Joshua and Caleb (3/9/06)

For 40 years the people grumbled and put God on trial. Every loud mouth was condemned by the mouths of these 2 witnesses. A maxim of law is that a thing is established by the testimony of 2. Joshua and Caleb spied out the enemy’s territory and declared they were no match for God. 600,000 plus fell faint and have now passed in defeat. These 2 are about to posses their promise and have lived through and past all the hassles of the fools and cowards. Between them and the promise is the Jordan River. These brave men, these two champions sent the ark (the present living God) before them into the promise, then they crossed over before the people. As this prints your 2 witness – champions declare to you from the side of promise that the Christ whom we followed here has delivered our enemies into our hands. People get ready to move, step into the promise, your prayers have been heard. The Christ, the mighty in valor has made his presence known. Now you will understand how foolish the detractors were. You will be shamed by your infantile knowledge of scripture and your vacillating faith. Why are you surprised God sent 2 mere men, weak by all accounts to destroy the strong holds of the giants of injustice? Do you think He should share His glory with any? The giants themselves are confounded by the methods of Christ. Tell me what sense can be made by the mind of reason to die to bring victory to sinners? None of you understood the sacrifice that had to be made by Dorean to deliver you, but now you will. Remember all that has been said here as the revelation of truth gives you discernment. Give every man his proper due as a prophet and counselor. Be accountable now to the words you have trusted. If not the Lord’s repent. We never were a mortgage elimination service. We were always of God’s service to create a bait that exposed the evil and corrupt hearts of rogue agents in the civil administration of Christ’s civil authority. Fraudulent mortgage contracts addressed the very core of all the temptations that were laying waste the integrity of our judicial system. The crimes are much more than your house, your contract or $3,000. You “me centered” generations are exposed as selfish and egocentric. Did not your neighbor suffer from the same crime? What was your concern for him? You could not even love me and Scott as we loved you enough to subject ourselves to threat of life on you behalf. You ridiculed your only friends. Despite you we have performed on a promise and blessed you. Your eyes and ears are not the trusted advisors you presumed. In closing I can say that Christ has shown Himself true and reliable. Repent now, cast away that foolish pride and follow me as I follow the Christ into the promise.

just rereading my previous posts on the last blog page and i need to make some comments.

in one post i made a particulary STRONG statement to k&s about not forgetting who and what they are and that they were only called to fulfill a purpose.

this was said in order remind them that once their purpose was fulfilled, not to let it go to their head, lest temptation overcome them.

this statement was intended to be helpful and i hopt taht they see it as such. i just hope the best for them.

all pastors should remember this type of statement, as all of them FORGOT what their purpose is and let it get to their head and become all puffed up which is warned about in the bible. yeshua will cut these down quickly.

i dont want to see this happen the the freedom fighters, so i hope that my statements will be seen as benevolent.

with all the HS wisdom that has been given to me, i could not accomplish what they have done and have no illusion about saying so.

best of luck and may the HS comfort those who are being persecuted on His account.

I'm sure the clients who were the worms on your hook are thrilled...especially the earliest ones who stopped paying their mortgages when you told them to.

Remember them? You know, before you came up with 'administrative overpayments'.

What you fail to tell your followers is that you didn't need hundreds of haples victims to challenge the banks.

You could have done it with your own two houses...IF that was really what this was all about.

Prov1022: I understand it's difficult to accept that the Holy Ghost trumps the perceived "word" as you understand.

In the Book of Mormon, there was the son of Lehi, named Nephi who was entrusted with an almost impossible thing to do, & the Holy Ghost justified the command, even though it seemed to go against the words in the Bible & what he was taught.
The word says: "thou shalt not kill." The question arises, are there justifications according to God that justifies a situation where there are exceptions to this word of truth? The Holy Ghost thought so & the Lord explained this in verse 11- 13. Now the person that Nephi was up against was a formidable foe as formidable as the things Kurt is up against. That is why the naysayers give Kurt & Company no chance of success. There are many similiarities between this story & the Dorean saga. Nephi's brothers are much like the naysayers of the process, murmuring all the way, denying all of the miracles along the way already & what the Lord has already provided. Kurt is much like the character of the prophet Nephi in many respects. Both were men of large stature and receptive to the commandments of the Lord & both had the same faith of David who slew Goliath.

The powerful man, Laban, had something the Lord wanted for his people & was more important than Laban's life to God & it's important to note that Laban was a very powerful man & feared man & commanded the largest army in Jerusalem at the time. Who would want to take him on?

