METHOD AND MEANS OF THE SCHEME TO DEFRAUD

16. BANKSTERS made claims of a security interest in property that was held in family estate trust to which the 3rd-party Plaintiffs were trustees. 3rd-party Plaintiffs as trustees had a legal and moral obligation to verify these claims. A bonded presentment was sent seeking the appropriate information for this purpose. No BANKSTER ever supplied verification. Trustees sought the original promissory note unaltered and in possession of the BANKSTERS. No promissory note existed in this condition. BANKSTERS never used their capital as consideration to purchase an interest in the financial asset (promissory note) of the trust. They only had an agency role to solicit bids, and offers from the commercial secondary markets for a sale called securitization. BANKSTERS also took on a fiduciary obligation by the deposit of financial asset into their depository in a personal account of the drawer. Never was this account exposed or disclosed. The funds were liquidated without the knowledgeable consent of the beneficiary, nor were they distributed to the beneficial interest. BANKSTERS breached their fiduciary obligation to enrich themselves by misstatements, fraud, and theft and breached their agency by conflicting into a servicing role with their coconspirators. They are in league with the government through its business enterprises known as FANNIE MAE, FREDDIE MAC, and GINNIE MAE. These companies use these stolen financial assets to justify the values of their stocks and bonds. All BANKSTERS apparently get some cut, kickback or financial incentive to maintain this securities fraud as the status quo. No rights, title or interest pass from the drawer to the end user or any of the mediators via these methods.
17. BANKSTERS advertise via all forms of media that they have monies to loan, knowing this to be false. They give the appearance that they are the creditor when all along its the alleged borrower / victim that is the creditor and not the debtor. Credit is the only commodity in the transaction and the maker of the promissory note is the creator and extender of credit.
18. The BANKSTERS use sophisticated double-speak contracts that deceptively hide the true nature of the consideration of the parties.
19. Incentives are offered to brokers and agents to perpetuate this fraud and to create conflicts.
20. Once the promissory notes are in their possession, securitized, or sold without a true transfer of rights, title, and interest a bogus security interest is placed upon the asset property of the maker.
21. Security interest are recorded upon the public record in the County of possession.
22. BANKSTERS have created a false record that title companies and recorders believe to be true.
23. BANKSTERS have purchased interest in most title companies and influenced most county governments by their creditor / debtor relationships.
24. When confronted by 3rd-party plaintiffs BANKSTERS used their financial influence to purchase favors from the judiciary specifically Mr. William Alsup who showed his loyalties by an over zealous reaction to 3rd-party plaintiff’s civil complaint; steep sanctions and referral for criminal prosecution. Incentives include, but are not limited to, retirement benefits, mortgages, bribes, and other indirect methods. It is clear the Northern District court is the best money can buy. Wayne Brazil issued warrants, tampered with evidence, entered pleas and purposefully tried to make the beneficiaries surety for the 3rd-party plaintiffs, which are Cestui Que Trusts. D. Lowell Jensen continued this known error in order to attach liabilities via unapplicable bank fraud statutes. Bernard Zimmerman after separating the parties in open court changed the record by stealth to remain in league with his peers and the BANKSTER’S agenda. Mr. Alsup took control over the criminal prosecution knowing his automatic disqualification by prior conflicts.
25. Prosecutors were given financial incentives, via retirement, career, loans, and cash. All were already in a fiduciary relationship with the Cestui Que Trust / 3rd-party plaintiffs. The incentives were substantial enough to cause them all to breach this duty, enrich themselves, and attempt to hide it all by destroying the victim, the only party who could make a claim for damages, the beneficiary of the trusts. They also knowingly tried to make the beneficiaries a surety for the trust, which they purposefully placed in dishonor as a delinquent creditor in the bankruptcy of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
26. BANKSTERS have conspired with VIOLATORS, FIDUCIARIES, AGENTS, FRAUDSTERS, and BROKERS to trespass upon the contracts and property of 3rd-party plaintiffs with the end goal being the conversions to their own use, enjoyment, and self-enrichment.

Eternal Talk

I thought I would give you some eternal perspective for those of you it applies to. It is the faith of Christ that saves not faith in Christ. This is not semantics but a clear separation of truth. Faith in Christ is generated from the man towards God. Man has no spiritual capacity to reach towards God. This is the faith of fruity, Evil ex, Tcob, neo and others. Neo of all of these might be redeemable. They ridicule because every view they have, even God, is from their own eyes. The faith of Christ is unique. Christ as a man took God at His word to the point of death. This is what Amen means. Christ chose some unto Himself before the foundations of this world to inherit His faith. It is that paradox where you are in Christ when Christ is in you. This is not a “me” generated faith and quite contrary. This faith rests upon every word of God. It debases self and exalts Christ. It makes decisions that create ridicule and shame for eternal rewards. It never grows the coward because you are always outside the jurisdiction of this world. It is the irresistible force that comforts the immovable object of evil in this world. It is why two mere men are dangerous to a fed machine. Not because of the men but because of the faith of Christ in these men standing opposed to evil. I don’t give them a fighting chance. I base this on how the faith of Christ has already conquered the evil within me. Christ is not tempted to be a thief for he knows the endless supply of God. Christ in me created Dorean and the decisions that got me here. That is why your ridicule is comical and tragic at the same time. Those who are possessed of Christ know who is and isn’t. Be found of God or be lost.

