Dressing a Lie (4/06/06)

A successful lie if there is such a thing is one that is substantially true. The blatant lie fails because it is not subtle enough to fool the reason. The Zodiac which is the 12 signs from antiquity that are on the equatorial belt. They do tell a story and a destiny in truth. If I desire to hide the truth I keep the method but change the object of the story. This is how our legal system is designed to perpetrate a lie. Form and procedure are a mask or a dress to give the color of law. I was stalled at the Faretta until we could deliver God’s message. This is a hearing to determine if one is competent to represent oneself. Of course this is not true but it looks good. Now inserted as a precursor is my mental competence. I am much more happy with this issue because it is at the core of the conflict. Mental competence is the heart of a man’s identity or his truthfulness to himself and is also at the core of the presumed power exercised under the color of law by this court. Here is where we can draw the line as to what is reality and what is fiction. This is no child’s game because truth and reality being subjective can open a man to some of the greatest deceptions. Beyond subjectivity there are real truths, timeless, and greater than a man. If I dress in robe and gavel, have clerks, stenographers, marshals, guns, and jails I could be very convincing that my point of view is truth. Only one trained in truth with courage could survive all the temptations to enter wonderland with all these fictions and subjection to the colorful animation of law. Real law is nothing like this. There are no fictions and truth is the goal. The current farce is about decorum, banking, and public policy. Which is a term that simply means whatever is expedient to rule the masses. What works is exchanged for what’s right. Justice becomes Just-us. Now face to face, core to core, man against machine, truth verses a well dressed lie, all the presumption will be destroyed by settlement. Here is the strange way truth works in this wonderland. If the world is fiction and I am not than to become competent I must succumb to some form of fictional interface; Pro Per, Pro Se, Attorney, or standby counsel. If I wish to stay at truth and reality I must remain incompetent to truly be competent. Think of it like this. The black sheep of a black flock would appear white as snow. One must check his premise to find truth in the formal masquerade of “American” Jurisprudence dressed for the kill.

Trial (4/4/06)

All the defendants are posturing into position and this jockeying will take a little time. Our next hearing is on May 9th. Because of the diversification of many varied interest the delays will become greater and there could be a myriad crossfire motions to complex things further. On the 4th we had procedural ideas that God put in check immediately. It’s like having your footstep lit just as you need to take it. Even though it’s a direction change it is clearly illuminated and obvious. There is a peaceful pleasure being led faithfully by our gentle shepherd. This complex and possibly scary transaction with your life as the wager simply unfolds with no anxiety or fear. I’m certain this is noticed by the court. 98% of all their customers are crapping themselves even though their lawyers are doing all the talking and here we are two nobody’s moving easily with every change of current. They want us to really have a lawyer so he can make a deal. That song comes to my mind “If you don’t know me by now…” In my strict liability securities fraud case which was much more difficult to win I turned down 4 months credit for time served, get out in 2 days, plead to a misdemeanor. I did not accept and did 5 years 8 months, with no regrets. I’m not nor are my principles as cheap as time. What if I took that deal? I would probably have been respectable to the naysayers this time. Nah! I would still be the villain who didn’t spin the world the opposite way to stop all the bad things that could happen to them. I guess we’ll all just have to face our trials.

The Last Validation:

Here is the impossible hurdle for Judge Alsup and Keller. There are 27 banks and 30 something transactions as the foundation of our crimes. Because of the nature of the elements of the crimes validation of the debt cannot be awarded. There are 10-year enhancements for a FDIC institution as victim. The claimant cannot be properly identified without scrutiny of the claim. What they were afraid to do in the civil arena they must now perform to convict. Do you think they are suddenly now going to find the courage to expose their underbelly? They themselves are exposed to criminal prosecution. When they can’t validate the judge and prosecutor are going to use them as the scapegoat for their sins. This is easy. Our damages to these 2 men was caused by the banks lying about a loan, “We had no choice based on the information brought to the court.” They will charge them with perjury, sanction each lawyer and refer them to the bar. What they can’t validate they never can. It is one thing to be called a liar because of things outside your control and quite another when you control all factual matters. The victims in this case are all lawbreakers, liars, and without clean hands. The last validation will come as a validation of our process because they still cannot validate their claim. There comes a time when every great bluffer finds an opponent whose hand does not allow him to fold and validation must occur. We are here, calling, all-in, and the cards must be displayed! Get ready for a windfall of chips!

Full Circle

Our case has been moved from Oakland to San Francisco with Judge Alsup taking the case. It is only fitting for the loud mouth that started the government’s assault to be where it all comes to an end. We are more than happy with this development. There have been many court appointments for early staging issues and we have been moved to various facilities until we’ve settled in the Federal Detention Center in Dublin California. This is where we will finish out the exercise until we get it in the end. (That was for you tcob247) likewise I see you’ve not taken advantage of my Dad’s proffer after all your posting about how and why you were bowing out, like usual all talk no action! If this were to go to trial you could expect a case like this to last 9 months on pre-trial issues and one year in trial. Hope you all won’t mind if I don’t take this to trial, and get it over much sooner. I said the 21st was an important day, and it was for a number of reasons. All the events on that day and since were in our favor. Although you would think we are to be scared of the big bad invincible government threatens us with 2000 years of time with its best resources. HA! HA! It still remains impossible to fear this paper tiger.

I’m Incompetent (4/4/06)

We had a hearing on the 4th with a hurdle placed in front of our Farretta hearing. The Judge wanting to be appeal cautious wants us evaluated by a psyche. We have refused this offer and it will create some interesting issues to deal with. Especially because I am willing to admit to my incompetence. Not a mental incompetence but rather a factual incompetence. I have asked the court direct questions like what is the jurisdiction as to subject matter and they answer a venue question. I ask the prosecution who I am in his eyes as a defendant and he says we’ve had discussion when asked to state our agreement. Imagine your child asking you which ball we we’re going to use obviously trying to identify the game he was about to enter and your response being “the red one.” You answer his question technically but deceptively. This is what we’re getting. How can one claim competence in honesty? Like signing a 30 page mortgage contract in the 5 minutes they give you. You are agreeing to things you have no comprehension and it will later be used against you. I cannot fall for this tactic. There is no presumption I’ll tolerate. They will not be able to get me to declare I’m competent at golf and then take that as acceptance to enter a tennis match. Like banker doublespeak these guys talk out of the sides of their neck. Just paying attention is enough to prove your wits about you.

Did you hear? (By Scott 4/1/06)

I’ve read many comments posted on this blog by those who purport to be followers of Christ and are Dorean clients. I thought I would relate a personal story in an attempt to help those of you who may need help with discernment and commitment.

In 1995 I was approached to invest in a project. I performed the best due diligence I could to determine whether or not this was a good investment. Then I took it before the Lord. Within 24 hours I received my answer from heaven and it was a resounding “NO.” Not being satisfied with that answer I forged ahead only to discover the reality of not listening. I did manage to recover about 15% of the investment only by the grace of God. I could not bring a charge against heaven because I was warned. I learned a valuable lesson on obedience which travels with me always.

So I ask those of you who purport to be followers of Christ, believed to have been scammed and continually spew your poison, did you prayerfully enter our process? If the answer is “yes” you did prayerfully enter and did receive a “go” from heaven and you went, then why do you complain? If the answer is “yes” you did prayerfully enter and received a “no” from heaven and went anyway, then why do you complain? If the answer is “no” you did not prayerfully enter, then why do you complain?

An honest assessment of why you find yourselves here with us appears to be necessary. Perhaps those of you who were obedient to the “go” are missing the true blessing which is being a vessel poured out for the masters use. Fear not my brethren God is with us. Faint not but pick up your cross and follow. Those of you to whom God said “no” and decided to “go,” well take it from me obedience is better than sacrifice. I can only hope that you have learned to be better listeners. Those of you who did not prayerfully consider participation all I can say is let this be a lesson you will long remember otherwise you are destined to repeat it.

I have met several of you who prayerfully considered entrance and continue to pray and support us in this important fight. You have our undying love and respect for remaining strong, God see’s your devotion and will reward it. It is our intention to refund the entrance fees to all clients and bless the clients who through all of the morass remained faithful and supportive.

