Tracking with God 11/16/10

Isaiah 55:11 is a verse many can quote but few understand. This verse to me is the root of all man’s relation with God. This is just cursory thought from a book I’m writing to expound on the details that I hope to convey here.

The 8 virtues listed in 2 Peter 1:5-7 are not independent attributes acquired over the course of time. To me they are the rails that the emanations of God ride upon and that return to Him the harvest. They are the very substance of the bargain contracted between Creator and creation.

Faith or the Greek work pisteo (phonetic) is the turnabout when the effort of God’s love returns as the product of God’s desire. It is that point where we are entrusted with God and where we place our trust in Him.
God passes through these virtues chronologically or progressively from love to faith. We at the receipt of this expression ride the virtues back to love departing in faith. They are likewise chronological and progressive for the individual. But the work of God in the individual bargain between Himself and another also has a collective version called the bride. She historically rides these virtues until she arrives at her perfection. That brings returned to love of neighbor and love of God. Brotherly love to love, we’re not there yet but His work will not return void. He shall obtain His bride who will be virtuous. She chronologically has passed from the faith that began her journey during the Ephesians church age and progressed historically through time to the Philadelphian church age we as individuals currently live in.(see Rev. 2-3 ) It is no accident that our progression toward God are mirrored to His digression toward us. When His words of love departed they were destined to return with His bride. I wanted no less from the words of love expressed to my beloved. The gospel is a love story. The greatest love story ever told that rides these virtues between love and trust. All aboard!

Camping, 89, believes the Bible essentially functions as a cosmic calendar explaining exactly when various prophecies will be fulfilled.

The retired civil engineer said all his calculations come from close readings of the Bible, but that external events like the foundation of the state of Israel in 1948 are signs confirming the date.

"Beyond the shadow of a doubt, May 21 will be the date of the Rapture and the day of judgment," he said.

"Beyond the shadow of a doubt, May 21 will be the date of the Rapture and the day of judgment," he said.

The doctrine known as the Rapture teaches that believers will be taken up to heaven, while everyone else will remain on earth for a period of torment, concluding with the end of time. Camping believes that will happen in October.

"If May 21 passes and I'm still here, that means I wasn't saved. Does that mean God's word is inaccurate or untrue? Not at all," Warden said.

My sincere condolences to all, there is really no rule of law in America and we are completly on our own.the biggest fraud in MBS history is about to be swept under the rug in exchange for 30 pieces of silver . In the meantime, disclosure such as that revealed by Allstate, which virtually proves that Bank of America was lying outright to investors about its portfolio quality, will be made irrelevant, and yet one more aspect of TBTF fraud will be institutionalized. Good luck.

Judicial misconduct is presumed:

It is standard policy for the Judge to not allow a review a case based upon "merits" even after judicial misconduct and conflict of interest exists.
Complaints are ignored by the Federal Judiciary Committee.

All the major Banks are insolvent, held together by fraud ie tarp and Enron accounting. This decsion by a Mass court only pushes them closer to the edge. The only thing remaining is to make legal what is clearly illegal, either through a bailout or slick legislation (more fraud). Nice work Marie.

Banks Lose Pivotal Massachusetts Foreclosure Case
By Thom Weidlich – Jan 7, 2011 9:44 AM MT

US Bancorp and Wells Fargo & Co. lost a foreclosure case in Massachusetts’s highest court that will guide lower courts in that state and may influence others in the clash between bank practices and state real estate law. The ruling drove down bank stocks. The state Supreme Judicial Court today upheld a judge’s decision saying two foreclosures were invalid because the banks didn’t prove they owned the mortgages, which he said were improperly transferred into two mortgage-backed trusts. “We agree with the judge that the plaintiffs, who were not the original mortgagees, failed to make the required showing that they were the holders of the mortgages at the time of foreclosure,” Justice Ralph D. Gants wrote. Wells Fargo, the fourth-largest U.S. lender by assets, dropped $1.10, or 3.4 percent, to $31.05 at 11:41 a.m. in New York Stock Exchange composite trading. US Bancorp declined 28 cents, or 1.1 percent, to $26.01. The 24-company KBW Bank Index fell as much as 2.2 percent after the decision was handed down.

Now we have the Massachusetts Supreme Court ruling upholding the lower court ruling, this confirms the label of illegal what was in the first place fraud. That means big trouble for the banks. The only way the banks can be saved another huge amount of losses is if the new conservative representatives in the hands of the Banksters pass a law making fraud of this kind legal.

