The Seven Courses of Victory (August 12, 2007)

The Bible talks of the heavens being set to their courses not in chaos. The steps of faith are progressive from a tentative lean to a comforting shelter to finally an "amen" agreement. Victory has seven courses that are progressive and necessary to not be chaos. I will discuss them and I want you to pay close attention because by knowing these you will understand the courses you have passed through, where you are now and what courses await you. If you don't identify with these courses don't worry about it you're not on the course of victory. The first step or courses one must take is what separates the losers from the victorious. Each course will appear encroaching on the previous one when its time to change courses.

Course One is Faith:
Now faith is a specific as the faith of Christ. It is not self-will generated. It is an obedient response to the word of God. If God does not speak there is no opportunity for faith. If God does speak then creation has been initiated and you now have the opportunity to allow the faith of Christ which is a sold out obedience to "amen" what was spoken to see it come to pass. Of course this is the starting block of all victories because all victories reside in Christ. All things not this faith are sin. (Rom. 14:23) It is the unforgivable sin of blasphemy because you're calling the truth a lie. That is the starting block of all failure. There are a few here who have started at faith but most are faithless. Your destinies are different. When considering these courses though they are progressive they are not mutually exclusive. Though you have to pass through all seven courses you must take faith to the finish line. Faith somewhat is of a confusing state because it generally is paradoxical to the set of circumstances of the opportunity and the religious traditions of man. Obedience is a creaturely response to One greater than us in all ways. Because of the fact God is superior understanding of the directive is rarely a gift you can use to justify obedience. It is more a courageous gut commitment borne out of trust. Trust is best exposed as real when without understanding you act based solely on the relationship.

Course Two is Wisdom:
Wisdom is the natural progressive blossom of faith because faith is the only wise choice but there is more. When faith launches you on the course of victory you will rarely have a clue of what God is doing though you will have a hope. Circumstances will almost always defy the promise inherent in God's words therefore you will need supernatural wisdom to shore up your confused reason. A certain kind of sense comes over you about God being about a larger plan than you had imagined. Since in all ways He exceeds our faculties this is God kind of letting us catch up. Wisdom is rarely induced in an instant. Most revelation is instantaneous but wisdom is more complete. It has a backward and forward look with its comprehension. It’s where wet cement of the promise solidifies enough for you to get your footing. If faith is the jump, wisdom is where by begin standing or making your stand.

Course Three is Patience:
Since wisdom is not instant the time it takes to mature is patience. This is where the wrestling, inner turmoil, and conflicts are reconciled. Doubts oppose faith, wisdom opposes reason, and time is the tempter. We think now that we have a general understanding God is finished His work. Still the trial continues and continues. The entire time the furnace keeps bringing the dross of our soul to the surface. A certain appreciation of God's mastery is added to our wisdom and a toughness of endurance. This will probably be one of the longest courses and where we accuse God of being far away, silent, or deaf. We'll question our faith and the wisdom until we determine to keep them or cast them off and derail ourselves off course. The greatest benefit is that the temptation towards pride because of your faith and wisdom is exhausted. If you're honest with yourself you realize that if God wasn't nurturing you through this course you would surely have failed.

Course Four is Mercy:
God has sustained you, exposed your weaknesses, and remained loyal through all your wrangling. You're not proud; you see your weakness and dangerous proclivity towards sin. God is still here loving you in your imagination more than you deserve and you realize His mercy…you want to be a champion but are only still on course, in the fight, because of His strength. You see yourself as the cracked pot the potter restores into a vessel of honor. The parable of the unforgiving servant now measures you. (Matt. 18:23-35) You see and have experienced God's patient mercy and you can no longer look on those who have betrayed you or are functioning as your enemy as lower than yourself. An understanding that God delays His judgment and patiently nurtures those whom He loves. His mercy is an undeniable fact witnessed by yourself. All your rough edges are now a bit rounded. This understanding of His mercy can only be borne out of a patient drawn out exposure of yourself in the heat of the trial. If you fail here you'll become embittered, blames others, and become a harsh judge and critic.

Course Five is Judgment:
There are countless examples of evil and harsh judges in the Scriptures. The best and holy judges have all passed through the prior courses. It is out of being judged by God through His mercy that one finds the right approach which is a wise, patient, and merciful judgment that is founded on faith as a reverent, obedient trust of God as a good judge. God loved you through all your weakness and the lobe flows through your judgments. This is not a non-judgment but a righteous judgment that is honest and based on truth. You're functioning as an agent of God's judgment without the contamination of your finite opinion. Events, the trial, and the parties are measured against God's plan and not against another man. Truth is what is and at the end of this course truth is a settled matter. Most of all you have judged yourself wisely.

Course Six is Peace:
All the prior courses had a bit of chaos within them. Not from God's perspective but from ours. Our ignorance of the real facts and our limited faculties keeps us humble, childlike, and trusting. This course is where the hindsight returns a smile to your face. Now there is a certain peace that always resides with you during your battle of faith with Christ but this is a territory, a possession, after the war. Uncertainty has departed, faith has prevailed and God was proved true. The enemies have been vanquish by a holy judgment and are now powerless. This is the course of peace. It was like the peace you had before the fiery trial of faith suddenly appeared but is now more refined, sweeter, and greater than before. Everything seems to make sense again. There's a childlike satisfaction and knowledge that my daddy is the biggest and strongest. You feel untouchable because God has delivered you... Words are hard to form around what all of you can recall from your previous victories but you know what I'm" talking of and know when you've arrived at this course.

Course Seven is Goodness:
Out of peace and vanquished enemies comes a prosperity not only in the recouping of losses but the added gains. In Job it was a double portion. Goodness is more than possession of property or chattel it is the possession of completeness as to the working of God. The treasures of your matured spiritual relationship changes the methods and dealings you employ. The one who began the trial no longer exist but has been extinguished by the new creation that you are. Your entire paradigm is a place never known before yet thoroughly mapped by these seven courses. God wraps up human history of the victorious like He wraps up each individual trial. These courses are a pattern certain with God. Knowing God and having these as eternal truths are perhaps the ultimate of the goodness.