The Clerk’s Tale

Chaucer in one of his Canterbury Tale’s made a thought provoking scenario in the Clerk’s Tale, a young women of poverty married a cruel Lord. One who tried and tested her very unnecessarily. Regardless she was always faithful. How much more for those who serve the kind Lord of Christ. Who are we as vessels to say to the potter “why have you made me without handles?” Can that which is formed question he who does the forming? I don’t like my test, trial and current circumstance but I know my Lord kind. Do you really think the $3,000 you think you lost is turning heaven upside down? Maybe its worse, and you’ve lost home and reputation. When can you say with knowledge you have a cruel Lord? When can you say He is not in control? Perhaps we forget from what low estate we come from. Maybe our hearts have lost our first love. Is He not wise to chastise us as loved children that rebellion not enter our hearts again? Do your words give away your true state? I’m asking myself can I tame my soul to respect and trust my Lord solely on His reputation when the trial is painful? Read this tale and see what you would do. I had to repent and recalibrate: “Not my will Lord but Thine.” It is the only way we are better than the evil ones that attack us.

The Idol Threat

The idols of our lives do not have to be fixed carved images. They can be and mostly are figments of the imagination. What remains true is that they do not have the appendages of life and can only obtain animation by our thoughts. It cannot dust itself off, protect itself from robbers, speak its desires, or see its creator. Judge Alsup and Keller have an idol of their own making that sanctions and justifies their evil as justice. It is as spineless and wimpy as its creator and is evidence to this by its very existence. The living God Jehovah of Host is not a creation of man nor are His armies He can muster. He does not need my thoughts to become animated. He has His own will, body and power. He can defend Himself, speak and obtain His desires. He is the creator and not subject to men. Now the question I have to ask myself is can an idol be possessed with enough power to remove me from the hand of the living God? I don’t think so. To me it is an idle threat. If I find no reasonable remedy for this assault of stupidity I can rest in this simple comfort. “Your God is a pussy and mine is not, bring it on tough guy!"

The 13th

I’ve written this in advance so the reports will verify my hopes. 13 has always been an important number in my life. It is normally associated with bad luck because it is a number synonymous with sin in the Scriptures. I’ve liked the number especially since my studies on the Tribe of Manasseh the 13th tribe of Israel. This tribe became the United States and it is no accident 13 was the number of this Country. I wore this number in softball for 20 years. I don’t view it as lucky but evidence that God keeps His promises. I’m feeling optimistic that the thirteenth will reveal God’s promises. This is not a prophecy as fruitty would declare but a hope that some advantage would be obtained. I’m praying for wisdom in the face to face battles for I’m certain that paper can be twisted by these people at any time. All the contracting really happens here. We have been given some great tactics I’m certain they’re not expecting. Maybe if we keep poking this beast we’ll find that one spot that reveals its nature. These guys are good, pros at this game I’m glad most of you can avoid this. It really is disheartening when you see these ministers of justice having no respect for Christ who called this country into existence as part of the promise to Manasseh thousands of years ago. Such great promise treated with contempt. Lawlessness being sold as the law. Fruitty, Christ’s great champion warrior can ignore this insult to God because she is called to fight two men in jail who by all her wisdom and experience don’t have a circumstantial chance. With faith like this a mustard seed must be gigantic. 13 is my shoe size and what I must use to walk through this battle to God’s promises.

A Day in Court

The action filed as a superseding indictment is an in rem (property claim) claim against the all caps fictional trust operating as a strawman in commerce. It can be no other way. Judge Alsup refused to put my name on the indictment as a natural man because that would move us into law. Law is men under oath. No fiction can take an oath. Judge Alsup is precluded from being an article III judge because of the contracts he is under. He pays taxes meaning he has been revenued to article I under admiralty by contract. He has accepted private Federal Reserve Note that diminish his compensation and capacity to remain in article III. He’s been revenued. He is no longer paid by the people under US Treasury dollars and has lost his unbiased quality at law. He can only mediate contracts. They respond to these challenges with a smirk and chuckle but no fact. The best way to hide evil is to accuse your enemy of the same thing. These guys have no law, just force. I challenged him on this point and he pointed to force, not capacity. They have a slick game but I won’t play. Christ in me knows the truth and has no fear of their force. Even to my own destruction I desire Christ to show Himself strong. There is but one more chance for truth to appear voluntarily or it will be forced upon the liar. What happens in this fed court is no different than any other judge across the land. They are all frauds outside the 4 corners of the Constitution. Only by your acceptance can they justify their behavior. This is a wicked folly Christ abhors. This one case Christ in me says no more. What does He say in your cases across the land? I don’t think His voice changes.

