They Call Me Friend
There is a theory floating out there that Farrel, Dewey, and Bill can help me by their testimony. I'm certain that may be their intention since I do suspect them as friends. However what I suspect is a lack of wisdom. Their first mistake is making an agreement with evil on moral or ethical grounds. Facts don't matter and the truth is nowhere in the government's agenda. I picture it like my wife having a seductive friend always soliciting me in her absence. Now I continually inform my wife of this but she doesn't believe me because this has been a trusted friend a long time. The logic slips here. If wanting to prove myself right and a good husband I choose to sleep with her to prove to my wife she is not a good friend I have done so at the dissipation of our trust. It makes no sense. Billy used to complain about friends who seemed to leave him high and dry and did not remember how he had lent them money in their troubles. When he talked of them it was in comparison to his faithfulness. He perceives himself a loyal friend. Now I suspect he believes this but how can you be loyal to another if you betray yourself? These lost friends may have been unfaithful and ungrateful but how is that cured by self-preservation, for the love of self, money, possibly at the expense of hundreds of others who trusted him? How can he judge his faithless friends, by what standard? If he finds fault he condemns himself. The truth is they can't hurt me nor can they help me. The greatest they ever could have been to me was to live as great men which makes their friendship rich. To sell themselves cheap supposedly to help me is a personal deception like sleeping with my wife's sleazy friend. What they will learn in the end will be that because I didn't lower myself to help then I will be able to bend low to save them. That is friendship. Lending from your strength not your weakness. I love you guys enough to finish this course just for you. I'm taking no shortcuts, accepting all suffering and sacrifice not because you deserve it but because we are friends and that's what true friends do.

Thank-you Kurt & Scott for taking the road less traveled and for being such GREAT FRIENDS to all of the clients.
I wish there was more than just simple gratefulness, that can be done to show appreciation and recognition for your sacrifices.
You both are in the hearts and prayers of many, but it seems that some could have done better in their zeal and in their decisions, but unfortunately people have to live with the consequences at least for a time, for their bad decisions and not being the friend that you both deserve.
To those that made wrong decisions, it's usually never too late to repent and change, and have a change of heart and zeal, but the longer one waits, the harder it is to change & more suffering is the result.
Mistakes can be rectified and atoned for, but those that need to change what they've done, don't procrastinate any longer, recognize what you've done out of a lack of wisdom and fear, and pure selfishness & perceived survival, and do your best to make restitution NOW for your mistakes. Those efforts won't go unnoticed or unappreciated.

its obvious that you can sit here and judge others decisions from the outside looking in. but if your name was typed up in all capital letters on that indictment, you would have done the same as all the others have, and you know this to be true so stop being a hypocrite. there is a reason the others made those choices and we will find out why in two weeks.
I pray for all the people involved. I know this hasn't been easy on anyone. But we all made choices, better or for worst. It’s almost over with. In ten years when this is all over, are any of you going to be worried about all of this?
Because of Kurt and Scott, I personally got to learn a lot about myself and our Father in Heaven. There have been a lot of hurtful things said on this blog. Maybe we should forgive them. No one is prefect, we have all made mistakes, so lets just go on with our lives the best way we no how. Just a thought

By the way, for those playing the home version of "~~Swami~~~" the board game.......my son's soccer team yesterday beat a soccer team that had not lost a game in three years. Yes my son was one of the star players of the game! And considering he can run around the field, kick & pass & block, and be able to see with his Swami turbin falling down.......is extra impressive! ;-)

Kurt and Scott have been undergoing a tremendous amount of personal suffering for the Dorean Clients. While I am not a client, I fully support their beliefs and knowledge of just how corrupt the industry is.
As the date draws nearer, it appears that charges are being dropped. Who knows what will transpire over the next week or so, but I for one am very much behind you.
Where is this trial taking place? Will it be open to the public? How about the media? I would think that something like this should be given some media attention!

Don't expect a huge crowd. In the grand scheme of things Kurt and Scott aren't exactly Bonnie and Clyde or Ken Lay.
The better part of the morning will probably be taken up with housekeeping motions and rulings, then the'll eventually start grinding through the jury selection and voir dire process. With the kind of nonsense legal mumbo jumbo Kurt and Scott keep trying to foist on the court, I doubt they'll get a jury seated before lunch.
They won't get a chance to try and baffle potential jurors with legal gibberish or theories about bonds and fiduciaries or the goofy $3-trillion bail out or how banks or the money system allegedly works in their dream world.
When and if they do finally seat a jury, the prosecution will make their opening statement and then the Kurt and Scott circus will begin again.
Something tells me one or both of them will be in contempt before the end of the day.

A jury selected by lunchtime would be wildly optimistic. Even if they shackle and gag K&S, to get a jury seated within one full trial day would be nearly impossible.
I agree they'll probably draw contempt charges pretty early. Wish I could be there to see their performance.
I represented a foreclosing lender in a U/D aginst one of their clients when the dim duo were still running loose and had the temerity to appear at the trial to testify on their client's behalf. After a minute or two of their verbal foolishness, the judge declared it pure balderdash and told Kurt to sit down and shut up or be removed from the courtroom.
Their client lost and we got back the house.

Please explain to me how the banks that foreclosed on Dorean clients are not in violation of the law since the bank fraud charges have been dropped? Why are we not all calling and giving our banks total hell for their fraud of not recognizing the reconveyence? I need to know before I start calling my bank and giving them hell!!!!!!!!

Near the End, don't take any offense to that. Even Nemo, thinks that God, the "Holy Man or Man of Holiness" as He is also called in the scriptures, that we all worship, in Nemo's perverted mind, could be a sexless being with "no nads" in his estimation or ignornance. If a supposed spiritual man like Nemo that quotes scriptues all day long doesn't really even understand the nature of God, he isn't even past step one in his spiritual enlightenment, so just disregard his deameaning comment, since if you are going to demean even God, by suggesting him to be some sexless creature, not even worthy of being called a Man, nothing is sacred or even real to him. Another example of the court's closed mindedness to hear the full truth. You can't give someone 2 minutes & declare it to be pure balderdash.
Pretty arrogant of the Judge to threaten to remove anyone from the court just for testifying.
Also pretty unprofessional for a Judge to tell any witness TO SHUT UP. That's appalling!!!!!!!!!
Yep, you should be REALLY PROUD of that win that you obtained without having a full rebuttal and without the court process to act like it's suppose to in theory.
Sounds like a reason for an appeal since the Judge was prejudicial just by the few facts that you already related.