Introducing My Great God (4/1/06)

God is part of the subject matter of this forum because He is at the core of life. The mortgage is at the core of just about everybody’s financial life. Here the two meet for a lot of people. Some men enter large battles foolishly but most prayerfully consider their path. Many of you detractors ridicule my reliance on God and think I use it as a front. Some have even said I didn’t talk of Him before jail. Well to this there are a couple of thousand witnesses that you are wrong. Your retorts are that you know God and I’m a liar. Let’s examine your Great God. He has not taught you love, but that might not be one of His traits. He has not taught you caution otherwise you would not have fallen prey to a cheat. Perhaps He can’t overpower the will of a man. Maybe He doesn’t know the future and can’t forewarn. Your God appears to be no more powerful than your reason. But then again if you are His creator what more could you expect. A mental idea or a wooden idol is still a dead God that doesn’t exist. My God whom you claim to know which name you slapped on your idol is not my creation. He has already defeated 10 felonies. Given me wisdom and courage. Forewarned me of perils. Taught me love hope and courage. Shared and gave me opportunity to use His model of victory by shame and weakness. Now the Feds who thought their play book of breaking men (99% reliable) would bring them sure victory, (they never imagined it not working because the man was already broken) are now trapped by their own folly they don’t know the cure to continue their fraud. They have to convict which is impossible and I won’t quit. Perhaps your idol is not that clever in dealing with His enemies. Maybe He is just sleeping. Hang in there He’ll prove Himself in the end.

The Free Gift (3/30/06)

I mentioned the cheap grace being the cancer of the church and got the dumb-ass retort of this “ME” generation to prove it. “It’s not cheap it’s free.” I bring this up not as a church lesson but rather as a human lesson applicable to this blog in that “ME” is the blindfold robbing you of wisdom necessary to obtain victory. The me generation measures every cost and event from themselves outward. There is never any consideration of others. Grace is a good example here to display their ignorance. Grace is defined as unmerited favor but that is not synonymous with free. “FREE” is merely the perspective of the benefactor. Christ sold His entire estate to pay the price to make the offer of Grace. It was not free to the giver. His price was high! Secondly it was unmerited but not unconditional for it was attached to faith which is not free. Faith is an action of trusting which is not synonymous with the noun to believe. Actions require the will which is engaged after mental wrangling. Mental wrangling is not free and very much measures the cost of actions taken. Faith in Christ always demands courage which at the very least will cost you your fears and doubts. “By grace through faith” binds these two gifts together. The me perspective never contemplates the cost, thoughts, or intent of another party. You “ME” idiots always rant about your sorry life which is the only truth you can muster. Truth arrives from the consideration of others. You can’t fathom my good will intent because I have to go through a jaded path of peril to deliver it. You don’t like it because it requires a little trust. It may not be fee which is what you are used to and all you think you’re worth. Unlike you I am aware of the suffering of others and always seek the best and fastest remedy not putting my pain above all as a self-centered adolescent. But let’s not talk about me for you are so important.

Discovery (3/28/06)

Our discovery is 150,000 + documents of which we have about 66,000. It is an insult to have even filed this case. As we look at what they possess we find our intent spelled out in writing. Legal memorandums and public explanations to clarify misunderstandings and mischaracterizations of our process. It takes a bank purchased judge and rookies to even have the foolishness to attempt this prosecution. Of course my conversations of logic are not legal strategy. Does it make sense to argue with a bully how much of your lunch money is his? Of course not! He has no claim, rights, title or interest. This tyrant wants me to justify his claim by a retort. I personally don’t give a damn about his opinion he is no relation to me. I have no contractual dealing with or ever would entertain one. American jurisprudence is the only fraud more complex than the fraud of the banks. They are mutually beneficial like the mob and labor unions. We as a people need to stop participating in this farce. Stop being a juror or grand juror. Stop going, stop suing. Handle all your affairs privately and you will no longer be subject to public policy. That nebulous gray cloud that is always morphing and riding the winds. Let us retreat to the peaceable place of honest dealing among men. Find your own way, stop working for corporations. The people are all the power and that is why these bloodsuckers leach onto us. In mass “No” would be the shout heard round the world. Let’s try that for a discovery.

Another Ending (3/28/06)

We have closed the office. This was a disappointment because we viewed it as a faith trophy. You learn in these times that trophies are not as great as the giver of faith. On the good side we have seen 1/3 of the discovery and the feds have done a great job of digitizing our office. We can easily get files in order, know which trust were seized etc. 17 is the biblical number for victory. Scott and I have begun our victory fast. No longer are we called to pray and fast for our enemy. This season and their opportunity is past. God once told Jeremiah “Even if Moses or Samuel prayed for these people I would not listen.” That is kind of where we are now. God knows we poured ourselves out until God was done listening. This fast is for you and your victory.

Personal Note: For those of you who truly understand the fraud of the mortgage industry but do not like my person or approach I want you to know I still think of you as brother. We fight together even if on different fronts. Your success is as desired as mine for we all suffer under fraud. Thank you for your efforts and if I offend you remember how I truly feel about you. Keep up the good fight because our coward enemy is dismayed by our persistence.

Minus the Sidetracks (3/27/06)

We are now before the troublemaker. Utah was not an originator, the feds created that. They were a scout that failed. I have done my best to give us the best chance of prevailing. There are no more delays of any substance. Every appearance accomplishes something even if it appears only to be a continuance to you. Judge Alsup has an agenda, which is smarter than the prosecutions. Each time we wrestle or grapple for preeminence. Now that our message from Christ has been completed the transversing can cease. It is all brass tacks from here. I do not have a vain imagination they will say “uncle” willingly so I must ever be present for tactical advantage. I am certain of this one thing. I will not be passively lulled into an argumentative discourse taking years. Those of you who pray and have the ear of God I thank you. I am certain your faithfulness has been a large measure of my strength and wisdom. Know that He who hears your prayers and has delivered in part will finish the work and bring you the deserved reward of victory. Imagine this temptation: I accuse you of fraud and all the discovery I provide proves me wrong. Would you argue? Wisdom is different than common sense. Remember Satan’s temptation of Christ, He never argued even though there was obvious reason to, but merely stated fact. Think on this when the fraudulent judiciary and their bar hacks accuse you in the future.

We are Grasshoppers (3/27/06)

Men of faith and the faithless will always be severed by their perspective. Some will look at the Federal Government as a giant too great, making them grasshoppers in self-thought. Others can see a promise making the giant appear as grasshoppers. Few it can be said can find the courage to stand against the forces of evil. Even if you are honest with yourself you will recognize how you vacillate even as a spectator to this battle. Try standing in front of a Federal Judge who is intent on your peril and staying on your feet. Think you can do it? Ever tried it? Would you pay someone $1,000 to do it for you? Every time I go before this beast your claim is present. They are always trying to quash it and I am forever attempting to sustain it. This is battle and one claim will perish in the end. Tell me is it more crazy to tell a man his house is on fire and to be glad God extended his mercy or to defy the principle of your agency who happens to be the living God? How can one explain the tactics of warfare to civilians? Just know soldiers who knew the cost took the trustee job without ever feeling they were grasshoppers to any foe.

Call Me Insane (3/26/06)

Judge Alsup wants to question my sanity but how can a man willing to defy the living God have the appropriate discretion to look into any other life. He hates his own life, how can he fathom love, wisdom, patience, suffering or any gifts of the Spirit. His offer has been refused. I’ll admit that the life of faith is insanity to this world but he who lives not for this world does not entertain the opinion of fools. Many who post here must be frustrated by their prolific rants of folly making no impact on people who know more about them than they know themselves. To you as the bankers and government we shall all be insane. Even our victory will not change this opinion. It will just become your reason to except defeat. "If they were sane we could have beat them easily but because they were insane we never could control the battle." That is the truth, you were never in control and even your foolish discourse was a tool for the living God to teach and use you as sport. In the same way you were baited and hooked by your nature the judge, prosecutor, FBI and bankers were all baited and hooked for this insane display of God’s providence over history.

Message Delivered (3/26/06)

March 21st came and it was a special day of faith. God had given a season of testing that was completed on the 20th and asked Scott and I to juggle or transverse in contracting to buy the time to get to this moment. We were faithful and delivered the message larger than our lives and the corrupt mortgage industry which is in the matter of the heart that would be evil enough to entertain such corruption. The only cure is a submission to Christ. The offer was made 5 times and on the 21st it was made clear that their defiance was no longer tolerated by the heavens. What does that look like in the eyes of man I know not but with the eyes of faith we know God rules and reigns. At present we are led now to begin our course of resisting their bogus jurisdiction. April 4th Keller will not be present so who knows if we will get anything done. They are still hiding information and we will still insist upon its revealing. I’ll end with this message. Our victory is your shortest path to recovery of damages. I cannot prevent them for the entire system is beset by a proposition of presumption, which will evaporate upon a factual finding. When all these judges and bankers discover that the bridges they erected from the middle to the ends will not be completed because they had no rights, title or interest in the land they were aiming at. Then the folly of their endeavor will be fully exposed.

