Righteousness in three parts

In the Coptic language there is a word for righteousness that is very clever in its design. It contains the three smaller words for Love, Truth and Justice. I found this interesting as I face some display of righteousness before me that has none of these elements. In fact I would say that righteousness absent these elements is not righteousness at all. Why as Americans do we believe otherwise? Our codefendants are being enticed to lie. Does that sound like Truth or Justice? Love is also absent because they have no care for our codefendants or us. Who would raise up a child and teach them to seek themselves first at the expense of any other, lie, cheat, steal, and devour all who get in their way? If this appears absurd as a parent why do we as the parent of this child called government accept this? My child would be severely punished, as should this child. Having no standard of ethics what will we moor our hope to? I know that my ethics are superior to the display in front of me. I will not be convinced otherwise. You detractors mock me for what? Have you any truth to offer that can be incorporated into righteousness? Is your advice mixed with love, truth and justice? You think because people are hurt you figured out what is truth, justice, or loving? Katrina, devastated, pained, and hurt people. Some have a better home now and on the other side of pain have a better life. Kids get whipped but on the other side of pain have a lesson that is good for their soul. Pain is no measure of truth, love, or justice. How can you administer justice without pain? One will always perceive the controversy as a victim. How can you say the mortgage contract was just when it was absent truth? You think I am a liar because promises were broken? Because promises were broken my process of seeking truth was flawed? These are adolescent childish arguments. All of you acknowledge my risk of 30-years to life, with quotes like "he'll never see the light of day" or "he doesn't have a chance, he's toast." What risk have you invested in truth, love, or justice? Do you offer me a righteousness I should envy? Show me how these elements exist in your version and many will be converted. Trusting in a system corrupt and flawed by design to have no integrity or ethics is mere foolishness. Call me an unreasonable fool because I think more highly of my clients' interest and myself, than the so-called reasonable men before me. I will take that kind of mocking all day long. My case is on a grand scale but each of us has opportunities everyday to administer justice in truth and love. Choose to be righteous for your own sake and perhaps in the future we will be rid of these idiots who think their amorality has value. In reality learning the ways of God will lead to a true righteousness that is not tainted with our perceived ideas of Truth, Love, and Justice that this blog has already exposed as flawed.

Your tunnel vision and focus on the economic system detracts from the purpose and meaning of our short existence in this world - fellowship with God.

If you spent the time you have wasted on mortgage elimination witnessing to unbelievers, souls would be saved.

You are now in a unique position to witness to the incarcerated. Make use of it, because Federal Judge Pratt is making it difficult for ministries outside of prison to continue to operate.

God Bless.

Maybe if you spent less time stalking people, maybe you could have more fellowship with God yourself.

You're a hypocrite. Few people listen to you because of that.

Kurt said: "I filed a Writ of Mandate a common low remedy to the 9th Circuit that Mr. Alsup construed as a motion for recusal. It was not that or intended for that purpose. Regardless it is going to prevail as such and Mr. Alsup on August 15th will be recused."

Today is suppose to be an important day, is it not? I'd like to see that this is what is actually happening today, other than something hopeful or predicted.

Then, I can tell Nemo, what do I care what I've said about my opinions towards Judge Alsup, since it becomes a moot point, does it not, since Mr. Alsup will have no more potential power directly or indirectly over Dorean Brokers, clients, or Principals if recused.

All that becomes possibly relevant were his previous civil case rulings which were based upon fantasy anyway that is appealable if one desired to challenge them. There certainly still exists many reasons to challenge his unfair civil case rulings, if one desired to do that.

if da judge is recused, does that start the process back to the beginning again?

A little humor

The United Way realized that it had never received a donation from the city's most successful banker. So a United Way volunteer paid the banker a visit in his lavish office. The volunteer opened the meeting by saying, "Our research shows that even though your annual income is over two million dollars, you don't give a penny to charity. Wouldn't you like to give something back to your community through the United Way?"

The banker thinks for a minute and says, "First, did your research also show you that my mother is dying after a long, painful illness and she has huge medical bills that are far beyond her ability to pay?"

Embarrassed, the United Way rep mumbles, "Uh... no, I didn't know that."

"Secondly," says the banker, "my brother, a disabled veteran, is blind and confined to a wheelchair and is unable to support his wife and six children."

The stricken United Way rep begins to stammer an apology, but is cut off again.

"Thirdly, did your research also show you that my sister's husband died in a dreadful car accident, leaving her penniless with a mortgage and three children one of whom is disabled and another has learning disabilities requiring an array of private tutors?"

The humiliated United Way rep, completely beaten, says, "I'm sorry, I had no idea"

And the banker says, "So... if I didn't give any money to them, what makes you think I'd ever give any to you?"

SOP asked about changing judges. It doesn't change much maybe a few days or weeks. The devil you know versus the devil you don't. It might be worse.

Name 10 clients that are being sued by their lenders for fraud for being in the dorean process. If there are hundreds of clients, certainly you can name at least 10. If you can't, you need to shut up yourself for being stupid and spreading lies.

-------------------------------------------
for what it's worth, here's two that say they are being sued.....
Since there are no names or locations, I can't confirm anything.

Hello,

The bank is suing me for fraud. Yes this mess was created by the Dorean process, but regardless of what you may or may not feel about that process, I need to respond to the banks complaint in about a week.
I have been sued by Wells Fargo bank attempting to conduct a judicial foreclosure. Here are some facts in the case: (follow the link for the rest)

just got this from a friend who needs advice on how to proceed?

Update on my Dorean situation ….let me know what you think of this one Cleared my mtg through Dorean with original mtg co about 2 yrs back and then immediately refinanced with Ameriquest and paid for a Title Ins. Policy ( which I'm sure you're aware is supposed to protect the homeowner from any title issues and their issuing the policy basically stating that there are no encumbrances or clouded title) ….(follow the link for the rest)

Looks like the lender believes they can't be successful in foreclosing & taking back the property, so the lender's last ditch effort is to sue for fraud against the original borrower, hoping to somehow show that.

It appears the owner sold the property and the property has been mortgaged twice since Wells Fargo's lien, so that further complicates things, so it remains to be seen how that will turn out.

Since the next owner got title insurance, it becomes even more complicated. She appears to be in the middle of all of this.

If any dorean case client stands a good chance of succeeding, it should be this one, but it looks like he'll be in litigation for some time.

I find it interesting that the Federal Court in CA didn't try to put this dorean client as a co-defendant for fraud. They ONLY sued 4 brokers & 2 Principals. Why is that? The prosecution team in CA has TO KNOW about this client's case.

Not at the time of the indictment. According to the superceding indictment, the last date on the Grand jury information was July 6, 2005. This guy posted his problem July 29 2006.

And I think you have confused the two cases. The fella posting on suijuris still owns his house
(For now). The guy posting in rei-resource.com is the one that sold it to his partner and the partner's daughter got the loan. However, the poster still lives in the house, so it looks like they were playing their own shell game with the lenders.

Oh, and you do know the Motion for Recusal was denied?
Would you like to see it?
