystery. Soon she will be joined with her Husband and the mystery will forever remain unsolved by this world. Her miracle union will forever be displayed and undeniable but her knowledge will never be transferable. Though the kingdom be revealed the bridal chamber shall forever remain private. The world will come to love and fear her Husband, even acknowledge her, but they will never be His lover.

Glorify Thy Name 12-4-10

In a selfish world we forget about the usefulness of the human life to bring glory to God. When I was young I was able to make choices concerning my life. Now that I am old and incarcerated others make decisions concerning my life. I am not the first in this predicament. Peter in his exchange with Jesus (Jn. 21:15-19) learns of his death by cruxifiction. This man who just went back to what he knew (fishing) was doing with his life as he desired. God knew of the perfecting work He would accomplish in time. Are we all not called to this? Can there be a better use of your life than to bring glory to God? The ability to arrive at this place in spirit comes through the maturation of love. In Peter's discourse with Jesus his love was put in question. It was still too self-centered.

Jesus in Jn. 12:27-28 shows us how a human spirit behaves when it has fallen in love with God. He's coming to an hour of great human difficulty yet for God's glory He would rather face it than to avoid it. I witnessed this in all my co-defendants absent Scott any many clients that for fear's sake they turned from glorifying God. What is the strength of a love that would retreat to fear?

When the love of God truly touches the heart of a man through the revelation God has entrusted Himself to you for relationship sake, trust and reciprocal love arise. No longer do you see your life as a personal property interest but rather a servant given to the glorification of God. Dorean is a difficult hour but God's glory is paramount to a heart in love. Never the less not my will to do with my life as I desire but Thy will be done, Glorify Thy Name! Then the answer comes from heaven "I have glorified it, and will glorify it again!"

Thanksgiving 11-22-10

This still remains my favorite holiday. I think this remains true because it is the only holiday that celebrates an eternal truth between God and man. As I'm writing I'm looking at a postcard setting outside a prison window. To me the snow covered mountains, clans of regal evergreens, and azure skies profess more truth about my life than the iron in front of the plexiglas.

If a man knows God through the experience of a private and intimate relationship there is a chorus of praise invading all your senses concerning your beloved out of every circumstance. My spirit has been infected by the contagion of God's love. Literally an epidemic of affection has overtaken me.

This has formulated into a book I've called "The Perfect Bride" (an eternal love story). I've undertaken this project on the chance many are far too ignorant of our existence being created for pleasure. A pleasure that can only be known in the free expression of an intimate love.

This does not diminish the reality of the peril of my circumstance only the threat of its power to inflict injury. The Bible says "perfect love cast out fear.' This is true! Thanksgiving results, hope this overtakes your holiday and your life.

God’s Love Endures All Things 10/30/2010

This trial lingers and is prolonged far beyond human fortitude. Trials like this are embraced by children of God because they separate and prove, they prove that God loves us; that His love is trustworthy; that His promises are irrevocable; and that His grace is sufficient. All this comes to those who surrender their wills to the actions inspired by the “amending” faith of Christ. Sheep and goats, wheat and tares righteous and wicked are identified and separated by these rough trials.

It is impossible for a man to choose the course laid by the promises of God. All human efforts will fail. But with God all things are possible. With His power expressed first in love, accepted by faith and delivered by hope what was impossible was made possible with His power expressed first in love, accepted by faith, and delivered by hope what was impossible was made possible. My critics talk a good game of human wisdom with religious overtones but betray their hearts with their words. God’s view is expressed by a very different vocabulary that reeks of courage and perseverance.

If they could grasp God’s plan or His ways they would have no fear in their prophecies, judgments, or expectations. The saint made alive by the power to trust God’s love overcomes every trial. It can be no other way. There is no power greater that God’s expressed via His love. No power in heaven or earth can withstand it. That is not to say it will bowl over every hard hatred rebel. Love limits itself to truth and that is a respecter of freedom of choice to love. Heaven is not the reward of those who seek the blessings of God for themselves It is merely the habitation of those who preferred dwelling with God over any other desire. As that victory awaits the saint so does every victory along your providential journey. Scott and I know the faith of Christ in us will deliver the justice in Christ and no power arrayed against that promise will survive. If you know Christ as we know Him you would already be at “AMEN”. If you’ve not you’re living less loved. Less assured, less aware of whom loves you.

Does my talk of Christ during this trial bore you? Well there is nothing more boring than hearing foolish whimpers, worries, and doubts by king’s children ignorant of their inheritances or lineage. We could be joint heirs if we shared the same faith. Christ would bring us all to victory and make the difficult journey joyous. If you are mourning you are justified. If you are relaxed in God’s trustworthy love you have been given the spirit of gladness for the spirit of mourning.

