Preamble: What I'm about to share with you the retards will dismiss as numerology, fancy, hocus-pocus, and fanaticism. The retards are the reason the truth herein exist and why we need to take it very seriously to heart.
All of us were ourselves retards. Ignorant to the ways of God. But now we have the mind of Christ a gift from the Holy Spirit. (1 Cor. 2:8-16) The Holy Spirit is our guide and leads us in the way we should go.
This leading was made obvious to me recently. The events are conveyed to you in hope God will make it equally obvious to you.
A couple of weeks back my wife sent me a paper she found in my Bible that had the Biblical meanings of certain numbers. I reviewed it just to refresh my memory. One number jumped off the page "51." This is the number for divine revelation which I had forgotten. I so desired divine revelation at the moment. Around the same time the chaplin surprised me with a book on prayer which was right where my studies were taking me. The book I recommend for all of you who want to see God's victory in your life. E.M. Bounds on Prayer, Baker Book House, ISBN 9780801064944. Certain needs were also at the time crushing in on me. All this was an opportunity ripe for the leading of the Holy Spirit. I needed grace for certain situations and now was the time I needed it. Well there was a 51 about to show up in my life. I had been in the SHU for a little over 40 days. THe Holy Spirit made it clear to me that I needed to fast and pray for 5 days for God's grace and that the 5th day needed to be the 51st day and God would give me divine revelation. One serious problem lay in the way. My current celly was a spiritual retard convinced he is going to heaven and no amount of truth can convince him otherwise. I was certain he had to go and that I needed this time alone. The SHU is full at the moment so a single cell was not likely. About the only hope was being the trustee who stayed by himself since he doesn't get cuffed up like the rest of us. The praying I felt would be full of tears, groans, and travailing. Not something one can hide from a celly in a 10' box. Time to launch my fast was rapidly approaching. The current trustee was one cell up from ours across the hall. His door window could be seen from ours. My celly was looking out our door at the exact moment that this trustee was showing girly pictures through his window to our neighbors. It turns out these pictures are my celly's. (see what I mean by retard) The trustee had stolen them form his property. A big No No. This makes the officers look really bad. He got fired. Well as the Holy Spirit had designed I am made trustee, placed in a single cell just at the time of my launch. We were off to a good start. I did pray and fast. I had much trustee work to do but for the most part I was left in the laundry room alone with God. On day 3 they hired a new Captain who told me I would be fired after 30 days as a matter of his policy. 30 days alone is worth any amount of work. On day 4 I spoke with the Warden about my suspended visits. The Captain was present. Not much had transpired to date except a lot of praying, crying, and travailing. Day 5 was upon me and I haven't got my answer and I didn't think I was suppose to go longer. The leading by the numbers was confirmed by the Holy Spirit. As part of my conversation with the Warden he authorized an extra phone call to get the word out I'm allowed no visits. I called my wife with about an hour left on my fast. She confirmed all the reasons why I was in prayer for God's grace. When I hung up I was crushed. I cried out and groaned in ways not thought possible. The Holy Spirit was present. The meal to break the fast was soon coming and I was desperate. As I prayed it was like the burdens I was attempting to lift to heaven was crushing me. Suddenly in an instant it was like the hand of God reached down and grabbed that burden and I was liberated. Within a minute, barely enough time for joy to wipe away my tears, it was chow time. As they handed me the meal I was informed I was getting a new celly. Does this mean I'm fired? Yes! I was trustee by the design of the Holy Spirit just long enough to get the job of prayer done. I prayed my celly would be a divine appointment and not a retard. He is a babe in Christ backsliden. I had to fast again for 3 days just to say thank you. I would have thought this victory of prayer would have caused me to relax and savor but it did just the opposite. I began to immediately imagine what greater victories can be wrought. My next assignment is a 7 day fast just for the salvation of Alsup. This cellly is not a retard but he has to go. Trustee is not an option so what will God do. I'm praying now for the opportunity to pray. The numbers that jump out at me is 9-8 to 9-14. Eight is the number for new beginning and fourteen is for Salvation. Seven is completion. I have my launch day and the obstacle. I also have the personal proof that God answers prayer. Non answered prayer hurts the body of Christ and increases doubts and faithlessness. One should not venture into prayer except with the importunity to obtain the answer. Answered prayer increases faith and confirms again the testimony of the gospel that God loves men, answers prayer, and is in complete control. Here is my challenge to you upon my witness. Let us pray together. Not words to bounce off the ceiling but a prayer that will not quit. The devil in his minion bankers are in the middle of a plan to displace 3 to 4 trillion dollars from the people through their mortgage shams. We with knowledge of God and the plan must ask God to intervene and prevent this transfer. God by His character and promises is disposed to grant our request if we can prove we desire His will. We need to pray God stops this. Not as our ultimate goal but the victory for the great battle. Money is not that big a deal but if you can't win this battle how can you fight for the souls of men? Our generation is crying out for God's divine intervention and it is us few who can call it down from heaven. I'm in the fight, how about you?

Business Plan (5-1-08)
Dorean was designed by the Lord to make a special mark in history. In each client's history, in financial history, in political history, legal history, and the history of its founders. The plans shows the brilliance of its Creator. I was informed by God how to structure the company. The trust was essential because a trustee was needed to insure everyone obtained their benefit. The love of money is the root of all evil. The characteristic of this evil is that it turns one's heart away from faith and God to self. Dorean had a test built into it where each client's heart would be tested. Most of you failed this test. Don't fret God has not forgotten you. Even in your failure God is loving you. When He is finished you will have seen the truth of your heart and will never be comfortable in the lie again. This is a tremendous kindness though the course of revelation inherently had to be painful. A surgeon's scalpel causes pain but with the goal of healing. Likewise you will be healed. On the legal front Dorean is building a bridge others will cross over in the future. Dorean was God's tool to interrupt a stupor that had consumed the American populace. The church was not exempt which is evidence it was of this world. Now that I've been given the knowledge of the end God's plan makes even more sense. Like all of you my understanding was not complete in the beginning. We should never expect otherwise since trust and faith is the exercise of eternal importance. A mortgage is a longterm decision in a short-term existence. In perspective God needed to use the vehicle to extend your sight to relevant matters. It is my hope Dorean will have this end result. I can say from the single closest example before me that God was about the business of enhancement. Scott has trusted the Lord to the full sacrifice of everything else. When I met Scott his walk was not this mature. Even through his tears, pain, suffering, and lack of understanding he kept persevering with diligent faith. Many of you will be very proud of him and will learn much from his testimony of faith. He will be the best and perfect example of what God intended by creating Dorean. He has been stripped of that which was killing his spirit and given the breath of life. The economics were never in peril but had to be delayed for the betterment of all involved. I'll be posting a blog on June 11th with the update for the phase one payouts. This is the recoupment of your fee paid to Dorean and the amount of your mortgage(s) entered into the program. This had to be delayed past the interference of the bully cowards. Phase two will be for profits. Soon all the retards will be moving to other blogs. I've already begun the implementation. of the things I need to do. I will leave you with this caveat: If you don't follow my instructions in detail you will not get paid. Timing: I'm expecting to have my work done by the middle of August. You will be given 90 days to do what you have to do and payouts will be about April. Expect little variances for unseen problems. Everybody knows the motives of Kurt but no one questions the motives of Judge Alsup. This is funny to me since his actions are so obvious to those with wisdom. He is the champion of all my critics. Will he survive a critical examination? How come he is exempted from the judgmental scrutiny of the retards? Let me see if I can help. Will I convince one of these retards to repent? I doubt it but perhaps their ridiculous notions will be a little more obvious.
Who is Judge Alsup? He is a man trapped in his knowledge of good and evil. He is in disunion with God. Even if the infantile Christian types argue here that he is God's agent the point still remains he is in disunion. I have taught you enough on agency that an agent in disunion with the principal is a rogue on his own. He is liable for all his self-interest and breach. If the office is of God the man must still submit to the creator of the office to be God's agent. Alsup living in his knowledge of good and evil axiomatically is in breach. God is above man's good and evil judgments and judges man entirely in a different manner. Jesus demands unity and that the man as judge, as his own god, be overcome. Judgment passed on another man always presupposes disunion with him. Alsup declared me a villain and I likewise declared him a villain. Is there a difference? Yes! I seek unity with him in love giving opportunity not to remain a villain. He in disunion only wishes to destroy me. His judgment is harsh not intended for reconciliation. God's judgment is for reconciliation. This is your first big clue of the spirit behind the man.