The Dark Cloud

It is only a sliver of a window but I could see the ominous dark clouds forming heavy in the sky. I realized that rain is a necessity of this world even though it must come from darkness. The cloud of evil that approached from a distant horizon got larger, darker and more heavy with its own substance. Today it hangs straight over my head in its fullest potential. It is so heavy with its own intent it must now dump. Dumping is not fun and scary but could be looked at as the death of all this stored up evil. That’s kind of what I’m sensing. Now I do feel the atmospheric change of their presence, see the light being blocked out from my view, and feel the temperature creeping to cruel coldness. What I also sense is that this is their dying breath and also the cure for the parchness I’ve acquired in battle. God uses evil to bless the righteous. Uses their very plans and nature to deliver resource, nourishment, and life. I never liked this cloud and wanted it to never enter this season of my life but the Master of all creation made me stay put while this blew over and restored unto me a hope of reaping greater harvest from my toils and labors by sending my enemy to bless me. All I had to do was obey, stand, and let the enemy be itself. The brightness of God was always above and unaffected by these clouds. My view was all that was being tampered with. I now see blue (eternal) sky on the horizon. Hope you do to.

Seriously

When I talk of quitting it is always from a teaching angle. It is not a possibility in reality. I got this assignment for this reason. Not because I’m great but the opposite. Any man who stands against evil is as great as another. Every man should be great but most sell themselves cheap. Those of you who encourage me to stay in the fight know I will. My life is not my own and my desires for it are well noted with one who is powerful, compassionate, and aware. My promise is ultimately beyond the threats of the feds and their keystone cops. I only address the naysayers for teaching content. I don’t take them serious. How could I? They tell me about God’s ways and condemn themselves in the same breath. Tell me I’m motivated by money and they have dedicated over a year to pissing and moaning about $3,000. They tell me I am outside Christ yet they only curse me without offering hope. That is just like Christ! Who wants to serve the Christ of their own making. I’ve studied the word 30 years. If their knowledge of scripture were wax they couldn’t hold a candle to what I’ve learned. I’ve learned to respect my pears, keep my mouth shut around those wiser, and to call out and expose the foolish pride of the adolescent. Truth is subjective by our experience but objective when it is the Word of God. I can tell the difference and separate both realities. My detractor cannot. I can also separate people who understand the significance of history in the making and those who have the history of insignificance. I know who I work for and the job I must do for their interest. No pressure or opinion will change that. I appreciate you all. Spread the word, get people talking. Our boast is on its way. People who come late to history will not fully appreciate it.

I am not out (5/25/06)

People, the plans the political hacks and bankers have for me is drawn out. I will tell when their plans have failed. Stop guessing, you will know. It will not be hidden. This has been an interesting week. Kenneth Lay got 45 years. His only crime being he didn’t run Fannie Mae. If he had been in business with the government there would be no indictments and a small fine. How do you hide a multi-trillion dollar problem? Make a 500 million dollar fine your remedy. Enron is small potatoes to Fannie Mae so why the disparity? Those who know this answer know how Judge Alsup earned his place in history as a cheap man who sells his integrity for mere trinkets. I am fortunate to be the man called to face these toothless roaring tyrants with truth. They have destroyed millions with their unlawful conversion. Christ has had enough! They cannot hide their plans or execute them. He who made them laughs at their folly. If we all listen to His words and say AMEN we will see His deliverance come suddenly. Call now your friends and neighbors while it appears we’re losing so that our boast in Christ might be full. I will keep the voice alive and do my part. I’ve developed some typing calluses trying to keep them on their toes. Let me add just a little color to your life as someone did for me. I received a card of a Karen Nevis at www.karennevis.com that radiates joy. Take a look because if one trapped in prison gets the freshness of outside how much more will you. AMEN (5/24/06)

In the Hebrew there were 3 words for faith-believing-trust. They were progressive in nature. Bata was the beginning step or adolescent faith. One would tentatively trust here like placing your weight upon a cane. “I’ll test is but I’m not certain of its trustworthiness,” would be something you would say to yourself. You reserve some of your trust as cautionary. The next is Hasa, which is more committed. This is like a chick running to a mother hen’s wings, or you running to the shelter of a cleft or cave in a rock. This is not yet total trust but very involved. It’s now apart of your nature and predominant among your decisions. Last you have AMEN. This is an absolute courageous trust that will stand even to contrary circumstance. All these are relevant to a trust of God’s forever settled word in heaven. This AMEN does not let a man quit under fed pressure, lose hope in battle, or compromise for anything short of the Word’s intent.

Now naysayers who don’t know God’s plan for me think they are a persuasive argument but not for AMEN. All of you should allow God to place words worthy of AMEN in your hearts. Foreclosure, loss of $3,000, friends and family departures, a long battle, and impossible odds all become moot. AMEN is established to see His word performed. Sound crazy? The entire world was formed by the word of God and His AMEN. The contrary evidence is shaky. Never gets more than Bata from me. Let God be true and every man a liar! AMEN

The Court of Honor (5/20/06)

Ken, Becky, and Dave and those finding the struggle more difficult. I offer you this comfort I gained. In the first chapter of Job bad news came in rapid succession. None of our bad news is as severe but painful nonetheless. Job had a response that blew me away. He shaved his head, tore his cloths and worshiped the Lord. I thought about this as a right response for me. One enters the courts of God with praise and thanksgiving in your heart. All the petitions of mercy and injustice arrive with you. I take your pains with me into this court where I find a God larger than all our enemies. Where justice is the standard and rebels can never enter. It is a place of peace because the Christ in me is home there. Here my burdens are lifted my courage increased. It did not change the bad news only mad it irrelevant. Here I’m touching eternity away from the timed influence of evil men. The Jurisdiction or law diction is only God’s voice. A voice full of power, truth, love and wisdom. Here I can see how really meager my foes are and how futile their intent. Honor is everywhere not a title to a fraud. I arrive with all the pain but depart with hope. I want you to know I share your pains, take them with me and depart with hope for us all. Soon He will say “it is finished” and we will have prevailed Shame on all those who fought against this.