I may never have the joy of seeing that pig headed wicked judge Alsup delivered from sin and death but his turning from deliverance does not endanger mine. His father the devil cannot displace me from the promises made in God’s love. Wickedness has its day but the Lord laugh’s at it with derision and sees another day coming. Scott and I see it too and not as far off as wickedness intended.

The Chastisement of Love 10/27/2010

The root of sin runs clear through our being. It destroys our identity and purpose. We were designed to be in a loving relationship with our creator. Jesus came across a fig tree once in Mark 11:12-14 and when He discovered it was a liar not bearing fruit when it had leaves declaring it would, Jesus attacked the roots. He's done no less for us. Yet a chastisement of law is very harsh. All of us have felt the string of the law's righteous demands and our failure to meet it.

When I was a small child this root took on a humorous display. My little sister and I shared a room. We would giggle and be silly. Mom would open our door, chastise us with the law of silence and then tell us she didn't want to hear another "peep" out of us. Within 20 seconds of the door being shut we would start a chorus of ”peep, peep, peep" and then laughter, I later discovered sound traveled through the vents in a house. Our little hearts already wanted to be a law into themselves.

As I've grown older I'm discovering a truth God make clear. The law behind the law is to love God with all your might and your neighbors as yourself. Love has the effectual power to chastise where the law falls short. When love truly reaches you love reciprocates out of you. The law is not lost as to its demands here, it is just love performs it willingly, hoping to bless the other with true love. Loving God after receiving His love sets our being in proper order. The fruitless life of a bad root system and its lies dies and a new creation which was our original design has us being lovers. A righteous union of marriage, where the harsh law finds grace. The resilience to trust love will yield a power to perform it and the courage to refuse the counterfeit.

Promised Affection 10/24/2010

I have been a consistent proponent of the faith of Christ. A faith so confident in God's word that I would choose it over live itself, God’s work is certainly trustworthy but I have discovered the course of its reliability. Every word of our creator is spoken in love. A true love that bears no false witness, a love that by its existence and character can only be reliable.

True prayer I've discovered is communing with God over His promises spoken. It is not a complaint from human perspective of the deficiencies of God. It goes beyond this reason to heart understood affection. Where love recognizes love and desires to reciprocate. Nothing can interrupt this prayer except confused affection. It is an easy constant if the heart can remain fixed upon the only appropriate object of its affection. The ultimate commandment to love God with all your heart settles in as the key to your developing being.

The promises set a course that this heart relationship will naturally follow. Awareness of the quality nature of God’s love infects your spirit with the faith of Christ which cannot doubt words uttered by this love. We know that promises fail but only if we neglect the means necessary to their accomplishment. Love, faith, and the hope they produce out of this prayerful communion can never fail. This is the example of Christ and why Scott and I have the courage to overcome the evil, God took notice of. I encourage you not to derail off the promised affection that guides you to victory.

Regrets 10/16/10

Regret is not an emotion available to me. Its flaw being that it presumes God’s course and plans for your life are not formulated out of His love for you. Our root of sin causes our wills to rebel with the folly of this ignorance. When Dorean was formed the mortgage companies had a pristine reputation in the arena of law. Today this is not the case. Forty U.S. attorneys are going after mortgage companies for fraud. The CEO of Countrywide was just fined $67 million. The courts no longer can trust the affidavit of employees that rights title and interest were secure. Rulings are coming down daily that support and enhance Dorean’s position. We were about 7 years ahead of the explosion of truth arriving. Soon though it will be very hard for the lies concerning us to be sustained by the fraudsters who propagated and sustained them. Regret wants to look at the price. I’ve paid for truth and justify itself. But faith looks to the love of God and sees the justification for this trial. The test measures the quality of the deposits of wisdom, truth, faith and love given you by the Lord and finds them precious. A value far in excess of the personal cost. How can one regret receiving gifts? It’s an awkward emotion out of place propped up by lies. If you have regrets for your participation with Dorean you are blinded to the loving work God is doing in your life. Trust His love and put away regret it does not become those beloved of this Lord.