These judgments are most severe because the judge recognizes his personal foible in the condemned. It is not out of dark motives that this judgment proceeds. It is not man's wickedness that these judgments are evil. These judgments are evil because they are the apostasy themselves. For this reason evil comes forth from the heart of the judge. "Judging" is not a special vice or wickedness of the disunited man; it is his essence, manifesting itself in speech, his action and sentiment. This can only be seen and understood from the unity of Christ. Judge Alsup can know himself in his virtues and vices but not in his essence, in his apostasy. He is blind trying to remove the speck out of my eye. He is the perfect champion for the retards on here who don't know their essence. There is a genuine judgment that springs from reconciliation with origin but that judgment is a whole other life. God is Love (4-26-08)
Most people think of love as an attribute of God and ignore that love, as a substance, is God. There is not a love that is not God. How did God reveal Himself to man? Jesus Christ is the expression of God and the love of God simultaneously. When we come to the knowledge of Christ we come to the knowledge of love. This is not a cause and effect type relationship that is sequential in time but a concomitant fact. As soon as the revelation of God lights your soul you are loving God. The act of repentance is the only response to the love of God being known. If repentance does not exist the love of God and God Himself is not known. Now many have the idea of love. These can do great sacrificial works. This is not a known judgment only an example. Mother Theresa could do all her works and never know God or His love. Once God and His love is known you are in relationship, fellowship. You are now living far and above your cursed judgment of good and evil. Good and evil is a place of conflicts that must be resolved in judgment. This is seen here on the blog. Dorean by its actions left many here in conflict. They could not reconcile their private law of good with the actions taken by Dorean. This conflict had to be resolved in judgment. These modern pharisees possessed with knowledge of God's word but not with knowledge of God were left with no choice but to enter judgment of condemnation. They are the origin not God. They don't even realize that their profession of judgment is self-condemnation. It is their confession that they do not know God or His love. Living in the love of God is a spontaneous, contemporary, real-time existence. God speaks and our hearing, proving, and doing are immediate. Trust is faster than a reflex which is sequential. Rather it is man being as he was designed under God as his origin. We are the body of Christ moving without a separate thought than that of the mind. Christ wanting something done makes the loving demand on His body and the body loves the demand placed upon it by the One it loves, which gave it life. Persecution and suffering are guaranteed. The pharisees had no choice but to cruxify Christ because He lived above their conflicts, which created another conflict. I am not the messiah nor conflicted by those accusations. For me to be as Christ is not good or evil. It is not of an origin within myself. Christ is who He is which makes me who I am. Accursed by others and pleasing to God. Because I am in Christ I can say like Christ "if you loved God you would love me." Many of you call yourselves Christians but the Christianity you know is your own good and evil knowledge amalgamated with scripture. It is you sitting in judgment of God and all His creation. It is you in disunion disavowing those living in unity with God. It is impossible for you to function in your good and evil knowledge and to love God. God is above you and your knowledge and never will He bow at your throne. You will bow at His. You will hear "depart from me I never knew you" and won't be surprised. Those in Christ will hear "you fed me, visited me. etc..." They will not know of their actions because they did not sit in judgment of their actions or of what actions God was taking. They simply moved by the spirit with its origin outside themselves. I cannot predict the path my obedience will take or how painful our suffering will become, since the origin of Dorean was not Scott and Kurt there is no conflict to be resolved. It was resolved by its creator and His love. I'm certain when God issued His decree to enter into the righteous battle it was already a settled matter in the heavens that this was good. No judgment was necessary. Now comes man in his arrogance to challenge the heavens and issue a judgment of fault. Can there be anything more foolish? People pay attention to the critics and what they are really saying. If you do you will come away thinking they are retards.
Freed at First, Freed at Last (4-25-08)
Being incarcerated is perceived a lack of freedom and yet it can be a situation of liberation. Greed is the sin moniker for my character by my anonymous critics. This judgment proceeds from their knowledge of good and evil. Proudly they show off their wares in the marketplace. How pleased they are with themselves. They convince themselves they are wise knowing through their good and evil that they know me, my motives, and character. Sure they are free to judge me but are they free from judgment? To answer this question one must go to origin. Man was made in the image of God, which was fellowship and drawing from the life of origin. When man chose to be like God with the knowledge of good and evil he acquired judgment, shame, and nakedness. He gained this knowledge at the highest price; the loss of life. Unlike God whose being is the origin of good and evil man must obtain this knowledge at the estrangement of God. Man becomes a god in that he is the origin of his good and evil, but not the origin of himself. His good and evil is not a virtue but a curse to him. It is not the good and evil of God but a good and evil against God. The scripture that talks of removing the log in your own eye before you help your neighbor with the speck in his eye is a perfect truth of this state. Out of their judgment against God they believe themselves God's advocate to perfect good and evil understanding upon the world. This is not God's judgment or standard of judgment only that of one in rebellion. What should be shameful is proud. The rebel becomes the blind prophet dictating to others the path of destruction is the way to fellowship with God. What can be more greedy than a man wanting to be God? These are my judges. Do they know greed? Like no one else, but they don't know themselves. When a man returns the shame of his rebellion in a face to face fellowship with God seeking forgiveness he begins the long trek of restoration to the true knowledge of himself, only out of this place can he judge himself and judge others correctly. Here his judgment is not his own but the judgment of Christ. Origin is reinstated. Man who was reed at first to fellowship with God is freed at last from his disunion curse of good and evil. Ethics, morals, laws are all cursed in that their origin is the heart of a rebel thinking his goodness is godliness. What a stupid retard is the mind that believes this good. My prison still has hope and remedy but yours has but one; death. Only when you trust God that loss is gain and death is life will you be freed. Then my dear friend you will be free to judge me as I am judged. At the cross you will find me when you visit there yourself.
Forward Motion (4-25-08)
The Court of Appeals wants to appoint counsel. At this level pro se is not constitutionally guaranteed. Martinez v. Court of Appeals 145 L.Ed 2d 597. This forces me to file a motion to obtain the privilege. The other option is to conditionally accept their offer. If I am forced to take on an attorney it will delay my appeal by another 6 months. If not, I can get it done in about 18 months. We have good justification to get this privilege granted but who knows the level of resistance we face. I have one new thing to file in the lower court which I will post as a blog. This is a much faster track than the appeal. Scott and I are now at our respective institutions. We will be returning to Dublin for one last hearing for restitution. This will be fun. The court can't define money yet it can come up with figures for restitution. Many of you have received victim impact statements. I want you to use them if you desire, if you trust the government. I don't care what is said good or bad. I believe it irrelevant to the battle at hand. When the movie is released I will place a link here. It will be up to you to get the word out.

Truth Repeated (4-25-08)
I recently read the Hiding Place and Tortured for Christ. One suffered under Fascism and the other under Communism. One thing was clear from both these accounts. Those who suffer for Christ's sake learn about His love. Those who claim knowledge of His love yet seek the comfort of this world in God's name distribute cruelty easily. Just 60 years ago the truth I'm repeating was proven by these two saints. They don't need your approval because they possess what retards only profess. I recommend each of these books. Do you think He would let it stand if greed was present? God matures His children. If you haven't experienced this you are bastards. My heart is under constant examination. Not just for Dorean but for 32 years. I don't live to please retards, only God. When He says "well done" there is no greater satisfaction. These two saints and many of you knows this. This is our strength. With this strength blessed men go through their valleys of weeping. (Ps. 84)
I want to encourage you in Christ to allow Him to complete His work in you regardless of the pain and suffering. God always has purpose behind His intent towards you. These books will remind you of this truth. The retards with their cruelty are very displeasing to God. 1 Thes. 2:15. Yes they can go around and think they are pleasing to God and act as though they are the holy saints that should be modeled but they could never do what the saints in this book accomplished. Under just gentle brainwashing persuasion these retards conform to the dictates of this world. Imagine if gun, torture, separation from family, reputation, or life itself were to put them to the test. They would justify why they went coward. I will use Bill Julian as an examp1e. He had every chance given him by the Lord to stand up and be counted in this battle. He turned his eyes from the price of fellowship with God to loss of his house and wife.
In an attempt to preserve both he lost both. Still he suffers from a lack of fellowship from God because he is too ashamed to forgive himself and run towards the Lord for forgiveness. Is this really worth it? What about eternity? How can we live with Christ as one we love forever without being able to do so when betraying Him here in this probationary period? Look to Christ where our help comes from and don't worry about the cares of this world. Even if you lost house, family, friends and reputation you have lost nothing. You have gained God as a friend. Time is our friend because the master of time and life will deliver us from the evils of this world as He has delivered us from the power of sin and death. Who can separate us from such a love? Let the retards have their fleeting moments of boast and glory and share in the cross of Christ which is victory beyond measure. Keep your eyes upon the truth as these great saints did and just perhaps we will see triumph in this lifetime as we will in eternity. That is my prayer for all of you in your suffering.