What’s in this For You? (3/22/06)

Perhaps many of you don’t understand the nature of our case and what we accomplish by prevailing. We all know (those who have studied) that the banks have no rights title or interest in the house and that their claims are false. Unfortunately their fiat money can easily purchase cheap men in influential positions. This is a very complex fraud and of such voluminous equity that the worst in people is easily solicited and protections multi-leveled. We have ventured into the one area of weakness where any chance of prevailing exists. That is in the competition of two equally important frauds that are symbiotic but not always parallel. Creating a conflict between the two that is irreconcilable is the weakest part of their armor. The judicial process is a commercial banking process sold through fraud to the masses as a constitutional vehicle. The banking fraud is sold as just equity. We are uniquely trained to expose the fraud. The bankers we caught so they sent us to their protector. Now we must create the scenario of self-preservation of the protector verses the protected and we will have remedy. What do you think is closer to anarchy revamping a judicial system or the mortgage industry? This beast is a consumer and not one that can be defeated without the risk of consumption. We bore the risk by being inside we can attack the heart. Wicked cowards join in massive defense not from strength but weakness. Two men have posed a serious threat. Imagine if there were more? Once this court dismisses the banks will have lost their protector and show their mortality. No longer will the bluff of accusation remain an unsubstantiated fact with merit is their protectors forum. Once established that no fraud occurred on our part the protectors lose the power to rule on favor with facing self-exposure. This will be the fertile ground of victory and damage recovery. This still remains the best remedy I can provide for you. Any other remedies I encourage you to share with each other until I can deliver an irreversible claim of fidelity.

Transversing (3/22/06)

For the past 6 weeks I have been forced by the call of God in my life to transverse what I’ll call Wonderland. I had to accept bogus jurisdiction in order to deliver a message. That message was delivered faithfully and that work is completed to my knowledge as to my part. Our next court appointment is April 4th. The side effect of the message was a competency challenge which is no big deal but part of the record protection at the stage of this action. We have been wrangling over my representation of myself. (Farretta) This is not settled and will not be by our next hearing. The court has been playing 3-card-monty with information needed to settle the issue and I have tolerated it to accomplish the goal of the message I needed to deliver on 3-21-06. I’m not Alice, not a fiction, and as a real man need real facts to make real decisions. This is the path I currently see before me.

As I reflect upon what I have been commanded. I confront what has been hidden and know it not to be my concern.

Preface to Honor (2/23/06)

Scotty and I had the privilege of being together for a week on this journey. It was a slip in our enemy’s agenda for us that was a complete blessing. Tears were shed, emotions expressed but I could have never been more encouraged by a man. Scotty is a man’s man. He has the courage of a lion. People who don’t live in risk could never appreciate the tears of a man who laid all upon a cross for the honor of his God and God’s truth. I could not help but recognize the maturity and self-sacrifice of this man. I have met great men and studied the lives of countless and they all have this in common with Scott; in the ordinary course of life opportunity for the extraordinary can be seen by eyes of courage. As the greats before him who thought the extraordinary normal Scott will obtain much honor and respect. He does not understand that his fight in the foxhole being lonely is because all others are cowards. When this battle is over my greatest treasure will have been to share this man’s life of faith in real time. I’m proud of you Scott and soon the world will get its introduction to a new hero.

There is also another man named Ken who you’ll be learning of soon. He knows and has all the same elements as any hero.

Web Business (2/23/06)

It has become apparent that my desire to get the web page up and running while incarcerated is vanity. The only people who currently have access to the materials needed no longer have the capacity to finish the task. I want to say thank you for your efforts to try and fill the gap for those who failed me. I will also remember those incompetents who created this problem. The Walk of Faith (3/16/06)

I leave this as my dissertation of truth to explain to you what this journey has been. Though there have been many ignorant comments and commentators I would not want you to remain ignorant. This walk of Faith is highlighted because it is required of all men to please God, because it is the measure of all of you as to your own success and failings, and so that all can see that the ways of God are better than the ways of men. At first appearances men judge that because we went to jail and were accused of serious crimes that we were bad or evil. Notice though their double standard in judgement. We are bad so we suffer but they suffer not of their own account but are justified in placing the blame upon us. Men of faith do not have ears to hear such folly of the wicked. This reasoning is adolescent at best and incapable of understanding the ways of God. I may never meet some of you but I give you my life bound to truth as a gift that will bring you life, and that life being full of abundance.

Dorean was not a mortgage elimination company, scheme, artifice, or device to defraud. It was a righteous trap to ensnare wicked men who hold seats of honor in our world. It was set out as a cure, a remedy. It just so happened that mortgage fraud was the perfect vehicle to get to the matters of the heart. It dealt with your core issues of greed, trust, wisdom, apathy or diligence. It dealt with government as to integrity, honesty, greed, tyranny or service. It dealt with us as to honor, cares of this world, endurance and trust. One thing about God is He knows how to create the perfect storm to test the extremities of all parties effected.

Now in this backdrop our walk of faith had these markers that are constant to all walks of faith and are shared here to encourage you to find these markers in your own life as an anchor for your hope.

What is our hope, who is our hope? Both answers are Jesus the Christ. He is both the object of our hope and the subject of our hope. As the objective it is the Person of Christ as the subjective it is His ways. Before I go into the objective which justifies the subjective I will attempt to thoroughly explain the subjective by the walk of faith known as Dorean to this world.

The subjective walk of faith always begins in the ordinary course of life. Scott was an honest Christian businessman with great ability to organize and complete tasks. I was trained in estates and trusts, securities, contract law, banking and had been to prison. We were friends and challenged each other intellectually. Bank fraud became a topic of interest and we became thorough investigators. Mortgages became the focus for us because of its significance to the average family and the subject of credit was too broad to become prolific. After study we sought out those claiming remedy and studied them. Only then did we become aware there was a void in character and remedy in the market. Nothing super spiritual is happening here we are merely businessmen seeing an opportunity and a wrong which could be addressed. We continued to do the best we could as we cut a path through uncharted territory. We tried to buy the best help and information. We placed all our effort into a path of honor that we thought would be respected. Attempting to train a staff lawyer in hopes that he could codify our truth into the language of the court. Taking 17 cases into the federal court we drew Judge Alsup who went ballistic and threatened us with criminal prosecution. It was this response that first exposed to us our true opportunity for doing something greater than a change in the mortgage industry. This response exposes the judicial puppetry of the bankers and prolific corruption that provides no remedy for the people regardless of truth in their transactions. If we prove or can prove fraud in the contracts but the fiduciary is an owned agent of the fraudsters truth cannot prevail! Trained in truth by Christ we became aware that fixing the painting of the mortgage industry was secondary to repairing the torn canvas of justice. Here a choice had to be made; quit because the fight just got immensely bigger or grow my faith to apply a bigger portion of God to solve a foundational problem. Each side made their choices and each stoked the fires of their resolve. They used FBI and bully tactics. We used refies and media. They made criminal preparations and we made it clear that they were wicked, spineless, political hacks. Fear or faith has to be chosen here when the stakes are life and death. The Christ I believe in is either true and authority over the insubordinate agents or they will have their way with me. Christ the man had to choose the forever settled word or not put His life on the cross. Men of faith put their life on the line. Though Christ can easily defeat these arrogant fools He has certain methods or ways to consider.

First He never sought His own way. He always lived to reveal the spoken word of the father. The goals of my life even if just, had to become secondary to a revelation of the spoken word of God. God has already said He abhors injustice, that Christ has all authority in Earth as in heaven, without faith it is impossible to please Him, the faith of Christ saves, the governments are upon His shoulders, God moves the hearts of Kings and changes them at His discretion. The man of faith sees a circumstance that appears to defy the word of God and sees an opportunity to bring truth. Elijah appears on the scene in I Kings 17 exactly in this manner. There is no mention of this man prior to this moment. He lived in the desert and saw the government worshiping idols as forbidden by God with the warning it shall not rain. Well it was raining. Is God a liar? Perhaps faith applied here solidifies Gods word. Elijah choosing the immutability of Gods word and honor over his own comfort stood against evil. He a desert dweller would suffer most by a drought but reasoned he would suffer immensely more if the God he served had a word that was not reliable. We in the normal course of life arrived at the same place. Our fed government is no less powerful than Ellijah’s. We suffer most by confronting it, but prefer to know that God’s word is true and that every man is a liar than to enjoy the comforts of this world. Christ knew not only the word of God but also that the hour had come. There is a timing a season of fulfillment that must also be measured in the acts of obedience. A father may ask a son to get the car washed but not desire it at 2 a.m. God made it obvious we have discovered a void, a pocket of rebellion in defiance of His word but was this the right time, the moment in history for the fix. Time was needed to ferret this out. Though Utah is not blessed to receive their fix and cursed for their evil participation they were the tool to provide this time. The time to gain the wisdom and courage and to bridge the distance from knowledge to providence. Now knowledge of the timing and time of the action stir a man of faith to arrive with confidence at the point of destiny. God has blessed the USA. We are outside and on the restoration side of our 2520 years of punishment. We were punished for these same sins practiced by the Northern District. Our remedy is not destruction but mercy if God is true. Christ assures this by word and deed and we know God chastises His children in mercy but mercy is not apathy or slack. Next to consider is world prophecy and other governments. I’ll just say timing adds up here also. What about the work of the church; a match. There are about 15 tracks overlaid here to harmonize the symphony of God’s timing that confirm in heavenly tune that the timing is now. That men of faith were brought to this moment in history for such a time as this.