When your trial is all said and done you will have passed through every one of these courses. If you have not you quit in the middle. Each course lingers like the colors of the rainbow. You can pass through them from the outside in or the inside out in a progressive order but in the end you will still have all seven present. They build progressively but embrace each other. Faith as the start is also the finish. Wisdom once gained will never leave the side of faith. Patience though very difficult will sure up all these courses/gifts with the endurance they need to remain and prosper. Mercy likewise once discovered will reveal her scent was in every instant and will change your view permanently. Judgment will be foolish if you had not collected all the treasures of the journey and it will function well for peace and goodness as well as an honest hindsight of the journey you took to get to judgment. Peace will solicit you through every stage in your future battles as the promise inherent once you have experience. Goodness is what we all suspected was the state of dwelling with God though we had a selfish desire not to take the courses necessary to arrive there.

Now for those of you who know the living God I have given you a truth, a key. to unlock the mystery of where you are in your journey at the moment. Secondly you can review all these Blogs and identify exactly when I was making all the transition in the courses toward the victory destined for Dorean and you. You will also know right where we are next and be able to determine from what I'm writing recently that we are making another transition and to what stage. If you figure this out you'll start to get excited.

Apparently Judge Johnson thought that a Bill of exchange was GOOD ENOUGH or satisfied the requirements for payment, rather than having to show a "cashiers check" or "certified funds". That's what I take out of this case as SIGNIFICANT. If Fugate gave funds that were acceptable, then the debt is discharged, regardless of how things got twisted later. Accepting that premise, this case adds more credence to the Dorean Group "bond" that was presented to all lenders for their clients.

Pauligirl, do you know if the foreclosure was finalized with an eventual eviction where the bank took literal possession of the Fugate/Ward home & resold it? It appears there isn't enough information to totally understand what transpired LATER.

I don't understand how the Treasury Account thing works. I think it has something to do with a person's unlimited exemption to discharge a debt. I seriously doubt if Ms. Fugate had actual funds on account in her Treasury Account she set up, like a person would have verifiable funds at a bank account. I have her physical mailing address somewhere, I'll have to look and find it. She would be the person to ask many of your questions.
If what Ms. Fugate presented in her Bill of Exchange argument was overturnable, it must have been some sort of scam, wouldn't you agree? If it wasn't a scam, there has to be something to all of this that she did.

If it was a scam, why hasn't someone heard about this Ms. Fugate character getting charged with fraud, being persecuted by the press, and investigated by the FBI & thrown in jail & her being charged with passing "ficitious instruments" by the governmental department that handles this?

Such an important win in Court with such interesting implications, you would think the government would want to make a public example out of her & completely humiliate her so no one else ever tries this again, or so no one else tries to figure out how to do everything correctly so it can never be overturned or challenged.

The property was sold. I can't tell for sure, but it appears that Ward may have abandoned the property as all mail to them from the court was returned to the court as undeliverable.
I agee with you that if what Ms. Fugate presented in her Bill of Exchange argument was overturnable, it must have been some sort of scam. And that's exactly what the count declared.
I did some more digging under Fugate's name and found the order that stated in court that Fugate's Bill of Exchange was a fraudulent financial instrument. I have no idea what may have happened to Ms. Fugate.

It's just amazing the things you can find on the Internet. . I was trying to find if any charges were ever filed against Ms. Fugate when I ran across a federal lawsuit in Florida against Kahn et al, about fraudulent tax schemes. ( In this lawsuit, it says Kahn was advising his clients to use Bills of Exchange to pay the IRS. Of course the IRS says fraud, because there is no money to back it. It's just a piece of paper. More of Kahn's advice from the lawsuit: "On his advice, customers declare their families tobe ministries and select an "overseer" ("usually . . . the man of the house") to run the corporation sole. Kahn claims that the customer is "taking care of the
assets of God that he has given [him or her] to take care of while . . . on this earth." By Kahn's
logic, property transferred to the corporation sole "is being given away to a religious order so it
no longer belongs to the family, even though the family may be the religious order."

Here is where it gets interesting:
ARL/GLGM files corporations sole papers for customers with the Washington, Utah, or
Nevada Secretary of State. Jimmy Fugate, who lives in Florida, purchased an ARL/GLGM
corporation sole, Grace Covenant Ministries, registered in Washington. After failing to satisfy
his $137,318.57 federal tax liability with one of ARL/GLGM's counterfeit checks, Fugate
fraudulently transferred his residence to Grace Covenant Ministries.

Now, in searching on Sara Fugate, one of the things she did in an effort to save the property was not only using the Bill of exchange, she also deeded the property prior to the foreclosure to United Grace Covenant registered in Washington. Deed in Book 5076, page3272, Volusia County Registry.

After a little more digging, I find (surprise) that Jimmy and Sara are married and that they are Dorean clients for property in Marion County (but not on the Volusua property) Jimmy Fugate's name is on Charles Dewey Tobias's restitution list. Foreclosure was filed on the Marion County property, and a Writ of Possession Executed 09/11/2006, but there was no deed filed. A true release from the mortage company was filed, so they must have paid it off. However, the IRS is still filing liens against Jimmy Fugate as late as 6/4/07.

Seems like it would have been cheaper just to pay the bills.

In case anybody wonders (or even noticed) what Fugate has to do with Ward's foreclosure...She originally owned the property. Sara sold it to Ward, he got a loan. Sara also took back a note and mortgage for the remainder of the purchase price. When it appeared that Ward was going to be foreclosed, he deeded it back to Sara. She wanted to protect her interest because Ward still owed her money and she would be out if the property didn't sell for enough to cover both loans since the bank was in first lien position. However, all this is assumption on my part from reading the deeds–there may be some relationship between Fugate and Ward that is not disclosed by the public record.

Oh, it appears that Kahn "helped" Wesley Snipes with his taxes.

In Banc One's appearance on appeal, to overturn Fugate's Judgment, as testimony, the Bank provides testimony of a $72.00 check that was ALLEGEDLY issued for that amount & used AS FACTS to overturn the lower court judgment. If the judgment to overturn Fugate's lower court victory is suppose to be based upon facts, WHY DO WE SEE WORDS LIKE "ALLEGEDLY" in this judgment to support Facts? Some things said to justify the overturn of Fugates lower court judgment seems very "fishy" to me.

