Well today is my 40th day, glory to God! What does that mean? Surely the glory of God is ever expanding and Jesus Christ is honored above everything that is named. If this be true then certain wisdoms ought to enter the spirits of His children. Christ prayed “Father glorify thy name” to which the response was “I have and will do it again”. So if God is in the business of bringing glory to Himself let’s presume from our knowledge that “again” incorporates the perpetual again and again, then every part of creation would fall under this purpose. Even the devil himself would become an agent of God’s glory design. That means wickedness as a whole will ultimately bring glory to God.
Paul wrestles with these thoughts in Romans. Should we sin because it is an agent of glory? Of course not! But if one reasons out the reality of this truth a comfort outside the love of God brings rest to your spirit. For if everything passing through your life is to glorify God a certain joy can resound in any circumstances. When love for Christ takes root in your spirit nothing can be more pleasing that to have your life bring Him glory. So what of worry, fear, impatience? Will they not dissipate in the light of this truth? Come what may, bring it on, and let my life bring you glory. Glory to God in the highest!

This story smacks of B.S. I can't put my fingers on it yet. He claims he wasn't even there. Maybe he is telling the truth. Maybe he is innocent. I'm at least willing to give the guy the benefit of the doubt. It doesn't make sense that such a powerful man would put himself in such a vulnerable position. He could have all the sex he ever wanted without jeopardizing his career or his life.
I was accused of raping two girls over 25 years ago. I was young at the time & I wasn't even in the State at the time when the alleged rape happened. As it turned out later, there was never any rape. The whole story was made up totally. The two girls made the whole story up because they were screwing around in my property with their boyfriends & needed an aliby in case they got pregnant. Parents can't be mad at children that get pregnant if they were raped which is no fault of their own. The problem with their story is there needed to be a perpetrator, and I was picked. The stupid police just accepted the totally absurd story they told. That didn't stop the police from putting a tail on me for two weeks, or one police officer telling me I should confess & turn myself in, or another officer asking me to take a polygraph test, or even questioning my room-mate under a polygraph test, which he voluntarily took. Even these allegations ruined people's perceptions towards me for a very long time if not permanently. Even people I respected seemed to want to believe the story or even believe the worst. What a lesson in all of this in basic human nature. People often want to believe the worst, especially if you are in a position of power or influence.
I don't even like this guy, but I'm not ready to crucify him or believe everything that has been bantered around. I think the guy has been set up. And what's more frightening is that I think the charges will stick & not necessarily because he's guilty.
Mike Tyson was accused of rape & went to jail for it. In his documentary he admitted to so many personal flaws, that I almost believe him that he didn't molest that girl when he said he was innocent. Why lie about that when Mike seemed to have come clean about every other personal flaw he had in the past? Even if you don't like Mike Tyson, you have to respect him for coming clean about so many things and putting himself in such a vulnerable position in his documentary about his life.

Any global currency with the word Dollar on it cannot also display the word United States of America on it. It would have to have the name of the new government on it. The reason the banks got everything is because the Federal Reserve is bascally the government of the United States. Remember when I told you that money and laws cannot be separated? Well, that's what happened in 1913 when Congress enacted the Federal Reserve Act- they delegated their constitutional power to coin money- to the Federal Reserve- basically selling America out to a central bank. Congress maintains only an appearance of lawmaker. But you know the old saying, he who makes the gold makes the rules. Congress now takes a backseat to the Federal Reserve. They do what they are told.