Last to all the confirmations of word is the heart of courage. The word is the voltage but the courage of the man of faith is the current. That zap or strike called at a particular moment needs both to be grounded as it were from heavenly to earthly. God being tender and nurturing knows just how to encourage His servant men. He gave us faith trophies, which are certain gifts that can only be obtained in faith. Some of these are lost in time and give credence to God’s timing. Some that stand out are listed here without great detail but mentioned for your comprehension to find your own trophies in your own battles.

1. Is our building. We chose many months ago not to sublease to bet on God’s deliverance. This was not reasonable, logical, or even smart business, but was a faith stand. After the 21st we lose this trophy of faith and reason appears to be a better choice.
2. Many counselors offered logical defenses and practical remedy to protect Dorean and clients from this onslaught. We felt God had a greater remedy. Our deliverance by God becomes a trophy to faith as opposed to reason.
3. Is God a provider? We gave away to Him our defense to trust Him. Not reasonable again.
4. I have a personal trophy over 20 years old that would appear to be a lie if allowed to be destroyed. It has had many confirmations to be true over time and would lose a major trophy (undisclosed) if this battle continues.
5. Scott would lose the souls of his children to a stupid ex-wife who doesn’t know the ways of God. This is a serious trophy of promise.

There are dozens of others but you will understand how to spot these in your own battles. Trophies give you a hope. There are other things as well. Timely words of people, prophecies, books from previous heroes of faith, divine touches of spirit etc. They all reflect God’s tender mercies towards His children. There are volumes that could be written here but enough has been said to inspire the chosen without enlightening the fools.

The subjective means nothing if the objective Person, the Christ is Himself a fraud. He is sold in this stupid world as a good and wise teacher respectable as any other great thinker. No recognition of divinity is required. Well this moniker is not one made available by the actions of Christ. He only gave you the cold-turkey choice of supernatural or super nut. He was who He claimed to be or Insane. Those who never come to this choice are lazy, unwise, and self-absorbed. Having settled this matter 30 years ago all the ways of God become persuasive. Faith will trust them even to what appears to be one’s own hurt because the forever settled word of God is an extension of the fixed and static, immovable integrity of the person of God. Who as creator has all rights Title and interest in His creation. Faith has the courage to respect title and to restrain the soul of trespassers.

The Individual (2/22/06)

The individual is the only harbor for truth. The crowd by nature is without comprehension. One finds himself rejected and also in contempt. Jesus spoke to crowds but only as a collective of individuals. Every man was on the hook for himself. To the speculative philosopher God is an absurdity. He is improbable. This is foolishness to man. Under this environment the individual must leave the comforts of the crowd and all his faculties and embrace the risk. He enters the world of endless paradoxes. It is men who have the courage to enter this world who can face the stampeding crowds headed for destruction. It is why Scott and I are trustees of immeasurable value. We have spent our lives in risk, killed our lions and bears before we faced this giant. I’m not talking of $3,000 risk. That was only a risk to a crowd who knows nothing of risk. I’m talking of standing up to a nation owned by bankers who cannot comprehend the truth we bring because they have sold their souls for the comfort of the crowd. One used to risk and embracing the improbable is the overwhelming match for the force of the collective. I cannot truly share my confidence because it is an individual possession. You can share in it but only individually. It has always been my hope to ignite the greatness of each of you but the crowd keeps getting in the way. Though we will win it is not for the benefit of the crowd but the individual.

Our Court Date

In the spirit this is the day we believe God will show Himself strong. There are many reasons for this but I will attempt to explain a few. This is the last day before our new defendants get in our way. It is a day significant in all our prayers and fasting. It is the last day we can postpone our skills and avoid any mingling with the work of God. This day is sufficient for the season of mercy to be extended. It is the day that fits nicely into world prophetic events. Time is running out to settle the score before the movie is completed. We are speaking in the spirit now as to our understanding of our call and performance. Let God be God and every man a liar. He still lives, still hates injustice, still condemns the unrighteous, and still blesses this nation. There are some trophies of faith we will lose with further delay. All this plus more makes us call out this day as a day of reckoning. Regardless of our knowledge of a divine moment it is arriving and soon all of us can make our boast in Christ as delivers. All will see that big bad corrupt Federal Government and the civil bankers are no match for His power. To you oh Lord be all glory, honor, and praise!

Risk (2/22/06)

God is the object or objective of all men. Man cannot help but ask himself: Who am I, How did I become, and what created all that I’m relating to? Creation forces man to answer these questions with rejection, endless deliberation (procrastination of non-choice) or a subjective inwardness. Here is the problem with an objective view of God. He is uncertain, unattainable, and unreasonable. Every approach to Him is like a roped bridge spanning a perilous canyon. It is a risk! The crowd by nature is a collective for security; added power. It appeals to the coward and is to avoid risk. The world will hate the Christian because he is given over to risk. The modern church has reversed this in appearance when they created the cheap grace doctrine to embrace the crowd. Now the Christian mob calls the real Christian a fool. This is seen here on the blog. The so called righteous who know enough of the spoonfed scripture to puke it up in ridicule of the men who are living in risk. Without risk there is no faith. The greater the risk the greater the faith. Without faith it is impossible to please God. How many critics without risk have all the answers? None of them can know the truth because the crowd is untruth. Truth is subjective of the individual which is another subject.

Give Me Some Credit (1/24/06)

This is not a request for money. Credit and money are not synonymous. “Kurt never keeps his promises.” Consider it like this, two men determine to charter a vessel on a course never taken before. They calculate by known facts estimations of their journey. There is a mutiny losing half the crew and partial loss of course. Most of those remaining via unforeseen storms (Raids – intimidation – confusion) decide to exit in lifeboats. Supplies are lost and sails torn (seizures) and still these men are fixed on their destination. You sit on the awaiting port in like a chorus of chiding simplistic children “He’s not on time, He didn’t keep his promise, He’s a bad man.” These promises as sincere as they are, are not a promise to take out the trash when one gets home. They are ones made on a perilous journey with many surprises. Give me some credit for not saying, “abandon ship” my grip upon wheel contains the heart of the promise. Your child’s logic is evidence you would of yourself failed already to make it this far in the journey. Meaning any thing beyond your failure is an accomplishment to your benefit I can bring to you. How about a little encouragement then? Perhaps my arrival might just clear up your concerns.

The Law of the Shepard

Sheep are an animal that does not need to be branded because they operate on voice recognition. All the shepards can corral their animals together for the night and in the morning simply lead out his sheep by his voice. No other sheep would be remotely tempted by the strange voice. Even dumb sheep can recognize this division. He is the law behind all law. Christ is the authority of law. His voice of bidding is the path of justice. Obedience is the only thing that nets fellowship with the law. Those sheep left behind not attuned to the Good Shepard hear many voices except the one. They think things like "did God say?" or they rangle with the moral dilemmas of the law and its application if they follow not the true voice of the law. You as individuals have this problem, though I could hope not, but so does our nation. The laws of this land was the culmination of centuries of struggle from Magna Carta, John Locke, to our independence. Christ was the influence over this maturing revelation and historical providence. Now those of His civil administration no longer follow His voice remain stalled and are easily identified by their location and action as rebels and lawless. This is the problem behind a government that would prosecute two men for exposing a fraud. If the law confuses you simply follow and all the answers flow out of the fellowship of shepherd and beast. It is the cure for man and nation. We were following when we created Dorean. Were you when you joined? If so, can you justify complaining now? If not, bah bah bah!!