How do we know that Fugate refused to TESTIFY UNDER OATH in this appeal & what was the extend of Fugate's involvement in this appeal?

Also why is Fugate writing a Bill of Exchange for only $72.00 and what is that for? Is there any evidence in the record that showed this $72.00 Bill of Exchange that is was actually issued by Fugate? Or is this $72.00 instrument something that is completely made up by Banc One & maybe could be a "fictitious instrument"?

Why would Fugate submit a COPY instead of the ORIGINAL Bill of Exchange to a Richardson, TX bank which was operated by a subsidiary of Mellon Bank for $72.00?

In the Judge's order on appeal, it says: "Defendant should submit the ORIGINAL Bill of Exchange to the Secretary of the Treasury, United States Dept. of the Treasury for processing."
Did the Richardson, TX bank KEEP THE ORIGINAL BILL OF EXCHANGE FOR $72.00? If so, why would they do that?

Last year I deposited a check from someone that owed me $35.00 in my bank which was a different bank than the issuer of the check. The bank the check was written on, Wells Fargo, KEPT THE ORIGINAL CHECK for $35.00. Apparently later I found out that the person that owed me money, wrote me a bad check. The bank sent me back a "copy" of that check that said, "Returned reason, "non sufficient funds". On this returned check, it also said, "This is a legal copy of your check. You can use it the same way you would use the ORIGINAL check."

Getting back to the Fugate issue, my question is, why couldn't the Richardson, TX bank, put on this Bill of Exchange, the same wording, so that the COPY is just as good as the ORIGINAL and that would negate the necessity to send the original Bill of Exchange to the Secreatry of the Treasury, United Sates Dept. of the Treasury for processing the $72.00?

There are alot of things that just aren't adding up in this judgment in the appellant court to me.

Mr. Kerr, witness for Banc One testified that the instrument submitted by the defendant were fraudulent and worthless, with respect to the instrument being redeemable by the U.S. Treasury.

Federal Reserve notes are also not redeemable and are worthless too since the U.S. Treasury won't redeem them either with gold or silver, so I fail to see Mr. Kerr's point.

If you sign a Bill of exchange and state "without recourse" does that relieve you of civil and criminal prosecution for an instrument that is later determined to be ficitious by the Court?

If not, still the question exists and remains, why was Ms. Fugate not prosecuted for passing a "ficitious instrument" as they call it. Isn't there enough so called "evidence" based upon the appeal case to justify a prosecution of Fugate? Why is the government not doing their job here?

There is no money to back Federal Reserve Notes either. It's just pieces of paper. Just because Congress made them "Legal Tender" does not mean they are any more valuable than a Bill of Exchange.

Swami: I think the face of Bruce Macomber should be put in a link in a pdf format on this blog, so EVERYONE can appreciate what he has to say even more. There's something to be said about "visualization".

Who really knows, with all of the relationships of even good people & even better than him in my humble opionion, that are unable to stay together for one reason or another, EVEN BRUCE could become SINGLE again. It's certainly possible!!! Stranger things have happened. Maybe it might help him in such an unfortunate event, to be happy again by someone wanting to be with him, just by seeing his picture on this blog. I truly have his best interests at heart.

Course if Bruce thinks he is going to be married forever in the flesh without any real test that could POTENTIALLY separate or TEST his relationship, maybe such thinking is just pure arrogance & based solely upon his own personal presumption?

You know, there is something to be said for judging just by APPEARANCE alone, in my opinion, that is the judgment that Bruce has done from the beginning, that is, "judging by appearance alone". He truly can't ascertain the hearts of Kurt & Scott; only God can do that. How strange that Bruce acts as a judgmental god, but believes there is only one God? How narsicisstic or hypocritical is that? Even Kurt, who is portrayed by Bruce as narsicisstic, admits that he can't judge the intents & hearts of others, so all clients will get what was promised to them originally even if they lost the faith & spoke out against Dorean.

Maybe we could do a survey on this blog, judging by "appearance alone," if the face of Bruce, can even be trusted, since he is the "poster child" that the "prosecution will steam roll right over the Dorean Group" giving them not even a snow ball's chance in hell of succeeding.

If no one can find Bruce's tryout with "Up with People", I would settle for at least seeing Bruce's face once again sometime before I die.

I don't believe he has put a copyright on that face of his yet.

Besides, according to his own logic & actions, if it is put out there on the internet BY THE SAME PERSON, it is fair game to distribute & publish it at will anywhere on the internet. This is known as "Bruce's law". Course Bruce has never been a proponent of privacy issues. Even the information he collected by signups on his website were never safe & probably still aren't in my opinion.

And we all know it's a basic universal law that whatever standard of judgment we judge, it will be metted back to us again. I really don't believe Bruce would care anyway.

Besides, it might be good & free advertising for his internet site. I BELIEVE he can really use all the income and public exposure he can get following his public and well known recent and admitted bankruptcy anyway.

After all, he has used this Dorean blog for a long time to net himself more exposure & more income for himself by referring people to his own internet site and his own interests. I don't fault him for doing that, for trying to sell whatever he can, but interestingly enough he has faulted others for doing the exact same thing that he's done. Imagine that? Course Nemo believes his own S*IT DON'T STINK EVER.

Maybe some really admire Bruce for his sheer consistency and would really like to see the face behind all of his charm and wit?

interesting parable about wolfs....

Solomon’s immortal words, "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven" (Eccl. 3:1), are far more than a simple observation about the daily flow of life on Earth. They hold the key to understanding prophecy, and the patient waiting for His plan to unfold.

There are prophecies in the Bible that roll across many ages before they reach their final resolution. But time is the essence of understanding, and progressive revelation is a great teacher. In the contrition of his latter years, Solomon came to understand this all too well. A bit later, we shall look more closely into Solomon’s view of time.

First, however, we’ll look at the lives of two men, separated in time by over a thousand years, yet curiously linked by time, destiny and an Old Testament prophecy. Jointly, they fulfill the words of an obscure statement that seems quite difficult to understand at first. But time has already unlocked many of its hidden meanings, and doubtless, will continue to do so. Some may be seen at the present time, others await future insight.