Tough Trusters 10/13/10

An ancient truth slips past another generation that prefers the ignorance of their progenitors. Distrust is the root of sin. The faith of Christ attacked and conquered this root by its existence. Many people wear the badge of Christian but very few actually receive the honor. The reason for this is the environment of trial. The test we face have the sole purpose of authenticating the faith of Jesus as a power within us. This is a power only made available in a relationship with Christ. In fact it is the dividing line between friend and phony. Christ uniquely displayed the faith upon the cross. Then when the root of sin was laid upon Him and the full measure of all human distrust filled His cup His perception as a man was dishonest. Look to His reference to Psalm 22. In the darkness His trust preserved and broke through to the light He knew to be true. The penultimate word of God is faithful because it is uttered in the ultimate reliability of the love of God. No distrust is justified. It is our trials that bear down upon us that bring our wills to the cutting edge of this choice. If we surrender our will to Christ His faith will triumph over the pressures to distrust. It will grab the reins of our will and attempt to maneuver through our perceptions we fail. We betray His love and friendship. Ultimately we betray ourselves and enter the stage of religious hypocrisy. We’ll bear the badge but not the honor. My delight in this Dorean trial is how it drives me further into the faith of Christ. The root of sin could not prevail over this power what can man do to me? No fear resides. Though my hope tarry it is still valid. It will obtain for this human what it obtained for Christ as a man. My progenitors Adam and Eve passed on to me a legacy of distrust but Christ gave his power to dislodge me from that bloodline to His. Now in every trial as the cross itself the faith of Christ outlives the death of sin. Forever this is settled in heaven. My many detractors are merely distrusters but the sons of God are tough trusters that make it through every trial. To m peers: “See you at the finish line.”

The Power Behind Faith 10/10/10

I have talked much of faith over the years of this battle. Its importance cannot be diminished in regards to a successful outcome. But somehow through their exercise I have come to see the real power that makes faith potent and that separates the real faith from the phony. The real faith is the faith of Christ. A unique and distinguished faith that rest in the fact of God’s love for you. Jesus as a man used this faith to undo the work of Adam and Eve. He struggled with perception made obvious by His references to Psalm 22 of His death. In this Psalm David contrast His perceptions with the precept of wisdom concerning God’s character. Christ struggling through His pain of perception in trust says “Unto you do I commend my spirit.” This is authentic faith that cannot be practiced without the love of God as its support. This example of real faith proves the love is real. The are inseparable. Coming to a true knowledge that you are beloved of God causes this faith to thrive. This love is trustworthy as a fact. A fact that can be trusted beyond the perceptions of our understanding. When enemies with the likes of the U.S. Government, cancer, recession seems to attack we are not dislodged from this great love. Faith is sound and we can allow Christ in us to exercise it the only way He knows how, “unto you (God) do I commend my spirit.” That is the liberating power of real faith settled in a true love.

Envy 10/10/10

Psalm 37:1 it tells us to fret not nor be envious. It is said of Queen Elizabeth that she envied the milkmaid when she was in prison. Being ignorant of her glorious 40 year reign that still laid before her was the silliness behind this envy. To me the children of God in Christ are far too ignorant of their heir ship and this kingdom. We envy beggars who have no hope of our inheritance. Judge Alsup has all the trappings of the son of power but he si merely an actor. His father of lies cannot leave to him truth. My Father of justice is not leaving His justice to strangers. Shall I envy this pauper because he appears blessed to the foolish? Do we not know how our Father works? Is it not the ox put to work in the stocks that lives longer and well? The ox put out to pasture seemingly in splendor and rest is short-lived. Their revered is their ruin. It is not the apparel that makes a nobleman but the pedigree of blood. How is it an heir can envy a possessor who will never hold the title? I was a trustee in possession of many of your properties but it was your heir that had all the interest. When title became an issue the law quickly dispossessed me of possessions and protected the heir. How much more is truth in the real law of the only King? Watch how the heirs are treated when the King demands their rights. Then foolish envy will be overshadowed by true envy, from real beggars.

Life’s Banquet 9/28/10

I have been delighted in my life a few times to sit down for a multi-course meal prepared by a master chef. Each course is delicious and has a tantalizing quality of expectation for things to come. As I pondered the Lord it occurred to me that as His beloved we should very much live in this condition. Eternity makes it clear that our Master in love before the foundations of the world set His heart towards us in full measure. Not one good thing or one precious delight is missing. Still as finita creations our lives unfold in the progression of days in a myriad of courses. Yet each course has been prepared for us out of the bounty of Christ. The downing of the new day should bring with it the appreciation of the fair set before us with the tantalizing quality that all the courses are for our pleasure. Can you live in this honest state of love or are you some bulimic so caught up in your appearance before this world that you constantly revolt with the vomit of thanklessness and contempt? I delight in the Lord’s table and I do not live by bread alone. Each day heaven supplies its bounty as revelation wets my appetite for more. Bon Appetit!