5/16 Court

It was a good day. We reached all our goals except stopping the ferretta. That in itself is not significant. Mr. Alsup has now been tested spiritually and failed. 5-16 was his procedural test and he failed. Our next hearing will be his moral test, which he is destined to fail.

If he had any morality he would not be sitting on this case. He already had conclusions about us from the civil case that would be prejudicial to an unbiased 3rd party trier of fact. A quote from his written opinion states “No greater evidence of bad faith could I find.” Add to this our referral for criminal prosecution by him and I’m beginning to feel railroaded. Now add his financial incentive to rule against us and that about says it all. You see it is very easy to call him a political hack. I’m just being honest a virtue not present in Mr. Alsup. Regardless I must give him one last opportunity to find it before I turn him over to his folly. Sounds like I’m in charge and that is true in that honest men are in all ways superior to evil men. Mr. Alsup serves a god of his own making a dishonest god like his creator but that is not a god at all. If this god can rip me from the hand of the living God and deliver me up to his sacrifice I want to see it. Christians must know of the power of their God. He is the living and only true God precisely because of His rule by power. I am safe even if Alsup mounts an army to enforce his fraud upon me. This is not to be so heavenly minded I’m no earthly good. I still have work for my hands to do but remaining obedient leads to deliverance. This is a truth for Kurt, Scott, or any who call Christ Lord. Disobedience can’t be disguised by a pretextual scriptural garment. Only those who live it can judge the fruit of those who do and don’t. You know who you are and that is why you are not fooled or your hope lost because we know the power by which God is able to effect His will upon the wicked and ungodly. They never had a chance once someone trusted God enough to confront them. We do, we have, we will continue to trust God until His Victorious end.

The Crux (5/12/06)

On 5-9 we were to discuss the crux of jurisdiction. Instead we were handed a gift. The report of psychiatrist Dr. Misset. At that moment we felt we had to cross-examine this witness for the record. This happened on 5-11. Our next hearing is scheduled for 5-16 to do the ferretta hearing. This is where we will discuss the crux of the facts.

Foundation: Dr. Misset was a witness of exemplary credential. 4 intelligent, reasonable men had no choice but to agree with him; Me, Scott, Mr. Alsup and Mr. Keller. Mr. Alsup even spent 10 minutes testifying to the 9th Circuit on the record of Scott and my exceptional mental competency and verbal skills. Now the foundation is laid to prevent the courts normal exit in factual conflict “you are not competent”. Also I have an agreed factual base to challenge the presumptions that are causing all of us damage. Only men are examined by psychiatrist.

The Crux: KURT JOHNSON the defendant is not the man Kurt Johnson. It is a Cestui Que Trust functioning like a Strawman in commerce. The man is not capable of contracting with himself. He cannot be a representative of self. The ferretta is equivalent to judicial masturbation from a factual basis. A man can only present himself. I as a man have no duty to present myself until another self addressed me by charge. Mr. Keller and Mr. Alsup have not presented themselves as men under oath with charge for me to present an answer under oath. They are mere agents of some fiction called The UNITED STATES who is acting as a mere agent of some 27 other fictions who are under no oath because they are not men. KURT JOHNSON is a name under Idem Sonans that is being confused with me. I have made it clear by constructive notice in the public and actual notice when before these confused agents, that I am a man. I can only be reached at law by personum jurisdiction while the trust / strawman is reached in rem. That makes the nature, character, and identity so substantially different as to be prejudicial to any presumption otherwise. I know the trust / strawman as trustee a non-liability relationship. I am not a surety, a pledge, or accommodation party and do not or will not accept that presumption by the misinterpretation of my actions as adhesion contracts enforceable. I am competent to understand, create, and execute my contracts. It is why I was hired by clients. It is this skill, which makes me a good trustee. If I were to not perform this task for you I would be guilty of self-enrichment, breach of duty or negligence at least. Then all you naysayers would be hanging me for that. Nice world you offer me! Someday you will understand the value of this information and how necessary it was to prevail in a battle of this magnitude.

This crux / cross is going to be erected on 5-16 and truth like Christ will be exalted under shame as deliverance. This case is death on one side of the cross and life on the other. Passing through it into the better covenant happens by humility not pride. Truth never changes only the circumstances of its application. The truth of victory and new testimony are soon to be delivered. AMEN!

Would you trust a snake that bit you (5/12/06)

The antitoxins to the poisonous snakebite is of the same nature. In fact it is a poison to the poison. In math 2 negatives make a positive. The mortgage poison has certain relationships. First there is an asset introduced called a note. Then an agency relationship is created by its transfer. (Not title only possession) Generally some mortgage broker but can include a bank employee. He then creates a trust by deposit with a 3rd party. Now the poison seeps into the bite they just took out of you. The broker agent in his dual capacity conspires with one side to enrich himself and conflicts with your interest. Non-disclosure hides the deposit and successful funding of your financial asset. He now seeks a pledge of property (real-estate) to further enhance his self-enrichment and the assets of his co-conspirator. After pledge also known as a chose-in-action a servicing fee is the next booty. Legal title is then moved to the creditor and equitable title remains vested with the debtor in possession. Of course this is all presumed and not factual. Do you really think it was an accident that Dorean used the same toxins to cure the bite. We used a trust / fiduciary relationship, title change, chose-in-action, pledge and agency. Even Carm Kidd could recognize the fruit from this tree of knowledge of good and evil. The serpentine path had many turns but only one goal.