A Jurisdictional Thought (4-24-08)
I thought I would take a moment to clarify some truths. The mail fraud statute was created to protect the public from frauds and swindles related to money issues. At the time these were cons of counterfeiting bank notes. Banks issued their own notes and securities. The mails were being used to defraud victims far away from the cities where these frauds were initiated. Now, as 1341, it is being used far outside the in tent of congress. For this reason there £s no implementing regulation to make it a positive law. All those arguments about how the feds got jurisdiction are entirely bogus. They don't have subject matter jurisdiction, they never have, and they never will. From the moment they attacked us they were the criminal. Now let's pretend for a moment that the statute is positive law. The enhancement for financial institutions is not a penalty issue alone. If your theory is correct than congress has created a statute hybrid where part can be proven by the standard of preponderance and part by the standard of beyond a reasonable doubt. Explain how this is not barred by their constitution. Look at title 21 § 841 and you will see how there is a separate penalty section. This is how congress addresses their penalty intent. If congress wants to create a penalty enhancement for just sentencing purposes like guns (Title 18 920's) they pass a separate statute. When they change the existing statute like they did in 1989 to 1341 they added elements that if pled would have to be proven. Why did the prosecution always go mute on this subject and Alsup lose all the color in his face every time I brought this up? Why is the FBI trying to develop another indictment if I'm truly going to be down for 25 years? Mortgage and Dorean are irrelevant to 1341. Alsup is the lawless one. All those kissing his ass by following his lead are as lawless as he. You should fear your ignorance not these pirates. I could go after every BoP staff, every clerk, prosecutor, marshal, and judge who has touched this void prosecution if I wanted to. Who is Kurt Johnson (8-22-08)
There are many opinions about this question, but I think I might be the expert on this one. For those who would like to know I write to you.
At 13 years of age I was arrested by Jesus the Christ. I was already on my way to hell and like most oblivious. God took an interest in me and led me to some great preachers of the word. I grew quickly but was also unaware of a dangerous companion coming along for the ride. Pride was its name. I went off to Bible College at 17 naively thinking this is where the cream surfaced. The opposite was true. Pride had driven me there but God was going to make the best of it. It was not long and I fell into sin. I was crushed and suffered from guilt. Instead of repenting I withdrew in shame. For about 18 months I didn't serve the Lord. My way back was feeble and tentative. The cost was high but it also was a perfect cure for pride. The result was seeing God as my source of strength. This truth literally renewed me. You have heard me repeat this over and over again. It is a perpetual lesson for me. In every shadow of my heart this light must come to bear.
My life grafted again into the church. I fell into the normal manly things a good career, wife and kids. God still showed favor upon me but pride was no longer an option. Instead a certain zeal for God's house and His people overtook me. In an honest reflection of my history I can easily say this zeal has caused more trouble in my life than any other single event. I challenged pastors, friends, and deacons as a malcontent. The church was not attentive or alert concerning the word of God. They were sloppy, lazy, and apathetic. They had programs, psychology, music, drama and formulas but no life. Finally after 25 years I had to divorce. I went to the only voice I saw true and committed to his ministry; Dr. Gene Scott. I read intelligent men and remained vigilant in study. God again showed me favor and was faithful.
Dorean was birthed out of my Bible study. I had that personal prophecy about finance and marriage so I was always exposed to insights in these areas. As I looked at the word of God and overlaid it with our current economy and the banker's plans I saw a conflict. God's plans and man's plans were in opposition. Experience had taught me to bet on God. This is what I call a faith opportunity. When a man of faith comes across this he is to join with God and enter the frey of battle. Scotty was brave enough to join. Though I'm not certain with the same understanding. Again zeal has caused me trouble. I know God's ways always prevail upon man. A brave man will risk everything to prove this again but not vainly. Those who foolishly oppose God in this matter have had their day in court so to speak. All their testimony has been collected and every heart has been measured. Now God testifies. This is where I am in prayer and I hope you faithful are in concert with this prayer. Nothing will have to be said only let God speak and truth will shut the mouth of all the liar. I continue to wager my life on this outcome. Even this week I was put in a position to offend the Ninth Circuit, which many believe my hope, or offend God. The choice was easy and now there are men furious with Kurt Johnson. Oh that I could offend this world in pleasing God. Many of you know me because you know the same God who chastises and loves His children. Bastards will never understand us. Let them bet on man and glory as they appear to have the upper hand. Oh but we have been there many times with God and have countless victories to show for it. All or Nothing (8-25-08)
Most certainly all we can know of God comes to us through the miracle of divine revelation in a small and close intimacy. This is not ever intended to narrow our vision or faith. On the contrary it is designed to be our launching pad into the vast and spacious expanse of God's person and character. First we look to the things He has done but this is still not the intimacy of a son. A son can know something of his father by reputation but what will he know of him by seeking him out in relationship? The miracles of the book of Acts are inspiring but God wants to know of you now in this generation. Is it not said that He who freely gave His son will not freely give to you? Look, human thought and imagination cannot capture the vastness of God's goodness or His mercies. You are the one that needs to expand your faith and petitions. God wants to do a new thing. Your testimony of the great works faith and prayer have wrought is the testimony this generation seeks. Moses and the Egyptians will only add relevance to a God they discover is alive and ruling today. Christianity is potent because of historical facts. Is not your life His story? What facts are apparent in your life. What prayers are answered? What have you conquered? What miracles have you witnessed? Why exactly do you suspect God called you to this Dorean mess and the truth of credit? Is there not a His story He is writing with your life? Do you want a boring story of existence or a great power and might. Jesus lives forever to make intercession for you. Can you understand what can be accomplished if the simple tears of your prayers are joined to this cataract of potential? Jesus said of the cross "I am trouble but for this very thing I came into the world." Your troubles came into your world for the same reason, to show Christ as the all in all. Wake up to your opportunity and get to praying for "all things" "whatsoever" and "anything." I want Alsup saved, family healed, clients prosperous and wise full of the knowledge of Christ, victor over the lie of the bankers and His will done on earth as it is in heaven, and I won't quit until I get it all and more!

Time for the Rally Cap (8-24-08)
The rally cap really is a silly notion but imbued with a profound truth. In baseball when your team is down, you down your rally cap. In doing so you say we have faith, don't quit, you can do it. It is a concerted show of importunity. It is trivial because baseball is a game irrelevant to any true care of a normal existence. Also because the world's show of hope has no real basis behind it. They know not the real God who states "cast all your cares upon Him for your care is His constant concern." Who wants us to pray for our daily bread. The truth in these rally caps that should shame us is how far a trivial matter men, heathen, will rally to a goal, a cause, a desire. God notices the behavior as He did in the tower of babel. What I think we of the faith are missing is that God encourages this importune spirit in His saints. When was the last time you rallied behind a cause? When I say cause here I'm sure most of you will think of something larger than your life that requires concert with others. Though that does come into the life of the called out ones I'm thinking of something small and close. What is this life if it is not a probationary training small and close for the giant expanse of eternity? The Syrophoenician women only wanted the health of her daughter not some earth changing event. Yet she was noticed for her rally cap. What I think we are failing to miss as our great boon of opportunity is that God cares for you. Dorean is a concert against injustice, inequity but you alone experience that individually. Have you put on your rally cap until you obtain victory for yourself? How then will you benefit the concert? We know by God's own words He hates injustice. We also know He used the words "anything and whatsoever" in the promise of prayer. These words are so big so all encompassing that they can have the reverse effect of doubt. We need to get passed that to understand the full richness of these promises. I have talked much of faith but faith has no tongue to express itself but prayer. It cannot get to the throne to grip its promise except to ride prayer. How is your prayer life? Are you rallying to your cause? I'm reminded of a couple of stories from Elisha. At the end of the drought after God promised such Elisha still had to pray 7 times before a cloud appeared. What if he quit at 4, 5, or 6? Are you quitting before your victory? Again he tells the king just before he dies to bang some arrows on the floor. The king does 3 times and Elisha laments. "Oh that you would have done it more" then you would have total victory over your enemies. I don't know about you but I've put on my rally cap and I'm not going to stop banging my arrows until I hear God say enough. We have a wonderful loving Father who is not like the wicked judge of the parable. He wants to give but the rally cannot be ignored. It is how He strengthens His children and causes them to grow. My wife and mother-in-law have a disease called CMT. This is unacceptable to me. Now I can't pretend to be so philanthropic that I act as though I care about your victory more than theirs. But in obtaining theirs my hope increases for yours and my concert is enhanced by my individual victories. That's what I want for all of you. I want to delight in your personal victories and to join you for the corporate victory. Don't presume the minute details of your life are not worthy of spiritual effort. The scriptures teach the opposite. You were left in a temporal world for your spiritual training. These cannot be separated. Your victory over a broken toaster must come long before a victory over addictions, heartache, or bankers. I do think allegorically we have come together to the 7th inning stretch and it appears we are behind. The rally cap may be trivial in the world but to us who believe truly all things are possible in Christ Jesus. Rally time! I pray this truth takes root in your spirit.