The prophecy in question was given long ago, as Jacob neared death in the 17th century B.C. He gathered his twelve sons together, in order to deliver a final word of prophecy to each of them. In so doing, he spanned the centuries in a panorama that would take the twelve tribes of Israel forward into the age of the Kingdom.

His predictions include the great Messianic prophecy, "The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come" (Gen. 49:10).

They speak of Dan as a "serpent by the way, an adder in the path" (Gen. 49:17). They tell of Joseph’s future as "a fruitful bough," who will receive the "blessings of the deep" (Gen. 49:22, 25). Some have suggested that this may be a reference to huge, untapped oil reserves.

These and other prophecies of Genesis 49 have often been studied and given great weight in the understanding of Israel’s historical development. But the last of Jacob’s twelve prophetic utterances is usually ignored

It is little more than a brief sentence. Not only that, it is a dark condemnation, likening one of the twelve tribes to a predator — a hungry wolf. Of all the sinister predatory visions one can imagine, a wolf pack is one of the most ominous. Yet there it is, Jacob’s twelfth and final prophecy, looming in sinister condemnation:

"Benjamin shall ravin as a wolf: in the morning he shall devour the prey, and at night he shall divide the spoil" (Gen. 49:27).

Everyone knows that wolves travel in packs, acting as a team to surround and kill their prey. They are hardly a picture that one would associate with one of the blessed tribes of Israel. Quite the opposite, they are the very symbol of mindless predation. Even Jesus uses the wolf as a symbol of dark wickedness:

"But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep" (John 10:12).

More than that, the wolf is often pictured in legend and epic lore as demonic. They often represent human incarnations of demon spirits. Think for a moment about the spirit of the werewolf, possessing a human being who murderously roams the countryside on the night of the full moon.

How can it be that the offspring of Benjamin are prophetically ordained to play some sort of role that conforms to this type? It appears that they will oppose the redemptive plan of God. How can this be properly interpreted? In the long span of time, what does it mean?

The Two Sauls

There are two men prominently mentioned in Scripture. Both are from the tribe of the wolf, as we might call it. Their lives demonstrate both the complexity of the Lord’s plan, and the fullness of His grace.

One of these men is the Apostle Paul. At his birth into the tribe of Benjamin, he was given the name, "Saul." In Hebrew, his name sha’ ul is taken from a word root that means "asked or requested." The Theological Wordbook of the Old Testament defines its primary pronunciation and definition as follows:

"In its usage, sha’al signifies ‘to ask’ something or someone, whether the request to be an asking for some physical object … or for some information … or whether it be in the form of a demand made by a superior upon an inferior … or the begging petition of a suppliant" (p. 891).

Saul, the doctrinaire Pharisee, enters the New Testament narrative as a man bent upon destroying the infant church, before it can grow into a "renegade" Jewish faction that overthrows the ancient traditions.

He was commissioned for this purpose by no less an authority than the high priest:

"And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest,

"And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem.

"And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven:

"And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? (Acts 9:1-4).

The Heart of a Wolf

It is critically important to observe that before departing for Damascus, Saul "desired" letters of authorization from the high priest. The Greek verb used here is , meaning to "ask or request." Thus, Saul’s very name becomes the action that sent him on a mission that began in time but ended in eternity, as the light from heaven shone upon him, revealing his dark heart … the heart of a wolf on its way to scatter the sheep.

At this time, about seven years had passed since Christ’s resurrection, and the early church had spread beyond Judea and Samaria to the regions outside Israel. Saul must have felt a real need to extinguish these outlying churches before they could affect Jewish communities there.

It is well known that Saul, struck down on the way to Damascus, experienced a dramatic reversal. The next three decades of his life enact as radical a change as one can imagine. Law and Pharisaical despotism became grace. Arrogance became humility. Saul became Paul (the Greek for Paulles, meaning little or diminutive), the name he uses as he embarks upon his first missionary journey. The great one became the small and humble servant. Only then was he deemed worthy of doing the Lord’s work.

Equally as important, time became eternity. The man who walked the dusty roads of the world began to experience the golden streets of heaven. His view was extended from the finite to the infinite.

In his first letter to the Corinthians, Paul made a curious statement regarding time. After recounting the large number of witnesses who could testify to Christ’s resurrection, he said, "And last of all he was seen of me also, as one born out of due time" (I Cor. 15:8).

Here, he literally says that his spiritual birth was untimely. The Greek is ektroma, denoting an abortion or premature birth. In one sense, because he had not had the experience of walking with Christ before His resurrection, Paul’s spiritual birth found him in an unprepared state, felled on the road to Damascus as a persecutor of Christians. Dazed and blinded, he was like a newborn babe.

But in another sense, he was born prematurely, with respect to the future redemption of beloved Israel. Paul, a graduate of the Graeco-Roman schools of Tarsus, and student of Israel’s greatest living sage, Gamaliel, was in every sense, a representative of national Israel.

"I am verily a man which am a Jew, born in Tarsus, a city in Cilicia, yet brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, and taught according to the perfect manner of the law of the fathers, and was zealous toward God, as ye all are this day" (Acts 22:3).

Doubtless, at the zenith of his life, he saw himself as the perfect representation of spiritual Israel. But he received the shock of his life when the Lord chose him for a special work. Of all people, he was to become the Apostle to the Gentiles.

Shockingly, he had become part of the very body he sought to destroy. Ironically, this great legalist was singled out as the man whose epistles would detail the very definition of the church as the body of Christ, saved by grace and justified by faith.

His own words testify to the fact that he viewed himself as prematurely born, while his people continued to walk in ignorance and spiritual blindness. He never forgot them, even though he saw them as unsaved:

"Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.

"For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.

"For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

"Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth" (Rom. 10:1-4).

But though they were unsaved, he realized that there was still a future for his people. The twelve tribes are written into the word in a very special way, and to them is reserved a special destiny in the Kingdom of the Promised Land. But some two thousand years must elapse, between Paul’s salvation and the salvation of national Israel. Hence, his statement about being born too soon.

About twenty-five years later, in his letter to the Philippians, he wrote about his earlier life as an authority in Israel:

"Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more:

"Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee;

"Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless.

"But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ" (Phil. 3:4-7).

