Jealousy of Honor (8-8-09)

Confession of love without jealousy of honor is unconvincing. One of the consistent qualities found among true children is their jealousy for God's honor. It infects their entire being. No sacrifice of suffering turns their hearts. The thought of the wicked taunts of "where is your God? and the like gaining evidence offends them. Faith rises up and prayers such as expressed in Psalms 25 : 2-3 pour out of their spirit. There is a difference between the righteous and the wicked. The righteous are in a marriage relationship where the honor of their groom consumes their being. Contrariwise the wick are whoring after their own personal last and seeking honor and glory for self.

My wife honors me and her love confessions are irrefutable. No doubt can grow under these conditions. I wonder if a man is not fooled by true love how we expect to bluff the Lord. He knows all mans hearts and the lack of jealousy for His honor is revelation easily exposed.

One thing I've noticed in Scott and I in this Dorean battle is an utter contempt at the idea that a wicked judge could prevail upon God's righteous intentions. I would die before I would faint at resisting evil. I know Christ as victor and as Jehovah-Saboath. No peon misanthrope can be allowed to make a boast upon my watch. You will see Christ glorified by this Dorean battle because honor drives my faith to victory. Let it do the same in you for love, true love, as the heart behind the faith of Christ would sacrifice all to see God honored. Those giant pearl gates lifted to receive a champion who jealously guarded the honor of God. His children enter the same gates with the same jealousy. To God e all glory, honor, and praise. To the wicked a taunts our God is the only God who lives and loves His own; bring it on and see your folly.

Since all the lenders defaulted totally in proving any legitimate claim in the Dorean clients homes, they consented and AGREED TO ALL THE TERMS OF THE DOREAN PRESENTMENT WHETHER THEY REALIZE OR ACKNOWLEDGE THAT, OR WHETHER ANY COURT REALIZES OR ACKNOWLEDGES THAT. This administrative claim is settled & has been settled and perfected for a long time, even though the Principals are still in jail 5 years later after my own presentment was sent and received by my own lender.

In the Presentment sent to the lender in the Notice & Demand Letter, under "Remedy to Cure" paragraph 10 we notice TREMBLE DAMAGES AVAILABLE TO EVERY DOREAN CLIENT BECAUSE ALL LENDERS HAVE NOT RECOGNIZED THE SUBROGATION BOND AS A SINCERE TENDER OF PAYMENT IN FULL OF THE ALLEGED DEBT. Since all lenders are still clouding the title & refusing to acknowledge the legitimacy of Scott's discharge of mortgages & also sending out monthly billing statements to clients, they are all still clouding the title & refusing to acknowledge that this debt was paid TWICE OVER by the Dorean bond:

"In conclusion when the lender continues in any way with any claim(s) upon the property in any way, but not limited by, a summary process, litigation or CLOUDING THE PUBLIC RECORD, the lender consents to a claim of $1,000,000 (One Million dollars US) liquidated and accrual damages. Lender agrees and consents to an assessed and secured UCC financing Statement filed with the Secretary of State with the lender being listed as debtor and obligor."

Also in the Affidavit of Truth, paragraph 10, the dorean client is also entitled to treble damages, or 3 times the value of his house at the time he entered the process:

"lender proceeding against client, after a bond for twice the value having been posted, when the failure of lender to respond hereto, point for point, categorically creates a personal liability for continuing and for cumulative (treble damages) to client against any (the responsible parties) assets or property.

Who are the responsible parties? US District Attorneys, Judges, Petite Jury, lenders, FBI, foreclosure people & attorneys, any & all actors who refuse to accept that the lenders claim was paid twice over by the Dorean subrogation bond. Their assets can be seized to pay us.

Gentleman & ladies, THIS IS NOT OVER. FAR FROM IT.

"Little Jackie Paper loved that rascal Puff

And brought him strings and sealing wax and other fancy stuff...

A dragon lives forever but not so little boys
Painted wings and giants' rings make way for other toys.

One grey night it happened, Jackie Paper came no more
And Puff that mighty dragon, he ceased his fearless roar.

His head was bent in sorrow, green scales fell like rain,
Puff no longer went to play along the cherry lane.

Without his lifelong friend, Puff could not be brave,

So Puff that mighty dragon sadly slipped into his cave.

if you look up the lyrics on any site with a blog, then you find that most of the posts on the blog will state that almost everyone who heard the song when they were a kid use to get "choked up"

is it because, then why if Jackie loved Puff, then why did he leave him??

does the song make people sad because it strike a "note" that at one time or anther, we we all felt abandoned?

perhaps when a mohter of father died?

or a child?

or a girlfriend/boyfreind or wife/husband dies or leaves you?

or even when a child, your family dog whom you spend the most hours with in a day, even more than your parents got sick and died?

like Puff, hes gone and it made you sad... :-(

a real simple song with a real deep meaning not apparent at first.