Final Phase (8-18-08)
I've been informed that my traveling legal work which contains the "Phase One" blog will catch up to me shortly. This means I will post it soon. The web-page is still developing. The course though delayed is still progressing. My gut tells me that though this prison wants me out of here God wants me to stay a couple more months. The divorce between us is a destiny just a little premature. If my spiritual sense is wrong God has moved me for His good reason. The move most likely when it comes will move me back to California. I'm still in the SHU. 40 days as of this writing. God has used me here so it is no accident.
Let me talk with you on a serious note. In the story of Gideon he started out with 32,000 soldiers. All of them were good men. By the time God finished His selection process there were only 300. This selection process is about to be applied to you clients. Before I initiate "Phase Two" I will be down to what I'm calling "The Gideon Band." Most of you will be sifted out unable to progress. "Phase One" is the end of the line for you. I have no doubt that "Phase One" is the end of my relationship with most of you. There are others I desire to continue with but I cannot select you. I can warn you though this truth that there is a way in a man that seems right in his own eyes that is in the end his folly. I know how God is going to separate you and I am praying that your faith fail not. It is time for you to be vigilant in prayer for temptation is at your doorstep. I am leading you in the way that is right and doing what Christ asks of me. This I offer you to watch and discern what Christ is requiring of me. I am not allowed to tell you how to pass this test only to pass it myself as an example. Your worldly wisdom will fail you. The correct response permeates the entire Dorean story as well as the entire gospel. The truth is not hidden to those who will seek it with all your heart. I can tell you that the blessing of "Phase Two" in comparison to "Phase One" would make "Phase One" appear to be an insult. "Phase Two" is exceedingly abundant above what you can ask or think. I will not have to seek you out. Those of you who God disqualifies will come to me bragging about how right the choice is you made. The others will come to me with humble fear in the discovery of how foolish their wisdom was. God is wise to sift you. "Phase Two" would destroy the "good people" who don't know His ways. Some of you are going to be so led by fear and the devil that you will be robbed even of "Phase One." You are without excuse and I will not rescue you from your own folly. As I see it the retards use correct words though they have no understanding how to apply them when they say "you get what you deserve." Phase One, Phase Two, or Phase Out you decide. Some of you I love and I have heart robbery in your hearts please seek the Lord with all your heart. The plans He has for you are good.

A Pleasant Bitter Contrast (8-7-08)
I have written you about the pattern of Nehemiah and the pattern of rebellion but now I want you to look at the same truth from the other side of the human experience. In the book of Ruth we have a character named Naomi. She is a wife and mother who loves God. Her name means pleasant. The story takes place during the time of judges about 100 years before King David. During that time God used to use famines to get the attention of the wayward hearts common in the Israelites. This is one of those times. A family from Bethlehem which ironically means house of bread is forced to leave to a neighboring country Moab. Ebimelech, his wife Naomi, and their two sons Mahlon (sickly) and Chilion (puny) travel. The names of the children probably reflecting the effects of the famine upon this family. While in Moab the sons marry. Then all the males die leaving Naomi a widow with two daughter-in-laws. Naomi upon hearing of the end of the famine wishes to return home a broken woman. In this plan she request that her daughters go return to their families. The reasoning being she has nothing to offer them in this world. One daughter returns but Ruth insists on remaining. If you look at the language you can see clearly this is a spiritual choice of faith. Naomi truly had nothing left to offer in this world but she knew the living God and did not serve the worthless idols of the Moabites. Ruth's eyes were on the eternal promise not this life. These two return to Bethlehem not in glory but in bitterness. Naomi depicts this by calling herself Mara which means bitter. Ruth takes on the role of a beggar's existence in support of her mother-in-law. As she goes about this existence she comes across a field that belongs to a relative named Boaz. Boaz is a type of Christ in many ways inside this story. He takes notice of her and out of his abundance makes provision for her. When Ruth comes home with a bounty not consistent with a beggar's lot and discovers the reason is Boaz she gets a spiritual intuition God is up to something. Now by all accounts she has a right to be bitter. It certainly appeared God was punishing her. Yet even with this misunderstanding the hope of God awoke her spirit. Well Boaz investigates the faith of this woman Ruth and his fancy turns to love. I constantly told you faith will cut its own path and keep you in God's will. Boaz as Christ here notices faith and is drawn in love towards it. Also like Christ though he desires to redeem Ruth and Naomi He has to fulfill the law and obey all God's commands. This he does willingly. After the time of Christ work he weds the faithful one of His kin. Joy and redemption now enter in Naomi's situation. Ruth is better than seven sons and the child Obed more than fills the void. What Naomi didn't understand in the beginning was all this heartache was not for bitterness sake but to graft her and Ruth into the lineage of the Messiah. Here again bitterness if seen in the eyes of faith is pleasant. This story refutes the retard who judge only in bitterness. As they misinterpret success they misinterpret suffering. Don't be like the retards.

The Babel of the Retards
I have just written about the pattern found in Nehemiah. Well let me use the folly before you to show another familiar pattern. I've also made it clear that God is in control. This is a very basic truth that is obvious to any who are not retards. In the book of Genesis chapter 9 man has just passed through the flood. God's plan was for man to prosper and to replenish the earth. Because of an illicit union of rebellion there was a major setback and destruction. God's plans for man had not changed and again He reiterates them to Noah and his sons. He tells them go "Be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth." This command seems simple enough and even natural but it won't take long for the retards to screw it up. In chapter 11 man has come to himself. Ignoring God's command they have chosen not to scatter and fill the earth but rather to remain in one place that seemed good in their sight. They also chose to make a name for themselves. This is that private and devastating chorus "me, me, what about me?" Every time I hear it I see it come from a person headed for trouble. It was no different here. When they wanted to make a name for themselves what they were really making their goal was to cast off the name of God from its place of authority over them. In fact the city's foundation was rebellion and the tower was the religious center that would reach to the heavens. Their delusion was that they could have a god in service under their authority. If it had been later in history they may even have called this sub-servant god Christ like the retards of today. But the real God which includes the real Christ even in this story says "let us go check out their plans." Seeing that it was contrary to His command He decides to confuse their language. Have you ever seen a retard whose language is not confused? It seems all common sense has left them. The irony in this wake is how they pontificate in what they think brilliance. Retards even if they collect themselves in the solidarity of a union still cannot thwart God's plan. In the end even against their heart's desire they were scattered to fill the earth. God is in control. God gets it His way. Here the great success of man would find praises in the mouths of the log eyed critics of today. The great city and awesome tower being clear evidence of God's blessing. They think they can recalibrate when they see God interrupt but they leave this place confused. Real faith can see long before God intervenes that man's actions are contrary to God's command. The man of faith does not view the great city as success but folly. He does not need to see its destruction to come to this understanding but he knows this when the first brick is laid in rebellion. Let the brilliant retards continue to ridicule me and you. They can glory in the great city the FBI and Alsup have built or be awed by the high towers of the bankers, but I saw the first brick laid in rebellion. God took time to move but a move was a guarantee. That is our promise. Amen!

Slow Progress (8-7-08)
I am being hampered in speed by my circumstances. I have not been able to get the payout website up. This is nobodies fault just the nature of events. Thank the Lord it shall be completed. Pray for me in this because I have a time table to hit that is controlled by other parties.
My criminal matter at the district level is now complete. I've come to the end of Mr. Alsup. At the end of the day I can say he really was a windbag. His bark had no correlation to his bite.
At the appeals court we await if they are going to force lawyers upon us. I like our chances of continuing as we were. This ruling should be any day. After that the first order of business will be the bond. We have never had a bond or hearing so we don't know what to expect. It would be nice because the BOP dolts are trying to do all they can to impede my appeal effort. This is an unholy system of bully tactics. Even if I just wanted to lay down and do my time they would draw me into a battle. They can't help themselves because they have no respect for God or man.
The civil lawsuit will take another 3-4 months before anything meaningful happens. There is just some volleying taking place before we get to the real issues. Don't worry about this one the retards are already set up for failure on this one. This trap was so obviously laid by me I never thought they would fall for it. The good news is I get Judge Jeffrey White who is Mr. Alsup's best friend. I like to keep trouble close to Mr. Alsup. We'll soon find out about the quality of friends he keeps.