Here, Paul rejects his proud Benjamite heritage. Under its traditions, he had been a ravening wolf, a predator who was bent upon destroying the church. Now, Paul views his Jewish credentials as worthless, from the perspective of his new life in Christ. He acknowledges that in the eyes of the world, they might count for something important, and in his former life he acted with aggressive passion as he went about the business of defending classic Judaism.

In a dramatic moment upon that road to Damascus, the prophesied role of Benjamin was overthrown by an act of grace. The ravening wolf became a servant of the Great Shepherd. That moment still sends forth ripples through time-space into our era, as others receive the Word through his transcendent epistles.

The Wolf Who Was King

Just over a thousand years before these events, another young man named Saul, anointed by the prophet Samuel, rose to become the first King of Israel.

At first, this Saul was a humble young man, modest and quiet. He was tall, handsome, and Scripture refers to him as a person of superior attributes. God knew that the people had cried out for a king to be over Israel, and Saul was chosen.

The mechanism of this choice seemed accidental, but of course, there are no accidents in the plan of God. He had lost his father’s donkeys and sought out a seer — Samuel — to tell him where they were. He thought that when they were found, the seer would require payment.

At the same time, the Lord spoke to Samuel, informing him of Saul’s approach. The prophet was told that this young man was to be Israel’s leader. The people had clamored for a king. In other words, the people had "asked and requested," and this was the Lord’s answer. As it would turn out, Saul became a great illustration of the old maxim, "Be careful what you ask for, the Lord may give it to you."

The Lord spoke to Samuel:

"To morrow about this time I will send thee a man out of the land of Benjamin, and thou shalt anoint him to be captain over my people Israel, that he may save my people out of the hand of the Philistines: for I have looked upon my people, because their cry is come unto me.

"And when Samuel saw Saul, the LORD said unto him, Behold the man whom I spake to thee of! this same shall reign over my people.

"Then Saul drew near to Samuel in the gate, and said, Tell me, I pray thee, where the seer’s house is.

"And Samuel answered Saul, and said, I am the seer: go up before me unto the high place; for ye shall eat with me to day, and to morrow I will let thee go, and will tell thee all that is in thine heart.

And as for thine asses that were lost three days ago, set not thy mind on them; for they are found. And on whom is all the desire of Israel? Is it not on thee, and on all thy father’s house?

And Saul answered and said, Am not I a Benjamite, of the smallest of the tribes of Israel? and my family the least of all the families of the tribe of Benjamin? wherefore then speakest thou so to me?" (I Sam. 9:16-21).

Saul, the Benjamite, started as an unassuming man of limited confidence, but grew into a raging and indecisive tyrant, chosen of God to demonstrate that the appearance of power is not enough. His appearance was great, but he possessed a severe personality disorder. Under pressure, he acted rashly. He was a demonstration to Israel that true leadership comes from the Spirit of the Lord, not from human prowess.

His great sin was disobedience to God in the matter of the Amalakites. After capturing this criminal people, Saul rejected his judicially assigned role to execute the death sentence upon their leader, Agag. Furthermore, he left their flocks alive and allowed his people to take Amalakite loot to their tents, in direct contradiction of God’s order. In the end, he became a curse to his people, who were about to experience severe turmoil, as power was handed from Saul to David. In the end, the Lord’s blessing was withdrawn:

"But the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him.

"And Saul’s servants said unto him, Behold now, an evil spirit from God troubleth thee" (I Sam 16:14, 15).

On the whole, Saul was more of a judge to Israel than a king. Just as Jacob had prophesied for Benjamin’s offspring so many years before, he had become a ravening wolf, using his people for his own ends. His jealous competition with David reveals him as crafty and devious.

Saul and Sheol

This brings us to another amazing prophetic truth concerning the Saul’s name. In Hebrew, it is spelled exactly the same way as sheol! This word, used in the Old Testament to indicate the underworld, the grave or the pit is spelled with the identical four letters, but using different vowel pointers, so that it is pronounced she’ ol, instead of sha’ ul. Considering King Saul’s final encounter with a spirit beyond the grave, this fact assumes great importance.

Furthermore, the Philistines massed for battle, and the king had no idea how to respond to them. As a last resort, he sought out the spirit medium who lived at Endor, with the insane idea of bringing Samuel up from the grave for a little advice. Saul disguised himself and visited her, desiring a consultation. At first she refused, reminding him that under king Saul’s own decree, she could be put to death.

In desperate straits, Saul promised that she would receive no punishment for her wicked act:

"Then said the woman, Whom shall I bring up unto thee? And he said, Bring me up Samuel.

"And when the woman saw Samuel, she cried with a loud voice: and the woman spake to Saul, saying, Why hast thou deceived me? for thou art Saul.

"And the king said unto her, Be not afraid: for what sawest thou? And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth.

"And he said unto her, What form is he of? And she said, An old man cometh up; and he is covered with a mantle. And Saul perceived that it was Samuel, and he stooped with his face to the ground, and bowed himself.

"And Samuel said to Saul, Why hast thou disquieted me, to bring me up? And Saul answered, I am sore distressed; for the Philistines make war against me, and God is departed from me, and answereth me no more, neither by prophets, nor by dreams: therefore I have called thee, that thou mayest make known unto me what I shall do.

" Then said Samuel, Wherefore then dost thou ask of me, seeing the LORD is departed from thee, and is become thine enemy?

"And the LORD hath done to him, as he spake by me: for the LORD hath rent the kingdom out of thine hand, and given it to thy neighbour, even to David" (I Sam. 28:11-17).

He and his servants played out the role of a pack of wolves, who tried to kill David. His reign grew increasingly corrupt. Finally, he was even willing to consort with the underworld. He turned out to be what we, today, would call "an empty suit." He looked good, but he was without character or spiritual depth.

Following the death of his prophet and advisor, Saul realized that he was about to lose his throne. He became hysterically desperate.

In the end, Saul violated his own prohibition against consorting with spirit mediums, as his infamous visit to the witch of Endor summoned the prophet Samuel’s final words from beyond the grave. They sound his death knell:

"Because thou obeyedst not the voice of the LORD, nor executedst his fierce wrath upon Amalek, therefore hath the LORD done this thing unto thee this day

"Moreover the LORD will also deliver Israel with thee into the hand of the Philistines: and to morrow shalt thou and thy sons be with me: the LORD also shall deliver the host of Israel into the hand of the Philistines" (I Sam. 28:18, 19).