Giant Truth 9/28/10

Psalm 36:20 “The wicked shall perish…” I heard a lady’s testimony about how she so hated her rapist. She actually prayed to God that he would be raped and killed prison. She had identified him and assured his conviction. Eleven years later DNA proved it was another man she had not identified. The innocent man forgave her and she learned from her own misplaced hatred that she was the criminal. Yet Christ’s love displayed through her victim delivered her. Outside of that her error is equal to the righteous judgments of this world. All of it perishes. All of their puffery ends in a puff; their fuming ends in smoke, they make themselves fat and perish in their own grease. Consumers of the good they tried to be, and consumed they shall be. I wonder why saints trouble so much over the plans of the wicked. The Lord laughs at them. Their power is as strong as their judgments. Mere folly! I have never questioned the Lord’s care for me before this giant. There was a contrast in the David and Goliath story. Not between the boy and the giant but between the boy and his king. One saw God’s way and one shook in his boots. The Messiah was in the loins of David and in his faith. The dame remains true today. If you want to be a vital part of God’s Kingdom you must be confident in this truth, “The wicked shall perish…”

Writ Of Cert 9/24/10

The appeals court actions were intended to forestall my vindication. The next step afforded me is a writ of cert to the Supreme Court. My chances of getting their assistance is about 1 in 40,000. They only address constitutional issues which I have but that does not increase my odds much. I will try and post this writ because it will have my winning issue within its contents. The writ will be asking for a GVR back to the appeals court. That is Grant, Vacate, and Remand. This is just to restore the appeal that was stolen from me. An appeal which prevented me from raising any valid claim in the first instance. The attorneys forced upon us were part of the mechanism used to silence our valid claims. They put forth a silly argument designed to lose and precluded us from addressing the court with a winning argument. These are the tactics of an unrighteous tyrant. One a man of God should never fear. Regardless of their successes to injure Dorean Psalm 35 “The Dorean Psalm” already declares the finish. Above all things God is trustworthy. If you are at all competent of what the lawless call the law it will be easy for you to gain confidence in our ultimate vindication. The games length is all the battle embraces at the moment. This 1-40,000 chance gives me a time break or according to the odds a long delay. I trust the Lord. I’ll be finished when God says I am. I am content with this timeframe.

The Bargaining Table 9/24/10

One of the components of the Dorean Process was the adhesion contract. The bargaining table is where the parties measure the cost. In the scriptures Micah 6:6-8 the prophet is using bargaining language to measure the cost God is seeking. Bargaining is a language suited solely for this temporal existence. For who can bargain with God? This is the question the prophet soon realizes is futile. All pagan religions are trapped at the bargaining table. Forever they are trapped trying to appease the god of their imagination. Our wicked souls knowing we cannot remain true to any cause automatically conclude god intolerant and displeased. Then our imaginations go from small offerings to grass offerings like children depending on the perceived need. Ask yourself if you’ve bargained with God about your job, the foreclosure, your children, etc. When we do this we are ignorant of God’s commerce. It is true man cannot offer anything to God as Creator to appease Him for as originator He has title to all things. You cannot give like Robin Hood what is stolen and be virtuous. Micah resolves the nonsense of bargaining with God quickly. By verse 8 simply waling upright, contemporaneously with God is all you can bring to the table. All human wisdom ignores what was so simple from our origin. Adam and Eve walked and talked with God. A free moral agent has a distinct personality and has one original gift to offer that by its nature excludes all other offerings as an offensive fraud. That is friendship. God will take our friendship and the brotherly love until it blossoms into that greater absolute love. This is an adhesion contract that comes with life. Because you are you, able to contract, and individual only you and creator are the parties involved. Will you be honorable with the gift of life and befriend your benefactor, or insult Him as a thief and a robber. Everyone of you who copy software to more than one computer know the spirit that judges the adhesion contract unfair. Microsoft is not like God who can demand strict liability to the contract. Eternity is just the settlement of this contract. You were never possessed with the resources to purchase your life or to repurchase it when death made it’s claim. Only one could and He laid down His life for a friend. Now that’s a bargain