Puff we'll always love you... :-)

Review about PUFF, THE MAGIC DRAGON

still lovin' puff | Reviewer: pamalam | 6/12/09

This has always been one of my favorites. Moreso after grandkids. I believe the good meaning of it because that's the way I always looked at it but I guess if you want to think of it another way you can. And I think that's very sad.

Son's Favorite as a Boy | Reviewer: Grandma C | 6/13/09

This song and the story book was my son's favorite when he was a little boy. I saw a water globe in my granddaughter's room of Puff and it played the song - it's the globe I bought my son when he was a child, in his daughter's room now. I had to find the lyrics online. I still get choked up whenever I hear it, just like I did years ago. Had to print the lyrics to give to my son. Now I'll have to get the children's story for my little princess.

This song hit me way too close to home. I had my own "Jackie Paper", and when she left my life.... well, the song has it pretty close to accurate. Beginning with the loss of my fearless roar all the way to slipping into my cave twenty five years ago (and still there)

I'm sorry Grannablu, there is no happy ending. Not only has Jackie grown up, the lyrics make it plain that he outlived Jackie. Jackie's not coming back - ever.

New Resonance | Reviewer: Sandy Eh | 11/13/07

Puff, and all the PP&M songs were staples to me growing up. Now as my own sons enter adulthood, these lyrics take on a whole new meaning....a lovely melody and timeless lyrics - a much more poignant song than I realized when I was putting my own dragon in its cave.....

Nice to Remember | Reviewer: Richard Hart | 7/3/07

This song has been going around in my head for days and days. So I had to jump online and find the correct lyrics and I am so glad that I did. It brings back great memories of growing up in Australia in the days when seemed to last forever. Good Days and Great Memories

Good ol Puff | Reviewer: Scottslad | 9/9/06

This is a song I once sung at school. Back then it was just a nice little melody. Now, I understand the words and always get a little choked up when listening to the song.

It is a wonderful, but bittersweet story of the lost innoncence of Children. It kinda makes me wish I had taken more care to cherish those innocent days of childhood.

Wonderful song, long may it live on.

Song of Puff | Reviewer: Mathew Hubner | 9/5/06

This is a great song, it really puts you in a calm mood, and relaxs me from stress from school work

Every son's parent. | Reviewer: Pat Goodnight | 8/30/06

My son was born in November 1962. I first heard this when he was only a few months old. It has been a favorite of mine since then. It can still bring tears to my eyes and bitter sweet memories after more than 40 years. Thank you.

Puff everyone's pal | Reviewer: grannablu | 8/4/06

This song can make the toughest hombre choke up a little.
It reminds us all of the treasures we have left behind in our own childhoods.
I just wish this was the updated happy ending version I was looking for!

notice the tinge of sadness running thru each and everypost on tthat blog and there were more pages that i have not copied....

i have no doubt now, the reason the song makes everyone sad it strikes a chord of 'abandonment' or fear thereof...no question why it makes people get chokedup when they hear it.

for those whove forgotten it, go to youtube.com and in the search put 'puff the magic dragon' and youll see why it chokes ppl up.

No! Jackie Paper abandoned Puff because Jackie Paper grew up. He put away silly & foolish fantasies & became a man. Jackie Paper isn't sad that he grew up so why should you be?

He may be sad he has lost his innocence, but Jackie Paper is in a better place in his life now. This is not a sad song, but a celebratory event.

It's not a song about abandonment issues. LOL

Puff will not always love you. Puff is representative of fantasies & childish thinking & toys & fun. Fantasies & make belief stuff can't love you back or even love you forever.

Dragons are ferocious not unconditional loving creatures since you insist on making them into something tangible & real.

The reality is that Puff was also a codependent creature just like the little boy was, until he grew up. When Jackie Paper left, so did the fantasies & also the codependency that existed between the two characters.

Can you love codependent people? Can co-dependent people love each other? LOL

No that's a selfish love that never lasts. Codependent people don't know how to truly love & love forever. The Dragon was in essence a coward & a bully & needed the dreams of Jackie Paper to even exist & to even have any power.

Love or charity always lasts, so Puff doesn't ALWAYS LOVE YOU, but him going back into his cave symbolizes darkness & despair is a metaphor & it's appropriate that fantasies can't last & they shouldn't last forever.

