Our Case is Cracking (05-22-07)
For the first time in this case we have more than 5 or 6 of our next steps before our eyes. Most of the time we have 1 or 2 and many times we had none. Those are the times where trusting God is intriguing. It is clear from our current plan that the time we have spent thus far has not been a waste. Our record is perfect for effect. If I could wish any one thing for you clients it would be the joy of knowing how God is always in charge and always working His plan upon the enemy. Surely One who can create all can orchestrate His victory in a sea of retards. Scott, Bill, and I are all coming to the finish line. The lie and the evil has an end and it can’t be delayed into infinitum. Even the trial, which appears to have endless delays, is clipping off irreversible actions that move us to the end. As it winds down I think about all the suffering we have all tolerated and combine that into a resolve to finish the race before me. Here is one thing to consider as a client if you wish to testify in our case. We could care less and won’t hold your stupidity against you. If you read the indictment you will see that all the brokers are charged with conspiracy and fraud based on the actions that every client performed. That means you better make sure you have immunity or a good lawyer. I’m sure the prosecution is more interested in us but I wouldn’t lay my soul bare before them on a naïve trust you will be exempted. Keller is a neophyte looking for promotion and it might have your name on it. If I was the jackass you suspect I would not have given you this timely and real warning. If you don’t suspect I am telling you the truth you might want to consult an attorney. Talking to the prosecution and taking them at their word I have experience is not an avenue of honesty. Every agent of the government we approached before our arrest made it very clear they didn’t give a damn about honesty. In each situation not one of them were willing to discuss any facts, or see any evidence we could produce. They have lied under oath and attempt every fraud to hide their crimes and convict innocence. I find better character in the thugs they surround me with. If you do testify I will still be able to use your stupidity to your benefit. One of these days I would like to at least hear an “I’m sorry” when you discover you had the best possible trustees you could hire, and for far below their hire. Even you retards will enjoy victory.

Kurt, don’t you mean cracked up, as in your deteriorating mental state, and crashed and burned as in all of your great sure fire plans that have been blowing up in your face and coming down in ashes around you with such regularity???
Your current sure fire plan is going to be just like all the sure fire plans before it that are now so much detritus on the stage of your ultimate humiliation. Your record to date is a perfect snake eyes, wins zero, losses all.
You are a jackass, and this is just more of your meaningless and tiresome braying and will be as of much value as anything else you have said.
Of course Kurt, there are no guilty men in prison and you are pure as the driven snow, in a pig’s eye, or your case a jackass’s.
I would suggest you get real comfortable with the character of the thugs you are surrounded with, since you will be with them for a very long time. The question of course is whether or not they will want to lower themselves to consort with you.
Maybe in the not too distant future you'll have good old Moogey to keep you comfortable and tell you how wise and wonderful you are.
Notorial Dissent, is there anything you believe in? Are you all ways such a negative person? If this is so, than I really feel sorry for you. I believe in what the boys are doing. The people that lost there houses wasn't because of DG, it's was the banks. I lost my house but I don't blame DG. I believe everything happens for a reason, what the reason is I don't know. But I know I can't take things with me. Material things aren't important. I want people to remember me for what I have done, not for what I leave behind. Course on the other hand, maybe we'll get an apology of "I'm sorry" from a braying jackass as you that calls the dorean presentment of defaulting the banks & putting them in silence & dishonor as a loss TOO in the record books. Oh let's not forget about the State of Utah debaucle of a case too which was a win by default for Dorean too. Another example of the advesaries inability to finish what they started. When charges are dropped & the Dorean Group goes free, that will be another win. Do you work as an accountant for "Ernst and Dumb" too?
As far as Kurt's mental state, let's not forget that even the courts ruled him competent.

Speaking of "value" and things that have been said and done, you haven't said anything that will be recorded in any book of memorable quotes, unless it is done in sarcastic humor to make you the jackass down the road.
Oh, and there are guilty men in prison, some are guilty of having integrity like Mr. Wolf, who went free by the way, after Judge Alsup's inability to get his way in that case.

Maybe you & Nemo can get together & start a website when this is all said, done & over with, entitled: "Jackasses and Retards unite". I think it might be a great support group for losers of like mind that need a real cause and purpose in their lives that need to get a real life. On the otherhand even if it's just "cheap entertainment" because their lives are so boring, and they can't afford real entertainment due to financial problems and bankruptcies, credit, financial & employment issues, it might at least fill that void.
Don't forget though, even you are invited to the "victory party" to have pizza and beer. No hard feelings intended. Maybe you'll decide to attend.

I believe in truth and honesty, I have no patience or charity for those who lie and deceive and cloak their lies in protestations of honesty and goodness. I particularly dislike thieves and liars who cloak their deceit behind religion and pretended piety. I believe in the general goodness in people and life, and quite enjoy mine thank you, and I also believe that when I see a liar and a fraud, it is my obligation to shout it from the rooftops, if the venal choose not to listen, that is not my problem. Please believe me when I say that I am truly sorry that you lost your house that is not something I would wish anyone to go through. Please also believe me when I tell you that Kurt and Scott did you no favors, and probably did you a great deal of harm, had you not wasted your time and money with them, you might very well have saved your home. If you had money enough to buy into their fraud, you could most likely have saved your home. That is the harm they did.

There’ll be pork in the treetops long ere that happens my sweeting. The presentment is legalistic gibberish, with no legal standing or authority behind it, it is a joke, a fraud, a base canard, in plain Anglo Saxon it is the veriest of crap. The courts have looked at it and laughed, it is but a waste of paper, worth not a drauth nor a drim. Anyone who knows the least little bit about real estate law has laughed at it, my cat laughed at it, and her only claim to fame is that she is way smarter than you. The charges will stand, and a jail they will a go longo a longo. By the by, there is no dishonor in ignoring the braying of a pair of asses who have neither wit nor wisdom.
