Seasons greetings from the great state of Utah! Kurt asked me to write a blog since he felt some of you would like to hear from me. Well, I must say this has been a very strange and wonderful experience for my first trip to the rodeo. I am in good spirits and probably the best shape I’ve been in since my days of high school sports. I’m even keeping up with some of the young kids in my pursuit of handball excellence! While physical training has been beneficial, my relationship with God has certainly deepened. Those of you in the faith will covet the amount of time in prayer, meditation, reflection and study I’m able to get in each day. This sequestering has truly been a blessing. I will save the stories of personal accomplishments and divine appointments for our future gathering.
What can I say that my distinguished colleague hasn’t already articulated. Kurt has done a masterful job of clearly stating our position and bringing common sense to a convoluted marketplace. I’m as confident as he is because truth is on our side! Truth in this case being a multifaceted definition. I would like to take this opportunity to thank many of the people who continue to support Kurt and me in this battle, both prayerfully and tactically. I will mention first names, you know who you are: Deborah, Fred, Bill, Deb, Bob and Doug (new to the mix). We couldn’t do this without you! Our known intercessors Karen (thank you for the letters and books!), Lenora, and Dee (your prophetic insight is very keen); our faithful letter writers: Becky, Karen (I’ll mention you again because your letters encourage and inspire – thank you), Todd, Joe, Diana, Gabriel and Moriah. I believe I covered everyone that has written to me. If I left anyone out, write and remind me and I’ll dedicate an entire blog to you! Finally, to Kurt, a man who is closer to me than family – well almost anyway. To you I impart my deepest respect and highest admiration for your unwavering faith and heart of a warrior. You have demonstrated not only a zeal for God but a steadfast reliance on His word. I could not imagine fighting this battle without you. I am truly blessed to observe faith in action. You that support us should be rejoicing that you have an advocate like Kurt during this important time in history. Have a blessed Christmas and a wonderful New Year! Scott

It does our hearts good to know that your spirits are high. I'm sorry I don't get to see you so "mean and lean" as Kurt put it previously. I only saw the mean part. I told you for years to get some exercise and you have to go to jail before you'll listen...
Despite all, we are so sad this Christmas without you. The coffee pot will be on and you'll be there but only in our thoughts and we will have a few gifts under the tree. I don't think our kids care much about about stuff this year. Only your absence. I never would have wished this on you - Kurt maybe, but not you.

I realize that you would never be involved in this if it weren't for the information and education Kurt provided as he joyfully came into our lives.
When was that? Oh yes, when the money from the sale of our first home magically disappeared overseas without my consent "in the name of truth". When my pastor (and boss) received an email that our new trustee (KJ) who I did not approve, may be so inclined to report me "in the name of truth" to the Alameda Co. D.A. for "stealing" the remainder of the house sale money so it wouldn't go to wind like so many other tens of thousands of dollars we had. It was at that time that Kurt told me "I'll never go to jail again". Well, that is only partially true and the rest remains to be seen.
When I questioned Kurt about the consequences for not paying taxes "in the name of truth" he said he would just throw the notices away and nothing would come of it. Well, thank goodness for me, a generous person fronted me the $8,500.00 it cost to get the tax liens off my wages. Now I can bring home more than $150 I was netting per bi-monthly paycheck and better feed my now fatherless kids and my eight-something father can continue to help support the daughter he once gave away.
Oh, my work - that's the same organization you guys threatened to sue "in the name of truth" (church and school -pastor & business administrator & superintendent) for garnishing my wages according to the legal order. But, because they love our kids, they also now scholarship our kids' tuition, buy them school clothes among other things, too numerous to mention.
There are no college funds, no retirement, no savings and in order to leave the past behind we now live in a 1100 sq.ft. rental where we don't receive foreclosure notices on the door and there is no more endless parade of process servers.
Sell the house you say? Can't - there's a million dollars worth of liens against it from all the credit cards, IRS, and FTB "in the name of truth" that were magically paid off - NOT. Can you say "Something only works if it works and not if you keep businesses/organizations/persons tied up in constant legal harrassment "in the name of truth" for years until they say "uncle" or "charged-off" or "you're guilty" or whatever the case might be? The proof is in the preliminary title report and the credit scores.
Now I realize Scott is a big boy and made these decisions by himself with Kurt's education, but I wanted the readers to know the men they stand behind as well as the outcome - the blown trust especially. Best case scenerio is that they beat this rap only to find another cause to die for another family to destroy (Kurt is on his third b/c of this crap - but oh yeah, God will restore... yes, again and again and again!)
Can God restore the legal expenses of your former 19-yr old receptionist for defending herself against a law suit brought against her? Did you think to warn her of the possible consequences of signing papers for the DG? Will God restore your brother's respect for you for refusing to sign the title back over to him "in the name of truth" until he threatened to disown you? Kurt, you brag about your lack material expenses, yet you guys spent $200,000 cash on a RENTAL office that subsequently kicked you out. I could go on and on...
May the readers forgive my sarcasm but I'm not done being angry with you guys yet. You isolated yourselves from everyong and rejected any solid advice, and not only balked, but really tawnted the Feds "in the name of truth". And I thought that you guys had this whole network of legal advisors, funds and friends that could not only help you guys find the correct way, but help us out in the event of an arrest. It's like Dorean dropped off the face of the earth and honestly we are all relieved. It was like being married to the mob with all the cigar-smoking, head-swelling bullying mumbo jumbo.
Kurt - my children are fine although there are days where grief and sadness arise and my 12-year old is uncosolable, they are on track and doing well as can be expected. And if I'm faithless, the Lord is about to put me to the test for come the new year I will face the most serious financial challenges, as I deal with three different legal areas just so I can survice A.D. (after Dorean) and be responsible for a high Bay Area rent with three kids under my roof still. And Kurt, don't mention our divorce as a badge of honor for Scott, but a badge of discrace. Dorean didn't have that much power. I've just had enough of both of you and the crappiest, lowest and shameful lifestyle one can imagine.
Readers - a product should never take years for delivery - and the product was not fully tested. It's not rocket science, follow your God-given sense and your conscience next time. You don't even need to know God or scripture for that bit of advice, so don't listen to all crap my brothers are feeding you.