Jackie left Puff, BECAUSE HE GREW UP.
He moved on.

yes. that is the "simple" answer....however, the 'deeper' answer is fear of abandonment/separation/death by a loved one, pet, etc...

if it was only about "growing up" the song would not make so many ppl "choke up" when hearing it.

and how many relationships seem to end for no reason other than either the man or the woman "grows up" and moves on??

this is common, but what the one leaving the other doesnt realize is that noone can love you more or even as much as the person youve left...you may think so for a while, but it soon will beomce apparent it si the case.

no, the story of Puff makes grown up ppl choke up because it makes them rember and miss all the people and things that were in their life at one point in time that is no longer there...a unfilled void, like when Puff left the child and nothign the child could do to change it.

thats why its written that there is only One who will never leave nor abandon you... you alreddy no who dat is.....yeshua

Dragons are ferocious not unconditional loving creatures since you insist on making them into something tangible & real.

im not doing anything of the kind...we know its a fictious story....

the problem is as ive said above, your answer DOES NOT explain why grouwn up ppl get choked up...

but let me use my intution here and anticpate what you are going to say...it will be sometibng ciritical about WHY they get choked...as if the WHY of it mattered...the fact is that they do and the reason they do is some type of abandonment issue...whter its legitimate reason or not is irrelevant...thats antother issue.

the issue here is the emotional charge of the song, and abandonment is the reason.

if you want to say that these ppl need help, thats antherr issue whihc i am not concerned with here.

and of course, this in itslef is anther good reason ppl end relatiinships....not!

more women than men leave theyr partners for this retarded reson...as if the guy was a high school teahcer and now the woman graduated and moved on...good luck to the next guy, she will do the same thins to you...she will get bored of you too evtually....she will evnetually wind up as a trollop...because you can escape judgement for you actions.

"Gentleman & ladies, THIS IS NOT OVER. FAR FROM IT."
True it's only just the begining.

FOXBusiness.
You can't expect a bank that is dumb enough to sue itself to know why it is suing itself. Yet I could not resist asking Wells Fargo Bank NA why it filed a civil complaint against itself in a mortgage foreclosure case in Hillsborough County, Fla.
"Due to state foreclosure laws, lenders are obligated to name and notify subordinate lien holders," said Wells Fargo spokesman Kevin Waetke.
Being a taxpayer-subsidized, too-big-to-fail institution, it's possible that one of the few ways for Wells Fargo & Co. (WFC: 28.24, -0.18, -0.63%) to know what it is doing is to notify itself with a court filing. In this particular case, Wells Fargo holds the first and second mortgages on a condominium, according to Sarasota, Fla., attorney Dan McKillop, who represents the condo owner.
As holder of the first, Wells Fargo is suing all other lien holders, including the holder of the second, which is itself.
"The primary reason is to clear title and ownership interest in a property to prepare it for sale," Waetke said in an email exchange. "So it really is not Wells Fargo vs. Wells Fargo."
Yet court documents clearly label "Wells Fargo Bank NA" as the plaintiff and "Wells Fargo Bank NA" as a defendant. Wells Fargo hired Florida Default Law Group., P.L., of Tampa, Fla., to file the lawsuit against itself.
And then Wells Fargo hired another Tampa law firm -- Kass, Shuler, Solomon, Spector, Foyle & Singer P.A. -- to defend itself against its own lawsuit, according to court documents. Wells Fargo's defense lawyers even filed an answer to their client's own complaint.
"Defendant admits that it is the owner and holder of a mortgage encumbering the subject real property," the answer reads. "All other allegations of the complaint are denied." This is even dumber than the lending practices that led to this foreclosure mess, yet this is what the court record says. I learned about this from "The Consumer Warning Network" Web site, which posted an article by Angie Moreschi titled, "Have The Banks Gone Crazy?"
"We've apparently reached the perfect storm for complete and utter idiocy by some banks trying to foreclose on homes," Moreschi wrote. McKillop, the condo owner's attorney, told me he thinks Wells Fargo doesn't know what it's doing, and that its lawyers figure it is all billable hours to them.
"You can't sue yourself," McKillop said. "It's just so ridiculous. .. It's a waste of paper. It's a bastardization of the legal process." Wells Fargo's two law firms didn't return messages to explain their filings. The condo owner is belly up and hired McKillop to pursue a "friendly foreclosure," attempting to escape any lingering liabilities after the foreclosure sale. "It was a property they thought they were buying as a good investment as a lot of people did back in 2005 and 2006," McKillop said. "All we want to do now is get this property taken care of as fast and as easily as possible for all parties." Rather than suing itself -- a stunt that was never even attempted on the MTV show "Jackass" -- wouldn't it be easier for Wells Fargo to release one of the liens to itself? Or pursue some other internal accounting strategy rather than tie up the court with nonsense?
"This is just folks cranking out paperwork without conscious thought," said Anthony Sabino, a law professor at St. John's School of Law in New York City. Sabino added that it is possibly more confirmation of the old saw that a lawyer is one who can speak from both sides of the mouth.