Harold Camping, 89-year-old leader of the ministry Family Radio Worldwide, has predicted that a five-month destruction of humanity will commence Saturday with a Rapture, in which believers will ascend to heaven. "Whereas this five-month period will be an enormous horror story for those who have not been raptured, it will be a time of great joy and wonder for those who are raptured," according to the Family Radio website. Camping uses a mathematical formula linked to prophecies in the Bible. He once predicted Sept. 6, 1994 as Judgment Day, but that math didn't quite work out. A Web group called TalkAndAct.com is sponsoring a Rapture party because "skeptics, activists, comedians and others don't believe his apocalyptic warning for one second," organizers said in a statement Wednesday. Supposedly Rev. Harold Camping figures that it was 7,000 years from the Great Flood of Noah's day to the rapture or end of the world as he calls it, and according to his assumption or interpretation of scriptures, the rapture would happen after that 7,000 year period of time. I believe he used one scripture that in essence said: "As in the days of Noah, so shall the end of the world be...." Now how he comes up with the 7,000 years is a little more unclear.
First of all, I think he's getting bad advice from his experts at what the exact time period was when the Great flood happened. If you look at the genealogy of Adam to Christ, it's about 77 generations if you count all the begats. Assuming 52 years of an average generation or "begat", during that time period, you get approx. 4,000 years from the Fall of Adam to Christ's birth. Adding approx. 2,011 years to that, you only come up with 6,011 years approx. that has transpired, not the 7,000 that Camping was counting on, no pun intended. Maybe he should go back to divinity school and take some math classes too. I'm dying to hear his explanation why the end didn't come today. Course maybe he should have read & understood the scripture where it says: "No man shall know the hour when the Bridegroom cometh, not even the angels in heaven,.... for he will come as a thief in the night."
Course how do you get around the fact that different parts of the earth have different time zones. If the rapture was scheduled for a certain hour, wouldn't many of the righteous people in different time zones be late for such a great event? Mr. Camping picked the sureness of the day as he said he was certain about the date, but he couldn't pick the hour? What kind a prophet is he? LOL
However, there are other religions that do believe that the earth is going through a 7,000 year temporal or physical existence cycle before it is destroyed and changed to a new earth to become a new heaven: "the meek shall inherit the earth."
Some have suggested that the opening up of the 7 seals in the book of revelations refers to 7 periods of 1,000 years of the earth's history.
Again the 1,000 years also becomes significant when we learn that a day of God's time is equal to a 1,000 years of man's time. The earth was created in 6 days or (6,000 of earth years as we reckon time) and the Lord rested on the 7th day. Likewise the 7th day, or the opening up of the 7th seal, or the end of the 6,000 years, will usher in a day of rest when "the lamb shall lay down with the lion without any ire." A 1,000 years or a day of peace or rest on the earth once Christ's kingdom is established here with him as the Head, also called the Great Millenium where there is rest on this earth where the Devil has no real power to tempt man. The scriptures say "he is bound".
The Devil is to be bound for a 1,000 years and then "he will be "loosed again for a season." Apparently, the earth will become wicked once again once the Millenium period time ends, so human nature repeats itself by becoming rotten once again.
After that, we have the great and last battle between good and evil, where Satan loses and is cast permanently into the fiery pit to come no more out.
It's difficult to understand Satan's motivation as I believe he knows he is going to lose in the end AND BE PUNISHED ETERNALLY in the end as does all of his angels and truest followers. One clue of this is when an evil seemingly shook up, asked Jesus, "have you come to torment me BEFORE MY TIME."
What's the point since Satan's ends & ambitions can never be permanently achieved and furthermore, he knows and understands this. Is that the classic case of a deranged and diabolical mind?
The irony is that Satan & his followers are better at being evil and that being a constant, than most Christians are at being a constant at delivering good in the world.
Maybe that's why this earth can be such a miserable place for the masses.

They (the government) is not supposed to report earthquakes if a nuclear explosion caused it. When there is an earthquake it automatically registers on the seismographs, and if a nuclear explosion caused it, it will be deleted from the maps. That rule went into effect 20 years ago when they had a nuclear explosion test site in Nevada where they used to report the nuclear explosions and the earthquakes that were caused by them, but then they changed the rules and were told to stop reporting the explosions and only report natural earthquakes. That could be what happened in Lybia.