A Christian Man (2/2/06)

I would like to clear up a couple of misunderstandings. A Christian man completely sells out his life to a lord who requires an unconditional "follow me" command. You did not come into the world to bring peace. He and His disciples are set at enmity with the world. It is why I attract so many detractors on this blog. The world through its slick Madison Avenue packaging has created a happy candy coated version all can love. Real disciples do not practice this farce and offend the so called recipients of this cheap grace even more. When all look back they will be able to see I told you the truth. I told you in advance so you could believe through most of you will still choose not to. Christian men do not care much of the reviling they receive or of the sufferings they must bear along the path of riding in Christ's shadow, because of the joys of the journey. Ignorance will misinterpret all things and call me a cult leader, egomaniac, insane and how can one defend. I live outside the world's comprehension and vocabulary. They must describe events with a language they have no experience to possess. Only a Christian man can continue to smile in this shitstown of stupidity without any wavering or loss of sight upon the prize. It is why we see our enemies as feeble and you see them as invincible. It is why I have learned more truth because I have the purest source. I can stand without crumbling in any danger because I have no fear of death. I can truly possess things because none are allowed to possess me. I can live in wealth because I am willing to live with nothing. You who cry and blame in your sufferings have the sympathies of the world. No wisdom of anything greater could ever entice you away from this miniscule comfort. I will continue to walk the walk that brings honor to the Christ without a single concern of whom I offend. Just know that you will not understand me, the choices I make, or my comments until you find yourself covered by the same shadow as I. The dividing line between blessing and cursing is blurry in the eyes of the selfish but are very clear in Christ. If you have an opinion on this, match it up with scripture. Not in the trite noncontestual pabulum of cue-card Christians who read off "God is Love," "thou shall not judge," "Jesus wants none to perish," and any other man made concepts of the Christ. Learn the whole message and know what you're talking about before you open your mouths. It is not an accident you got two ears and one mouth. I won't let you get away with foolishness on this blog. Truth sets free not happy ears. If you think you can defend your positions in scriptures you know where to reach me. Those who wish to learn I'll engage. Suffering (1/22/06)

Suffering is probably the one distinguishing quality that will lead to Dorean’s ultimate success. Not those who blame their suffering on others but those who suffer for the blame of others. To change an evil power there are only a couple of choices. One is to amass greater power and in war defeat them. With the current power controlling weapons, money and education this is highly unlikely. Two is to win the war on moral or reasonable grounds. With the current power controlling all media this is very unlikely. The most powerful would be for the church to demand a change because men focused on eternity are not easily brainwashed and willing to die. Very difficult for a controlling power since the church is currently in league with the controlling power in education, faith focused on this life, and apathy this is very unlikely. Therefore a revolution of the cross must occur. The current controlling party is no more evil than that of Rome. Rome as a power is gone but men of the cross remain. The government’s supercilious praetronic misanthropic mortgage industry benefits too much from its evils to even pause for a moral question of self reflection. Anyone even alluding to it will get their blazing wrath. Here is where suffering becomes a weapon or an excuse. People who view life as the here and now as the completeness of their vision will look for an exit to preserve the status quo. Those who understand it as weapon against evil expect suffering and rejoice in it. They view their haters as objects of affection whose evil will get its reflection when it attacks its opposite. It is harder to spank a crying child saying “I love you” than a defiant one who offers you rebellion. The Power is a machine designed to crush rebellion but love short circuits its motherboard. I dislike suffering as all of you, but my willingness to embrace it has given the one power greater than what we face right, title, and interest in this issue. Since the church fails Him here it falls upon men of faith to present His decree. His ecclesiastical branch of authority confronting His civil branch. Elijah appears in Scripture in 1 Kg. 17 for the first time under similar circumstance. Christ himself gave evil its greatest opportunity or condemnation when He took it on in love. Today we have a rebel civil agent who does not respect the principle, Christ, who rules and reigns in justice and righteousness. Like the parable of the wicked Vinedresser God is sending His Son for surely they will respect Him. The offer is current and remains. What will they do? Either way we win! Mt. 21:33

I posted a private message which was nobody's business but the parties addressed. Your comments were revealing. I'm putting it all on the line. Either I'm the evil egomaniac self-righteous thief or you are ignorant to the true grace of Christ's kingdom. I put it out there so there is no wiggle room. You will soon be patting yourself on the back or looking at a fool in the mirror. I was not having a bad day emotional response. I was sharing a truth apparently over many heads. I said what I was told to say with no apology to those offended. If it comes to pass it was not my words and you will have to rethink your position on the Jesus mold you created. Of course, if you're that honest with yourself, cheap grace offered to fools is the current cancer of the church today. It breeds no wisdom, saves no souls, and steals hope from those who started on the right path. To you nuts the prodigal son left home, fell into a candy factory and upon revelation of all the sweetness in the world came back to give his father a big hug. Well Chris and Lori better hope that fantasy is reality and I didn't hear from God. Even Scott will see the promise of those words. Cursing is not of my imagination. Everything is already cursed. There is an exit of blessing in the tracking of Christ who says "follow me." I saw these two outside this narrow path and merely loved them enough to tell them the truth. Dorean Success (1/20/06)

To my knowledge about 2500 satisfactions of Mortgages or discharges were filed. The FBI probably knows the exact number. Of these about half have come under dispute. I have received easily 200 plus lawsuits while in Utah. The lawsuits all use criminal charges as justification for their claims. None of these cases are settled until the presumption turns into fact. We filed those documents with our own names and addresses with no shame, scam, and nothing to hide based on studied legal doctrines. We were willing at all times to place our life and freedom as collateral in support. You yackers seem to think our stand evidence we are frauds. Stop being stupid! When we got our fist knowledge of South Carolina’s FBI agents interest a fraud would begin his exit strategy. We called him offered to cooperate, went on Radio and TV. Even held press conferences. I’m in jail, been here a while. Never asked for money or sympathy. Anybody who’s studied this subject can compare us to fraud. Mortgage alternatives took money with 0 reconveyances and at every turn offered a remedy that cost more money. Redwood Trust had fat bank accounts because they had no staff or work product. There was another company which name slips me ? & Assoc. that had fat accounts no product (Barnett and Associates) and shady transactions that hid identities. None communicate, educate or offer any hope of a remedy. You scammer arguments are just unrealistic. Yes I’m a convicted fraudster, which I always disclosed. Do you think that makes me more capable of fraud or less? Don’t you have the common sense to reason if caught once I would have knowledge of the warning signs of heat and hit the road? If you want to remain the antagonist make more than an adolescent show of it. There are those who have had banks walk away but that’s their business not yours. If I were them I certainly wouldn’t share my intimate financial knowledge just to make a fool feel better. When the battle turns the banks will run and they will have committed themselves to an unreversible confession of fraud. If you did any study beyond poor vocabulary and rhetoric you might actually understand what’s going on. You dumb-asses are actually evidence of my success because if I was truly what you imagined your comments would be unheard, without any forum, or remedy. Success is a result of a lot more effort than a dream of a midas touch. Sometimes hard fights cannot be planned around. Finishing is the best indicator since most quit at the first FBI phone call. You better believe in what you’re doing, while under surveillance, having monies seized, landlords evicting because of incentives of government, cops looking to take you out on any charge made up or not, and judges on the take living and ruling outside the law. Trial Expectations (1/19/06)

I’m certain that a long protracted trial is a desire of this government. They are way more comfortable with their tactics than with their credibility. I don’t know how they can be comfortable in their defense of criminal fraudster bankers and to have them as witnesses. To beat us tactically by squeezing us out of business causing pain and suffering to all associated with us. They will make your trust seem foolish. While they protract Bankers get crooked rulings across the land on the presumption accusation is fact. Getting to true fact is not the end of this trial. This is merely a trial of wills. Tactically I think they are going to be most surprised. Even I did not see God’s full strategy until recently. It is most brilliant and there is no effective counter measure. The difficulty for me is to trust, not lean on my own understanding, set aside my wise weapons, and lay my life on the outcome of His plan. This is the simplicity and complexity of all who call on Christ. What I’m being asked to do far exceeds my abilities but has been done before by a great example. As He gave His will over to the reliability of the word of a God who does not lie He received power to finish. I have the word, a captured will, and a finish line. All that awaits is the now to arrive.

Marathon (1/19/06)

This race turned out to be a marathon. Having been a distance runner in my youth I remember the mental challenges of protraction. This race is no different. There have been the course obstacles like betrayal, theft, incompetence, ignorance, and others. Those are tough but not near as hard as the inner struggle. These obstacles can enhance the inner struggles like betrayal tore my heart, challenged my forgiveness, and fatigued me. Inside would be the ramblings of doubt and conviction. “Can I finish, Do I care to, why me, how much longer, this isn’t fun, what difference does it make if I quit, you can do this, one step at a time, finish what you started, you’re no quitter, finish for you no matter who cares, why not you.” etc. I remember how I’d cramp and everything within me said, “stop.” All the fasting, prayer, and delay has a similar sensation. I never stopped as a runner and always made the finish line. Some of you I’m certain are fatigued by a marathon you didn’t know you entered but I want you to keep moving. We can all raise hands in victory at the end and take in that replenishing elixir of completion and redemption. I‘m tired also but not in mind. Be of good cheer the finish is near.

