Hide and Seek (11-1-09)

One of the great things about the God relating to man is His steadfast traits by which we come to know Him. One of those He consistently displays is His hiding Himself from mankind in general and revealing Himself to those who seek Him. It seems to men that if God really existed He would make Himself known by obvious display. There should be signs and wonders even a dullard couldn't miss. Was not the cruxifiction crowd to this sort? All men of this character claim that if God would display Himself they would surely serve Him. Why then does God hide with such professions of promised loyalty? Men don't know their own heart. But I would ask this question; "if God can be found by seeking Him why is it that you demand He comes to you?"

When I think of miracle, signs, and wonders they are not very unusual to those whom God reveals. Yet they can occur right before the unbeliever and they will not see it. I've also wondered at why God does not deliver me with spectacular power when He easily could? Then I learned something of the answer when studying His hide and seek in history. Hang in there I'll get to the Dorean relevance soon.

The Jew has displayed a zeal and integrity to God's word throughout the Nations and generation. Their witness is established and confirmed. Yet the very word they so vigorously defended spoke of their rejection of the Messiah and them becoming God's enemy. Now in human logic I would want my friends to guard my record. They would be generous and prejudiced to my most positive attributes. But God is far more clever. When the enemy who has established a credible record reveals you even though they deny you God has revealed Himself in such a way that cannot be denied, reveals Himself, and yet veils Himself to the non-seeker.

When I overlaid this style of God with the Dorean circumstance I managed to see a repeat. The wicked courts have an establish reputation of keeping a true record. Only few really know of their tamperings. But in our case like the Jews their goal is to hide the truth. Yet in the very actions they took to deceive they have preserved the truth. I got excited when God showed me He was sticking to an old pattern. No one would believe our record because of our self-interest. But when our enemy with the verified record documents suddenly truth is measured on its own. Of course it may still take a seeker but it will be in plain sight. The pattern of God did not call lightening boltz from heaven to smite the wicked judge so all men could know what was right by a sign. Instead he offended the wicked judge with a feeble truth presented by weak servants absent any power or verification outside the God he denies. In addition He'll use the wicked judge and his record to reveal His truth to the seeker. It's funny, clever, and beyond human skill. Even more ironic is the wicked have a sign and wonder of hide and seek to prove God but remain oblivious, even to their participation.

This revelation helped me make sense out of some of the exchanges between Alsup and myself as well as his fuming hatred for me. I had to chuckle a bit at God's advantage. Also it is easier to settle into peace when you see the long tough road is the brilliant path of your master. I can boldly say that God used this truth to edify my other prophetic thoughts. We will prevail in a fashion for too spectacular for Scott and Kurt to pull off but a great revelation of God's providence. Perhaps I'll be able to share more detail later.

By KATHY McCORMACK, Associated Press Writer Kathy Mccormack, Associated Press Writer – Mon Jan 11, 4:50 pm ET

CONCORD, N.H. – A tax-evading man convicted of amassing an arsenal of weapons that he and his wife held during a nine-month standoff with federal authorities was sentenced Monday to 37 years in federal prison in a hearing punctuated by him laughing and chiding the judge and prosecutors.

An attorney for Ed Brown had argued his client suffers from a delusional disorder and asked for the minimum mandatory sentence of 30 years, saying it was enough and amounted to a life sentence for the 67-year-old Brown. Prosecutors sought a sentence of almost 50 years in prison.

U.S. District Judge George Singal found Brown competent and decided on the sentence because Brown seemed "unrepentant."

Brown made several outbursts throughout the hearing. At one point, he was removed from court when he would not be quiet during testimony from a forensic psychologist, who concluded Brown has narcissistic personality disorder, characterized by grandiosity, a need for attention and a lack of empathy. Singal referred to Brown as a 6-year-old child needing a time-out.

Later on, as Singal was sentencing him, Brown started laughing and said, "Give me 500 years sir; make yourself happy." He then stood up and was escorted out of the courtroom.

Brown and his wife, Elaine, were in a nine-month standoff with authorities in 2007 after they were sentenced to five years in prison for tax evasion. U.S. marshals posing as supporters arrested them peacefully; no shots were fired. The couple were convicted of the most recent charges in July.

Elaine Brown was sentenced in October to 35 years in prison.

When it was Brown's turn to address the court, he rambled on for 45 minutes about how it was his duty to protect the U.S. Constitution and how the government has been run by Freemasons and the U.S. attorney's office since the Civil War.

"I didn't realize the criminal element was them," he said, saying more than once he wished he could've introduced evidence supporting his arguments.