I NE 4: 1-19:

1. And it came to pass that I spake unto my brethren saying: Let us go up again unto Jerusalem, and let us be faithful in keeping the commandments of the Lord; for behold he is MIGHTER THAN ALL THE EARTH, then why not mightier than Laban and his fity, yea, or even than his TENS OF THOUSANDS?

2.Therefore let us go up; let us be strong like unto MOses; for he truly spake unto the waters of the Red Sea and they divided hither and thither, and our fathers came through, out of captivity, on dry ground, and the armies of Pharoah did follow and were drowned in the waters of the Red Sea.

3.Now behold ye know that this is true; and ye also know that an angel hath spoke unto you, wherefore can ye doubt? Let us go up, the Lord is able to deliver us, even as our fathers, and to destroy Laban, even as the Egyptians.

4.Now when I had spoken these words, they were yet wroth, and did still continue to murmur; nevertheless they did dollow me up until we came without the walls of Jerusalem.

5.And it was by night; and I caused that they should hide themselves without the walls. And after they had hid themselves, I Nephi, crept unto the city and went forth towards the house of Laban.

6.And I was led by the Spirit, NOT KNOWING BEFOREHAND THE THINGS WHICH I SHOULD DO.

7.Nevertheless I went forth, and as I came near unto the house of Laban I beheld a man, and he had fallen to the earth before me, for he was drunken with wine.

8. And when I came to him I found that it was Laban.

9. And I beheld his sword, and I drew it forth from the sheath thereof; and the hilt thereof was of pure gold, and the workmanship thereof was exceeding fine, and I saw that the blade thereof was of the most precious steel.

10. And it came to pass that I was constrained by the Spirit that I should kill Laban; but I said in my heart; NEVER AT ANY TIME HAVE I SHED THE BLOOD OF MAN. AND I SHRUNK AND WOULD THAT I MIGHT NOT SLAY HIM.

11. And the Spirit said unto me again: Behold the Lord--hath delivered him into they hands. Yea, and I also knew that he had sought to take away mine own life; yea, and he would not hearken unto the commandments of the Lord; and he also had taken away our property.

12. And it came to pass that the Spirit said unto me again: Slay him, for the Lord hath delivered him into thy hands.

13. BEHOLD THE LORD SLAYETH THE WICKED TO BRING FORTH HIS RIGHTEOUS PURPOSES. IT IS BETTER THAT ONE MAN SHOULD PERISH THAN THAT A NATION SHOULD DWINDLE AND PERISH IN UNBELIEF.

14. And now, when I, Nephi, had heard these words, I remembered the words of the Lord which he spake unto me in the wilderness, saying that: Inasmuch as thy seed shall keep my commandments, they should proper in the land or promise. (America)

15. Yea, and I also though tthey could not keep the commandments of the Lord according to the law of Moses, save they should have the law.

16. And I also knew that the law was engraven unto the plates of brass.

17. And again, I knew that the Lord had delivered Laban into my hands for this cause---that I might obtain the records according to his commandments.

18. Therefore I did obey the voice of the Spirit, and took Laban by his hair of the head, and I smote off his head with his own sword.

Later Nephi put on the clothes of Laban & went to the Treasury of Laban & commanded his servant in Labans voice & asked for the plates of brass that contained the holy scriptures that Nephi so desired. So in the end Nephi got what the Lord wanted for his people because of his faith. Remember, he didn't even have a plan, but the Lord delivered. Nephi said: "I will go & do the things which the Lord commanded for I know he giveth no commandments unto the children of men save HE SHALL PREPARE A WAY FOR THEM TO ACCOMPLISH THE THINGS THAT HE HAS COMMANDED THEM." To all naysayers: Do you think the Lord can prepare a way for Kurt's objectives to be accomplished which are for our benefit & is a righteous cause?

Later Nephi was commanded to build a ship to bring his father & all of their families to the Americas. Remember, he wasn't a shipbuilder, nor did he know how to build a ship, however, the Lord instructed him & Nephi built a ship very much unlike his time.

Such was his faith. What is your faith? Can the Lord accomplish His designs at all costs? If it takes an act of God like the burning down of a wicked man's house to accomplish this, so be it. The Lord always warns thorugh his servants before his punishes, but his punishment is swift & quick.

The Lord's will is supreme & he will accomplish a people unto himself that are not depended upon the bankers of the day who are financially independent so they can do God's work more effectively & quickly in these latter days.

Nemo said: "What you fail to tell your followers is that you didn't need hundreds of haples victims to challenge the banks."

In a class action lawsuit, are you blessed with a check if you don't join the lawsuit & jump through certain hoops? Does the company who harmed you automatically pay, just because you were a victim? Of course not.