I think they would like to ship me further from my family and to a higher security. I leave this to God. I am not my own. He is in control not the BOP. Where He wants me I will be. Same Old Pattern (8-5-08)
In the book of Nehemiah one man comes under conviction to see victory for God's people. He was in a life of comfort and had no personal reason to interrupt his life except that the things of God were important to him. The walls of Jerusalem were destroyed but when he went to the word of God he saw a hope for their restoration. When I started Dorean I likewise saw a hope in God's word that the plans I saw coming of the bankers was not God's plans. This is called an opportunity for faith. Yes you can hope God will use someone else but it continues to plague you personally. Then the question comes "If not me who?" This is the place Nehemiah found himself. It was where Scott and I found ourselves. It may be where you have found yourselves from time to time. Once you've made the commitment to action then a certain familiar pattern will appear. It did for Nehemiah. It is currently for Scott and I and probably for you. I think of one named Tammy who has already shared this with us.
The pattern starts with the faith target. Then comes the displeasure of those who were content in the way things were. They never can or will see what you have seen in the faith. (Neh. 2:10) When it becomes clear to these retards they have not moved you with their displeasure they move to mockery, scorn, and ridicule. (Neh. 2:19) They really cannot help themselves because the call of God is exclusive. They know spiritually they have been ignored by God. He has no pleasure in them. It is no accident they war against God and are blind to faith's opportunity. As you continue in the work of God your enemies will have gained converts. The crowd of retards grow because birds of a feather flock together. The next step for the malcontent collective of retards is force or violence. They can't help themselves. Their frustration of not being able to stop the work of God tempts them to desperate measures. (Neh. 4:7-14) Even this fails them and God delivers. Next and what I think the most painful is intrigue. The pattern starts with the faith target. Then comes the displeasure of those who were content in the way things were. They never can or will see what you have seen in the faith. (Neh. 2:19) They really cannot help themselves because the call of God is exclusive. They know spiritually they have been ignored by God. He has no pleasure in them. Kiss My ---! (8-03-08)
I know most of you are thinking and rightfully so. If it were my words that I was presenting here I would surely address you retards in such a fashion. But it is not my words and God has little concern with the retards. He speaks and teaches for His children's sake. So let us talk of the kiss spoken of by the Father. There was the kiss of adoration by the woman who with oil and tears anointed the feet of Jesus. Only few have come to know Jesus in this manner. These few are easily recognized and are always scorned by those who view this behavior as a waste. Those whose soul have been so vanquished by the mercies of Christ have no ability to restrain the adoration from exploding out of them. There is another kiss which is a precursor to this. This is the kiss of reconciliation. The prodigal story depicts this. A man lost in sin and debaucheries comes to his senses when thinking upon life with his Father. The Father kisses the son and lavishes love and reconciliation upon him. This is also depicted by Jacob and Esau in their reunion. There is a third kiss which is the kiss of the masses. This kiss is the most popular. This is the kiss of flattery, of betrayal, of Judas. "Greetings, Rabbi!" For all the world to see in a secret code to please the crowds men kiss up to Christ with treachery in their hearts. That is the Christianity of the retards you see practiced on this blog. They have no understanding of Christ or His ways and yet they are there with their kiss and "greetings Rabbi!" Of these Christ said it would have been better if they were never born. They commit suicide. If not in body most certainly in spirit. Now God makes it clear in Psalms 2:11 that for your own well being you "Kiss My Son!" All will kiss Him and every knee shall bow to this Son. What kiss is upon your lips? Are you like the retards who know the kiss of lip service but whose hearts are not in it or are you with fear and trembling kissing your Lord? Judge Not
I am both saddened and angered by the responses of some of you “so-called Christians” who are so critical of Kurt & Scott. Christ came to save the world, not condemn it. Christians are not to set in judgment of other Christians or anyone else. The Bible teaches us not to judge or we will be judged in like manner.
When I met Kurt in February of 2005, the Lord showed me his heart as a true believer in Christ. God confirmed to me that both Kurt and Scott were doing what God had shown them to do and God wanted me to walk with them. My meeting with Kurt confirmed what I had already learned about the fraud in the system and now here was someone commissioned by God to attack it.
When you study the Bible, you will find that all the great leaders chosen by God had to walk a hard walk. Some leaders lived a desert life for a season. Others, such as King David, were forced to hide and live in caves until their appointed time of leadership. Still others were imprisoned for preaching the truth.
I have learned much from Dorean and their light has been dimmed but not put out. History will soon confirm the Dorean story. We should all emulate them as they have publicly forgiven their enemies including the judge.

We just want you to know that we love you and admire you for your stand ‘in’ Christ.
We understand that in all the sufferings you are going through it is ‘all’ for the Glory of God ‘in’ His only Son Jesus.
When I pray or think about what you have been through, the pain of deception and lies told, the evil ploys of men to hide their sins from the world……..it makes me ashamed. But these lies are an open book to our God.
The sufferings of this life only increase our rewards in heaven and magnify His Holiness upon the earth.
There are many people, as soon as they hear about soldiers in God’s army, when crucified by men of this world, turn their backs and begin to gossip and backbite, stomping upon the head of a fellow Christian. They say stupid stuff like: Oh! he must be out of the will of God for this to happen’ or they begin to gossip with others about ‘what they heard’ saying things like: ‘How can they be right with God and this happen to them?’ or ‘I am going to totally and completely disassociate myself from them….I do not want my name tarnished’ or ‘They must have done something wrong to be incarcerated’.
How naive Christians become when trials come. Do they not remember the scriptures how Jesus said we would be persecuted, tried/tested and lied about; as He was? Have we forgotten that Jesus warned us about the deceivers and false prophets; how the Disciples/Apostles were crucified, exiled, beaten and falsely accused for the cause of CHRIST.

I am amazed at how quickly we forget the Word when our Christian brothers and sisters are crucified for Christ…..so many act like ostriches, which bury their heads in the sand….God will have no wimps in His army!
Back in 2001 the Lord told me of seven (7) sins that were raging in the church; He also gave me (7) promises if the ‘church’ would repent and come back to their ‘first Love’. Listen to His words:

Why do we allow the enemy to blind our mind and eyes when trouble comes? Why do we immediately assume ‘the Christian brother/sister’ is the one in the wrong? Results: Prayer brought Peter out supernaturally, increasing faith in believers.
2) Paul and Silas, beaten and thrown in jail.....for the Gospel (Acts 16:22-34)
Results: Jailer and all his family were saved and baptized; he also washed their wounds and fed them in his own home.

7) Today: David and Linda, warriors in the faith, 18 years ago left their home and church in Brooklyn, NY to minister the gospel of Y’shua to the Jews in Israel. They have undergone severe persecution paralleling the ordeals of the early Christian church. David has had his back opened up many times from beatings; they have suffered threats and intimidation. The FBI, who are not part of the United States of America Government, stormed into their establishment, guns drawn, threatening, and illegally took documents and emptied their checking account; They have been taken from their families and illegally incarcerated; transferring them from pillar to post to keep them from communicating with friends and family, etc.
Results: Many people will hear the Truth and it will set them free from debts they did not owe. People will learn the truth and bondages will be released so the kingdom work will increase and the glory of God will shine again across this nation and the whole world.
In the scripture the Lord tells us we must be willing to give up everything for Him. After what He did for us, I do not think that is asking too much, besides He is the One who owns everything on earth, under the earth and above the earth…..He created it all for His Glory.

This generation will see greater things in God’s kingdom as He builds an impregnable army…..this army will have NO FEAR….but will be full of FAITH, POWER and AUTHORITY. There are no wimps in this army. This army will be strong, pure and full of God’s righteousness…….this army is the Bride of Christ! (Prophetic Word) This army will be made up of the poor, maimed, torn, broken, and weak. This army will go in My Power, says the Lord, This army will heed My call. This army will listen to My voice. This army will march into the enemy’s camp without fear knowing…knowing who walks before them. For I the Lord am leading them. This army will not be turned by doubt or fear, for I am putting in them boldness, the same boldness I gave My servant Peter. The same anointing, the same mantle will cover them as covered the apostles and prophets of old.
Blessings will follow them, miracles will follow them. No mountain will be to high to climb…no valley to deep to go through. For they will be holding to My unchanging hand.

