A Liar’s Story

I saw TCOB had his trust commented on by a lawyer. Therefore I should make a comment. The trust I’ve used for 20 years, was written by a brilliant Harvard MBA, and has survived many a court challenges. Lawyers are full of crap. Our trust is streamline and precise and designed that way. Lawyers only add language that adds statutes and jurisdiction to complicate your life and purpose.

Let me tell you a recent story. A man I met in Dublin had a fraud and extradition case. I told him his remedy was in the federal court of claims. I told him how to raise the issue in court. His lawyer sent him a letter stating “I don’t know who is advising you in there but he doesn’t know what he is talking about.” Two months later the same attorney raised the issue. One month after this the case was dismissed. This man spent 3 1/2 years in jail and had this remedy available to him over 2 years prior. 1 week before the dismissal the attorney came to visit and beg this man to take a deal that would send him home in a week as a felon. They are unethical liars and it is the TCOB’s of the world who never challenge the interest, agenda, motives or conflict of one advising them. They deserve each other! Do you think putting U S in front of attorney adds any ethical qualities or more conflicting opportunities? Most Judges were lawyers. Most politicians were lawyers. What more evidence could you need that they are liars full of crap?

Just a quick verification:

My lawyers spent almost $15k before I cut them off. They told me I had no chance, but would keep "fighting" for me if I wanted. Plaintiff was looking for $150k from me.

I fired them and got advise from non-lawyers, like Kirt and Scott, and came out not paying another cent (except court costs).

Q: What do you call a thousand lawyers at the bottom of the sea? A: A good start.

I understand that during the Chinese revolution it was an immediate death sentence to even be accused of being a lawyer.
Too bad we can't learn from the Chinese.

Yeah, it's pretty evident when their first line of offense is character defamation (an excellent tactic in creating doubt amongst the weak minded). It's a damn shame that sheeple look up to these people in any way shape or form.

WHO ELES COULD COME UP WITH A WAY TO CHARGE YOU FOR SOMETHING YOU CAN DO WITHOUT EXCEPT FOR THE GROUP OF LAWYER (JUDGES AND THE COURT SYSTEM) THAT MAKE SO THAT SOMETHING SO SIMPLE IS SO THAT THE AVERAGE PERSON WON'T BUT THE ONE'S THAT CAME UP WITH IDEA OF THE BANKING SYSTEM OF TODAY (FED. RES.)

nOTHING LIKE RUNNING A BUSINESS THAT IS SELF SUPORTED BY IT’S OWN MAKING AND CHARGE YOU SO MUCH THAT THE AVERAGE PERSON CAN’T KEEP UP.

FUNNY ALL THOUGHS CLASS ACTION SUIT’S WERE THE PLT. GET’S $5,000.00 AND THE LAWYER’S GET MIL. WELL THE REST OF US GET A COUPON FOR 50% OFF AND A CREDIT OF $.29 AND BY THE TIME THERE DONE THE LAWYER ALL READY HAVE SOME OTHER TERMS ADDED TO THE B.S. AGGERMENT THAT WILL TRY AND STOP THE NEXT SUIT.

Like that’s going to happen

As they say
”lawyer’s along with bankers should be … and we would have a better place to live
I love the new one on the terms it state’s that if you pay your phone bill late the this new thing called UNIVERSAL DEFAULT kicks in and the can then up your interest to the default rate of somewhere in the 30% range.

Nice for them but hey they still send you some of those conveyance check’s so you can deposit it in you acct and get the cash to pay that now knew higher %%%%%%% & payment what a joke this has all become when it is so f)(&*cking simple in the first place if everyone would be fare to start with

It no wonder that the BK rate is going through the roof so bad that the corp. didn’t want to fix it they just wanted to fix ix for the corp. the average just keeps going up

Makes you wonder where that big slush fund is that is paying all the bank’s for these BK’s cuss.. you know there not taking a loss off it not the bank’s not a chance ‘s

I had a wise friend once tell me that if he saw that a particular person was a lawyer who was running for a particular office, he automatically just voted the other person on the ballot.

His rational was that we have enough lawyers running things who have successful screwed things up already and a change is necessary and the lawyers of this country have not effected the necessary changes the Country needs. The reason why they can't effect the necessary changes, is due to obvious conflicts of interest.

Ya hey Zack not so funny how they did'nt tell you that you did'nt have a chance intill they got you for the $15,000.00. What changed so much from the start that they could'nt see the loss that they saw after you paid them that money.
seem's to me thatthere is nothing that has change that much in till the end. not in the middle of it. unless there was info they did'nt get at the start.

If they had all the info from the start and then came to me and said it's a no win I think there might be a csae ( not that's you would want to get going on anothre one when one is more than tring as it is.

But come on these gut are pro's right when some one has me build for them andif I were to come to them in the middle of the porject and say that ("it look's like there no way we can complete this house for you the foundation is all wrong and won't fit the plan's")

My but would be suied, along with my lic. revocked, my bond paid out and a host of other not so nice thing's to boot

The lawyer's can say the same and don't have to worry about a thing what a bunch of crap.

I have a lawyer in the family and it was interesting when after I had build a cabin for him and count less ther thing over 5the years and we had traded for most. thatas soon as I asked him to go after my mortage and broker and with him knowing me and how it was a raw deal he woulod'nt do it some crap about it could go on for a long time and he had a friend that did it and had to mortage his house to keep up withe cost & almost lost it before thecase was through. but it did'nt seem to come up that there might be limits to his service when I was doing the work for him.

what do you do

Lawyer well you kill all the lawyers' did'nt I read that some place

I better go and see if I can find where i read that there might be some other goood advise I need cus I like the first bit don't you.

You they got you come in and going out don't they hard to keep up these days they make good use of these computers for the screwing of americans.

L8r glad to see you got out with some of your shirt.