It’s time to Peel the Fruit (5/18/06)

Fruit was a broker/agent for Mortgage Alternatives a known fraud. They took money for years and did nothing. She then sought that relationship with us but would not participate in training. She is not a client but supplied a few of her old MA clients. This is honorable to seek a remedy for those you’ve hurt even if no intent was present. What was not honorable was to charge those clients a premium above our fee to help them. What do you call that? Profiting from fraud, taking money, or just compensation? Never in an entire year has she let out her dirty little secret. Oh yes you can remove the splinter in my flesh as soon as you remove the log in your eye. MA is not being prosecuted because they did nothing and never will. People can be ripped off and government doesn’t care. That is status quo, but upset the status quo and you are a target. Dorean is a target because we did something not nothing. Your clients also talked with us many times about how you lied to them and that they didn’t trust you. Perhaps one of them would be kind enough to expose you for what you are. Don’t give me your Christian crap. Christ Kingdom is an honest one. You should change your name to they will know me by my peel. You repent and help us help your clients or piss-off. Your voice is a fraud!

THE CHAMP (5/9/06)

I was pleased to see the champ made it to the site. Our meeting was a divine appointment. One of the things he reminded me of was the mental part of battle. You see converting a contender into an opponent is an art of mental toughness more than physical. Of course being in shape is important but only as a tool for the mastery of another man’s will. There are a few ways to chip away at a contenders confidence until he becomes an opponent. He could hit you with his best shot and not phase you. You could out perform him in skill, power, or endurance. You could hurt his body. You could frustrate him by cheating a bit like low blows, stepping on his feet, or holding etc. It could be a simple stare down. All this is drama designed to cause him to question himself when measured against you. All fights are won this way even the TKO which only delays the mental response by a few seconds. My point here is that fight training is ideal for trustee training because mental toughness will keep you a contender and not a forgotten opponent. Champ is one in the ring and one out. He made that obvious by our discussions. Don’t kid yourselves the government is a skilled professional when it comes to mind or will control. They take the fight out of you long before they bring the fight to you. They will not break us and have already failed with many of their best devices. One thing they didn’t count on is that I’m an expert at the battle of the wills. They so rarely deal with contenders that when one appears he can pretty much have his way with them. Court Date (5/9/06)

The date was crowded with lawyers and defendants. After ancillary business we were handed the report from the Psyche with the intentions of performing the ferretta hearing. I took a little sidestep that appeared to me too great an opportunity to pass up. As you are aware there is a tremendous amount of drama to sell Court TV as reality. The State provided a witness and an assessment of my mental state and abilities, which is the fertile ground to verify my objective reality in my environment. Against the Judge and prosecutor's objection we managed to get a hearing to examine this witness on the 11th. I will update you on this after the fact but this is my goal; To have a 3rd party expert from the State verify I am a natural human of flesh and blood, a man with a mind that he assessed. The court's goal is to pretend the Strawman fiction is me. They do this by adhesion contract and not answering declaratory questions. I will have their witness lay the foundation for my separation from the Strawman. This petty particular is at the core of jurisdiction, which is the threshold of procedure. I cannot precede under a presumption only a fact. The good news is your trustee's are factually competent.

I hear there is a movie out there called V is for Vendetta. That it shows the truth through fiction of the Vanity of the Vice of tyrannical government over its Victims. May all learn from these Visions. V also stands for Victory and I like the symbolism of this letter in that two paths are taken from one point. You see Victim or Victor all stem from the same set of facts. It is merely choices of the Vanquished or the Valiant that determine the path. The Exit (5/5/06)

How could I possibly thank the Lord for so great a deliverance? Many of you have the jaw dropping experience but imagine how much more myself. The speed of the success may give the appearance of easy, which is far from the facts. This was the full energy of the federal government who could get a state (UTAH) to fabricate 10 felonies in an hour, pressure a foreign country, and punish a man without relief. They hardly ever lose, cheat, are unlawful pirates of commerce and do it with intent of malice. Every benefit rest with them. We are not lawyers, pros, or skilled yet God gave us wisdom far beyond our enemy. Many of you loudmouths were not honest in your judgments or professions and that is why at this moment you are without words. I was honest though many promises were unfulfilled. God deserves all of our praises. Christ kept me poised under fire never worried or in fear. This is gifted not of the nature of a man. Christ has proven trustworthy in that He called me into the entrance of this battle with His exit already prepared. Christ had the faith God would raise Him because He promised. This same Christ knew to trust the reliability of the exit because God spoke it and lived that faith through me. That obedience is what condemns all the hearts of evil whether in power or in isolation. May we all learn from the Dorean victory that to follow the Christ overcomes this world and our sinful nature and is the power by obedience to defy the powerful and wicked. Christ will move many to blessing regardless of bankers, governments, armies, media, ignorance or stupidity. I am grateful Christ!