About three years ago the Lord showed me something else; I have told very few about. He showed me this vision:
People ‘around’ the world ‘arm locked’, not hand in hand, but arm locked around the whole world. They were all in one accord, with one purpose and goal. They were in ‘perfect’ harmony worshipping and lifting Jesus higher and higher. At that time He will step out and call His Bride home.
Awesome! Can you see it? All are in one accord with one purpose and goal acclimating God and adoring Jesus. Totally surrendered in total worship to the Lamb of God, at the same time, will cause the Father to say ‘Go get Your children and bring them home.’ The scripture Jude 24 will be accomplished:
To Him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy. To God our Savior, who alone is wise, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen
I pray this word encourages the both of you, for you have been obedient and God honors that and He will fight for you, He is standing in the gap for you today and everyday. Keep the faith as I know you both will knowing we stand our watch upon the wall, our swords drawn and our shield of faith raised on your behalf, guarding you against the enemy. I believe JESUS is about to radically, supernaturally invade the situation and we are all going to see a miraculous deliverance…………all will see JESUS high and lifted up.

(I John 2:1) and (I believe this can be applied to all immoralities) that no one should take advantage of and defraud his brother in this matter, because the Lord is the Avenger of all such, as we also forewarned you and testified. For God did not call us to uncleanness, but in holiness. Therefore he who rejects this does not reject man, but God, who has also given us His Holy Spirit.

You are not alone, as ‘ol slu foot’ would have you believe; for as God showed the prophet Elijah when he thought he was alone (I Kings, chapter 19) that 7000 had not bowed…..Scott/Kurt I dare say that there are that many standing with you both.

Results: Many people will hear the Truth and it will set them free from debts they did not owe. People will learn the truth and bondages will be released so the kingdom work will increase and the glory of God will shine again across this nation and the whole world.
In the scripture the Lord tells us we must be willing to give up everything for Him. After what He did for us, I do not think that is asking too much, besides He is the One who owns everything on earth, under the earth and above the earth…..He created it all for His Glory.

Several prophetic visions and Words have been shown to me throughout the years revealing this time. This generation will see greater things in God’s kingdom as He builds an impregnable army…..this army will have NO FEAR….but will be full of FAITH, POWER and AUTHORITY. There are no wimps in this army. This army will be strong, pure and full of God’s righteousness…….this army is the Bride of Christ! (Prophetic Word) This army will be made up of the poor, maimed, torn, broken, and weak. This army will go in My Power, says the Lord, This army will heed My call. This army will listen to My voice. This army will march into the enemy’s camp without fear knowing…knowing who walks before them. For I the Lord am leading them. This army will not be turned by doubt or fear, for I am putting in them boldness, the same boldness I gave My servant Peter. The same anointing, the same mantle will cover them as covered the apostles and prophets of old.
Blessings will follow them, miracles will follow them. No mountain will be to high to climb…no valley to deep to go through. For they will be holding to My unchanging hand.
I am arming them….I am equipping them. They will march…they will follow…they will be victorious…climbing…climbing ever higher to see Me…
You see this will be My Bride…My Passionate Bride…My Bride without spot or wrinkle…My Bride pure and holy. My Bride who has prepared herself, adoring herself in pure white garments. Waiting…watching…longing for My appearing…the appearing of the promised Bridegroom.
About three years ago the Lord showed me something else; I have told very few about. He showed me this vision:
People ‘around’ the world ‘arm locked’, not hand in hand, but arm locked around the whole world. They were all in one accord, with one purpose and goal. They were in ‘perfect’ harmony worshipping and lifting Jesus higher and higher. At that time He will step out and call His Bride home.
Awesome! Can you see it? All are in one accord with one purpose and goal acclimating God and adoring Jesus. Totally surrendered in total worship to the Lamb of God, at the same time, will cause the Father to say ‘Go get Your children and bring them home.’ The scripture Jude 24 will be accomplished:
To Him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy. To God our Savior, who alone is wise, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen
I pray this word encourages the both of you, for you have been obedient and God honors that and He will fight for you, He is standing in the gap for you today and everyday. Keep the faith as I know you both will knowing we stand our watch upon the wall, our swords drawn and our shield of faith raised on your behalf, guarding you against the enemy. I believe JESUS is about to radically, supernaturally invade the situation and we are all going to see a miraculous deliverance…………all will see JESUS high and lifted up.
John wrote this about Jesus: ……….we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. (I John 2:1) and (I believe this can be applied to all immoralities) that no one should take advantage of and defraud his brother in this matter, because the Lord is the Avenger of all such, as we also forewarned you and testified. For God did not call us to uncleanness, but in holiness. Therefore he who rejects this does not reject man, but God, who has also given us His Holy Spirit.

You are not alone, as ‘ol slu foot’ would have you believe; for as God showed the prophet Elijah when he thought he was alone (I Kings, chapter 19) that 7000 had not bowed…..Scott/Kurt I dare say that there are that many standing with you both.

A Thousand Deaths and Still Dying (8-1-08)
As I mentioned in the past Christ was a man of sorrows and of course death. It was a unique death in that inherent within was the principle of vicariousness. It was not a natural death in one sense and in another the only natural death. It was not His death but one chosen by Him. He defies nature in her natural course to superimpose upon her a higher part of her nature. Nature displays the vicariousness which is within her but now reflects the very character of her King. He imposes His will and truth not as a foreigner but as a sovereign. Nature embraces this death, incorporates it, and follows God's lead. None of us is unique in the natural and yet all unique in the spirit. Each of our bodies possess elements that were once a virus, cow, thief, prince or King. So in this sense nature has us all so interlinked and dependent that vicariousness would be natural. In the spirit nature fails us because of the sheer independence of a man alone before his God. This is why Christ had to do what he did. This is also where the fraud of the retards is exposed. They defy death. It is evil in their eyes. They are so selfish they cannot get the logs out of their eyes. I talk of the thousand deaths I've had to incur during this Dorean mission and I am evil. They can't comprehend the ways of Christ which lead to an abundant life through death. Think of all within you that had to die over these 3+ years while you had to wait upon the Lord. Vicariousness is love. All the commands are summed up in this love. Christ while we were yet sinners dove down into the muck and mire of this bog and in the total darkness grabbed the sunken prize only to reverse the fall and raise us again into the fresh air of life where there is color and light. Why does it surprise you that He calls others in His body to the same work? Have you not been asked to die to self and live for Him a thousand different ways? Are you still not dying? Let's not mock His ways and patiently wait for His resurrection life to break forth like the new day. He is still killing "me" softly. How about you?

