Utah Lingers (Post #1)

Well the quit has not yet surfaced and history will claim Utah as the insignificant slug of worthless delay. They I guess intend to linger in a battle over their head. This means it will take aggression by the feds to move them aside or my appearance in court which won’t be until next year. I won’t be attending the 20th hearing. They can continue their judicial masturbation until I’m forced against my will to appear. Then I will set the record straight. My damages continue and I will collect them. Time is my friend. I’m sure the feds need time to figure out the spider web of sticky truth they must avoid. A trial of lies takes some planning. Maybe this is Utah’s service to country.

Complainers suck,
What if I wanted to buy stock in a porn Video company. In your opinion, is that a company that is up and coming? Is it on the up and up? Is it on the rise? I'm asking because I don't want to get stiffed and take an ass pounding.

This video company has decided to make a movie of Chewbacca butt slamming Neodemes. Although the thought of Neodemes receiving the treatment he deserves is appealing, it concerns me as an investor that such a film is a risk because nobody would buy it. I would appreciate your expert advice C.S..
Thanks

Couldn't pass this one up....

I think you have an AVN greatest of all time seller with this video.... The climax (no pun intended) of the movie would be neMo doing double penetration with Chewbacca and an Ewok!

There is something very special about him. His ugly looks and mullet hair cut is second to none.

Thanks "utah" for the opportunity to elaborate on this ugly bastard.

The reason the don't like Neo is because a long time ago he revealed this as a scam
Everything he said basically has come true.

So.. instead of engaging him in intelligent dialogue....they use gutter talk to trash him.

Smart huh?

Misconduct of Federal Prosecutors in Money Laundering
Cases
Abuses and Excesses of Federal Prosecutors in Charging
Money Laundering Offenses

The vague and generic language of the money laundering statute, and the
undercover
allowed under this law, in addition to the lack of
guidelines from the Department of Justice, present government attorneys with
opportunities for misconduct.

As described elsewhere in this Page, the passage of the Money Laundering Control
Act of 1986 created a new class of crimes which could encompass just about
every imaginable offense a prosecutor could charge, as money laundering. In
1988, the passage of the "sting" money laundering statute allowed the conduct of
undercover operations against targeted individuals where any type of financial
transaction could be charged as money laundering provided that a mere
representation was made by an undercover law enforcement officer that proceeds
or property involved in the transaction had been derived from some form of
unlawful activity". Government attorneys were called in to supervise these
undercover activities to ensure that the stings would work every time and
would result in the convictions of the targets.

Although Congress had intended the money laundering laws to be used against big
time money launderers and those involved in drug trafficking and organized
crime, as time went by, federal attorneys found it easier and more expedient to
direct undercover stings against suspectedsmall-time offenders, or
politically-targeted individuals who knew nothing about money laundering laws,
who were not involved in any underlying unlawful activity and who did not
believe there was anything wrong with their financial transactions.

With convictions guaranteed and with this new legal weaponwith which they
could fight criminals in their pocketbook, where it hurtsgovernment
attorneys expanded their regular and undercover sting operations to a variety
of additional targets. Undercover stings were staged with an-ever-expanding
repertoire of scenarios of alleged , circumstantially-represented proceeds of
imaginary, unlawful" activities. For example, the origin of proceeds" could be
represented circumstantially to be from gambling game skimming at a casino, from
the sale of illegally" caught fish, from the sale of gasoline from a stolen
truck that crossed the state line, or from improper" political contributions.

The creativity of government attorneys in the misapplications of the money
laundering laws has no limits. With increasing frequency these laws have been
used selectively by federal attorneys to criminalize and prosecute"politically
incorrect" Americans for a variety of underlying offenses ,circumstantially
and artificially escalated to the charge of money laundering

Thus the money laundering laws have been used frequently, not always against
drug traffickers or criminals as Congress intented, but to punish certain
Americans who, for some reason or another were perceived to be outside the
established economic, political and social order. Ironically, major
establishment-connected banks who have been the greatest violators of money
laundering laws globally, were never prosecuted for their money laundering
activities of billions in grey and black money. The only exceptions were BCCI
and American Express. Their prosecution under the money laundering laws amounted
to nothing more than a slap on the hand. The U.S. banks that were closely
affiliated with BCCI did not even receive a reprimand. In the case of American
Express, the entire blame was placed on a low level, "ethnic" manager of a small
Florida branch. No one else in American Express was prosecuted. The government settled the case for approximately $50 million. Similarly many other similar
criminal cases of money laundering have been settled like civil cases through the imposition of and without criminal sanctions. The criminal sanctions
of the money laundering laws are usually reserved for the small time offenders
and the politically incorrect

AND....even more strange is that he is getting some measure of satisfaction by the tribunal, acceding to some of his requests.

EVEN MONEY- if corpaorate SADDAM isnt killed, he returns as President of corporate BABYLON.

It is all over the net, at the www.InvestorsIraq.com site that Iraq is going to become THE "economic powerhouse" of the WORLD in the future.