Implications of the Ibanez Case Ruling
The Too Big To Fail banks have been waiting with trepidation for a ruling from the Supreme Judicial Court of the State of Massachusetts on the case titled US Bank National Association (as trustee) vs. Antonio Ibanez. They were right to be fearful. The state supreme court has ruled against the banks and upheld a lower court order that nullified foreclosures by US Bancorp and Wells Fargo, on the grounds that neither bank had the legal right under Massachusetts law to foreclose. Today’s ruling has far-reaching consequences for the banks and the housing market in general, as it throws into serious question the legal soundness of millions of mortgages in the US if, as expected, courts in other states come to similar conclusions as the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. The Ibanez case tied together two separate but similar foreclosure actions in Massachusetts, the second case being that of Wells Fargo vs. Mark and Tammy LaRace. Both foreclosures took place on the same day, the banks having previously published their intention to foreclose in a local newspaper as required by law. The banks then purchased the properties at prices described by the court as significantly below market value. About a year after the foreclosures (in autumn of 2008) the banks then applied to the local Land Court for a ruling that in each foreclosure, the bank had full legal right to foreclose as mortgagee, that the bank title to the property was “unclouded” by any other contesting right, and that the bank therefore owned the property in what is legally known as “fee simple” status. These claims were contested by the property owners who had lost their homes in the foreclosure, and the Land Court agreed with the homeowners that the foreclosures had been invalid. Critical to the decision of the Land Court was the fact that both banks admitted that they did not receive assignment of the mortgage to the property until after the foreclosure. The State Supreme Judicial Court Upholds the Ruling of the Lower Court. The Supreme Judicial Court found that the Land Court made no errors in its judgment for the defendants. Citing the Ibanez case as an example, the justices noted that Antonio Ibanez executed a mortgage in 2005 with Rose Mortgage Inc., which allegedly assigned this mortgage (which gives the proper holder the legal right to foreclose) to Option One Mortgage Co. They in turn assigned it to Lehman Bros. Lehman Bros. supposedly assigned the mortgage to Lehman Bros. Holdings Inc., which packaged it with about 1,000 other mortgages to be sold as a security. These mortgages were supposed to be placed with Structured Asset Securities Corp, set up explicitly for the purpose of protecting the bondholders who bought the securities. This company was supposed to assign the mortgages to US Bancorp N.A., as trustee. In the event there was need to foreclose on any of the properties, it was the job of US Bancorp to do so, on behalf of the trust and the interest of the bondholders. This is why US Bancorp entered into a foreclosure action against Antonio Ibanez, who clearly had defaulted on his mortgage, and it is why US Bancorp became a plaintiff in front of the Land Court and the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts.

After weeks of bad weather General Patton ordered his Chaplin to pray for good weather so they could rescue the 101st surrounded at Bastogne during the Battle of Bulge. Here is that prayer:

"Almighty and most merciful Father, we humbly beseech Thee, of Thy great goodness, to restrain these immoderate rains with which we have had to contend. Grant us fair weather for Battle. Graciously hearken to us as soldiers who call upon Thee that, armed with Thy power, we may advance from victory to victory, and crush the oppression and wickedness of our enemies and establish Thy justice among men and nations."

The weather cleared the next morning and he awarded his Chaplin James O’Neill the Bronze Star on the spot. He needed just 6 hours of good weather but got 24 instead and relieved Bastogne.

G-d seems to be favorable when it comes to establishing justice. Let's keep praying.

An excerpt of General Patton's metting with Msgr. James H. O'Neill's (as remembered by O'Neill)...

"Chaplain, how much praying is being done in the Third Army?" was his question. I parried: "Does the General mean by chaplains, or by the men?" "By everybody," he replied. To this I countered: "I am afraid to admit it, but I do not believe that much praying is going on. When there Is fighting, everyone prays, but now with this constant rain -- when things are quiet, dangerously quiet, men just sit and wait for things to happen. Prayer out here is difficult. Both chaplains and men are removed from a special building with a steeple. Prayer to most of them is a formal, ritualized affair, involving special posture and a liturgical setting. I do not believe that much praying is being done."

The General left the window, and again seated himself at his desk, leaned back in his swivel chair, toying with a long lead pencil between his index fingers.

"Chaplain, I am a strong believer in Prayer. There are three ways that men get what they want; by planning, by working, and by Praying. Any great military operation takes careful planning, or thinking. Then you must have well-trained troops to carry it out: that's working. But between the plan and the operation there is always an unknown. That unknown spells defeat or victory, success or failure. It is the reaction of the actors to the ordeal when it actually comes. Some people call that getting the breaks; I call it God. God has His part, or margin in everything, That's where prayer comes in. Up to now, in the Third Army, God has been very good to us. We have never retreated; we have suffered no defeats, no famine, no epidemics. This is because a lot of people back home are praying for us. We were lucky in Africa, in Sicily, and in Italy. Simply because people prayed. But we have to pray for ourselves, too. A good soldier is not made merely by making him think and work. There is something in every soldier that goes deeper than thinking or working--it's his "guts." It is something that he has built in there: it is a world of truth and power that is higher than himself. Great living is not all output of thought and work. A man has to have intake as well. I don't know what you it, but I call it Religion, Prayer, or God."