Upward Mobility (8-1-08)
Well it appears I am continuing to be punished for what I did at Dublin. Safford either got spooked by my actions or in an act of solidarity for their friends at Dublin they are taking another swing at punishment. Once I was served with the lawsuit CV-08 2325 JSW in which the government sues to remove some UCC financing statements that were placed upon various federal actors, the actions against me ensued. I have not been sanctioned for any violation within the BOP or violations of law. The accusation in the suit is that of violations of Mail fraud again. The suit troubles me none. On its face it is very flawed. I will let them discover this along the way. If you want to learn how to throw off the 1000 lb. gorilla you will want to watch the paperwork in this case. Safford has requested I be moved to a higher security prison. It is up to region to grant or deny this request. Since I have no friends at region I expect it to be granted. That means I'm in the SHU for the next few weeks and then the special in house travel. I probably won't be settled into my default housing unit until middle of November. This is causing delays in the plans I have for you but God willing I will get the job done. Your prayers here will be appreciated.
We are still awaiting the appeals court ruling if we can avoid counsel. After this ruling our bond motion will be heard. I am still very diligent about the work before me. If I don't get it soon enough I will rewrite it to let you know what kind of pay-out to expect. Chosen (7/26/08)
The Bible is replete with the theme of the chosen. We follow it through Seth to Shem to Abraham the father of many nations. Mary of all women gets to be the womb of the Chosen One. In Luke she burst out in song and rightfully so. What unspeakable joy to come to the comprehension of the historical significance of this selection. But something else came along riding shotgun as it were. A sword will pierce your very soul. Jesus Himself the ultimate in God's selection had to be the preeminence, the one cherished and adored above all. The Palm Sunday (Sat) Hosannas being what should always take place. But no we have a man of sorrow. How do we reconcile the songs and the sufferings. In Abraham all the nations of the world are blessed. In Christ every creature and nature herself have the promise of renewal. Ephesians 1:4 has the word "chosen" in context. The text makes it clear how blessed a state it is to be one of the chosen. Of course you cannot have selection without the concomitant deselection. The equality and fairness doctrines of our creaturely morals not getting a vote. Many of us feel blessed after discovery of our calling. We likewise burst out in song, but do we really understand the joy of this calling. I say not until the sword pierces thy very soul and you are acquainted with sorrows.
Now to the few of you who are serious about your faith pay attention and let the spirit do its work. This truth is one of the dividing lines between the Neo's and the Scott's of Vineland and the chosen. Many are called but few are chosen. Can you embrace the sorrows. We know how many have cried out in their pain (real) away with that man. How they ridicule and mock me with their platitudes of Scripture and their Christ of convenience. Some even make the shallow (very) promise that if everything works out I'll return as a cheerleader. Faith (real) doesn't work like this. It knows of the sorrows. It knows the ways of God. It sees the promise afar off before the eyes can see it. Abraham knew of his blessing all the nations of the world and he knew Isaac was part of this. It was the only thing that could give him the strength that could survive the torque of his wrenching heart as he rose the knife. This faith is not crushed by the gravity of a self-absorbed universe. Its prayers are far past the infantile "me, me, what about me?" You see it in the comments here as well as the whole of your existence. From the loft of comfort they condemn you in your suffering or in their suffering they blame and cry. If they believe they know God their me prayers and curses come rolling off their lips. We are not like them. Yes our heart is wrenching and our tears just as salty but God is doing a work. He is getting acquainted with us and we are getting acquainted with this man of sorrows.
When I founded Dorean with Scott there was a song in our hearts. God had chosen us to do a good and noble work. It had its joy and its ease. I could even see how it would help many. It wasn't really until the suffering came that I realized this was the small picture. It wasn't until I saw the protracted suffering of the clients that I understood the true majesty of God's plan in Dorean Let me use the parallel story of Gideon. The first selection of God netted an army of 32,000. The second a troupe of 10,000. The third a band of 300. Logically to the human mind the more the merrier but God had not committed Himself with them. (Jn. 2:24) It was this band the few, this group of earthen vessels that the light of glory would enter the world. (Jn. 3:19-21) At first this light is concealed by the earthen vessel but it is still there doing its work. Patience and obedience are being taught while the vessel is getting acquainted with the light.
This is central to Christianity. There is a price to pay, a cross to bear, a death that must occur. "Christ shed tears at the grave of Lazarus and sweated blood in Gethsemane : the Life of Lives that was in Him detested this penal obscenity not less than we do but more. On the other hand, only he who loses his life will save it." (C.S. Lewis) Being chosen is on the backside of death. Many are called. Many get their songs of joy, wonder, and awe. But like the sons in the prodigal story one undeserving has great appreciation for the fatted calf (sacrifice / suffering) and one considers it a waste. The sifting of those who are going to cross that divide is coming to an end. The shofar is going to blow and the decree that the earthen vessel acquainted with the light be broken. And with a shout the light of this world will burst onto the scene. The enemies will see the light as the forefront of an unseen army of irresistible force and the Rahabs of the world will see the bright shining of their hope breaking forth like the new day calling them to be grafted into the very blood line of the Lord. The vessel must be broken. The sorrows must complete their work. The wall will fall. Like John the Baptist said "I must decrease and He must increase." There is a new song even greater than the first that arrives the moment you see that through your suffering Christ Himself has been set up like a city on a hill you shall have it no other way. I have sweat my blood and cried my tears but now for the glory set before me I have but joy. If you are there with me, if you are part of this small band let us harmonize our songs and sing Glory, Honor and Praise to Christ the Man of sorrows, glory in the highest! How sweet it is to be chosen! Is it not true the seed must die before the harvest? The harvest is great but the workers are few. Now the Lord of the Harvest speaks - this word of prophecy to you:
"The time is coming swiftly and is yet here that the lovers of themselves and the haters of God will beat on your door with contempt like they did in Sodom. But the light that you have been chosen to display will radiate and penetrate their intentions. My glory shall blind them and they shall stumble upon themselves. But you shall no longer dwell in the valleys I am taking you to the mountains. Don't look back there will be nothing left behind. I have come into the world to bless and bless I will. You are my chosen vessel acquainted with suffering. When I send you out among the hurting the downcast you shall not be a fraud. It is my pleasure to shine through you and for that pleasure you have been chosen. You do not yet see how many you will reach or the extent of that reach but my harvest is white and ready for you. Before I come this door I lay open before you and no man can shut it. I will take your little faith and I will pray to the Father to multiply it past the need to abundance. I speak now of economics and of my gifts. Whatever need presents itself to the broken vessel will see my glories shine forth. It is no accident I have taken you this course. Your cries I have heard but others are still crying. I have work to be done. Put away the tears there is gladness for morning. Full to the brim were my vessels in Cana now I command you "draw out" my supply shall never run short. Like muted trumpets at a distance will I make the voices that have ridiculed you. With envy they look upon you but I will not entrust myself to them. Go now with open hands and I will send to you my Rahabs. They will seek you out because your testimony of me is true, it is honest. Remember how at the beginning you thought this was about you? Laugh with me now! Oh how I have loved you and oh how I love the hurting : Feed my sheep! Obey and even your enemies will deliver my blessings to you. You have been faithful in little now be faithful in much. Remain broken for I am the only one who can sanctify a band of crackpots. I will develop a unity between you and together you shall do more than apart. Know that my hour has come strap your shoes on and be ready your redemption has been sent."

Water to Wine (7/19/08)
I would like to take you to the scripture John 2 : 1-11 known as Christ's first miracle. Jesus spoke in parables to disguise His message but were His miracles straight forward? Jesus had to deal with retards also who upon hearing do not hear and upon seeing do not see. They can easily take a typo like "I(t) will clearly be the Lord." and make a self delusional pre-textual argument to entertain themselves. There was a misprinted Bible in the 1800's called the adulterers Bible. It stated "Thou shall commit adultery." What do you think these retards could have done with a Bible like that to justify their perversions? I'm not speaking to them but for those who have an ear I wish to show you that Jesus used miracles as another form of parabolic teaching. Please join me in Cana.
The 11th verse states clearly that the purpose of this miracle was to display His glory. This is the center of the gospel and the efforts of the heavens. Now His glory has always been and is not dependent upon this miracle. It is quite the opposite. Our revelation is dependent on the miracle.
Mary is the mother of Jesus and with it would come a presumption of authority. But this is no ordinary son this is The Son of Glory. He is under the authority of His Father and about His Father's business. Mommy approaches Him with her business forgetting this truth. He quickly (but gently) rebukes her. She is immediately calibrated in the spirit. Now looking to Him as Lord she says "do whatever He tells you." What I find precious is that the rebuke and chastisement did not alleviate Christ from picking up the need as His own. (1 Pet. 5:7) Mary also shows us the correct relationship and response. In doing so she automatically reveals the retarded response. This is why I will always offend and contend with the retards. They approach Christ wanting Him to be about their infantile business. They never hear the rebuke. Jesus has always been approached by the deaf and blind retards. In 2:25 His response is that He does not commit (entrust) Himself to them. They think they know Him but He is not in relationship with them. Thus will come their revelation at the end of the age.
His revelation of His resurrection power is the next thing addressed. Our first indication is the 3rd day of this event. All truth of Christ points to one absolute proof, (The sign of Jonah) Him getting out of the grave as the conquerer of Hell death and sin. (1 Cor. 15:14, Rom. 6:4) Next you have the selection of the 6 waterpots. 6 is the number for man. Christ is going to reveal His glory through man. This is no ordinary man but one selected and set aside for purification. (Eph. 1:3-6) He is going to decree they be filled with water (the Holy Spirit) in a quantity of 20-30 gallons. Notice the selection is all Christ. Man has done nothing except exist as an empty vessel. Now the vessel (man) in dwelt by the water (Holy Spirit) has a regeneration. A new life a new wine is produced. Still man has done nothing. This new wine is by its nature the best. It is overflowing abundant in all ways.

