The Tongues of Evil Men (9-11-09)

Recently someone I know got indicted. Nothing related to me. Yet the IRS and FBI kept bringing up my name. When your name stays on the tongues of evil men this is a good thing. THere are many examples from scripture. David's name stayed on the tongues of many tribes. Daniel on the tongue of evil Kings. When Midanites had a dream their interpretation was Gideon. God places a fear of you upon their hearts and instinctively they knew you represent a problem. Of coarse they have no idea or full extent of the outcome. Rightfully they should. Because they are evil their level of knowledge, wisdom, insight is all base and ordinary. The extraordinary things God does with your life can't help but perplex and bring fear to them. They are at their best incapable of comprehending your life or threat. This is one of those signs of life you can spot in your battles. If you are advancing the Kingdom of God your name will not escape the tongues of evil men. Let them talk until the renown of the Lord's body is branded into their psyche. Even if your name surfaces in the expressions of their evil plans have no fear. Fear motivates your enemies because no weapon they form against you prospers. Even if they should gain a temporary advantage like over Samson, they still speak his name in fear. Until of coarse God is finished being entertained with them. Then He will shut their mouths for good and your name will be spoken of by righteous men.

Take care brother Kurt. The cockroaches of the US crime syndicate dislike the spot light shined upon them for they are fornicators of the truth and thrive only in the secret of darkness. The system resembles a backed up sewer spewing feces. The court has lost all integrity, babbling phrases as if in a seance with no tolerance for full disclosure.

I am sure that the public is clueless on how important CIT has been to the bread and butter business thats called middle America.

CIT failure to leave small businesses floundering
Sun Nov 1, 2009 4:36pm EST
By Elinor Comlay

NEW YORK, Nov 1 (Reuters) – CIT Group Inc’s (CIT.N) bankruptcy filing, while long expected, could still trigger a financing crunch for many of the hundreds of thousands of small businesses it finances. CIT filed for bankruptcy protection on Sunday, and said its creditors have already approved the century-old commercial lender’s reorganization plan.[ID:nN01408863]
The bankruptcy followed a failed struggle to refinance its debt amid the credit crunch and recession, and paves the way for it to restructure.
Under the plan announced on Sunday, the lender expects to reduce total debt by about $10 billion. But the company’s long-term prospects are uncertain and the bankruptcy could leave more than one million small and medium-sized businesses looking for another source of funding, lawyers said.

Winning the hearts and minds, and of course making us safe against TERROR. Of course we'll send more kids to die for this shit.

The Afghan minister of counter narcotics says foreign troops are earning money from drug production in Afghanistan. He went on to say that NATO forces are taxing the production of opium in the regions under their control. Afghanistan is the world's biggest supplier of opium. Drug production in the Central Asian country has increased dramatically since the US-led invasion eight years ago. A recent report by the United Nations states that Afghan opium is having a devastating impact on the world, killing thousands in consumer countries.

The wording in the bill to audit the FED has been gutted:

http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601103&sid=atc2o1ijLRno

The Federal Reserve doesn't want transparency; it's obvious, and our Congressman & Senators generally speaking, are just protecting the banks & the FED. Corruption is rampant. What can you do?

This says it all. The madness will continue beyond FUBAR. OTC derivative creation will go on until it stops itself.

Competing OTC Derivatives Bills Progress Through the House
November 2, 2009

"And here is an interesting article from Harpers entitled "An Object Lesson in Governmental Failure: Derivatives Reform."

Below is an excerpt from this Davis Polk memo that describes key provisions of two competing over-the-counter derivative bills being considered in the House, comparing their similarities and differences:
Two competing bills to reform the over-the-counter derivatives markets are awaiting action by the House of Representatives: a bill to enact the "Over-the-Counter Derivatives Markets Act of 2009" reported by the Financial Services Committee, chaired by Barney Frank, and a bill to enact the "Derivatives Markets Transparency and Accountability Act of 2009" reported by the Agriculture Committee, chaired by Collin Peterson.

CIT Bankruptcy: Taxpayers Stiffed on Company’s Bailout Billions While Execs Reap Bonuses
By Ward Harkavy

If people were pissed off about AIG’s temporary decline and permanent bonuses, CIT’s bankruptcy ought to enrage them.
The giant lender to businesses is heading for a quick in-and-out in bankruptcy court, and when it emerges, taxpayers will be the ones who have gotten the ol’ in-out: CIT won’t have to repay its $2.33 billion TARP bailout.
CIT’s been in deep trouble for way more than a year. Meanwhile, some of its execs have reaped special bonuses. Its H.R. director, Jim Duffy, has received a $450,000 cash bonus for what the company called his "exceptional performance." What did he do? "Mr. Duffy’s achievements in 2008 include the design and implementation of a process to reduce our total headcount by 22% … along with the successful deployment of talent and development programs targeted at retaining CIT’s key talent," according to CIT’s proxy filing last April. That message to taxpayers was approved by CEO Jeff Peek. That was the same month that Peek’s wife, Liz Peek (a former journalist), wrote an anonymous, weepy tell-all for Portfolio about the sad plight of TARP wives. And that was the same month that Portfolio itself went out of business. Liz Peek acknowledged in her sob story that even her husband had to take some of the blame for last year’s Wall Street tsunami, though she continued the canard that the Street’s execs didn’t see the tusanimi coming — as if it were a natural disaster instead of a manmade one.

Turkey PM: If you don’t want Iran to have nukes, give yours up
Last update – 20:10 31/10/2009

Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan said on Saturday that countries opposed to Iran’s atomic program should give up their own nuclear weapons, and attacked as "arrogant" the sanctions imposed on Ankara’s neighbor.
He also said he wanted the Middle East, and then the whole world, to rid itself of nuclear weapons.
During a trip to Iran this week, Erdogan said he backed Tehran’s "right to peaceful nuclear energy" and called its approach in nuclear talks with Western powers "positive."
The trip added to Western concern that NATO’s only Muslim member may be shifting its foreign-policy focus towards the Islamic world and turning its back on Western allies. Iran says the sole aim of its nuclear program is to generate electricity, but Western powers suspect it of secretly planning to produce nuclear weapons and are trying to persuade it to stop enriching uranium.

Hi there!
I certainly agree with judge allslop on that a deployment of talent and development programs are targeted at retaining CIT’s key talent.