The Big Picture (5/4/06)

This will take a little while so bear with me. I am now convinced that even if I disclose to the evil cabal (the bankers and their 3 purchased branches of government) the clever trap God has laid for them and told them how many steps, the type of trap, and the eminent peril, they would be by nature unable to change their cadence and walk right into it. Therefore I will disclose.

At the forming of the Federal Reserve Americans were rich in all manner of wealth from an unimpeded industrial revolution. Thanks almost solely on the sacrificial efforts of President Andrew Jackson. The first manner of business of this new euphoric endless checkbook cartel was to fund WWI. The logic was two-fold, one foreign and one domestic. Domestically 90% of the working class was self-employed. Not good for centralization and control. Foreign agenda was to use the power of the US to break the bank as it were of the other industrial powers and created centralization globally. Great corporations were created by the war effort and employment was encouraged. After the war victory and her spoils were amplified by a flood of inflationary cash. Equities skyrocketed and the individual businessman came under two deadly pressures. He could not compete with the corporations (controlled and legislatively encouraged) return on investment and their great liquidity to purchase him and his competitors. They are successfully moving wealth to a smaller group of privileged, controlled fictitious entities. A perfect setup for an equity confiscation or depression, by the withdrawal of cash from the addicted masses. Under this pressure Government passed socialistic legislation and further destroyed independence. It was now time to fake success of these policies and encourage the people with cash. This time though we’ll disguise the equity run up and transfer of wealth to a smaller group under a war effort. Man can no longer support his family and keep up with the greed so we must encourage 2 worker families. Patriotism is a good motivator. Let’s create a Rosey the Riveter campaign. After the war employment was established over running your own business. Now Gold gas been confiscated, equities depleted, ingenuity centralized and law has been perverted. The all American dream of home ownership is still intact though not on a solitary income. Education chimes in here with the creation of preschools, amoral philosophies, and get a job college degreed dogma. The home equity now falls mainly in their sights. There is still some cash about and this nest egg. The parents of the baby boomers are too conscrevative and less susceptible to propaganda since they lacked education and media exposure. We will set up these boomers. Changing tax incentives to consolidate debt and to borrow home equity plus creating IRA’s, 401K’s, and Keogh’s with easy ingress and egress to capture all the cash. Tighten up the egress and tie it almost exclusively to home equity and this nest egg is under constant assault. Finally I deflate the dollar, crash equities and chase the last liquid wealth into the home. Now for the grab. Inflate prices by importing cash from inflated foreign investors who have no other vehicle that can keep pace with their depreciating dollar accounts. Elevate the dollar, raise interest rates, foreign investors now hold verses spending or investing, crash other safe haven alternatives like the Euro, foreclose on homes and the great land grab is complete. It’s been done first in agriculture, then industry, you’re next.

Now here’s the brilliance of God’s plan. I would say another two years of the current fed policy should really tighten their noose. They have been funneling wealth to this narrow area for decades with full intention of this grab. Here comes divine wisdom through many at this time and aggressively through Dorean to release this wealth through a trap door before the grab. Their own UCC set them up. TILA and FDCPA were to give them minimum punishment in their unlawful aggression and to put a good face on their purchased agents. God took two men below their radar and outside their ideas of danger and provided an exit. The future is the good part. This wealth not being stolen at this time will greatly affect the economy to the positive. Fannie Mae will crumble under the exposure of their giant pansy scheme that had no equity behind their securities. The entire 3 trillion dollar booty set aside for their master is returned to the people. The people who are now full-fledged addicted consumers will go on a spending spree and their policy of high dollar will give us the greatest banG for our buck. They will drive the dollar even higher to absorb this winfall and to recoup their losses from Europe. High dollar and low Euro drives dollars into their markets to purchase their wealth at discount. Europe will have a great recession and this will cause greater division between the US and Britain and them. They will vote Great Britain out of the Union. Enjoy the decade of prosperity headed your way but remember just because they made Europe pay for your debt they have not forgot about you and will turn with fierceness again. The Arab nations will see sinking oil prices and political clout. They will form a 10 Nation union to bolster their market and position. As you can see God is very clever. This has been a mere summary since one could go through legislation, Executive Order, Judicial Opinions and line them up with the corresponding fed policy to truly understand the coordinated effort to corral the people and their wealth into the slaughter pen. Thank God for His mercy and divine intervention for without it we didn’t have a chance. I wrote the future less for you but more to expose to the enemy that what they discuss and plot in secret God declares openly. Even this will not instill any humility or fear. They will continue unimpeded to the plan God has for them because He controls the minds and hearts of men. Oh my $3,000, what about me? Petty Petty Petty. What about you in the big picture? Figure it out! I know what I have to do and when to do it. Then maybe the blind fruit inspector will get a revelation of the real God. Probably not; can a pear tree yield figs? It’s all about the root! I will not comment on the big picture again until I am outside to share with you the many opportunities available to you in this. I hope this snapshot encourages you faithers and offends the ignorant while informing the enemy the shame of their secrets.