If you take a circle and draw a line from 360 degrees to 180 degrees dividing it in half and then take the two lines from the center that divide the chapters written in the stars at 120 degrees and 240 degrees from the center you would make a picture of the famous hippie peace sign. Maybe the hippies got something right. Was it not God who said to the shepherds that peace to earth and good tidings to man. The gospel message is a season of God lavishing upon man what they don't deserve. It is His best that was saved for last. He sent all His servants then He finally sent His Son. That will end when we arrive at the moment in history that is the 240 degree mark. Until then we have this miracle story of God's nature and plan. When the sons of thunder wanted to call down fire from heaven because the Samaritan town would not accept them Jesus rebuked them with this same truth.
Next you will notice that at the entire show there was only one that could solve the problem and only one who could be looked to. He is the way, the truth, and the life, no one can access God except through Him. This is the real Him not the imagination of men. The real deal takes center stage in all the events of His creation. Not even a sparrow falls outside of the the Father's will. This miracle makes implicit what is made explicit throughout the ages.
The governor (the world) is not blind to the effects of God's control over the event but is blind to them in understanding. There is no cure for this. Even at the end of the age they will go to the bridegroom seeking an explanation and none will be given. Oh but the servants knew. What joys there are in being chosen.
My favorite for those who have an ear is that beautiful command "draw out." This is that faith opportunity we all cherish. Though this text appears to be the first miracle that is not the case when one hears this command. Our arrival at this moment is a countless string of miracles. The request may appear risky but God has said and we must obey. I call on all of you now to draw out from the very best God offers. Whether the offer comes from Jehovah-Raphi our healer, Jehovah-Shalom our peace, Jehovah-Jireh our provider, or Jehovah-Nissi our banner. Draw out that the Lord might be glorified in you.
Lastly is the wedding itself. For at the end of the age all the miracles, the words of God, the faith opportunities, the obedience is the marriage. I for one look forward to the day at the end of my battle to have my delayed wedding celebration. Just the thought of seeing my lovely bride in all her sparkling grandeur coming to join me with a cloud of witnesses before God to forever commit to the relationship makes me understand Christ's passionate work. The True Winers (07-04-08)
Again I apologize for the delays caused by my travels and the unfortunate destruction of the blogs previously written that has caused my lack of communication. I did obtain one benefit of being able to talk with some of you by phone. What a delight you are. Let me put it to you by way of scripture. In John 2:1-11 we see Christ manifested by His first miracle. Mary dictates to her son a mandate for help. He rebukes her gently but does not dismiss the need. She was His mother in the flesh but had no spiritual authority over Him. He was about His Father's business. How many times have we mandated to the Lord how He should solve our problem. I have been guilty even in this trial. As I enter my third year of incarceration I can say for certain God has missed every deadline I've set for Him. What is clear about this miracle is that Jesus is in control. He is in control of your relationship to Dorean and Dorean's relationship to the mortgage industry. The scripture says "Blessed is the man who waits upon the Lord." What I heard from those I talked with was you waiting upon the Lord. That blessed me. Like you I am convinced that only Christ can turn water into wine for His glory. We can fill the water pots and obey His commands. Soon though our faith will require us to "draw out" this wine and display it to the world. (The governor). Though they will be amazed they will not know what the servants know. That is why the retards on this blog will never cease being the critics. Even when the wine arrives and Christ has manifested Himself only the servant will understand. Even the many retards who claim Christ have a Christ they control of their own imagination. They will still rebuke the servants in the know because they are ignorant. I know some of you are ready now with a right heart, a servants heart, to see what the Lord will do. I like you patiently wait upon the Lord. In the end the wine is the best and is more than abundant to the need. He overwhelms the need in quantity and in quality. This is what I couldn't teach many but that is because the Lord has not committed Himself to them. They claim Him for their glory not for His. They are willing not to sacrifice all for the glory of knowing Him. Those who know Him and obeyed Him in joining Dorean know He sees your need and soon what is impossible for man will be done by Him. God's Increase is disguised (7-13-08)
I made it back to Safford on 7-9 and returned to the SHU. It appears there is a threat of another criminal prosecution out of some work I did in defending the Dorean case. Don't worry. It concerns me none. What it does do is make my stay here at Safford very tentative. If you signed up to visit me please call first to verify I am still here. If they should indict it will mean a trip back to California. I will find out what they plan to do with me shortly. I am using the time wisely fasting and praying. I can do no legal work since I have been precluded by the BOP from access to my legal work. I don't suspect this to change soon. It appears to be part of the bully tactics to cheat. I don't know about you but this is the way I think. Why go for a new indictment that only carries a max of 10 years if you are confident in the 25 you just obtained? I can't come up with a logical reason in my head. This indictment does not include Scotty for which I am grateful. He has suffered and sacrificed enough. Though we are brothers our callings are distinct. It may be that I must fight again for even a greater victory. This has nothing to do with Dorean so I won't bore you with the details. I am excited to be indicted on these issues if I should be so fortunate. They go deeper into the core of money issues than Dorean. Dorean is a mere skirmish compared to the trophies of this battle. I am still working on phase one but am being hindered by my travels and uncertainty. Indictment or not this will change in the matter of course. Please be patient and continue your prayers. Not one sparrow falls to the ground outside the Father's will. This fact forces us to come to the belief that God is always in control. Think of all the tears shed for worry and doubt. God increase our faith!

Restitution (June 12, 2008)
On June 10th Scott and I were before Mr. Alsup for the last time. There was a certain joy about the finality of the experience. It was for a restitution hearing. As it turned out the restitution was set at $512,000.00 roughly. We argued for $60,000,000.00 but they would have none of it. They through out all these large numbers when they want to make us the villains but when equity comes to surface the game completely changes. I know most of you don't understand me yet but I am not playing a game. I am very serious about my role and what I had to prove to my generation of stupefied retards. I will mention one party that I want to make a particular point to. The Mckays are part of the restitution order. I do not care about that. What I do care about is you and your profession of faith. As I wrote you in the past I said silver and gold have I not but what I do have I give to you. I wanted you to share in my faith which is the faith of Christ. I apparently was not successful at inspiring you. This I regret. Now I must confess that the silver and gold part was not completely the truth. I do have the resources to fix your situation and I will not be holding it back. I must do things in a way that works well under the environment of an enemy. My petition to you is that even when the pressures of finance have been taken from you will you still be faithless? I want you so much to come to the full richness of knowing that all your fears and phobias were vanity. God was always about blessing you and you were resistant. That is the self examination tour I hope you will take at the end of the day. What I speak about is the eternal that got lost in all your worries about the cares of this world. The government will not and cannot be your savior. Not on my watch. I will be clearly the Lord. Please pay special attention to the coming announcement about pay-outs. Pray earnestly about your participation so that the devil does not deceive you out of your remedy. I am on your side and have always been. You know this but you didn't trust that still small voice. I intend to punish none of you clients for your ignorance. Your ignorance has been punishment enough. I had to go through the full gauntlet to protect you from yourselves and the enemy. I am not finished yet. I still have to deliver myself. It appears that may be after I have delivered you. After I have proven myself I hope you will be brave enough to say you're sorry and assist me in the final execution of my remedies. Even if you don't I have protected myself against your ignorance but at this time I will punish by not doing the work for you. The government can't find my money. I hid it right in front of their face. Neither can you because you chose to be as blind as the government. Scott and I were always many tiers of thinking above our procedurally bloated enemy. What the Bible says about the snares the enemy sets becomes their own is more true than you can imagine. Mr. Alsup did more to promote me than to extinguish my efforts. Actually with enemies like him who needs friends. I had hoped God would have redeemed him but it is what it is.

Sorry...
It appears that my last few blogs have been intercepted by a well meaning enemy of Dorean. Unfortunately these were written to keep you informed during my travels. I have just discovered this and am inconvenienced by my travels to rectify it in a speedy fashion. Please bear with me as I do the best I can. It was my intention to announce my settlement program the day after my final hearing before Alsup. This is just impossible now. This delay does not thwart my remedy only my goal to throw it back in the face of my enemy with a swiftness. I want you to know I am very excited to finally be in this place of restoration. It has been a long hard fight that had many twist and turns, but in the end, those who trust in the Lord will be justified. Those who didn't will have a choice to make from the witness before them. Look for the blog called "Phase One." People get ready for the favor of the Lord. Let us magnify His name together. Whether I get out of jail is irrelevant to this settlement. I can complete it regardless. I will have fun during my last act in this drama before the cowards, showboats, and pretenders. Boy are there going to be some surprises arriving. Talk again soon, and thanks for your patients! (I just realized this was typed on the anniversary of HJR 192. There is a certain ironic joy about that to me. My first meeting was on Jekyll Island and now this. Interesting!)