"We haven't hurt a soul," Brown said of himself and his wife. "They attacked us. We didn't attack them."

He added, "We just asked a question: Show me the law about taxes from Day 1."

Anonymous said...

Brown began his statement by saying that no one really knew who the real Ed and Elaine Brown were, except a few supporters in court. During the sentencing, he nodded at Marie Miller of Farmington, who said she's a longtime friend of the Browns.

"My heart aches over this travesty," Miller said. "They are very lovely people." She added that she did not think the trial was fair and hopes to visit Elaine Brown in federal prison. "This is a sad day."

During the trial, Ed Brown testified that the weapons were for self-defense and the explosives in the woods around their home were to scare intruders, not harm them. But in a radio interview during the standoff, he said if authorities came to kill him or arrest him "the chief of police in this town, the sheriff, the sheriff himself will die. This is war now, folks." He also admitted in court Monday that he could've killed authorities but chose not to.

Prosecutor Arnold Huftalen said Brown created a "carnival-like" atmosphere in his home, inviting and housing supporters, and making statements on radio and television that the couple would come out free or in body bags.

"Mr. Brown has influenced more people than most federal defendants this court has seen," Huftalen said. "What Mr. Brown has done is expand his reach to as many people as he can possibly get."

Anonymous said...

The Browns were convicted of conspiracy to prevent their arrests, conspiracy to forcibly resist arrest, possessing weapons and explosives "in furtherance of crimes of violence," being felons in possession of firearms, obstruction of justice and failure to appear for sentencing. Ed Brown also was convicted to appear at his tax evasion trial.

Court documents showed that the couple's Plainfield home, to which they invited anti-government supporters, was defended by concrete walls, homemade bombs, semiautomatic, assault-type rifles strategically placed throughout the house; 60,000 rounds of ammunition; and metal cans of gunpowder with fuses, some wrapped in nails intended to become shrapnel.

Singal said Brown is a lucky to be living in this country, able to sit in his home for nine months while disobeying a court order. Other countries would have executed a sentence promptly, "and most likely would have executed Mr. Brown quite promptly," he said.

Singal said he had no doubt that Brown would've killed authorities if he had the chance. He said Brown confuses the right that Americans have to promote their own views "with his decision that everyone agree with him."

He noted that at least four Brown supporters have been sent to prison for helping the couple resist efforts to arrest them since their convictions on tax-related felonies in January 2007.

Singal said he wished that Brown, a retired exterminator, had showed some remorse, at least for his wife, a woman "who lifted herself up by her bootstraps to become a dentist," but there was none.

Reflecting on the saying that everyone has 15 minutes of fame, Singal said Brown, unfortunately, was "reveling" in his.

FDIC demand letters usually remain confidential. The one below however, was filed in a bankruptcy court in November 2009.
The Demand Letter, which was attached to a motion from the FDIC to PROSECUTE CLAIMS AGAINST OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND PREPETITION PROFESSIONALS, gives an insight on what the FDIC is doing to recoup their loses and also sheds some light on what was going on in the banking industry during the bubble.
With a 140 bank failures last year and another 552 on the FDIC’s problem list, I am certain this is not the last one we will see…

“In 2006, the Bank had concentrated nearly 50% of its total assets in Option ARMs — growing the Bank’s mortgage portfolio from $6.116 billion on December 31, 2004 to $12.523 billion on December 31, 2007. In 2007, Option ARMs represented roughly 70% of the Bank’s residential loan portfolio and 60% of its total loan portfolio. By 2008, Option ARMs represented an astonishing 575% of the Bank’s capital.” The letter accuses the directors and officers of;

”negligence, gross negligence and/or breach of fiduciary duties related to certain residential loans made by the Bank.”

…”pursuing an overly aggressive growth strategy focused primarily on the controversial Payment Option ARM product”…

…”focused primarily on the controversial Option ARM product — at an excessive and reckless rate”….

…”Adopting an overly aggressive and reckless growth strategy by investing nearly half of the Bank’s assets in a single “controversial” loan product — the Option ARM without adequate “stress” testing and insufficient collateral coverage to withstand anything more than a minor decline in real estate values”….

…”altered mortgage broker compensation and incentives in a manner that took away any incentive for brokers to sell any product other than Option ARMs”…

…Encouraging an extremely liberal and aggressive lending mentality to “make the loan as long as the borrower has a pulse“….