Only One Fear (1/31/06)

As we come down to the pivotal battle you would think my enemy would impose some fear upon me. To tell you the truth they are as insignificant as a buzzing gnat that thinks it is a lion. Men who have so little personal integrity that can't even stand up to their inner moral restraints are too weak for a real man to consider a challenge. Those of you who are in awe of these guys obviously are not battle tested as to your own principle internally or as to external foes. A judge willing to swear an oath to settle a matter and then use said oath as a cover of deceit is of no moral fiber of any tensile strength to test a real man. A prosecutor who believes outcome is more important than the path lives a lie. The FBI like a cat delivering a mouse to master only seeks approval without moral questioning. Defense attorneys are doubleminded and conflicted and believe that they are a hope. Utter foolishness! The clerks are apathetic collectors of a paycheck for their blindness. All of them collectively are like a young boy getting his first sneak at pornography; they know their behavior is wrong but are consumed by lust's perversion. Truly the only fear I possess at the moment is knowing what I am to do and not doing it. How can I stand opposed to these wimps if in honesty I cave to the same moral deficiency. All men have the temptation. It is the choice that separates men from perverts. It will take courage to do my duty. It is where I focus all my prayer. I want to be a living example to these midgets what standing tall could be if they would make the right choice. If you aren't facing this fear on a regular basis you have already succumb to error.

The Beginnings End (1/15/06)

It has taken a long time for Scott and I to get to the end of the beginning. About 8 months as a median. Time flies when having fun. Dorean is not the story but was a remedy, a tool, a snare as it were. False accounting, unjust measures, (promissory note) fraud is not the cause but effect of an evil heart. Even my detractors imagine the same as to me. Evil hearts are the providence of Christ alone. Dorean was created as the snare, the trap for evil to appear. It was in essence the indictment or exoneration all in one. On its own merit it attacked fraud but that became its measure of the heart. If the government embraced the findings they admit to error and love their people. If they attacked they are bent on evil and vigorous to hiding it. We now know their heart. Only Christian men could be called to deal with this because they inhabit the world but are themselves ruled by the Christ. Christ is the only one who can make claim to our lives for suffering and to the civil authorities as His agents. Finally the matter of the heart His constant concern. For us obedience and preparedness. For the bad agent a merciful offer to acknowledge Him, His authority, in all their ways. Only messengers of Christ can tender the offer and prayerfully seek the well being of their enemy. That is why Scott and I have come now upon our destiny and Oakland (now moved to San Francisco) has come to the beginning of their end. They can accept or reject but they cannot remain the same.

The Bond (1/15/06)

I have made the claim of our bond being genuine. I saw a comment by someone that if so I should have put if forward in their civil case. Perhaps you forget that the beginning of our criminal trials was 17 civil cases brought into Judge Alsup’s federal court. We did present our bond but it never became relevant because state and federal judges alike have sold their souls to the bankers. We were constantly denied a trial of fact by summary rulings. Criminal is our cure from a tidal wave of corruption. The system having reversed their presumption by a definitive ruling. They have handcuffed themselves by being themselves. This in the long run is a shorter path to victory than a labyrinth of appeals to a higher level of corruption. Our passive behavior was tactical in that by going to appeal we have assisted them in converting a summary presumption into a codified citable fact of their own creation. By this method we have reversed their tactics. We now have fact citable to rebut their presumptions. The bond is validated, as is our offer by a dismissal or acquittal. What will these corrupt judges do then? Squirm; because they have a banker breathing down their neck but a system and ruling that has already made a declaratory judgment, not open to review. This should be a hope for you. Don’t be petty in your conclusions but look at the big picture. The judge who ruled against you now has no foundation for his ruling which creates a myriad remedies.

3 To My Needs (1/14/06)

David, Moses, and Elijah were all men of exceptional character. In similarities they would overlap but each had one spike that distinguished them. David was willing even by violence to protect God’s honor. When he slew the giant this was the flame raging in his heart. Moses certainly dealt with God’s honor but his spike was compassion for God’s rebels. Elijah appears on the scene trusting in God’s word even to his own detriment. Living in the desert he would suffer more quickly and more severely by the drought he proclaimed in accordance with what God had written in Leviticus. I need the strength of all three of these men. I have the written word of God seemingly untrue as to justice as Elijah, I am in a position to suffer first and most by God performing. I am facing a rebel who is God’s chosen and needs God’s mercy in order not to be destroyed. I must obtain the heart of Moses to plead for the evil men properly. God’s honor as to His word’s integrity, His holiness, and His control and Lordship in government are all being defied. I need a little rage to well up and throw my body into action. I do care about God being ridiculed unjustly by arrogant rebels. As these men had their moment in history I could certainly use their strength to meet history. I have their witness which even Christ drew upon in the garden for his moment in history. These three speak to my need.

Sanity (1/28/06)

Sanity and insanity really rest on a person's grasp of reality. Reality is a tricky business in a world which spins on perverocation. This is why I think a Christian man has the advantage of all beings to effect this world with change. First he has already had to renounce allegiance to this world to follow Christ. From here he will always be suspect of what the world offers as truth and always has access to a truth the world can't corrupt. Corruption of truth is far more deliberate and prolific than one will allow himself to imagine. This delusion in itself is part of insanity. When I was in Utah federal court I asked the man in black robe who he was and he answered what he was. He not only doesn't know who he is but the fact he identifies himself with what he is is evidence of brainwashing. Brains are easy to wash. I'll give you an example. A man left home. After a short distance he turned left. After a short distance he turned left again. After a short distance he turned left again. Now can you tell me why the man left home? Brainwashing is merely the control of information. I gave you facts but maybe not everything or all you need. On top of that I gave you a price that by society influences already has a preconceived notion in your mind. The combination of disinformation and diversion have you imagining a factual reality that does not exist. Here it is on a grand scale: the judge is already insane because he has to repeat like a parrot his own delusion as an answer to a question that was not asked because it is how he reaffirms the fraud of his existence. He is not a judge because he would be precluded from being so by the very document he cites as his authority. The Constitution is not a functioning authority in today's courts, more specifically the one I was present in. For them to charge me without authority means there are no charges. Sure chains, guns and mahogany all go to reinforce a false reality but a sane man is not moved. Even as I write this most of you think I'm dilusional. That is one of the added pressures and very significant. The resistance to forces this great are almost exclusively the providence of a Christian man. Most men would break and mold back into uniformity, even suffering. The isolation being a greater pain than say prison. Christians trained in suffering and isolation are more resistant. Everyone here wants to argue about charges that don't exist except in the deluded mind while I want to focus on the true crime which resides in hearts evil enough to setup this charade of misanthropy. You still can't figure why the man left home. He left because he hit a homerun. We will also hit a homerun because we have enough of our wits about us to see exactly what they're pitching.

Orange you Glad I'm not a Banana (1/27/06)

Using a metaphor of an orange I would like to talk about my case. For the most part as spectators all you see is the skin. This is discussed in polarized rhetoric constantly on this blog. We have views of the right of government and bankers. We have those who see fraud, and retribution. Regardless, none are discussing the meaty flesh on the subject. Truth has all its roots in the way, the truth, and the life. Few are called to this knowledge so the majority of people and commenters will always be relegated to their deepest capabilities the surface. Those who are of the few you are praying for wisdom, strength, and applying the Word for greater benefit. You are already past the self-centered scope of the average. Even the meat of this subject is not the richest hope of victory. The seed contains the life. A life that can effect hundreds of thousands of oranges. A life that alters and controls the makeup or substance of the meat or substance men focus on. Christ is the life. He created the meat of the law which said an adulterer should be killed. When the woman was brought to Him (John 8: 3-12) all her accusers after being convicted by Christ departed and He stood alone capable of condemnation. He set her free. The life of the seed is over the law and the circumstances of the surface. That life has already prepared a way of escape that can only be understood by those who dwell on this life at seed level.

Still Work to be Done (1/18/06)

It has been alluded to in comments that it appears the remedies will have to wait for my exit. I'm beginning to suspect that. First, those I trusted to carry out my will all sought opportunity for selfish ambition. Those who are still trustworthy have the disadvantage of not knowing my desired or a good way of having them communicated. Based on the developments it will take my reasoning to resolve in realtime. This is also something I can not delegate or transfer. I'll need someone like Scotty who has the tenacity, drive, and integrity to carry out many tasks. He has proven irreplaceable. Even the webpage which I designated before my incarceration has to start from scratch because those entrusted placed themselves above honor. My templates we jockeyed around, DNS numbers were paid for and stolen, and suppliers who contracted with me thought I had no opinion once incarcerated and that cement deprived me of being a party to the contract. My truest hope to overcome this type of folly is to come out a victor and do the work myself. In battle there are spys, traitors, greedy merchants, thieves, confused populace, allies, and propagandists; under all this a victor must remain steadfast and manage best he can. Conventional warfare did not steal the heart of the Japanese, it was weaponry beyond their imagination. Conventionally I have been disadvantaged but my enemy and yours has not yet imagined what is headed to Oakland.

