Water to Wine (7/19/08)

I would like to take you to the scripture John 2 : 1-11 known as Christ's first miracle. Jesus spoke in parables to disguise His message but were His miracles straight forward? Jesus had to deal with retards also who upon hearing do not hear and upon seeing do not see. They can easily take a typo like "I(t) will clearly be the Lord." and make a self delusional pre-textual argument to entertain themselves. There was a misprinted Bible in the 1800's called the adulterers Bible. It stated "Thou shall commit adultery." What do you think these retards could have done with a Bible like that to justify their perversions? I'm not speaking to them but for those who have an ear I wish to show you that Jesus used miracles as another form of parabolic teaching. Please join me in Cana.

The 11th verse states clearly that the purpose of this miracle was to display His glory. This is the center of the gospel and the efforts of the heavens. Now His glory has always been and is not dependent upon this miracle. It is quite the opposite. Our revelation is dependent on the miracle.

Mary is the mother of Jesus and with it would come a presumption of authority. But this is no ordinary son this is The Son of Glory. He is under the authority of His Father and about His Father's business. Mommy approaches Him with her business forgetting this truth. He quickly (but gently) rebukes her. She is immediately calibrated in the spirit. Now looking to Him as Lord she says "do whatever He tells you." What I find precious is that the rebuke and chastisement did not alleviate Christ from picking up the need as His own. (1 Pet. 5:7) Mary also shows us the correct relationship and response. In doing so she automatically reveals the retarded response. This is why I will always offend and contend with the retards. They approach Christ wanting Him to be about their infantile business. They never hear the rebuke. Jesus has always been approached by the deaf and blind retards. In 2:25 His response is that He does not commit (entrust) Himself to them. They think they know Him but He is not in relationship with them. Thus will come their revelation at the end of the age.

His revelation of His resurrection power is the next thing addressed. Our first indication is the 3rd day of this event. All truth of Christ points to one absolute proof, (The sign of Jonah) Him getting out of the grave as the conquerer of Hell death and sin. (1 Cor. 15:14, Rom. 6:4) Next you have the selection of the 6 waterpots. 6 is the number for man. Christ is going to reveal His glory through man. This is no ordinary man but one selected and set aside for purification. (Eph. 1:3-6) He is going to decree they be filled with water (the Holy Spirit) in a quantity of 20-30 gallons. Notice the selection is all Christ. Man has done nothing except exist as an empty vessel. Now the vessel (man) in dwelt by the water (Holy Spirit) has a regeneration. A new life a new wine is produced. Still man has done nothing. This new wine is by its nature the best. It is overflowing abundant in all ways.

The quantity of the water has significant numerical revelation. I actually think God left the volumes of these waterpots uncertain between two choices because each makes a truth point. 6 x 20 = 120 Twenty is the product of 4 x 5. Four is the number for Earth and five is grace. There are other combinations also like 2 x 10 but I will leave that to your further study. If God used 120 gallons He did so to highlight His grace for this Earth. Now the gospel is written in the stars by the signs of the zodiac. The scriptures make it clear the stars profess His glory. They never have and never will tell you how to manage your affairs. That is the counterfeit by the devil to disguise the truth. The Earth is 360 degrees. The gospel in the stars is written in three chapters. His birth, His ministry, and His 2nd coming. Each of these divide equally in the heavens at 120 degrees. 120 degrees was the end of chapter one and the beginning of His ministry the exact moment of our text.

If we go with the 5 x 6 x 6 we get 180 degrees. Five we know as grace and six the number of man. The gospel is nothing more than grace for man. A 180 is the path of repentance. It is how we love God. God must call us fill us with the Holy Spirit which empowers us to repent and live in a newness of a new life. We as a fallen creature have turned 180 degrees from our creator and rebelled to walk away from Him and the life He sustains. It is the direction of death. Many think they can make this turnabout to please God but I have found no substance behind this claim. On the contrary I only find evidence from the Scriptures that this notion is false. If you take a circle and draw a line from 360 degrees to 180 degrees dividing it in half and then take the two lines from the center that divide the chapters written in the stars at 120 degrees and 240 degrees from the center you would make a picture of the famous hippie peace sign. Maybe the hippies got something right. Was it not God who said to the shepherds that peace to earth and good tidings to man. The gospel message is a season of God lavishing upon man what they don't deserve. It is His best that was saved for last. He sent all His servants then He finally sent His Son. That will end when we arrive at the moment in history that is the 240 degree mark. Until then we have this miracle story of God's nature and plan. When the sons of thunder wanted to call down fire from heaven because the Samaritan town would not accept them Jesus rebuked them with this same truth.