FOR ALL YOU FOLKS MAKING THESE CRITICAL POSTS OF THE ME PROCESS:
I know that you feel that this mortgage process has not lived up to your expectations, HOWEVER, at the rate that events are progressing, all the rest who are not in the mortgage elimination process will soon feel the same pain as well. It will just come a little bit later.
Example: the NYC transit workers strike. Ask them about their finances taking a hit during the holidays.
AS the PTB genuinely seek to bankrupt the entire country, all will go thru what the folks who have signed up with the DG are going thru.
For all who know your bible, dont forget that it says that the days are coming when..... "a days work for a quart of wheat, or two quarts of barley."
This means that EVERYONE but the rich will be working for peanuts, or just enuogh for bare subsistence.
So, those who didnt join in the DG should pay attention very, very carefully, as soon you will not have a job, or like the transit workers and everyone else, will be working for peanuts, as all jobs, (in time) not some jobs, BUT ALL jobs will go to
immigrant workers here (who will sork for $5-6/hour)
and manufacturing jobs to foreign workers elsewhre; China, India etc.
(who will work fo 20-30 cents/hour; if even that much)
IF you currently have a job, YOU ARE MARKED TO LOSE IT TO A IMMIGRANT WORKER.

Scott--Thank you for your sacrafices for being involved with DG. The truth and promises in the Word override the truth in this blog. If others knew the Word, they would not be confessing defeat and despair. It seems you have many opportunities to forgive and walk in love. Your a man of God--confess the Word and it will come ot pass.

As with all that is posted here, it must be taken with some amount of faith. Who can say what or whom is telling the truth or the real full story. I am sad to hear the stories from the one who are going through a tough time, I wish you only the best and that you have some good fortune in the near future. With wanting the best for the people that are down right now and being the time of year I will put what little that I have to help putting aside the fact of witch side of the fence you walk for this will not be about the process only about one person helpping another. So with that I will send what I can if you want to post a pay pal or some where to send it and anyone eles who is out ther would do the same these people that are in need could be out of that very quickly if only all would put up a small amout of money that I'm sure would not be mist at all but would help the these people the most there could be and account set up to be used for the thing that would help. I won't try and make this out to be some high cost ,very complicated deal KEEP IT SIMPLE that's how I like it then theres problems I don't want a big deal it's simple it look's as if there are people in need around us and I for one want to help those who are also willing to help them self. For the record, I don't believe that Scott and Kurt purposely scammed anyone. Nor do I believe that Scott would intentionally do anything to hurt his family, though insensitive to those things that do. May be the same thing, only God knows.
Maybe "letslookatthegoal" has a point. Maybe there is some good that can be done here with our financial system. Maybe the negative press, or even this blog will bring some attention to the matter.
The difference is the controlling reckless behavior and attitudes that turned these guys from brilliant men to misguided fools that have hurt people who really don't have what it takes to fully educate themselves about the "process".
I love you both, but I can't sit silent while you hammer those with differing opinions and clients who trusted you to deliver in a complete and timely way and who are shell-shocked, overwhelmed and without remedy.
And when you are finished eating slop, come home and we'll rejoice together though some things will have changed.

I sat one day few years back in silent thought after looking for the weather news I only found that bad news sells and there was no room for the good news out there. this lead me to what I will share with you here . Please take this for what you will I only share this in the hope that maybe one day it will transpire, But by know way am I one tpo preech. I'm about the the fartest thing from that as you can getbut with some catholic schooling I do know right from wrong. Any way here you go my thoughts of what it takes to get to the so called PROMISE LAND, or what ever you may call it for your self. A simple circle plan and true we use it in my diffferant tribes around the world but mostly with the meaning of endless or complete .
this being said I propose this if we all could reach out to some one we see that is in need of what we have and if we were to give that we have all to one that is in need of it more so and to do this without regret or remorse without harm to thy self and with pure intention of there need and are overwhelming disire to provide for that to do all that and with only one thing in mind that by ding so you are forever completing the circle when this is done by all and the circle is completed ther you will find the world we so much want to exsist in there you will have a world were if everyone would follow this there could not exsist EVIL THER IS KNOW WHERE FOR IT TO THRIVE think about this and I hope that in some way you find the answer to your needs but for me I'm of the mind that what I have and produce by work or thought that others will find a need for I offer to that person without remorse only with the hope and direction that they to do the same so to complete the circle it take a long time I think and there are many many ways to let evil in to brake it up but if all could see that it could be.