About Says It All

Here is a quote from Dietrich Bonhoeffer's cost of discipleship commenting on Romans 13: "The Christian should receive praise from authority. If instead of praise he incurs punishment and persecution, what fault of that is his? After all, he was not looking for praise when he did that which brought him punishment, nor did he do good for fear of punishment. If he meets with suffering instead of praise, his conscience is clear in the sight of God and he has nothing to fear. After all, he has not brought shame or discredit on the church. He obeys the power, not for material profit, but 'for conscience sake' (verse 5). That is why the government can not hurt the Christian's conscience even if it makes a mistake. The Christian is still free and has nothing to fear, and he can still pay the State its due by suffering innocently. He knows that when all is said and done, the sovereign power belongs to God and not to the State, which is only His minister. Authority is the minister of God -- so says the apostle (Paul) who had frequent occasion to learn what it meant to be imprisoned by that self-same power without having committed any crime. On three separate occasions he had incurred the cruel punishment of whipping, and he was well aware how the Jews had been banished from Rome under the Emperor Claudius (Acts 18, lff). Authority is the minister of God - so says the man who knew that all power and all authority in the world had long been stripped of their might, and led in triumph to the cross; so says the man who knew that Christ's Victory would soon be made manifest to the whole world."

New Indictment

We made it to California 2-9-06, had our first meeting on the 13th, our next on the 17th, and again on the 24th. Mr. Keller the prosecutor is all I could ever hope for. He is young, only knows how to follow the playbook, and thinks his accusations true and mine unspeakable to the court. He cannot hear of justice nor speak truth. In this way I think him related to Helen Keller although she at least had the agility to overcome her handicaps. This new indictment added 22 new charges and 4 defendants. It is standard playbook material. Indict the innocent to cultivate a status witness or hide a rat in a group. In this case it is an inept play. All new entrants are irrelevant. Dorean had its facets of dealing, one to the marketplace and one to the banks. These were never merged and remained separated for this reason. Scott and I dealt with the banks and none other. This was because we could bear the suffering necessary to obtain victory and a protection for others. The indictment doesn't change in nature as to bank victims, but adds marketing without charge or victim and ties in the civil case of that political hack Judge Alsup via contempt. This is a bigger blessing than I could have ever dreamed of. We get a bigger bang for the buck out of our dismissal. I said dismissal because as much as their hearts desire there will be no trial. We are almost finished with our exercise. Our last delays are for the benefit of the court and the souls that are destroying themselves with the folly of injustice. We think they are worth it though we have no promise of their redemption.

The Law Divided

Christ is the principle behind the law. There are two branches. The government of both are on His shoulders. As the author and fulfillment of the law He becomes the first and lat word as to law. One branch is civil law which has power to compel compliance. The other is ecclesiastical which is superior to civil in that it deals with the higher concepts or maxims the civil is based on. It does not have force to compel but makes all its offers or pleadings in mercy. Because these agencies each have the same principle they should never conflict with each other. The fact that they do is evidence of rebellion on the part of one agent. The judiciary being the final stop of performance have been entrusted with the care of the principle's concerns. Christ rules and reigns in righteousness and does not waiver on His legal aspects. He has said: Don't lend with interest, have true measures (like the original dollar), don't take bribes, be fair in equity, don't lie, don't sow discard among the brethren. The ecclesiastical law covers all this with: Love God with all your heart and love your neighbor as yourself. Now what is God to do when he has a bad agent? Most of you have prayed for action by the principle for the suffering experienced by the civil agent's breach. In the old testament God would use an ecclesiastical agent to foreclose in the civil. He (the prophet) would possess both and compel by mercy or force until a faithful civil agent replaced the rebel. He has not changed. He will do the same today if He can find a faithful, trustworthy ecclesiastical agent. That should be your prayer.

Finish In Prayer

God has delivered! No longer pray for deliverance but now that the workers of the harvest will appear. There are pairs of prophets out there whom God is calling as foreclosure agents and trustees to go into the courts and represent Christ. Pray and fast to the Lord of the Harvest that those who are getting this call will heed it in obedience. We will assist them and train them but we will not select them. They will prove themselves chosen by their faith. They need to go out and possess the land in witness pairs. This is a legal procedure needing a confirming witness. Do not fear God has set us as examples of His plan and ability. You are to go and possess the gates of the enemy. The judiciary is the gateway of equity. The corrupt legislators are powerless to steal from the people by their decrees unless the judiciary sanctions their evil. The executive can brand everyone an enemy of the state and without the judiciary enforcement it is just a clanging cymbal even the token press will tire of. God will restrain these gateways from draining our equity and reverse the flow so that they administrate justice despite their evil hearts and bless the people. Now is the time to pray and fast and to stand. To be continued…

Practical Advise

Our work is about complete. Restoration will be handed to you. You should have complete files of bank letters and threats. Copies of all litigation and orders effecting you and your property. Loan documents, advertisements, promises, riders, deeds, liens, and recorded documents. The claims of the parties are about to get exposed to the pure light of truth and preparedness will lead to prevailing. Every bank will lose its current arrogance and a spirit of settlement is about to overtake them. The Lord of Glory has done this thing and it is wonderful. Listen to Him and be obedient and this blessing will not only overtake you and your family but also contain the clues to further blessing. No longer listen to the fools of this forum because their reward is fast approaching and I promise you will not want to share in it. Whose words give you a hope and a promise? Whose words say one day soon it will be well? Whose words never wavered no matter the change in circumstances? The answer to “where is truth?” is easier than you realize. To be continued...

Ah!!!!

There is a sensation one can get from all of one’s senses and from thought. Right now the touch of my wife, the scent of some flowers, the taste of a pizza and beer, the sound of silence and the sight of an exit would all bring on this sensation. Also the thought of how this is all masterfully coming to an end and what it means to our nation as a people makes one say Ah! Only those who have the Lord setting their steps can know this sensation and have it accompanied by peace. Dangers and perils can not remove it. Scott and I will have a wonderful testimony lengthy and full of detail of how God navigated us through this minefield. I can say this for certain only Christian men could pull off a defeat under our subjected conditions. When all the facts are learned most of you will understand why our being trustees was a protection for you against weapons you were not prepared to face. The thief’s rhetoric should be an obvious bunch of flatulence by now. It’s been spoken here for months and not one client has posted our refusal to quit claim property if desired. Full Circle 3/2/06

Our case has been moved from Oakland to San Francisco with Judge Alsup taking the case. It is only fitting for the loud mouth that started the government’s assault to be where it all comes to an end. We are more than happy with this development. There have been many court appointments for early staging issues and we have been moved to various facilities until we’ve settled in the Federal Detention Center in Dublin, California. This is where we will finish out the exercise UNTIL WE GET IT IN THE END (That was for you TCOB). If this were to go to trial you could expect a case like this to last nine months on pre-trial issues and a year in trial. Hope you all don’t mind if I don’t take this to trial and get it over much sooner. The 21st is the next important day; two new defendants are scheduled to appear. They used the new defendants as an exemption to the speedy trial provision so we have to encourage movement through other methods. I suppose this is where we should be scared. The big bad invincible Federal Government threatens us with 2000 years of time its best resources. HA! Ha! It is impossible to fear this paper tiger. Here is the last question… all the staging is complete and the final question to be answered before one falls in battle and one remains standing is one that has supporting evidence for two right answers. Only one is right here and in the guidance we could use your prayers. Jesus never spoke what He was not told. "Faith comes from hearing". Then you have God listening to man and backing up His words as though they were His own. Then calling things out which are not as though they were. As we come to our last and all-important task which of these is God’s method? I guess there is a built in default here in that if I don’t hear by the deadline (soon) than I must call out as though things were. Therefore it is a decision that will be made whether I get the comfort of foreknowledge or not. Regardless He who deserves the glory shall have earned it. To be continued…

The Visitation

On Friday January 6th, I received a visit from Larry. I had just gotten off the phone where I was discussing with my wife that I must be willing to sacrifice our relationship for this call. Though there is as much promise there as resided in Isaac, I like Abraham must raise my knife. The pain he felt was heavy on my heart at that moment. All pain is accompanied by the question “is it worth it?” Larry appears, one who has suffered by our association, and has answered his question “yes.” He also spoke of others and the many supporters. Well Larry and all you represented you appeared with my question and made the answer simple, “yes.” No matter the cost, the value or hope of my promise I have no moment but the now and it is worth it. Thank you for keeping your divine appointment!

Strictly Business

Don’t concern yourself with the UCC’s. They are no threat to you. If you don’t understand what I’m doing and why, trust I know. I can’t get into detail. You are asking me to raise my head to address your every concern when I’m surrounded by snipers. I know your concerns better than you and they are factored into the choices I make. Staff infection is being treated. It was mentioned, painful, caused damage, but is not fatal. I shall recover and live to finish. We are closer to the end than the beginning. The lungs burn now, the lactic acid stiffens, and the will vacillates but the finish line bids us come and for the joy of it we do not quit. Bail is not beneficial to our cause. Now is the time to settle the matter.