Scratching The Surface 9/24/10

In the Thursday USA Today paper 9-23-10 there was an article on the miscarriage of justice built into the federal prosecution scheme. The article only approaches the surface issues. The truth of the matter is a tyrannical government is devouring its citizens with a fraudulent righteousness. We are quickly becoming one nation under arrest. There were two institutions more powerful than voting built into our Constitution to protect us from such tyranny but we have abandoned them over to the creep shows who have stolen our government. These were the grand jury and petite jury. Each was to be an informed citizen fearing tyranny. Now they are only populated with sucklings who benefit from the government test in some form or another. On the surface this appears to be a political problem solvable in the arenas of rhetoric but it is squarely an issue of spiritual import and byproduct of a diseased heart. Each man has increasingly sought the proud path of individualism. Love of neighbor has fallen anemic in the lifeblood of this nation. Pride drives men in power to be robbers and tyrants. So goes the man so goes his nation. Not until the individual surrenders to God’s love in meaningful diligence will we see a reversal of fortune. I am glad for my unjust suffering under the tyrant for God has changed me to be of a different heart than our leaders. If me, I pray many more. May the numbers though never reaching a majority rise to that place where the prayers of the righteous avail much. I offended Mr. Alsup because I could prove his righteousness a fraud. If I am a voice in a thousand he takes no concern of my truth, but one in a hundred or one in ten and his ears cannot comfortably remain deaf. You won’t change this nation with your vote. Even if you manage to be a wise juror not duped by the tyrant you will have only saved one accused. But if you save yourself from the tyrant within your heart through Christ you will be able to lead this nation out of tyranny. May God enlighten you with greater care than He has myself. Eternity is the true measure of a man and nations are finite and temporal. But the love of eternity will have the effect upon temporal institutions. Our nation in pride has cast off the eternal causes the birthed her as have all the arrogant powers of human endeavor that ceased in the past. Our identity could be crucial as we enter the age of spiritual division. Time will soon divide on Christ and antichrist politically. That choice will come from the heart of the nation. Lovers of one will be the tyrants to the other perspectively, but in truth only one will be lovers and the other haters.

God Is Speaking 9/24/10

I recently heard a preacher (respectable) state that God has finished His communication with man and it is completed with the written word. As a conservative seeing all the loose cannons fostered upon us with the claim of God directed hearing I can appreciate that restriction. But as a believer I would be very disturbed if this idea was a fact. It would call into question some disturbing thoughts on Christ. His doctrine of groom and bride or friendship would easily become suspect. Take John 17 the Lord’s prayer. It is obvious that the apostles were invited in a very special relationship with God through a contemporaneous walk with Christ. The prayer also makes clear that his relationship is not unique to them but will continue for those who follow after them. How strange would it be for the groom to court his bride personally in the beginning and then leave her for the rest of her days to a literary love note? The Bible if not confirmed by the contemporaneous living groom is solely literary. If on the other hand it is sanctioned by direct confirming “Amen” of the revelator we have the reliable word of God steal that from the bride because of a few flakes and nuts and you have protected the bride by cutting out her heart. A foolish thought only though to be wise.

The State Of A Man 9/24/10

I have recently undertaken the nurturing of a few men. Shocking to me is that full grown bodies do not harbor men but mere infants. In my 36 years in Christ all my maturity seems so simple. My wisdom becoming more profound is more childlike. Yet, there is a scripture that speaks of putting away childish things. How few I meet today in grown bodies have taken this command. I’m surrounded by me whose entire being is chasing their pecker through life. I was once a studly 18-year-old swimming in a sea of testosterone but men don’t remain in that state. I used to steal as a little boy before I understood respecting others and their property. Man don’t remain in that state. I used to toy with girl’s affections to bolster my ego. Men don’t remain in that state. Men make themselves available in relationships. I used to take little responsibility for my life. All my concerns were about the now of me not the me of now. Men don’t remain in this state. God and my life were a concern of my parents. I was not a man accountable for my choices. I had a child’s body and a child’s understanding. My question to my generation is when are men going to appear? I’m nurturing men in the prison who behave in their understanding as children. Kids say the darndest things but they also make many foolish choices.

Many judge wisdom through circumstance instead of circumstance through wisdom. This habit leas to false understandings. Worst of all we get a false perception of God. Men in my circumstance feel they have fallen out of favor with God and must have sinned. Surely bad things don’t happen to good people. Those who judge me judge themselves as pleasers of God because the status quo is relatively easy. The folly of both these extremes is men looking to judge the character of God through the light of their understanding. It is God who illumines. How foolish to think you can light a candle to see the sun. The sun illumines itself and all below it. If we would use the light of God to view our lives every shadow of darkness and lies would flee. We would not be measuring our candlepower but rather His brilliance. I have confessed on this blog that I am pleasing to the Lord. My suffering is not because I am out of favor. It is actually because of His great love for me that I face this trial. My judgment is not by human candlepower but by the light of my beloved. It is not my measure of sin or righteousness but the working of God in me. He established Dorean because He is just, not apathetic, or silent. When His work is finished many will see the light of His countenance from beginning to end. The shame of candlepower judgments will evidence themselves. Though the burning embarrassment of finite flickers will have run their course. I will have tanned under the heat of a fervent love that caused me to rest in the storm.