Next you will notice that at the entire show there was only one that could solve the problem and only one who could be looked to. He is the way, the truth, and the life, no one can access God except through Him. This is the real Him not the imagination of men. The real deal takes center stage in all the events of His creation. Not even a sparrow falls outside of the the Father's will. This miracle makes implicit what is made explicit throughout the ages.

The governor (the world) is not blind to the effects of God's control over the event but is blind to them in understanding. There is no cure for this. Even at the end of the age they will go to the bridegroom seeking an explanation and none will be given. Oh but the servants knew. What joys there are in being chosen.

My favorite for those who have an ear is that beautiful command "draw out." This is that faith opportunity we all cherish. Though this text appears to be the first miracle that is not the case when one hears this command. Our arrival at this moment is a countless string of miracles. The request may appear risky but God has said and we must obey. I call on all of you now to draw out from the very best God offers. Whether the offer comes from Jehovah-Raphi our healer, Jehovah-Shalom our peace, Jehovah-Jireh our provider, or Jehovah-Nissi our banner. Draw out that the Lord might be glorified in you.

Lastly is the wedding itself. For at the end of the age all the miracles, the words of God, the faith opportunities, the obedience is the marriage. I for one look forward to the day at the end of my battle to have my delayed wedding celebration. Just the thought of seeing my lovely bride in all her sparkling grandeur coming to join me with a cloud of witnesses before God to forever commit to the relationship makes me understand Christ's passionate work. The miracles of miracles "I do!"

No stranger can know the intimacy of bride and groom. That's why some of you will be encouraged by this truth and others will, you know, act retarded.

July 23 (Bloomberg) -- Fannie Mae, the largest U.S. mortgage finance company, couldn't find a buyer who would pay $6,900 for the three-bedroom house at 1916 Prospect St. in Flint, Michigan. So broker Raymond Mogie, who is handling the foreclosure sale, advised cutting the price to $5,000.

Mogie still couldn't sell it. ``There's oversupply,'' he said. The home sold in 2005 for $110,000.

Fannie Mae acquired twice as many homes through foreclosure in the first quarter as it sold, regulatory filings show. Unsold properties may weigh on the company's stock, which lost almost half its value since June 5, said Moshe Orenbuch, managing director of equity research at Credit Suisse Group AG in New York. Late payments on the company's home loans, a harbinger of foreclosures, almost doubled in the past year.

Together, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the two biggest U.S. mortgage finance companies, owned a record $6.9 billion of foreclosed homes on March 31, compared with $8.56 billion held by all 8,500 U.S. commercial banks and savings and loans. Foreclosed houses sell at an average discount of about 20 percent, according to economists Ethan Harris and Michelle Meyer at New York-based Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. At that rate, the two mortgage companies stand to lose $1.39 billion on the foreclosed houses they currently own.

``Progress on this is probably one of, if not the single most important economic process right now,'' Orenbuch said. ``With prices decreasing, it's better to get rid of houses quickly.''

$10 a Share

Orenbuch, whose Fannie Mae recommendations would have yielded a 65 percent return to investors who followed them over the last year, the highest of any stock analyst tracked by Bloomberg, said the Washington-based company will sink to $10 share. That's 25 percent lower than its $13.41 New York Stock Exchange composite price yesterday.

The value of Fannie Mae's foreclosed property doubled in the first quarter to $4.72 billion from $2.4 billion a year earlier, and the number of homes it owned climbed 64 percent to 43,167, according to a regulatory filing. The amount the company sold was $952 million, compared with $706 million a year earlier.

``It's a no-win for the housing market,'' said Ron Peltier, chief executive officer of Berkshire Hathaway Inc.'s HomeServices of America Inc., the second-largest U.S. residential real estate brokerage. ``Where there are pockets of distressed real estate, it does have an adverse effect on the surrounding properties.''

Unpaid Principal

Fannie Mae's goal in selling its properties is to get the highest possible price, even if it means hanging on to them longer, said Gabrielle Harrison, the company's vice president for REO sales. REO stands for ``real estate-owned,'' a designation for properties that have been repossessed by creditors. Getting the highest price helps preserve neighborhood property values, she said.