…”Engaging in reckless, high-risk, and limited scrutiny lending to fuel the Bank’s aggressive and rapid growth — in direct contradiction to public representations of the Bank’s conservative lending and strict underwriting policies. In fact, low-quality mortgages were extended without fully verifying borrowers’ incomes, assets, and/or creditworthiness“…

…”disclosed that only 17.4% of the loans in its
residential mortgage portfolio were “full documentation / employment verified“.”…

…”high-risk lending was even more omnipresent in the Bank’s Option ARM portfolio. As of March 31, 2008, only 12.4% of the Bank’s Option ARM mortgages were fully documented and a shocking 31.3% of its portfolio ($2.3 billion) were no documentation loans“.

…”Chronically understaffing the Bank’s appraisal department, thereby preventing diligent and timely review of all appraisal information. This was further buttressed by a corporate culture and routine to undermine and/or circumvent a diligent appraisal process“…

“blindly made loans to borrowers who, for the most part, were un-creditworthy, creating an unduly high risk of inevitable failure when the housing market began to decline”…

And once again, all this time I thought it was the fault of the scumbag, deadbeat, homeowners…
or Kurt Johnson and Scott Heineman aka DOREAN GROUP.

From Bill Moyers.

The ancient Romans had a proverb: “Money is like sea water. The more you drink, the thirstier you become.” That adage finds particular meaning today on Wall Street, which began this New Year riding a tidal wave of bonuses in a surging ocean of greed. Thanks to taxpayers like you who generously bailed banking from the financial shipwreck it created for itself and for us, by the end of 2009 the industry’s compensation pool reached nearly $200 billion. And despite windfall profits, the banks will claim almost $80 billion in tax deductions. And nearly $20 billion of those deductions will go to just three institutions — Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, and Goldman Sachs. Ah, yes — Goldman Sachs, that paragon of profit and probity — which bet big on the housing bubble and when it popped — presto! — converted itself from an investment firm into a bank so it could get your bailout money. Now consider this: in 2008, Goldman Sachs paid an effective tax rate of just one percent. I’m not making that up — one percent! — while their CEO Lloyd Blankfein pulled down over $40 million. That’s God’s work, if you can get it. And, believe me, Wall Street bankers know how to get it. Joseph Stiglitz writes of the “moral bankruptcy” by which bankers knowingly trashed our economy and tore up the social contract.

It really is true Wells Frago really did foreclose on my house while I was still making payments. They said it was because I wasn't making payment. But that was a lie because I have the all the paper work that proves I did make my payments.

When I talked to Wells Fargo's Lawyer, I explained to him that I was still making my payments he said he didn't care he was going to take action because He thought my intend was to stop making payment.

I got a lawyer that one of doreans agents had suggested to me but he rolled over and played dead when it came time to preform in my behalf. The best I got was a loan modification adding Wells Fargo's Lawyer fee to my loan.

Then 3 months later Wells Fargo sent out their lovley paper work again claiming I was in forclousre. This time I had to roll over. Everything tried to do didn't work. And I lost my house.

That's for thinking I am a mole. but I am not. I am just a victim.

Yeah The Bank screwed me. But I still believe that they would have just left me alone if I didn't send them all that crazy paper work.

Who cares if the bank is creating their own money and all that. i CERTIANLY DON'T. i just wanted to be happy and have a house. the worst thing about it was I bought my home in a new development so I got it for very little. Then the city started booming and all my neighbors where able to sell their houses a make a lot of money. I couldn't because wells Fargo wouldn't let me. I tried. But they wouldn't except it. When the market went back low and they were about to sell my house on the county court steps then they let me sell. but not before they tacked on more of their fees.

I guess I shouldn't be bitter. I am in the process of buying a new house again. but I learned my lesson don't mess with the system it's working fine.

Nordic Terror: UK Puts Iceland on Terrorist List
By: Ian Welsh Saturday October 25, 2008 12:30 pm

One of the casualties of the financial crisis which has gotten little notice in the US is Icleand, and it went down in a particularly ugly fashion. Gordon Brown, the UK’s fantastically unpopular Prime Minister, said that Icelandic banks had threatened to not honor obligations to British account holders, so he declared Iceland a terrorist country and seized the banks assets. This caused the banks to go under and the Icelandic economy to implode to the extent that if Russia hadn’t sent them billions of dollars, they would have literally starved, since they need to import food. Yes, they asked the US and their friends in the EU for money first, but apparently only Vladimir Putin cared enough about Iceland’s impending famine to do anything about it. It’s times like these when you find out who your friends are. I imagine the Icelanders are feeling a lot warmer towards Russia these days. Perhaps Putin would like a nice naval base there?
Leaving aside, for just a moment, the absurdity of labeling Iceland a terrorist country, the problem is this: Icelanders are saying "prove it" with respect to the allegation that they threatened to not honor account withdrawals, and so far Gordon Brown hasn’t come up with proof.

