Full Circle 3/2/06
Our case has been moved from Oakland to San Francisco with Judge Alsup taking the case. It is only fitting for the loud mouth that started the government’s assault to be where it all comes to an end. We are more than happy with this development. There have been many court appointments for early staging issues and we have been moved to various facilities until we’ve settled in the Federal Detention Center in Dublin, California. This is where we will finish out the exercise UNTIL WE GET IT IN THE END (That was for you TCOB). If this were to go to trial you could expect a case like this to last nine months on pre-trial issues and a year in trial. Hope you all don’t mind if I don’t take this to trial and get it over much sooner. The 21st is the next important day; two new defendants are scheduled to appear. They used the new defendants as an exemption to the speedy trial provision so we have to encourage movement through other methods. I suppose this is where we should be scared. The big bad invincible Federal Government threatens us with 2000 years of time its best resources. HA! Ha! It is impossible to fear this paper tiger. Here is the last question… all the staging is complete and the final question to be answered before one falls in battle and one remains standing is one that has supporting evidence for two right answers. Only one is right here and in the guidance we could use your prayers. Jesus never spoke what He was not told. "Faith comes from hearing". Then you have God listening to man and backing up His words as though they were His own. Then calling things out which are not as though they were. As we come to our last and all-important task which of these is God’s method? I guess there is a built in default here in that if I don’t hear by the deadline (soon) than I must call out as though things were. Therefore it is a decision that will be made whether I get the comfort of foreknowledge or not. Regardless He who deserves the glory shall have earned it. To be continued…

serioulsy, tho, I am glad for everyone that the trail, eh, I mean tiral is comeing to a end...
this way everyone can see the light at the end of the trial, I mean the trail....
hipefully, this will happen soon as the WORLD BANK/IMF is now calling in all the loans and as they cannot be paid, as real money doesnt exist, everyone is going to find out they the imf owns the whole corporate fiction US. this means that all the companies are going to be 'sold' to foreign interests (of course, all the folks here already know that the IMF owns the US already)
but joe avg. doesnt know that they own GM, the airlines, most of the BIG companies.
the unions will find this out when the companies claim bankruptcy and try to find a 'suitor' to buy...

Of the four recently indicted, its been reported that Magoon beat feat to Canada and Julian is hidng out somewhere.
LeCompte turned himself in (or was arrested?) and bonded out and Tobias is tucked away in the can on another conviction.
Presumably the two defendants referred to are LeCompte and Tobias.

Apparently it sounded right to the clients and to those who still defend the duo et al, but, yeah, the plan was to 'eliminate' the original mortgage by claiming the banks non-response to the 'presentment' was a default which gave Kurt Almighty the right to discharge the mortgage.
Then the clients were to refinance and give Dorean 75% of the re-fi amount and walk on the second mortgage, as well.

Here's piece in yesterdays Washington Post - Treasury Secretary John Snow notified Congress on Monday that the administration has now taken "all prudent and legal actions," including (stealing! lets call it what is!!) tapping certain government retirement funds, to keep from hitting the $8.2 trillion national debt limit. Gee I guess they would never think of maybe cutting back government spending.....NAW!!
