More Charges Dismissed (06-02-07)

We had to file a motion to dismiss some more charges. The very fact we had to do it shows again that this prosecution and court have no integrity even inside their little game. When they dismissed the 15 bank fraud charges the mail and conspiracy charges associated with them remained. This is sloppy or malicious work. Mail fraud is to punish for the furtherance of a separate crime. Without the separate crime it cannot stand alone. They should have exited with the banks. Just because I’m having this discussion with you in no way means I have accepted the fraud called justice. This is all commerce and the lawyers and judges are pirates. They may think they are as cute as Johnny Depp but they are wickedness personified. Still in Christ we can find love for these reprobates but never respect. As deluded as your right and wrong meter might be based on all the propaganda you’ve swallowed it is still functioning well enough to note these actors and their evil. Not only do I plan to protect your assets from these pirates but I’ll teach you if you’ll learn how to sink their ship. Don’t worry about the delays. They are calculated for their ultimate benefit and justified. The market is almost completely ripe and we have almost completely ensnared the economic retards wise enough to judge us. Actually we are having fun now that all our work is coming together. The press is starting to notice our small victories. Perhaps they will awaken at just the right time. More news coming.

Hey, I recently added a news widget from www.widgetmate.com to my blog. It shows the latest news, and just took a copy and paste to implement. Might interest you too.

The bank fraud charges have been dropped? The way this was stated
implies ALL bank fraud charges were dropped. Is this true?

I can see if there was no bank fraud, there can be no valid mail fraud or conspiracy charges. If these charges are dropped will that
equate to Dorean's actions in regard to eliminating our home loans become reality?

Are there any other charges pending?

Please show me, other than in Kurt's posts, where all the bank and mail fraud charges have been dropped.

In the meantime:

" Defendants, in the guise of a bill of particulars request, ask one question, "Are the Defendants DALE SCOTT HEINEMAN and KURT F. JOHNSON living souls?" "

Yep. That's high-powered legal tactics at work.

Nemo,
Take a remedial reading course. Kurt did not say that the mail fraud charges were dropped.
Just because you don't see the evidence that the charges were dropped does not mean that they were not. I mean we can't see your brain, but that does not mean that it dose not....ahh, er ,bad analogy. O.K, just because we can't see your penis does not mean.... wait, uh, oh...nevermind.

The implication is clear.

Nemo,
What purpose would it serve for Kurt to make a claim that was not true, only to be pounced upon dimwitted little pleebs such as yourself? Kurt has always been upfront as to what is transpiring. I know that your little peabrain just can't wrap itself around the fact that you are slowly but surely being prooven wrong, wrong, and oh, did I say WRONG

BTW Nomo,

Did'nt you file for bankruptcy? I seem to have read that somewhere on this blog. I don't know ,maybe that was a figment of Kurt's imagination as well. You might as well blame him for it, you blame him for eveything else.

????

There as been that common theme throughout the posts.

It does help explain their propensity for swallowing BS.

Speaking of BS...so much for Greenspan's arrest.

June 22, 2007

In a speech on Tuesday, former chairman of the Federal Reserve Alan Greenspan played down the effect of his words on the world's financial markets.

"There's a general view out there that I have more influence than I know I have," Greenspan told a gathering hosted by the Commercial Mortgage Securities Assn. in New York. "I get accused of inducing market changes, really because I was standing next to the market when something else happens."

________________________________

You'll have to excuse Nemo, he still believes that the State of
Utah had a solid case of well thought out charges too even though those charges were dropped too due to the State of Utah relinquishing their rights to them & letting the Federal Court charges take precedence.

You see you have to follow through with charges within a certain time period or otherwise they need to be dropped by the statute of time limitations, kind of like the meaning of the speedy trial act. There are no reasons or justifications to believe that the State of utah case is still open where the charges are still in effect or active.

You see that in many walks of life there are time restrictions: for example, credit bureaus have rules on the time they can keep a derogatory item on your report. Just because the credit bureau may not don't drop the item off timely doesn't mean that the item is legally there. There are rules on the time frame a collection agency can attempt to collect on a debt, or judgment, rules on when a crime was committed & how long the prosecutor can wait until the crime becomes irrelevant due to the statute of limitations, time rules on court procedures, giving time frames that have to be followed, etc. There are time restraint procedures that must be followed, otherwise one is breaking the rules, & when rules are broken, the case often gets dismissed anyway, because it can't be prosecuted anyway, but since the State of Utah relinquished their claims or charges, they've lost their rights to bring the Dorean Group to trial.

Besides when the Federal charges are dropped, no State in the Union would bother with filing any bogus charges anymore & the State of Utah have given up to prove anything simply by their own actions.

Nemo is still trying to figure out why the State of Utah would charge the dynamic duo first instead of the Federal Court when they were in CA in the beginning anyway. The FBI has investigated these things for quite some time, probably from the very beginning of the formation of the Dorean Group, so there's no valid reason to justify the state of Utah's bad behaviour at starting things first.