Neo made a post that got to the root of his issue with me. That being I don’t keep my promises. Admittingly a person may be possessed with this evidence but let me ask some of you that have experience. Let me even use your example, Score rep lied to you, broke the law, and had an agenda for your business that was not yours. Isn’t bankruptcy not keeping your promises and the guy getting hosed $30K not a pure boast? Many of you have had trials before with government and had the effects that appear to blemish your integrity. After the IRS seizes your account you miss rent, perhaps can’t go on that vacation (promised) or bless your children as intended. Your friends withdrawal and family start to blame you. Maybe agreed investors pull out causing you to look like a liar. Has this ever happened to any of you? I worked with trust clients for decades and saw it over and over again. Speak up and help these perhaps sincere folks who are misinterpreting the facts before them. Species adapt but that is far from evidence for evolution. People speak of historical knowledge they should not possess but that is far from evidence of reincarnation. What a man does under these circumstances is the true evidence of his character. Should I file bankruptcy, quit, take a self-help deal, shut down this blog or finish this fight? What would you do? Now let’s be honest.

Victory cast a long shadow (4/26/06)

Shadows are the byproduct of origin or the effect of a cause. Victory is destine for us and always has been. Though it be in the future the source behind it has by His brightness cast a long shadow of hope into the trial. This is nothing new there are dozens examples in the Scripture. “Faith is the substance of things hoped for” and “comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.” So God must speak to set faith and hope to the source while circumstance defies. I got a word 22 years ago from God that guaranteed my victory. Now lets look at others. David was anointed King prior to Goliath. Could Goliath kill David without turning God into a liar? Joseph had his dream before prison. Could he have been destroyed without turning God into a liar? Saul – Paul was destined to bring the message to gentile and Kings (Acts 9:15) Could the Jews have killed him without turning God into a liar? Could the Viper? My question is can the feds turn God into a liar? Better have tried! My confidence is not in justice, not truth in banking, not in my skills, my righteousness, or your confidence but in that Creative voice which does not lie and cast a long shadow into our trials to direct us to our promise and to consume the enemies of defiance in darkness. That’s why I can say I’ve been prepared for this battle over 20 years.

Fruit its time for me to get right with God. Many people are hurting so I need your help. It is apparent to me that your wisdom exceeds all others so please answer these questions for me that I might find my way from evil.

1. Is it the faith of Christ or my faith in Christ that saves?
2. How do I spot a false prophet?
3. Will serving Christ guarantee me respect in this life?
4. What convincing evidence is there that Christ is the Son of God?
5. Is Scott evil on his own or a byproduct of mine?
6. Do I have to obey the law of God or Christ?
7. Was I mistaken to see bankers as crooks because of the log in my own eye?
8. Was the Song of Kurt an addition to the Bible like Chris Taylor expressed, incompatible, or self-righteous?

The Common Tader (4/26/06)

The potato is a staple in America. Hashed, mashed, scalloped, chipped, julienned, fried, baked, boiled or liquefied into vodka we are all aware of its presence. Likewise a new staple has appeared in our culture but lacks any nourishment called the commentator. They are not participators like some great writers: Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Paine, these men commented on their experience unlike a Chris Taylor of Eastbay Express who only knows the experience of commenting. He knows nothing of the subject and had no intention of learning. He like all the others have become wordsmith of flatulence. Without the restraints of truth, reason or fact their gas is wasted energy. I love the collection of stupid opinion because I served notice long ago by TV, radio and print what I’m doing, why and what it means to the status quo these idiots enjoy. They will themselves be yesterdays news at the end of the story.

For 40 years the people grumbled and put God on trial. Every loud mouth was condemned by the mouths of these 2 witnesses. A maxim of law is that a thing is established by the testimony of 2. Joshua and Caleb spied out the enemy’s territory and declared they were no match for God. 600,000 plus fell faint and have now passed in defeat. These 2 are about to posses their promise and have lived through and past all the hassles of the fools and cowards. Between them and the promise is the Jordan River. These brave men, these two champions sent the ark (the present living God) before them into the promise, then they crossed over before the people. As this prints your 2 witness – champions declare to you from the side of promise that the Christ whom we followed here has delivered our enemies into our hands. People get ready to move, step into the promise, your prayers have been heard. The Christ, the mighty in valor has made his presence known. Now you will understand how foolish the detractors were. You will be shamed by your infantile knowledge of scripture and your vacillating faith. Why are you surprised God sent 2 mere men, weak by all accounts to destroy the strong holds of the giants of injustice? Do you think He should share His glory with any? The giants themselves are confounded by the methods of Christ. Tell me what sense can be made by the mind of reason to die to bring victory to sinners? None of you understood the sacrifice that had to be made by Dorean to deliver you, but now you will. Remember all that has been said here as the revelation of truth gives you discernment. Give every man his proper due as a prophet and counselor. Be accountable now to the words you have trusted. If not the Lord’s repent. We never were a mortgage elimination service. We were always of God’s service to create a bait that exposed the evil and corrupt hearts of rogue agents in the civil administration of Christ’s civil authority. Fraudulent mortgage contracts addressed the very core of all the temptations that were laying waste the integrity of our judicial system. The crimes are much more than your house, your contract or $3,000. You “me centered” generations are exposed as selfish and egocentric. Did not your neighbor suffer from the same crime? Prophecy (3/8/06)

