American Independence

American Independence was gained by force and stolen by the pen. It is an impossibility without financial independence. Bankers have all known this and the mortgage is the center of financial decisions for average American. No wonder this is a battlefield of deception. Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, RESPA, Truth In Lending Act, TILA, and the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act did not come about because the bankers were honest or that the government was policing them. Abuses were too rampant and government had to appease the people. TILA took normal tort violations and made them statutory minimal fines, another victory for the banker. RESPA did the same thing. Vigilance and the independent American spirit is a worthy foe to these bankers and their agenda but complacent couch potatoes will get French-fried. The Dorean Group will champion the cause but who can be more interested in your family or affairs than you? Let’s set the record straight, shall we? Your crusade to expose the “fraud” perpetuated by “the banks” on the American people is omitting a fact or two. For instance, the fact that the Dorean Group collected $3,000 (or more) from some (by your count) 4,000 people (400 is probably closer to the truth) to “eliminate” mortgages under your kooky, and, evidently lucrative, notion that bank loans are somehow illegal. Please, enlighten us all, Mr. Johnson: what was the disposition of those 4,000 (or 400) mortgages that you promised to “eliminate”?

Please elaborate the specifics of a loan from the accounting point of view. A diagram of the accounts that should be debit and credited, but aren't in actuality, would be a great start.

The public record speaks for Mr. Johnson and the Dorean Group. 400 defaults have been codified and will be in the public record for all to see in the next week. They are not loans and the contracts are void. The rights claimed by the bank are not lawfully gained. Greater explanation will come from our disclosure page which will be up in about 3 weeks. I will update you appropriately. Simple fact! Dorean has never charged more than a thousand for their services. Second fact there are over 2500 public filings to verify our numbers are over your 400 guesstimate.

Mr Drysdale, I thought your acting ability on The Beverly Hillbillies was shown to be very weak and fraudulent at best. You did not get the Clampetts to enter into a fraudulent mortgage contract because the Clampetts purchased the home with cash. CASH IN FULL!

The public record does speak for you, Mr. Johnson. Whether you have 400 or 2500 or 4000 clients is irrelevant. What happened to those clients? How many of them were foreclosed? How many are in the process of being foreclosed?

The question do you believe everything you see especially when most of the evidence is not in your possession? It is the final acts, which determine the truth. Do you really think a judiciary and banking cartel is going to bow down to the little pressure we assert? Your champions will never convict me of a crime and yet use this as evidence for all their actions. The story is about 25% told and yet you have a conclusionist points of view. People have been foreclosed on unlawfully but there is still remedy, which we are pursuing. Would you rather I quit and just declare my bully adversary too big?

lets see now. i have researched some of the civil codes used in the documentation to elimnate these mortgages and all the codes the are used by the Dorean Group are completely bogus and have no relevance to what is intended. the process by which the mortgages are eliminated is illegal and will be shown in the court system when everything is said and done.

people all around the country are losing their homes and properties because of this sham..........

For those of us who are on the fence about whether or not to participate in the Dorean process, we should consider one thing. People who undertake this process run the risk of being unlawfully foreclosed upon (which I believe Dorean will handle soon but not RIGHT NOW)! For those of us who are able to make their mortgage payments no problem and yet want to also get back at the "big bankers" you can get $$$. These attorneys will first go over your documents for FREE and let you know if you have a case. They sue the lender for violations of RESPA, TILA, and FDCPA. Can somebody please help me?? I entered the Dorean process approximately one years ago. To this date, I have been issued my re-conveyance, but unable to get re-financed. Due to circumstances surrounding my job, I need to sale my house immediately. However, I am unable to locate the appropriate party to convey the property back to me from "The Trust". Dorean has been no help in this matter. I have contacted on numerous occasions Tela and Becki Holtzer, with no resolution. According to my contact, a injunction has been issued against Dorean's process forbidding them to issue my Quit Claim Deed. In summary, my life, my job and my entire future hinge on the quick resolution of this matter. If anyone can help, please contact me @ firefighter07@tds.net