``We want to treat that home as if it was your own, or as if you were living next door to it,'' Harrison said. ``You wouldn't want that home to bring down your property value.''

The typical price Fannie Mae received for foreclosed homes sold in the first quarter fell to 74 percent of the unpaid mortgage principal from 93 percent in 2005, according to Harrison.

Harrison declined in an interview to say how long it takes to sell the average foreclosed home or estimate how many more Fannie Mae may acquire through foreclosure in the coming months.

The number of borrowers whose payments were late by 90 days or more rose to 1.15 percent in the first quarter from 0.62 percent a year earlier, according to Fannie Mae regulatory filings.

13-Year Low

Fannie Mae, led by Chief Executive Officer Daniel Mudd, contracts with up to 5,000 real estate agents to manage and sell the houses, Harrison said.

Freddie Mac fell to its lowest valuation in 13 years and Fannie Mae to its lowest in 16 years in New York Stock Exchange composite trading on July 7 after Lehman Brothers analysts said in a report that an accounting change may force them to raise a combined $75 billion.

The companies plunged another 35 percent during the next four trading days, prompting the Federal Reserve to authorize lending to them directly. On July 13, a Sunday, Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson said he would ask Congress for authority to buy unlimited stakes in the two mortgage companies.

Analysts estimate Fannie Mae will report a net loss this year of about $3.8 billion on an adjusted basis and Freddie Mac's losses will total more than $1.4 billion, according to surveys by Bloomberg.

Chartered by Congress

Fannie Mae, founded as part of President Franklin D. Roosevelt's plan to resuscitate the U.S. economy in 1938, and Freddie Mac, started in 1970, were chartered by Congress. They bundle home loans into securities to sell to investors and use cash from the sales to fund mortgage lenders. Together, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac own or guarantee about half of the $12 trillion of mortgages in the U.S.

Securitization of residential mortgages by underwriters outside of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac has almost stopped. Banks bundled $1.15 trillion of home loans into so-called private-label securities in 2006, Inside Mortgage Finance reported. The number fell to $46 billion in the first half of 2008, according to the Bethesda, Maryland-based industry publication.

The two government-sponsored enterprises own or guarantee 81 percent of U.S. mortgages originated this year, data compiled by the Washington-based Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight show.

New Roof

The home on Prospect Street in Flint needs a new roof and carpeting and the plumbing has been ripped out, said Mogie, a broker with Realty Executive Main Street LLC in Lapeer, Michigan, who sells Fannie Mae-owned homes. The house was originally listed for sale in April, he said.

``Two years ago I didn't have any Fannie Mae properties and now it's probably pushing 50 percent of what I have listed,'' Mogie said. Fannie Mae is fixing vandalized homes instead of ``just dumping them to investors,'' he said.

Bruce Norris, a builder and real estate investor in Riverside, California, estimates about 15 percent of foreclosed houses have been intentionally damaged.

``Banks can't fix all the homes because they just have too many,'' said Norris, president of Norris Group, referring to all owners of repossessed homes and not specifically to the government-sponsored enterprises.

Neighborhood `Blight'

The longer it takes to sell a house, the lower the profit will be, said Dean C. Williams, chief executive officer of Williams & Williams Worldwide Real Estate Auction in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It costs creditors such as Fannie Mae 2 percent of the value of the property every month in taxes, insurance, utilities, lost revenue, maintenance, management and cleanup after vandalism, Williams estimates.

``This problem is not just how it affects the credit markets, it's how it affects neighborhoods,'' Williams said. ``We use the word `blight.' It becomes a reinforcing vicious circle in terms of the value of ownership. Now the value of ownership is increasingly a negative return.''

Fannie Mae owns or guarantees $51.2 billion of subprime loans, those given to borrowers with bad credit histories, a category that makes up about 2 percent of its total mortgage holdings, according to the company's Web site. Subprime mortgages default at five times the rate of prime mortgages, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association in Washington.

Alt-A Mortgages

Fannie Mae also owned or guaranteed $344.6 billion of Alt-A mortgages, which are granted without full documentation of a borrower's income. Those loans represent about 13 percent of the company's holdings.