CONT

Still trying to comprehend this legal lunacy, I called the Florida Bar, which put me in touch with Florida mortgage foreclosure lawyers. One of them, Tampa attorney Kristofer Fernandez, said he's seen several cases where a large bank has sued itself for foreclosure as the holder of both first and second mortgages.
"Four or five years ago, you would have never seen this," Fernandez said. "Now, it's very common."
In the final years of the housing boom, banks were lending to homeowners with no money down. To do this, they often made 80/20 loans, giving homeowners an 80% first mortgage and a 20% second mortgage. Now, it seems these moronic mortgages require moronic foreclosures.Perhaps this strategy may speed up a summary judgment. Or maybe it preserves the position of the second lien holder so it is next in line to collect surplus funds after the first lien is satisfied, Fernandez said. But fat chance of surplus proceeds in the Florida condo foreclosure market these days. It takes some pretty shameless lawyers and a rich culture of corporate stupidity for a company to sue itself. I hope Wells Fargo loses this case and ends up having to drag itself all the way to the Supreme Court.

NOTICE:

Please read CAREFULLY …

Folks, international events are transpiring as we speak to coincide with the end of the U.S. Inc. fiscal year. While the information I can share at this time is necessarily limited to protect the sources, I can observe that the United States is virtually out of money (out of “credit,” with emphasis on the word “out”) and its primary surety has withdrawn funding as world debt has climbed into unconscionable levels – at least on paper. If this continues, certain critical functions of government will grind to a halt this week and, as they say, the genie will be out of the bottle. This will be a world-wide meltdown. What this means is that the fate of the economic system is hanging on the whisp of certain transactions that are currently underway, and the outcome is in the lord’s hands.

If the meltdown does occur, an alternative governmental structure has already been quietly implemented by freedom-minded members of the present corporate treason. You would then witness a return to constitutional law (for better or worse), the removal of the current office holders, the end of the Fed and IRS, and instant vesting of men and women in their homes, cars and businesses. The mortgage crisis will of course end on a dime. The replacement currency backed by precious metals (NOT the Amero) has already been stockpiled in the vaults of the major banks with great secrecy.

If, on the other hand, the lord deems that these rescue transactions are to be successful, then the present corporate regime will continue with only a relatively modest stock market quiver (sufficient to jangle the chains for “regulation”) – at least for now. For those of you who like to prepare for contingencies, I wanted to bring this information forth without delay. It has been verified by five different high-level sources. Do with it what you will. As you may surmise from the above, there is an overt struggle at the upper echelons of the corporation between the forces of good and evil. Many in power have had their fill of the conscience-deprived banco-terrorism that has been perpetrated against the lord’s children by the cartels. They are literally choosing up sides as we speak.

I hope this information is helpful.

I doubt any of them! Do you feel that you have abandoned them & do you feel guilty? Or do you have better & more sophisticated toys now that interest you more like typing on a computer which spends most of your time discussing things you can't control like the end of the world in 2012 or some major world wide event then that you are convinced is going to happen, or spend your time talking about conspiracies as if these IDEAS are your friends now or YOUR TOYS OF CHOICE.
I would hope you have moved on from the things that were important to you when you were a child. Do you end relationships that were bad for you in your youth, maybe a childhood friend who was a drug dealer, a car jacker, a thief, a sex addict, or troublemaker, like a dragon that was so mean he use to purposely get a thrill out of scaring even pirates? LOL

Have you ever wondered why Hollywood fear movies seem to appeal most to children & very young people? I hope that you have put away childish relationships that were meaningless & left them behind. Leaving bad relationships is not abandonment, it's growing up & realizing that you deserve something better. Divorce is not always bad, but a stepping stone to a better life for many. If you made a huge mistake, make it right by ending the relationship rather than staying in a bad & toxic relationship. That's what sick people do, they stay in toxic relationships. It just makes the two of you utterly crazy staying in a an unhealthy relationship & makes your children more apt to stay in an unhealthy & stagnent relationship too because they become you too in the end.

Social Security Owes ‘Fugitives’ Millions
By ELLEN E. SCHULTZ

A federal judge approved a civil-court settlement requiring the Social Security Administration to repay $500 million to 80,000 recipients whose benefits it suspended after deeming them fugitives. The supposed fugitives include a disabled widow with a previously suspended driver’s license, a quadriplegic man in a nursing home and a Nevada grandmother mistaken for a rapist.
They were among at least 200,000 elderly and disabled people who lost their benefits in recent years under what the agency called the "Fugitive Felon" program. Launched in 1996 and extended to Social Security disability and old-age benefits in 2005, the program aimed to save taxpayers money by barring the payment of Social Security benefits to people "fleeing to avoid prosecution."