Of course, this "economic powerhouse will be represented by the 'Beast.'

Could SADDAM be the 'Beast'????

Utah – for a least the past year, maybe longer, Neo has been on a crusade to expose the mortgage elimination process, and the Dorean Group in particular, for the scam and fraud they really are. Neo didn’t do that all by himself, but were it not for him and other selfless individuals, the Dorean racket might have claimed God-only-knows how many more victims before it imploded into its current washed-up status. Neo is really an unsung hero.

Not surprisingly, scams such as these tend to attract uneducated, developmentally arrested, blowhard types. Since they don’t have the mental capacity for intellectual debate, they fall back on what [they think] has always worked before: sophomoric bullying. Do you remember the kid in grade school? The one that pulled the wings off butterflies and stole twinkies from the littler kids? The one that was a tad too big for his age and a bit dull witted? Well….Clueless….he WAS that kid. I think there is hope judging by his user name – after all…self awareness is the first step...

gr82bemoi: I didn't realize that all you need to do is be vocal on your opinions against THE SUBJECT OF mortgage challenges, and create a website topic on the subject, & instantly you achieve HERO STATUS.

All the bullies I knew in grammer school were just like you. "They thought it was great to be themselves", as if they thought they were better than others & treated others in a condescending and verbally abusive way.

To be a hero, you have to put yourself at risk in a selfless way that is EXTRAORDINARY. Sorry, but Nemo doesn't fit that definition of a hero in any way, shape or form. Pertaining to this subject, he has nothing at risk except his vain opinions. Big freaking deal.
Course if you visited Nemo's website, you would soon discover that those that espouse any opinions against Nemo's view that banks actually lend out their own earned monies, are the one's that are bullied around, so your generalizations are not only irrelevant and wrong, but are quite ridiculous on the types that are attracted to this subject of mortgage challenges.

If getting a website shut down through threats of legal entanglements is an indication of bullying, then, I suspect Nemo qualifies as a bully himself. The propertysites forum no longer can discuss this subject due to the crying & legal threats of Nemo against the owner of propertysites. Course Nemo has been equally verbally slammed on this site, the dorean blog, but I see no legal threats here by him. Why the seeming hypocrisy?

He has been accused of being "able to dish it out, but he can't take it" when others treat him in a verbal way that he treats others. This is why many people don't like him among with his indisgressions of giving out publically, private information on people that signed up at his website to discuss this topic which really is quite tacky.

A hero is one who makes the world a better place to live in at great personal & financial risk of their personal freedom, not one who is happy with defending the status quo and the existing power establishment that is not interested in those virtues of fairness and truth.

I sincerely doubt if children in school in future generations will ever read about the unsung hero called, "Neodemesne", but everyone will admit, even the opponents of mortgage elimination, that when Kurt is successful at finishing successfully what he started, he not only qualifies for hero status, but will be acclaimed as such by future generations that will be financially blessed by all of his work and vision.

Oh, he was successful alright. After all, he did dupe hundreds of people into paying him thousands of dollars to eliminate their mortgages. If you would bother to think it through it’s glaringly obvious that it’s nothing BUT a scam. Without banks doing what they do, the entire U.S. economy would collapse – and most likely take most other economies of the world down along with it. If he caused that to happen, I don’t think anyone would thank him and he most certainly wouldn’t be anybody’s hero.

In other words, you thinks that without fraud, the entire US economy will collapse? So in other words, the US economy is soley based upon fraud & that's somehow good? Originally the constitution was set up according to a gold & silver money system not based upon fiat paper money. We had the right ideas in the beginning of this Country.

You reap what you sow. If the US economy collapses at some point in time, it will be because of this fraud & pyramid scheme set up by selfish bankers & not due to anything the Dorean Group has done. The economic machine itself has a life of it's own in number of survival years & will die when it's life is up. The Economic System will fail even if the Dorean Group never was. All paper currencies have failed at some point in time. That's a undisputable historical fact, so try & find blame & fault elsewhere.

Byron sez: "create a website topic on the subject"

I didn't create anything about mortgage elimination. The scam intruded upon my real estate forum, and you personally emailed my members promoting your scam and inviting them to call you. Using a number listed to Von, if I recall.

If you don't want the negative press, keep your BS where it belongs.

Do you even have your own property in the 'process', Byron, or did you get a family member to take the risk, on a property in Utah. You live in Iowa, is that correct?

What have you risked?

More pertinent, what have you gained? You were all enthusiastic about Mortgage Alternatives, until that crashed, and suddenly Dorean was your god.

Have you refunded any client money, Byron? I doubt it.

Go on and keep cheering for your Duo. Fat lot of good it will do them.

Why not martyr yourself for the cause, challenge the system until you get your @$$ tucked in a cell along with Frick and Frack?

Knock yourself out, Byron. Keep spewing. Maybe when I have some time I'll add your predictions of Kurt's success to Famous Last Words