Less than 1 percent of its loans, or $20.6 billion, are payment-option adjustable-rate mortgages that let borrowers pay less than they owe each month, with the unpaid balance added to the principal.

Freddie Mac's inventory of foreclosed homes also is rising. The value of single-family properties that McLean, Virginia-based Freddie Mac held in the first quarter rose to $2.2 billion from $871 million a year earlier, according to a regulatory filing. The company acquired 9,939 homes in the quarter, sold 5,914 and owned 18,419 properties at the end of March.

Freddie Mac's real estate is managed and sold by a network of 1,800 brokers coordinated by its HomeSteps division in Carrollton, Texas, according to spokesman Brad German. HomeSteps spends an average of $5,000 on repairs to each house, German said.

Days On Market

Freddie Mac-owned properties spend an average of 152 days on the market and typically sell for 92 percent of the listed price, usually about 30 percent less than the peak prices of 2006, said Ingrid Beckles, vice president of servicing and asset management. The company re-evaluates prices every two weeks, she said.

``We are very careful to ensure our properties are not driving market values down and they show well,'' Beckles said. ``Our challenge is like everyone else's from a volume perspective: maximize recovery and minimize credit losses, and balance that with making sure we're not driving down property values and not destabilizing neighborhoods.''

Part of the difficulty for all owners of foreclosed property, and not just Fannie Mae, is a shortage of qualified agents in the field who can sell the homes efficiently, said Jesse Ramirez, a broker associate at Re/Max Partners Real Estate in Corona, California.

``They are all recent college grads without experience,'' Ramirez said. ``They have 300 files each and they're overwhelmed. They don't understand how the typical transaction goes. These people didn't have jobs two years ago, not doing this.''

I love The Matrix....the guys who wrote that script must know something....its just way too symbolic to be the typical action flick. I put that dvd in every so often just to remind me to stay aware of whats real and whats not...to keep from becoming a zombie.

Reports circulating in the Kremlin today are describing what can only be described as wave of terror that is overtaking the United States as its War Leaders have begun enacted revenge over the intelligence network believed to be behind the September 11, 2001 that killed over 3,000.

In a swift move that has angered US lawmakers, President Bush this week changed the entire intelligence structure of his Nation with the creation of the greatest spying apparatus in history, and modeled upon those enacted by the German Nazis, and which as many have known, had created the American intelligence organizations after World War II in the first place.

The new Executive Order which Bush unveiled puts the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) in control of all 16 US intelligence agencies, sapping power mostly from both the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the Pentagon.

Upon assuming their new role this week, the DNI has been swift to begin dismantling the internal factions of those US intelligence networks believed to have been the masterminds of the 9/11 terror attacks, to include:

Former Top US Air Force Brigadier General Thomas L. Tinsley, who was in the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) on September 11, 2001 and failed to alert American Military Forces to the ongoing attacks was found dead with a gunshot to his chest and stated in the US propaganda media to have been a suicide.

Top US biodefense researcher Bruce E. Ivins has also been reported to have committed suicide with a massive drug overdose and was said to be behind the 9/11 anthrax attacks that terrorized US media members and lawmakers.

US Naval Air Forces are reported by Russian FSB sources to have put under arrest the commander of the US Navy’s nuclear aircraft carrier George Washington, Captain David C. Dykhoff, and who on 9/11 was the commander of the US Naval Air Systems Command Headquarters located at Patuxent River Naval Air Station outside of Washington D.C. and failed to protect the US Capital from being attacked.

[Note: US "propaganda media" sources are not reporting Captain Dykhoff’s arrest and are only stating that he has been ‘fired’.]

It should be further noted that these actions are coming at a time that the US Defence Secretary, Robert Gates, has warned his Nation that their wars are going to continue into the future, and as we can read as reported by the Washington Post News Service:

"Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates says that even winning the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan will not end the "Long War" against violent extremism and that the fight against al-Qaeda and other terrorists should be the nation's top military priority over coming decades, according to a new National Defense Strategy he approved last month."

One would be hard pressed to find any objections in the US propaganda media organs to this ‘Long War’ and its lasting ‘decades’, and which is surprising as the American Nation has, literally, fallen off an economic cliff which is destroying their entire way of life.

To the suppositions of Russian Intelligence Analysts towards these events, the most disturbing points towards the complete destruction of all the freedoms of the American people after any new attack upon that Nation, and which many in the World believe is soon to come.