I agree Robert Fox's trial has many parallel's with Kurt & Scott's circus trial of bogus charges and bogus techniques forged by the District Attorney.
One manipulation that stands out by the US Attorney is the "motion in limine" that was filed
where Kurt & Scott, couldn't bring up this or they couldn't bring up that as evidence, or used as a defense, because these limitations were forbidden by the Judge. It kind of works like a gag order on certain issues.
Many motions in limine filed by the prosecution that are granted by the Judge just serve as a due process abuse against the accused. Should be a basis for an appeal too. One thing specifically that Kurt & Scott couldn't use was bringing up anything from the UCC as a defense to condone their actions because the prosecution argued that the UCC had nothing to do with the criminal charges of bank, mail, or wire fraud, and the Judge agreed.
What a joke. The UCC tells you how business should be conducted, and Kurt & Scott defending their business model of the challenge to the banks couldn't use anything pertaining to the UCC.
I used the UCC in a no drivers license charge defense I had, and I set up the court by sending them a check for payment in full of the fines, knowing full well they wouldn't accept my tender of payment & send it back refused since by their policy they only wanted a money order or cash.
Even though the court refused my payment and sent my check back, the Judge said that the Court or the Clerk of Court was not under the rules of the UCC because he said UCC 3603 (law regarding tender of payment & discharge), only referred to the actions of merchants and parties that do business in commerce.
So I proved in the court record that the word, "court" in Black's legal dictionary means "bank". Well, a bank is a merchant and the court acts just like a bank, where their court cases are packaged & sold in the secondary markets, to raise & make money, just like mortgages are sold, yet the Judge lied & said on the record, "that the court is not a merchant, and hence not subject to that part of the UCC code.
Course he also denied that he had a conflict of interest receiving part of the fines I paid towards his retirement fund. This practice makes the Judge prejudiced from day one since he has a financial incentive to see all defendants guilty. What a racket traffic court is.
The Judge has the power to decide what rules are followed and what rules & laws are ignored. This sense of justice stinks.

what most ppl dont understand when they try to use UCC process, is that you must use it to its entirety to the exclusion of all else.
it works if its used this way, but you cannot go into court with any part of the UCC

there are counters to everything using ucc, but you must know them.

I don't know how you can distinguish or separate between the two. I don't even think the court is able to distinguish between flesh & blood & fictions by the same token. Based upon the testimony presented, it appears that both were on trial. The business model was labeled a "scam", and it was the implementation of this "scam" that constituted the "mail fraud" charges according to the US attorneys arguments. Can you see it in any another way?

The key word is Artificial Person. All people are artificial persons under the so-called law, because our government is an artificial person (corporation). Corporations cannot sue natural persons unless there is a contract between the two. Since there is no contract between Kurt, Scott and the government corporation, the government can indict them only as artificial persons.
Corporations first became persons in 1886 (See Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad). You can read about that case in the book Unequal Protection by Thom Hartmann. That book basicially goes into the story about how corporations became artificial persons. You've got to know how corporations became persons before you can know how natural persons became artificial persons (thanks to the government corporation).
Kurt and Scott and their business model are artificial persons because they don't understand how they came to be artificial persons in the first place.

California is likely the first State to file for bankruptcy. California has no choice but to cut costs anywhere they can find them, so the release or thousands of prisoners is no surprise. This has been expected for some time now and this policy for release was established a few years ago.
I can remember not too long ago, when California would have been considered the 4th richest nation in the world, if you called it a nation instead of a State. That link shows that the LA County Judges are corrupt, but what needs to be shown is that Judge Alsup received monies to corrupt the civil & criminal trials to show bribery existed. Course if that could be shown and proven, any decisions made by him becomes null and void retroactive and that due process could not have been given and that constitutional rights were violated due to the corruption that existed. The unclean hands doctrine also applies here.
There are those that know whether bribery was present and if payments under the table were given. All if would take is someone to come forward with the proof or a confiscation of personal bank records which could show unusual payments that were deposited and that couldn't be properly explained in a reasonable way. One would need a court order from an honest judge to be able to get personal bank records of another Judge and some sort of probable cause for such records to be seized.
If the Southern California courts & Judges are so corrupt, it isn't unreasonable to conclude that the Northern California Judges have also become corrupted too. It wouldn't surprise me if the state of California's financial problems is due mainly to corruption and bribery, and covering up the money trails.