5,000 INDICTMENTS ARE PENDING FOR FINANCIAL FRAUD OPERATIONS
Following the CHANGE OF POLICY at the US Department of Justice announced on this website earlier, the US Attorney General, Mr Holder, stated, in a speech given in West Palm Beach during the week ending 15th January 2010, that there are 5,000 pending indictments by the Department of Justice linked to fraud at financial institutions, as part of a colossal new offensive targeting market manipulators and scamsters across the board. This development is of course DIRECTLY RELATED to the international developments that we have reported, and to the fact that the level of heat that has accumulated over time as a result of these exposures, has surpassed boiling point.

• The lid can no longer be kept screwed down on the cauldron.

Arctic Outpost Gives Flaherty Chance to Heal G-7 Split on Banks
By Theophilos Argitis

Jan. 18 (Bloomberg) — U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner, European Central Bank President Jean-Claude Trichet and their Group of Seven counterparts face few distractions when they meet in an ARCTIC outpost to rein in diverging policies on the future of bank regulation. Canadian Finance Minister Jim Flaherty will host G-7 finance chiefs and central bankers Feb. 5-6 in Iqaluit, a town 195 miles south of the ARCTIC CIRCLE. He says he’ll press for more unity after the U.S., U.K. and France imposed levies on banks or bonuses even after Group of 20 leaders in September promised to “raise standards together.” “We’re trying to have a synchronized approach and clearly some jurisdictions are going in different directions,” Flaherty said in a Jan. 12 interview in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

FDN attorneys Jeff Barnes, Esq. and local NJ counsel Michael Jacobson, Esq. have scored a stunning victory in New Jersey resulting in the reversal of a previously entered summary judgment and where the court made significant findings as to factual issues surrounding what appears to have been a double assignment by MERS first to CitiMortgage and then to IndyMac. Although the 5-page written trial court opinion is unpublished, the decision cites applicable New Jersey Rules of Civil Procedure and decisional law applied to the facts of the case.
Plaintiff IndyMac had alleged that it was the current holder of the note and mortgage. In granting the borrower’s Motion to Vacate the previously entered summary judgment, the court determined that the lack of clarity in the assignment history warranted vacatur of the summary judgment. As the Motion to Vacate was granted under Rule 4:50-1(f), the one-year limitation to file such a motion was found not to apply. The court found that the plaintiff had still not established the assignment history of the mortgage as required by Rule 4:64-1(b)(10), and this was a “substantial factual issue” because the plaintiff is required, at the very least, to provide proof of standing to foreclose by some evidence that it has a “stake in the outcome of the action”. The court also found that whether MERS, as nominee, is not in a position to assign the mortgage is a “substantial issue in and of itself” which the courts in New Jersey have not yet addressed.
The court held that based on the alleged assignment history recited by the plaintiff in its amended complaint for foreclosure, MERS as nominee for IndyMac assigned the mortgage to the plaintiff approximately 20 months AFTER it had already assigned the mortgage to MERS as nominee for CitiMortgage, Inc. The court thus stated: “How the plaintiff can foreclose on a mortgage ostensibly assigned to it after the assignor had already assigned the mortgage to another assignee is certainly a triable issue”.
The opinion is consistent with the plethora of opinions previously issued by the United States Supreme Court and the state courts of New York, Ohio, California, and other jurisdictions which have repeatedly held that it is the burden of the plaintiff, in a foreclosure action, to demonstrate that it has standing to foreclose by providing evidence that it has a stake in the outcome of the foreclosure action.

Last year, Canadian journalist Benjamin Fulford had asked in an interview with former Minister of Finance of Japan Heizo Takenaka "Why have you abandoned the control of the Japanese financial system to a group of American and European oligarchs?"

The very surprising answer of Takenaka was: "Because Japan was threatened with an 'earthquake machine'." (Video in English).

Fulford did not want to believe it, but later, the Japanese police reported to him that because he had spoken, there would be an earthquake in the city of Nigata. Two days later, the largest Nuclear plant around Nigata found itself in the epicenter of two earthquakes (6.8).

Haarp technology can generate earthquakes by sending microwaves into the stratosphere, with a capacity of one billion watts.

This causes an uprising, or compression of the stratosphere which falls, causing an earthquake.

Warning signs are a staining of the sky, like the one which appeared just before the last earthquake in China, that caused 80,000 victims. A Taiwanese satellite has measured just before this event a 50% reduction of the ionosphere over this region.