Prison Continues Awhile 9/8/10

The harsh reality of my confrontation with this system is a code of silence. My trail had nothing to do with the facts. Many maneuvers were used to have an irrelevant trial that was merely a drama. The appeal was a continuation of this plan. The appeals court took the position that we were to be silenced. They forced lawyers upon us whose purpose was to pose a question the court wanted to answer but had nothing to do with the facts. The question was “how do we try guys like this?” This question has nothing to do with us in particular but more is a policy question. How do we try guys like this who represent themselves, are not psychologically impaired, and have some intelligence in the law. The reason this question was posed was to answer in such a way as to scare others from attempting what we did. It was not a serious question about how to give guys like us a fair trial or for that matter a fair appeal. It was a concerted effort to assure otherwise. Now robbed of our appeals it looks likely we have years to remedy their tactics. It is not a question now of winning but how they can tax us for our arrogance. Only men of Christ can garner a victory from this place. The selfish would break, cry, and surrender. Even when we are finally heard and it becomes apparent they will have to let us go they will do all within their power to entrap us into a loss or stalemate. As a trustee I must finish without putting my personal interest before yours. The price continues to rise but correspondingly so does the values. Most of you will move on certain victory will never come. All of you will lose interest. The one great thing about God is He never waivers or fatigues with His justice. His servants are renewed in His strength and will finish the course.

Dorean Is Personal 9/5/10

Difficult times like those that have arrived in the Dorean process can bring with them stubble and hot air to inflame doubts. Yet there is a powerful pronoun that applied correctly can quench all angst. Psalm 35 properly titles is the Dorean Psalm. IN it is all the truths necessary to address the consequences of Dorean. To be “hated without a cause” is a righteous suffering. Under this suffering there is no greater comfort to a soul then to hear “the Lord is “my” salvation.” To have this personal pronoun knowledge that the salvation of the Lord is individualized and particular to you overwhelms any fears your Dorean experience and muster. Your eyes are opened to see a love rarely known, a special care constant and available between lovers like lovers resting in a hammock, neither has a concern of ill will of the other. Any suspicion or charge is regulated to a whim of folly and given no credence. How much more should we like this Psalmist assure our souls with the fidelity of our Lord’s love? Dorean was a word chose for its descriptiveness and for its exposure of a corresponding truth that settles a soul in love. So though I did not wish for the full impact of Dorean to touch so many lives I can only hope that under the heat of unjust suffering all of you come to the absolute assurance like this Psalmist and myself that “this Lord is “your” salvation.”

The Last Word 9/2/10

There was a man named Stephen who was made a deacon by the apostles. A deacon is not an office of high honor but of high service. Stephen is mentioned in the Scripture in the book of acts. His reference is limited but significant. He was a brave man possessed with the truth. Intrigue of wicked men in power brought a charge against him. When addressing his accusers he preached elegantly the truth of Jesus Christ. Then he was stoned to death. His false accusers spoke but could not refute his truth. Killing him was their last word but his message did not die with him. A man named Saul who later became known as Paul the apostle was present for Stephen’s last word. Paul later went on to write nearly half of the New Testament. A man impregnated by Stephen’s last word delivered alive for all generations what Stephen’s last word held in essence. Stephen’s last word on truth has never been silent. To this day it emanates in hearts, pulpits, churches, and nations. As I fight for truth under the same wicked assault I am encouraged by this history. We never know when we will be defending truth for our last time. Each time has eternal import beyond our comprehension. By Stephen’s example I defy the wicked liars and hold out for the promise of fruit only the truth can supply.

You Be The Judge 8/29/10

Judgments have been rampant throughout this Dorean process. Judgment appears to be easily exercised but rarely trained. We all are victims of this wild dog let loose from our carnal nature to attack our neighbors. Is that the judgment we as sons of the living God are destine to practice? It is spoken of us that we are to rule the nations and to govern cities. Shall we lust for that power with the same malicious power consuming a Judge Alsup? Oh how foolish it would be to consider our judgments wise. Here is a thought worthy of thankfulness who is injured more he who suffers under injustice or he who practices it? I have suffered by not with the magnitude of all the wicked who have cast their judgments upon me. This is not a boast of my righteousness but an observation. If ever I was in doubt of my destiny just this distinction made within my soul by the working of God would be enough evidence to verify it. We are not to be apathetic, silent, judgeless bodies but distinguished. Our judgment is to be wise and not evil like the worlds. Those or you who judged me accordingly have not condemned me but found faith alive and well battling unrighteousness. Those who have judged me with adherence to the standards of this would inherit their judgments. Fear not the judgments of this world for soon, in due season, we who are being trained will be revealed as co-heirs with Christ executing His perfect judgment forever.