Othersidedness

Dietrich Bonhoeffer talks about discipleship as othersidedness. Like the turn twin towers of the former World Trade Center, it is a location. Most of you have never seen the actual towers or been to New York. For you it is just a spot on the map, a smoky image, an idea formed merely on hearsay. For those who inhabited them there are facts only they will know and those whose perceived knowledge having no experience will have no basis with which to relate. I have seen some of you call this location Christian fanaticism, cultish, or delusional. I can only claim you right. For having no experience or having ever been transported beyond your hearsay idealism no other response is possible. Don’t expect though that your unfactual musings will be persuasive to those whose feet have walked beyond your imagination. Only those who hear the words “follow me” know of the journey. Those who refuse the offer have their own map to follow. But I will let you in on a little joke; those who have been to New York can very quickly tell who has not. Those who have not have no way to verify if the New Yorker is a fact or a fraud. For my fellow New Yorkers, it might be prophetic the Giants lost.

Dear fruit inspector: I see you know one verse but do you know the Christ? Let me test your skill if I may. David bedded another man’s wife then had him murdered. She bore him two children, one killed by God, one King Solomon. There is his fruit, give us your judgment on the man. Share with us that we may all partake of you wisdom.

Half Way Home 2

On 2/3/06 we left for Oklahoma bound for Oakland. It is my estimation to remain at Fed ex hub for a week to 10 days. This should place us in California middle February. Your letters in transit will be returned and can be sent to the listed address. Utah was a stupid exercise judicially but was used by God to get me more prepared. After victory we will be venturing into a new world; it would be wise even now to seek wisdom as to your role. Let us not hand it over those who fought so hard to retain the old but rather assist them in the transition. Being correct was a gift not a badge of honor. All your love of truth was against you true nature. How much better will it be if we redeem our enemies than ridicule them? As we finish this race contemplate a wise path. Thanks again for all the support. May it be rewarded beyond your capacity to contain. We also may be going straight to San Bernandino rather than Oklahoma. Cry Baby

I want to talk about cry babies. If the shoes fit wear them and then get them bronzed. My hope though is that you will outgrow them. Babies are not mature in morality, the will or the conscience. The first two syllables spoken by every baby before “mama” or “papa” is “I want.” Our nature in its pure unrestrained essence is blatantly displayed in the baby’s demanding cry. You have to ask yourself if you have matured past this selfish tirade or just become more sophisticated in you wailings. Do you now use more words and paragraphs to say “I want?” If it was not for the joy of the child that demanding, unyielded selfishness would have any parent throwing them out with the bath water within a week. That is why it is not well received in a society that did not birth you in love. I want to be out of jail. I want to look out for number 1. I want pleasure. I want no responsibility or accountability to the clients or society. I’m not a baby anymore and I have been matured far beyond this self desires. I hear you want money back. Want me in jail. Want me found criminal. Want me to quit. I hear your crying but even your selfish demands are incompatible. Why can you not mature to a desire for truth? Patience to collect facts, or wisdom to judge properly. Look at your own selfish acts and ask if my actions really parallel yours. Stop and think about your charge for a minute. Would I make the choices you have seen me make if I was selfish? Look to see if “I” and “me” are not at the center of all your arguments. Be honest and be mature and put away the baby cries.

Friendship

Love is a varied word in our language and the many different aspects of its nature are muddled in the minds of this self-absorbed generation. Eros or affection can easily be unfolded into the fabric of a selfish heart. The very fact they are needed can elevate them to that God-like status where they become demons. Friendship is not needed to survive, to be recognized or to enhance a community. It is a detractor from the demands of the many, it is very undemocratic. Friends do not make congregations nor do congregations make friends. There is the companion, the comrade that lays the foundation for friendship but is not the friend. The companions share an idea or goal but when that light goes on “you see the same truth” is when a friendship is born. Many of you share an idea with Scotty and I and some will certainly become friends but not until you see the same truth. This to me is the strength behind Dorean. Many came to us with the idea of injustice but none could hang with our truth. Both of us know this truth and that is bigger than even our friendship which binds us to it. It is an unselfish love. Scotty is hanging tough because of our friendship and yet his hanging tough strengthens our bond. We do not serve each other because we need to. I am not elevated by giving to him or him to me. In fact, it’s a mere nuisance that sidetracks as a distinction away from the friendship. I am as he, way more interested in how he’s getting along than the mere details of his life. Jail is just an incident in life but not at all the life of Scott. His vision, his soul’s dedication, his unwavering integrity are the truth we share. It is obvious his “Evil ex” is not his friend or his son. They are too lofty. They only have that God-like righteous indignation love which behaves like a demon. He’s no good as a husband, a father, as a Christian. This creeps in here also as a no good trustee. This is why true friendship is rare and friendship is true. No marshalling of the feds can destroy it. It is larger than them. David and Jonathan knew this and it was bigger than any inconvenience of state. Some claimed to be friends and were trusted as such but could not sustain the shadowy attempt under the brilliance of the truth. In all likelihood Dorean was birthed out of a truth that bonded men to create and it will be this same bond that delivers. It is what’s being attacked because all enemies recognize its strength. Only we who live in this strength can see the futility of these attacks. If you have a good friend you’ll understand why I am so comfortable in this battle.

Mighty Man of Valor

In the Bible, Judges 6, there’s a judge named Gideon. I mention his story to make an important point about victory. Gideon had an army of 32,000 to face an army of 135,000. Not great odds but doable. God in a proper translation was the mighty men of valor the strength of Gideon. He told Gideon the odds are too good, Israel might take credit for themselves. He took his army down to 300. 450 to 1 are not probable odds except with one powerful God who is mighty in valor. Today’s story is a mere repeat. Who would send two undereducated men to face down an army of bankers? Judges, politicians, and the alphabet soup? Only a mighty man of valor would hope to win. I share in His confidence, he’s done it before. Some of you mistake my confidence as arrogance, but by doing so you displace my hope. I don’t believe in false humility; I have great skills. At their peak I still don’t’ like my odds. Like you need a champion, so do I. Mine is mighty in valor and is a proven victor. Is there a glory to call my own in this victory? Only if I was the imagined scoundrel thief of my naysayers. For any honest man who understands the odds God will receive His just glory and we will merely share in the spoils. A New Hope

I could see many of you delighted by the news of Utah. Even I said “YEAH! 10 felonies down, 46 to go.” Enjoy this new hope for what it is but realize I just survived a knife fight to enter a gun fight. The best part of this is the funnel of crap which was broad in accusation now focused us down to that fulcrum where history pivots. Our enemy is just as aware of the severity of this battle even though they expose their naivety to the actual pain that is involved. Like these modern kids who brandish weapons like videogame heroes they have no concept of blood, pain, death or life. They have brought their best weapons to the game because the token has been dropped, the rules understood, and they are ready to play. Our greatest weapon is their oblivion to the real life that will explode the realities of their fiction. It is a very tough thing to keep your head about yourself when standing in the full blown euphoria of Disney Land. All the colors and animations are about to sweep over us and it is one thing to be stained and quite another to change your character to the environment. Here is where truth and its resolve separate true hope from grandiose idealism. We have wrought a small victory, not by battle but attrition. The weapon will flail from this point. Vigilance in prayer and faith is not relaxed but increased at this time. My level of preparedness is appropriate for the battle conditions. Nothing about Utah is relevant. The phalanx which absorbs and destroys by the natural behavior of the enemy has been displayed. All I need is government to be itself. What do you think my chances are? Can a leopard change its spots?

Half Way Home

Scotty and I are no longer in Salt Lake City. We are currently in Oklahoma awaiting transport to California. Once we are there, we can finish our fight with the Beast!

The Brass Ring

The merry-go-round of this persecution has almost completed its full circuit. The brass ring is approaching and is ready to be seized. “In the mouth of two witnesses let a thing be established” is a quote from the Bible. This maxim of law has made it into American jurisprudence. Though not adhered to much, it was designed as a protection against perjury. On the reverse of a charge is testimony to innocence. Utah brought a charge similar to the fed but had the nuisance of the insurance industry, the conjoined turn to banking. The feds focus solely on banking and our presentment offer. Between the two, our entire process has come under the fire of trial. The bonding more by Utah, the contracting, agency by the feds. Utah is my state’s jurisdiction witness and then I will have the federal endorsement. Once we receive this dismissal we will have that brass ring to quash all the hostilities and entice our international suitors. Dorean will have the endorsement of two very credible witnesses to the soundness of our process and the innocence of our intentions. You see people, sometimes you go around in circles to get the prize. Is it fun? No. Is it worth it? Yes! In less than a year my ardent enemy who sought my destruction has now sanctioned me to the entire financial community. Not all suffering is vanity. Do you see why I said in my fax news interview that the dumbest thing the government can do is bring criminal charges? Like Haman, they have built their own galloo in their unreasonable blood-lust. Can you see the brass ring nearing our grip? I DO!