After his impromptu séance, Saul concluded with great dismay that the Spirit of the Lord had departed from him. Furthermore, Samuel would appear no more. The words of his curse rang in the monarch’s ears. Over the years, Saul had developed a deep dependence upon the prophet. The king was in a state of panic.

Soon after these words, in a battle with the Philistines, Saul died an ignominious death. Wounded, he fell upon his own sword. Saul, the "people’s choice," dissolved into hopelessness and fear, possessed of a dark spirit. May we call it the spirit of the wolf?

A Play on Words

In this historic moment, Saul’s trickery and deceit are exposed to the light of truth. Saul, the tall and handsome man whom the people had asked for, had now come to make a request of his own. He asked the woman to bring up the prophet Samuel from sheol.

In this amazing play on words, a tragic and wicked episode in the history of Israel is brought to an end. This moment in time and space brings to unity the linguistic importance of a word that is far more than just a word. Saul prophesied to behave in character like the predatory wolf, which functions as part of a pack. But when separated from the pack and required to hunt on his own, he is fearful, defensive and helpless.

A millennium later, the second Benjamite, Saul, had also gone forth as a ravening wolf against God’s elect people. He made a request of the high priest, and was granted permission to search the synagogues of Damascus for defectors from traditional Judaism.

He, too, acted as part of a "pack," namely, the sect of the Pharisees. At the stoning of Steven, he behaved in precisely this way:

"And cast him out of the city, and stoned him: and the witnesses laid down their clothes at a young man’s feet, whose name was Saul" (Acts 17:58).

Here, the young Saul is seen acting as overseer in the execution of a Christian martyr. He is not alone. His "hunting pack" does his work for him. It seems that he was quite successful in his nefarious pursuits, right up until the moment that the Lord struck him down.

But unlike the first Saul, this one was the recipient of God’s miraculous grace. The ravening Saul became the obedient Paul. A member of the ravening tribe was brought into the household of God. He was born prematurely, long before the remainder of Benjamin and the other tribes are finally reconciled to the Lord in the restored Kingdom.

Time — the Human Perspective

Earlier, we spoke of Solomon’s discourse upon time, as it applies to the plan of God. The famous words that follow paint a compelling picture of times and seasons. They are often quoted, even by men whose faith is in the world, rather than the Lord. Regarded as refined poetic expression, these dramatic phrases are spoken at funerals and state occasions of all sorts, where they impress listeners with the stark truth and dynamic flow of life on Earth:

"To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

"A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

"A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;

"A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

"A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;

"A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;

"A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;

"A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

"What profit hath he that worketh in that wherein he laboureth?

"I have seen the travail, which God hath given to the sons of men to be exercised in it.

"He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end" (Eccl. 3:1-11).

These rhythmic couplets hammer out the hard reality of finite existence. Though life may seem to hold importance, it is fleeting. Things, events and people have a beginning and an end. Though this truth may seem blatantly obvious, men conventionally ignore it, assigning great importance to their achievements, and behaving as though their activities can somehow redeem humanity.

Solomon, whose life was on continuous exhibit in a parade of riches and power, came to an end in a descending vortex of debauchery and political conflict. Though in his youth, he had prayed for wisdom to guide his people, he progressively ignored the Lord’s wisdom. The forty years of his reign left the kingdom deeply divided. When he died, it split in two. The reasons for this dire historical break are quite clear.

His seven hundred wives and three hundred concubines had captured his heart, soul and worship. He erected high places for Chemosh and Molech. These were idols of the Moabites and Ammonites, and they were dedicated to child sacrifice!

"And the LORD was angry with Solomon, because his heart was turned from the LORD God of Israel, which had appeared unto him twice,

"And had commanded him concerning this thing, that he should not go after other gods: but he kept not that which the LORD commanded.

"Wherefore the LORD said unto Solomon, Forasmuch as this is done of thee, and thou hast not kept my covenant and my statutes, which I have commanded thee, I will surely rend the kingdom from thee, and will give it to thy servant" (I Kings 11:9-11).

Thus was Solomon’s tribe of Judah compromised, torn from Israel and weakened by degrees. In the end, both Israel and Judah were defeated. First the Assyrians, then the Babylonians tore the twelve tribes apart. What had begun with such promise became just so much dust in the wind.

Solomon wrote Ecclesiastes late in life. His glory was beginning to fade. He was beginning to see life "under the sun" (i.e., in the physical world), as empty and worthless. He recalls his past:

"I the Preacher was king over Israel in Jerusalem.

"And I gave my heart to seek and search out by wisdom concerning all things that are done under heaven: this sore travail hath God given to the sons of man to be exercised therewith.

"I have seen all the works that are done under the sun; and, behold, all is vanity and vexation of spirit.

"That which is crooked cannot be made straight: and that which is wanting cannot be numbered.

"I communed with mine own heart, saying, Lo, I am come to great estate, and have gotten more wisdom than all they that have been before me in Jerusalem: yea, my heart had great experience of wisdom and knowledge.

"And I gave my heart to know wisdom, and to know madness and folly: I perceived that this also is vexation of spirit.

"For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow" (Eccl. 1:12-18).

Here, Solomon laments the sad truth that his reign is drawing to a close as a shattered and hopeless tangle of conflicts and idolatries. Now, he discovers that he is helpless. After praying for and receiving the great gift of wisdom as a youth, he seems almost shocked to discover that even this was not enough to perfect the Kingdom of David.

He rightly observes that life is "crooked," and that it "cannot be made straight." This is a figure of humanity’s sin. A simple reading of history reveals that what Solomon says is quite true. A myriad of plans and programs have come and gone and the troubles of the world persist — even growing worse. Poverty and famine are rampant, as is the corruption of men who have collected taxes as a pretext for ending that poverty.

Solomon observes what the truly wise know today, that human sin is the problem, and that no king or secular administration, no matter how wise, can solve or correct it. A millennium after Solomon, Jesus observed that this condition would persist. He said, "For ye have the poor with you always, and whensoever ye will he may do the good: but me ye have not always" (Mark 14:7).