If the banks were challenged on an individual basis & they lost in Court, would the Court automatically do the right thing & keep this record open to the public to encourage more lawsuits for the banks? And would they do the right thing by enforcing this ruling & causing all mortgages everywhere to be discharged & damages awarded to everyone that has ever had a mortgage? Do you see how expensive this might be & why this may not even be practical or politically expedient?

Hasn't history said that the Courts hide controversial proceedings like this where someone has won & make victors sign a nondisclosure agreement? So is it really about justice in the Courts at all costs? After all, don't you think the banks can offer something to only 5000 clients & still not feel too bad about their perceived loss or opportunity loss, after all of the other people they have screwed to date over the many decades?

Dorean's success at best, is still a drop in the bucket to the banks, hardly something to cry too much about.

The Court has done a stupid thing by bringing criminal charges. A higher standard has to be shown to convict than the standard in civil court to win a case.
Who's to really say at this point, that this is not a blessing & what has transpired to date isn't a blessing in disguise & something really good in the long run for all clients? What if the case is dismissed & a condition of the dismisal that is agreed to is that all clients have the banks acknowledge their discharge?

Those clients who have lost their homes, aren't they entitled to more financial compensation if the banks foreclosed wrongfully & acted badly if the process is legal & criminal charges of bank fraud can't be maintained?

Being a short sighted person like you are, it is only fitting that you call them victims & call the clients, "worms". Very cute.

Also all of the clients paperwork is evidenced as evidence in the Court of the discharges of mortgages that have been done by the process. The Court has to consider all of this for the BENEFIT OF EVERYONE because if there is no fraud in the process, then, all of these discharges MUST STAND as previously recorded through the process & evidenced as facts in the Court. Or the fact that no fraud was ever proven, can be used as evidence of the legitimacy of the process & a petition could be filed to ask for redress for all clients of record as an option. Not that this is needed though, or will happen, but it could possibly. If Kurt isn't looking out for all of our best interests, & keeping all of his options open, what need did he have to file all of the clients paperwork if he is just a selfish con-man only interested in money for himself?

All the administrative judgments will be sold & a Buyer will have no hesitancy in doubting the authenticity of the process if criminal charges are dropped. Or it could be argued the judgments are worth more because criminal charges couldn't be proven & one can negotiate more effectively that this paper shouldn't be discounted heavily because the Buyer is taking a smaller risk by buying them because the Courts can't prove the paper is no good, nor can the Court prove that the judgments were gotten through fraud. Maybe the Buyer might need to use the Courts to execute on those judgments?

After all, it will be said a Federal Court couldn't convict will be the justification that the paper & claims are good. Then, these perceived victims are no longer victims are they in that scenario?

No, it's not about a few people succeeding, & proving a point, & this victory being supressed to the public, it's about all of the clients participating & getting financial redress. There is a risk in participating in anything. That's why you have fans & participants. Fans comes from the word, "fanatic". Get the point? You're a fanatic, because you have been a fan all of your life. The fans don't take the risk like you, being adverse to risk taking like you are. The biggest risk you probably ever took was a $30,000 Small Business Loan & that risk was so dramatic to you, that you perceived your only option was to file bankruptcy.

You watch & criticize from afar with no possible pain to yourself. That is your comfort zone after all isn't it? Maybe that's why you never went out for Varsity football in High School? Didn't think you could make the team, did you? I picture you as someone that played the tuba in the band though. You've always been pretty good at tooting your horn, it's usually toots of flatulence though.

Actually, I played the saxophone, mogel.

Swing, blues, R&B.

Where you see a savior working for the down-trodden people, I see a megalomaniac coninved that he is the right hand of God.

It wasn't me that used the vic... er, clients as bait (worms), mogel, it was your hero, God, Jr., who did that.

But you go right ahead and keep selling the gang blue sky. I'm sure the money will be rolling into them any day now nd they can deposit it in your international private bank and live happily ever after.

mogel said...

Nemo: I knew it was some sort of blow hard instrument you played. I was right about the tooting of a horn though. The saxaphone would have been my second guess. Hey you have something in common with President Clinton! Any other simililarities?

Hey the people in olden days stoned the prophets in their time & bad mouthed them & didn't accept their missions either. They would have called them names also like "megalomanics" too or something similiar. You would have fit right in. After all, "a prophet is not accepted generally in his own country" as the Bible says. You're more "common" than we've given you credit for. Maybe another suggest username for you could be "a dime a dozen". "Neodemesne" sounds too Roman for your personality. Or maybe another different username for you could be "Fallen Rome". Once Dorean is successful, you could even change your username to: "Singing the Blues", or even "unhappily ever after", or even "forever disgraced".