Great Expectations 8/27/10

I recently had two motions denied at the court of appeals. One was to move our attorneys to Amicus and to proceed as consul of record. The other was to reopen the appeal. They were denied very quickly. There are two inferences that could be made from this denial. First they were lost in the mail and when finally received were no longer timely in light of additional filings. Lawyers already moved off the case making us attorney of record. Second a motion to rehear arrived. This may have gained traction making the reopen moot. It has been 6 weeks for their consideration, which may be a good sign, at the time of this writing. If we’re granted rehearing I’ll be allowed to present many issues. There is only one issue I believe in the spirit I must present. That means I must waive all the others. All would get me out of jail immediately upon the ruling. But just this one assures total victory. The risk of course in this strategy is that its an all or nothing approach. If they rule against me I get to keep all 25 years with about a 1% chance of reversing it later. I am correct in argument but that is not a guarantee in this system. I must listen to God closely when the opportunity presents itself. Only a Christian man can brave these risks. If I prevail it will give me a platform in very high circles. If not, a small fry crushed by corrupt power. I will not recommend this course for Scott, but I suspect if he hears from God to brave it he will not hesitate. I regret most clients have little appreciation for the battles waged for their behalf. How much sweeter this journey would have been if all joined in faith and prayer to see God’s victory over a true wickedness that abused our generation. God saw the injustice. He was neither deaf to the cries of injustice or slow to act. He sent word to His children to act and to confront the wicked. Many heeded this call under pain of suffering to see God’s will prevail. They know that God’s way always leads to victory. The wicked never saw it coming because they don’t imagine a God they have to be accountable to. In the end great expectations are justified. The cost is a true measure of the treasure promised. Love has only one course and Christ was a perfect example. Use your life to lift those who were too weak to rise. A good pattern to follow in this system of witchcraft because they can never plot against decisions outside their knowledge. Love never enters the heart of a witch nor an understanding of the actions it will take. Love has all the advantage though it be cursed for it’s affections.

Dorean 8/21/10

As many of you know the name of our company came from the Greek language. Scott when studying the scriptures came across the meaning of this word felt it would be a good company name for the work we were setting out to do. The word, Dorean, means sovereign…free…gift. So appropriate to what we thought of our procedure. Yesterday I was a bit heavy in spirit because I spent the day in legal study. There is such twisted deceit in the practice of this witchcraft that when I seek our remedy I often come away filthy. Under this state I went to the scriptures for refreshing. I went to Psalm 35 because it was next in a chronological study I was doing. It couldn’t have been more perfect a word given at the appropriate moment. What was even more amazing was the word Dorean was in verse 19 translated “Without a cause.” This was a new revelation and not known to us at the formation of our company. How fitting it is now. We had no idea our righteous work would cause us to be hated by so many “without a cause.” But it did and God knew it all along when He named us. He also knew Psalm 35 would be true again for Scott and I. So my words of God’s loving care have another proof. Will you see Dorean for what it is in faith today or be a spectator of a work you could have participated in. You might be hated but its still a gift.

Broken Bones 8/15/10

The teachings of the person of Jesus Christ is a bottomless well. How true His words to the Samaritan woman that those who drink of Him shall never thirst. Allegorically He brings eternal revelation by His temporal bodily display. One thing true about His body was no broke bones. As I pondered my 36 years in Christ and my observations of others I realized that His corporal body never suffers broken bones either. Now the sufferings of the Lord were many and His children suffer no less. But this structural soundness through all suffering remains a constant truth. Sure there are bruises, wounds, tears, piercing, and heartaches abound, but there remains an unbroken strength. I have never seen any saint who trusted the Lord in faith broken by any circumstance no matter how cruel. Somehow joy is good for the bones. Has He also said smoking flax He will not quench and a bruised reed He will not break. We should take courage under the weight of our burdens that the strength of our being shall never be broken. The body of Christ shall always be a rigid resistance toward evil and have the strength to walk upright in His holy commands.

Unnecessary 8/6/10

Dante said the hottest portions of hell were reserved for those who in a time of moral crisis remained neutral. There is no scriptural support for this thought but there is an important truth buried within it. The Bible says we are to love our neighbor. This cannot be done with silence in a moral crisis. Dorean was formed out of Scott and I obtaining revelation of a moral crisis. I am amazed at how my critics can label me a criminal when they remain silent as to the fraud bilking their neighbor. Is pursuit of personal gain the only evidence to your neighbor you love them? Their loss or potential loss blind to your concern. Dorean’s message was for larger than one man’s mortgage. Can you even fathom the economic damage incurred by the families of this crisis? Economic is the most shallow concern because there are family separations, divorces, suicides, seductions into crime and a myriad of vices. All this escalating out of your silence. Prison is a system that completely functions on the silence of immoral contempt. It doesn’t work. It jus breeds perverts. Society at large should be greater than a failed experiment. Dorean is a long lesson but in the end it will be shown the sacrifice love will make and the power of the few who speak out in a moral crisis. When they steal form or kill your neighbor it only takes a moment before the proximity to you is realized. That is why Christians remain here after the consummation of their relationship with Christ. We are a restraining force of God’s mercy. The greatest voices in abolition, suffrage, equality, and other righteous choices have always been people of faith. They have the unique quality to suffer for another in grace and joy as their Lord. They know truth for truth knows them. They are not trapped by temporal ignorance and can reason upon facts larger than the problems of this existence. So let the fools mock, Christ knows how to love them better than they love themselves. No mother who earns the hottest spots in hell or who loses their homes to fraud this one truth remains, someone spoke out to say it was completely unnecessary.