This, of course, was his answer to Judas, who enunciated the high-sounding idea that poverty might be solved by applying money to the problem. Solomon had all the money in the world, and he realized that it could change nothing. In a sense, he lived life to show that the greatest of human wisdom is inadequate to improve man’s basic flaw.

And his famous final words are classic:

"The words of the wise are as goads, and as nails fastened by the masters of assemblies, which are given from one shepherd.

"And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh.

"Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

"For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil" (Eccl. 12:11-14).

In the end, Solomon saw that human wisdom could change nothing, but that, "… the words of the wise are as goads." These goads, the sharp points used to keep an animal from kicking, are words of condemnation that he knows he deserves. He knows that he can do nothing but acknowledge the sovereignty of the Lord … that he cannot escape the sharp condemnation of his own words.

In one sense, mortal man will never come to a full understanding of God’s eternal plan. This will not be news to anyone who has spent more than a few minutes contemplating cosmic complexities, but even in this thought, we should not dismiss the idea that God’s Word is a kind of translating device that enables us to view eternity through the finite lens of this universe.

This is important, because the hope that comes with redemption — though eternal — is realized through the flow of time. We desperately hope for redemption right now, but the purpose of God flows through the stream of time — eternity parceled out into specific purposes, the real reasons for which shall remain hidden until the final opening of the books of judgment.

From the perspective of time, rationalization is the only method for making sense of a time-limited world in which one’s accomplishments simply melt away at the end of his life. Riches and leisure are notoriously vapid.

Solomon seems to have been born for the purpose of making this very point. Hailed as the wisest man who ever lived, he experienced every form of pleasure, in a life of beauty and blessing. Yet, at the end of his life, he had squandered his wealth and left a legacy of licentiousness, idolatry and factionalism.

Paul and "Due Time"

Wisdom is fine as far as it goes, but Solomon came to the conclusion that in the end, wisdom can only point out humanity’s problem. It can never solve it. All the books in the world are only a sad chronicle of man’s weary flesh. The real solution begins with the fear of God.

In fact, as the New Testament Saul of Tarsus was to discover, his amazingly complex Pharisaic wisdom was only the barest of beginnings. And the Lord’s word echoed Solomon’s insight. As the light shone upon him, Saul wondered aloud what was going on:

"And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks" (Acts 9:5).

These "pricks" are a reference to the same ox goads mentioned by Solomon. They were fastened to a plow or cart to keep the beast from kicking its owner. In Ecclesiastes, Solomon compared words of wisdom to these goads, which kept the beast from getting out of line. But that’s all they could do. No matter how effective the goads, they could never change the basic nature of the beast.

And this brings us back to the question of the new birth — the only remedy for man’s crooked nature. Remember that when Paul later referred to himself as one "born out of due time," he was referring to himself as a Benjamite, converted from a ravening wolf to a servant of the Lord.

After that, he became increasingly aware that his own kinsmen after the flesh — the rest of the Tribe of Benjamin — had not yet been born again. Nor was their time even close. Paul could not know that at least two thousand years would pass between his new birth and the redemption of Benjamin as a whole. But he knew that he, himself, had experienced redemption far in advance of its due time. To the end, his passion was for his own people: "Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved" (Rom. 10:1).

"I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.

"God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel, saying,

"Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life.

"But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal.

"Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace" (Rom. 11:1-5).

This statement remains true to this day. What of the tribe of Benjamin? As a group, it still exists today. It still has a vital role to play through the upcoming days of judgment and tribulation.

Doubtless, many of its unsaved members will act out the prophecy of the ravening wolf. But Revelation 7:8 tells us that at least twelve thousand of them will repeat the role of their brother Saul, who as Paul, went forth with the Gospel of the Lord.

yet, still another rasone for the pennybak poster to be careful.....

as the bible alwasy talks about "shadows" of things to come, just as john the B was the shado of the True Christ.

same deal with the "evil" shadows as well, the HS has told me.

which means, i bleive that current leader is 99% of the shadow of the "rider on a white horse" of the 4 horsemsen of the apocalyse.

thus, then current leader is as close as the ELECT will ever get to see the REAL ridfer on a white horse, as they elcet will be rapture by then.

then, if this is true, then following the shadow of the white horse rider, come next the shadow of the red horse rider, even mcuh more worst than the first one on a white hosre.

as the rider on a red horse brings blood and death follwong him.....

with a possible nyoocyoolar strik on iran, this is VERY possible, as no matter what happne, striking iran would be propheticlly opening a dorr of which there is no return, iraq iss one thnng, but iran is a whole nother hores of a differnt color, as they say.

let just hope that it all bluff and they dont do any strikes there.

i just say these things as they are given to me, maybe put there so when you get you money, it will rmeind you to keep yoself in check so you dont lose the $$$$ and yoself too.....

"...and they got drunk on the blood of the saints...."

the point of the above p;ost, is that if yo get rid of current leader, and he is in fact the shaodow of white horse, then the next leader of country wiill be the red horse rider and that is not better than the first white horse rider.

so, peenybak shoud not be too in hurrey to get rid of white horse leader now currently in charge.

any spec on who the red horse rider will be??

Pauligirl said: "Jimmy Fugate's name is on Charles Dewey Tobias's restitution list."

Where did you find that list?

I think you've mixed some of this up.
The amount of the Bill of Exchange was $72,424.40, not $72.00. Fugate didn't send a copy, she sent the original, with instructions for the bank to send the original to the Secretary of the Treasury.

You also said "Federal Reserve notes are also not redeemable and are worthless too since the U.S. Treasury won't redeem them either with gold or silver, so I fail to see Mr. Kerr's point."

You spend federal reserve notes everyday. If you think they are worthless, send all you have to me.

Mr. Kerr's point was there was no account at the Treasury to draw from to send Bank One payment. It has the same effect as my writing a check to you off the Mickey Mouse Bank of Looneyville.

You said: "If not, still the question exists and remains, why was Ms. Fugate not prosecuted for passing a "ficitious instrument" as they call it"

Do we know for a fact that she wasn't? She got the idea from Kahn and the law is after him.