After all the naysayers have said that the plan was to put the duo away for life & naysayers have admitted that the State of utah charges weren't designed to do that, so why would the State of Utah even bother to bring charges, unless it was solely a ploy to waste time & exploit the media through lies.

Nemo still can't understand why they were charged as being felons & fugitives in Utah in the first place, since neither committed any proven tried in court felonies, or ever lived in Utah, so they never could have left Utah to make themselves a fugitive anyway.

If you call someone a fugitive, then, you can immediately say they are a flight risk, & deny them bond & keep them in jail & off the streets, so lies are helpful in the propaganda that is spread.

It would have been much easier from a logistical standpoint & ethical standpoint to bring all things to a resolution quicker if the 68 counts were filed first, instead of the State of Utah playing the charade they pulled & ever even getting involved at all. Every time charges are dropped or even indications of that, it throws a bad light on the prosecutions case.

One might even say that the State of Utah dropped all their charges by the doctrine of "agency by estoppel", but Nemo still believes those charges haven't been dropped either, so he's the one in a fantasy land with an infatuation to cling to B.S.

Nemo's still trying to figure out this comment he considers to be B.S., even though it was said by a prominent banker & the 2nd richest man in Europe at the time, who would certainly know the truth about how lending really works, but he prefers to believe people like Judge Alsup, who isn't even a banker, let alone honest:

"Banking was conceived in iniquity and born in sin. Bankers own the earth; take it away from them but leave them with the power to create credit, and, with a flick of the pen, they will create enough money to buy it all back again. Take this power away from them and all great fortunes like mine will disappear, and they ought to disappear, for then this world would be a happier and better world to live in. But if you want to be slaves of bankers and pay the cost of your own slavery, then let the bankers control money and control credit." - Lord Stamp, Director of the Bank of England, 19

Nemo: Greenspan must have been released from prison on a week's pass to give that speech, just like the author said that Dick Cheney was released from the Germany prison he was thrown into, to attend the funeral of President Ford. :o) When you find enough inconsistencies the Leo Wanta story just doesn't add up as being factual.

Adolph Hitler said if you tell a big enough lie, people will believe it & accept it. If you are talking about 70 or so trillion dollars, that's constitutes to be a big lie. Even if it was only a couple trillion that Leo wants supposedly amassed seems unbelievable. Bill Gates is only worth somewhere in the neighborhood of about 45 billion & most believe him to be the richest man. Who did Leo Wanta amass his fortune?

Don't you know that website that produces those fairy tales have an answer for every inconsistency?

The author of the website that promotes that garbage even said that the Mormon church is part of the New World Order. That is almost funny to think any reasonable person might believe that conclusion when the Mormon church won't even consider taking ANY federalgovernment funding for their universities whatsoever. They have that stance, because they don't want to be told what policies they can implement on housing & other issues.

Course he listed no other religion other than the Mormon church as co conspirators with the NWO, although he listed a long list of other organizations tied to the New World Order. When I challenged the author on that slanderous statement, & why he didn't include other religions, he wouldn't respond with any facts or proof or any rhyme or reason. The author that has promoted this Leo Wanta story is just another hate monger printing garbage for profit.
Someone needs to sue him.

mog,

i did think that he also mentioned the vatican pope/catholic church as conspirators to the new underworld disorder.

the same blog that mentioned the mormon church.

i have come to the conclusion that as there are no "biblical" churches in existence, after 313 AD emperor constantine merged chruch and state, then in fact, there are ONLY 2 "biblical" churches.

the heavenly church of philadelphia in revelation of all true beleivers, and the "earthly" church of rome.

yeshuas church is the heavenly one, not 501(c) incorporated; and theres the earthly church that most ppl feel they must be part of; the roman one

this might seem funny for me to say, but as there are no biblical churches, if one insists on belonging to one, one might as well belong to the roman one which will be the only one standing in the end tims, until god Himself destroys it.

"...for He had put it in their hearts to burn her (rc church) with fire...."

There is no reason that Utah shouldn’t, or couldn’t, have filed the charges they did, the charges were for violation of state statutes, that they had evidence of and could have proven in court. They had nothing to do with the Fed actions, or the timing of it. They had evidence of a crime and they took action. They stepped aside to let the Feds have first crack at them for the simple and obvious reason that the Fed charges were far more serious, and would result in a good deal more jail time than what Utah could charge them with. Utah was well within its time limits, so you have nothing there. And, just for your edification, there is nothing to stop Utah, or any other state where they violated the law to take action once the Fed trial is over. They can still be charged and tried on any and all of the State charges so you lose there as well. It isn’t likely that they will go to the expense when dim and dimmer have been locked away for several consecutive life times. So rant on all you want, but it is only just so much more of your noise.

Just blather on Moogey, it is still just so much more of your hooey.

I am impressed Moogs, you’ve managed to find someone living in a bigger fantasy world than you are, and a whole lot more imaginative, not clever, just imaginative. Wanta is a looney toon of the first water, and wanna be conartist in the bargain. The only one crazier than he is is the fool at Arctic Beacon who keeps spreading this nonsense.