Jesus said it well, “Woe to you scribes and Pharisees.” Nothing has changed. Lawmakers, judges and lawyers have invented a system that burdens others with regulations they would never consider bearing themselves. This is a hateful pride and fraud. How we embrace these people in honorable company I cannot comprehend. I am surrounded by immoral but none offends me as much as the frauds who condemn them. Religious leaders who cater to them are aiders and abettors in their crimes. Not just guilty by associations but one advancing the crime. This nation needs a thorough house cleaning. The retards are running all the institutions. Shame on us Christians who disobey the Lord and use their courts to attack our brethren. We should never mingle righteousness in the courts of witchcraft. Far be it from us. Saul went to the witch at endor as a rebel. You do the same. Their little displays about concern of display of the 10 Commandments or right to life are merely white witch adornments used to deceive themselves. The righteousness and white garments of the good witches are not heavenly attributes. It’s time to declare the “woes” boldly in the streets. Cast them out of our churches, and stop embracing their fraud. They may own the world in their feeble imagination but I’ve only heard God promise it to Christ. Step up, step out, and get in step with the work of Christ for this spirited season. This is not a hate speech. The father of the prodigal loved him no less by sending him off into wickedness to dissipate himself. We must love these witches and reserve them to their folly. Separate ourselves and remain true to the truth praying and hoping they come to their senses. Was it you modern scribes and Pharisees the same living Lord notices your contempt.

Victory Assured 8/1/10

I should not have to support this statement with anything except an affirmation of God’s promises. If one studied the Lord this truth would settle in. Yet most men naively trust in themselves and judge events through their limited experience. Ignorance is not bliss it is just ignorance. Yet I would not have you be ignorant. As you know my connection was affirmed meaning all 25 years must be done. If this was the end of the story it would be safe to say that Dorean will never be relevant in your lifetime. But that affirmation was not the end of the story. It was the end of the government’s argument and power. They have never subjected me to the law only procedure that was intended to stealth us away from the merits of our case. This included a bogus trial, forced attorney representation, leading to an affirmation. As the Lord would have it He let them complete this course to their shame. The law made it clear they had a duty to reveal the truth but preferred the lie. Now we are back in control of the arguments. This means for the moment to attack them procedurally. Once we’ve cornered them they will be forced to hear the merits of the law. The Supreme Court already assured our victory as long as we finish the wrestle match of procedure. Hopefully we’ve proven we’re in this fight to win it. None of our conviction will stand. That includes every defendant. Of course that will be up to the others if they want to follow our lead. You will discover that our case will be famous within the system as to many issues but most notably in regards to the federal fraud statutes. God has answered my prayers. These statutes were criminal in their irresponsible application. Our case will assure that these wild horses are retired as gildings. This is just the beginning. God may suffer His servants but the path will always lead to victory. This government of pirates has been noticed by God and many righteous have been attacked. One of their best weapons being these vague fraud statutes has been extracted by the Lord. The funny thing is that the way He did it was to neuter it toward the innocent but left it potent for the prosecution of politicians. Ironically hilarious if you ask me. The prayers of saints and the tears of the injured by injustice have God’s attention and I feel sorry for the wicked under God’s intervention. If the people pray God will heal their land. We suffered but healing has come in the wings of mercy. Stay diligent and victories like Dorean will become commonplace. Fools mock if you will but ignorance is not bliss.

The devil is known as a wolf in sheep’s clothing this deceit consistent with his lying nature. Yet God though true is not beyond disguise’s for His kings are like sheep in the enemy’s eyes.

Led to slaughter silent and meek
the wolves of their father continue to seek
this humble foe who seems destined to fail
until God’s power and authority is revealed from head to tail

Victory assured by emperial decree
spiritual weapons wielded in liberty
break forth to capture territory lost
and wolves can’t count the sheep or even the cost

Still the simple traps laid in the wolves’ plans
become traps for themselves fashioned by the Lord’s hands