Wouldn't it be fitting if Al at Pennibancpost put up Bruce's picture on the home page. Now that would be full circle irony at it's finest.

In my exhaustive search for Bruce's tryout tape for "Up With People"........I stumbled across a very interesting tale of our little friend. Bruce was once in a Porn Movie called "Light My Fire". His character name was "Moby Wick". Apparently little wicks can be lit up as well.

According to Mr. Alvin Hansen, the Attorney General, Mr. Gonzales's resignation had more to do with the judgment demands for release of the kidnapped Dorean Group put before the Senate Judiciary committee in July 2007, due to Alvin's judgments filed in CA and Gonzales untenable stance of pinning fraud on the Dorean Group when the real bank fraud is being committed by the lenders that Gonzales tried to protect:

Abraham Lincoln Said.
"The people (not attorneys criminals) are the masters of the congress and the courts, not to overthrow them but to overthrow those who would pervert them" Pennibanctrust is in full control of 27 years of corruption in the State and evil murderous Justice dept and Federal courts. Thats right 27 years.

He couldnt defend kidnap of Alvin Hansen for 27 years and a $3.2 Trillion ID theft IRS tax evasion crime and Arrest Warrants for him Cheney and George No No amount of bull shit or claim of executive priviledge will satisfy the Arrest Warrants. Neither will resignation as the sentence hearing is schedulled for September 15, 2007. he has finally met face to face with his destiny.
Penni would be proud.

Pauligirl, I have to agree, I have no idea what Judge Johnson was thinking, or if he was even thinking at all. I can only assume he is some podunk judge who shouldn’t be dealing with anything more complicated than barking dogs, but that is just my opinion. The only thing I can say in his favor is that maybe he was so dim that he didn’t know what a Bill of Exchange was and thought it was a cashier’s check of some kind. In any event, a BOE is NEVER good or certified funds under any circumstances, they are not an instrument used in modern commerce, and at best they have standing with a bank draft, something I on principal will always refuse, no matter what it is in payment for. There is no way that Fugate could meet the good and clear funds with anything other than cash, a cashier’s check, or wired funds, and even the last two are questionable in this day and age of counterfeit cashier’s checks and when wired funds can be recalled.

Whatever the ruse, it was eventually declared a fraud, as you point out in the court papers, Fugate lost the property, and has more than likely gone on to other and greater legal problems than just fraud by financial instrument and tax evasion.

In answer to your other question, one of the scams making the rounds in the Tax Protester circuit is one or another forms of the redemption scam that claims that there is an account established at birth, or you can fill in the blanks, I’m not going to rehash the nonsense here, but there are several equally nonsensical versions out there. The claim is that you can issue a BOE, draft, again fill in the blanks on this treasury account, Treasury Direct Account-to be precise, and it will pay off your debts. The only thing that is even remotely true here is that there is such a thing as a TDA, it is however a closed loop account used by people who routinely buy Treasury paper, and it requires big bucks to begin with and it is one way only. You are sending money to the Treasury, not the other way around. There is no circumstance on earth where any individual has any kind of drawing rights on anything from the treasury. They may get checks or funds from the treasury, but it is gov’t money being sent out as a pension or payment for something, and it is on a gov’t, internal account, at the Treasury, there are NO individual accounts at the Treasury. Just more TP nonsense. Kind of right up there with the Corporation Sole fraud that is so popular in certain groups, it exists, and has a legal function, but not the one they are being used for, and they provide no more protection than a regular corporation, or a good voodoo doll.

Mr Kahn is a great one for giving advice, and selling that advice at a premium, advice that eventually lands his clients in all kinds of Federal and often state legal hell from which they seldom recover. Kahn has a great length of Federal time looking him in the face currently for his efforts, and it is only a matter of time as to which one gets him first, and they will all send him away for a very long time. Wes Snipes is probably his latest, and probably last, victim unless he wises up and pleads real stupid when it comes time to come clean and pay his taxes.

Let’s be perfectly clear here Moogs, a BOE is nothing more than an antiquated version of a site draft, and generally worth about as much. They are a pain to collect and there is no guarantee that you ever will collect. There are NO, repeat NO BOE’s ever valid against the Treasury for any purpose, any more than there are sight drafts. The Treasury issues Checks or warrants, and that is it, anything else is a fraudulent item.

A BOE is not good funds, it is not clear funds, it is not anything at all but a collection item, if it can be collected at all.

I wish I could say the Tobias restitution order was any kind of solace, but I seriously doubt that good old Dewey is ever going to see $60,000 in any one place any time for the rest of his life, or that his victims are ever going to see a dime of their money back.

Incidently Moogs, that restitution order is an admission of fraud on Dewey’s part, acting on behalf of Dorean, that he defrauded the people on the list and that he owes them the money he cheated them out of.

Pauligirl, I really liked your comment about the Fugate BOE, It has the same effect as my writing a check to you off the Mickey Mouse Bank of Looneyville. So apt, and so very right.

Moogems, your fantasy life is getting the better of you. Alvin Hansen is a certified fruit loop, living in a world of total irreality all his very own. Gonzales quit because he had finally become too much of an embarrassment for Shrub to protect, and he was an available sacrifice to deflect the heat from Congress. It is highly unlikely that he ever heard of dim and dimmer, much less cared what happened to them one way or another, he was much too busy trying to find ways to violate the constitution for his boss to be worrying about two two bit con men. As to looney Al’s judgements, that would be an interesting feat since he has never managed to more than get thrown out of a court room in CA, and you don’t get judgements without first going to court, despite what dim and dimmer would have you believe. And which Judgments in the San Francisco Superior Court and Sacramento Federal case
would those be, Moogs, since there is no record of these so called judgements, again more fantasy. $3.2 trillion is it now??? Do you have any conception of how much money this is??? I doubt it!!!! In any event, there has never been any legal case having to do with anything even close to this amount.

"The Hot Dorean assignment VOIDING THE FALSE INDICTMENT AGAINST THE DOREAN GROUP". Moogs, this is silly even for you.

Alvin Hansen is not now, and never has been Secretary of State for California, is not qualified to fire anyone, and to all appearances is not competent to tie his own shoes. Good going Moogs two con artists and a looney toon, what are you going to add to your menagerie next?