We just received a copy of a prophecy by a Kim Clement spoken on 1/28/06 in Oklahoma City. We recommend all read it. It spoke to us as a witness to the work we were called to do. God has been setting up the wicked for quite sometime. You fools who think the Alsups of the world wield the power know nothing of Christ. He uses men like this as mere puppets. Do you think it an accident he flipped his lid when all we presented was a civil claim? He has been in the banker’s pocket for a long time. He could not resist an opportunity to return their favor. God knew his evil heart and new just how to expose it. He took two guys of no stature but full of courage and faith and sent us before him to tempt him to evil. He had us offer redemption, prayer and fasting in love so he would be without excuse. Now foreclosure is eminent and so far no tender, fleshly heart of repentance is appearing. Fools think they can choose when God should be sought. Christ makes it clear man should seek God while He may be found. That window is closing and do you think they will find Him when there is no offer on the table? I think not! Pray these men turn for it is better to fall upon a rock and be broken than to have the rock fall upon you and be crushed. Naysayers you are too stupid to understand even infant faith so don’t bother commenting. I don’t need to curse you, you have handled that well yourselves. Evil Ex and Dumb son were not cursed but offered life if interpreted honestly. Oh yeah, I forgot honest is not part of your skill set. Want to talk about theft, how much hope have you stolen and how will you repay it?

The Last Question (3/2/06)

All the staging is complete and the final question to be answered before one falls in battle and one remains standing is one that has supporting evidence for 2 right answers. Only one is right here and in this guidance we could use your prayers. Jesus never spoke what He was not told. Faith coming by hearing. Then you have God listening to man and backing up His words as though they were His own. Then calling things out which are not as though they were. As we come to our last and all important task which of these is God’s method? I guess there is a built in default here in that if I don’t hear by the deadline (soon) than I must call out as though thing were. Therefore it is a decision that will be made whether I get the comfort of foreknowledge or not. Regardless He who deserves the glory shall have earned it.

The Bankers Handbook (4/23/06)

A Dow Jones-Irwin book by W.H. Baughn and C.E. Walker 1966 library of Congress catalog card # 66-11814 is a book designed to help bank and bankers function. I thought the first paragraph in the preface says it all.

“The banking industry occupies the key position in a financial system that supplies the credit needed for the complex American economy. Working within the constraints established by the monetary authorities, commercial banking – through its many credit decisions – creates the deposits that act as the effective money supply for carrying on business activity.”

Translation

The Federal Reserve PRIVATE banking industry has placed itself at the key or center position of a debt based financial system that supplies the credit (vapor money) needed to float the complex duped American’s economy. Working within the constraints established by ourselves – commercial banking – through its private credit decisions or agenda – creates the fiat currency credit debt deposits that act (as in fiction) as the effective money supply for maintaining consumer confidence.

Added for this article: We will use this cheap money to buy even cheaper men of authority to attack any voice of truth.

A Fishing Lesson (4/23/06)

Benjamin Franklin once said, “He that would catch fish, must venture his bait.” This is not a total fishing guide by M.T. Hook. Fish don’t bite empty hooks. The nature of the fish must be tempted. Either hunger, habit, color or movement must entice them to become prey. I am surprised that you think a giant fish like the bankers and their gleaning fish the government can be caught on an empty hook. I can imagine some of you entering a battle and getting nicked by a sword say a $3,000 wound then dropping your sword, crying out loud, “it isn’t fair!” Your enemy will drop his sword, come running to you to say, “I’m sorry.” No he will run you through and look for another victim. We knew the fish we were baiting and God gave us the wisdom to reel in the prey. We tempted them with their greed, their tyrant movements, their color of law, and their habit of attacking. We first chummed the waters of civil but the blood frenzy consumed them. Now they are hooked and hooked deep they cannot dislodge it. How do you expect to rid the waters of life of this leviathan of evil without venturing bait? Scott and I baited them with our lives and knew we must disappear in their belly for a season but it is not long before a fish whose appetite sustained discovers the taunt line of truth and learns fear for the first time. Perhaps if you grab hold of the truth we could reel in this beast faster.

What is law (4/20/06)

As I sit in a law library with tens of thousands of pages of opinion I ask myself this question. Is law really so complicated that all this debate is necessary? From the Mayflower Compact that was 1 page of governing law that apparently worked fine to this seems unimaginable. How many lawyers were on that boat explaining the complexity of that one paragraph? Who invented this bird’s nest of poppy-cock we call law now? Man has never been able to keep the 10 commandments how is he to align his life to 60 million statutes. Have you ever asked yourself how 200 years of congress never seems to check their own work for error? In my 40’s I can look back on my 20’s and see where my convictions thought correct were error. A reasonable look into human nature would make you come to the conclusion that we are being bamboozled. I know some of you are incapable at a reasonable look into human nature because of our own personal self deception so you are exempted. Why is it that “We the People” those who formed the servants by contract continue to tolerate this absurd wickedness? A vote between two scumbags is not remedy. Starvation is the only cure for a glutton. Take away the power that has intoxicated them. Your signature, your assets, your participation. “No!” Emphatic and complete is all the power of a man. Would you continue to use a baby sitter who never arrives on time, abuses your child and demands top dollar? Of course not! Why is this simple contract any different than firing the bad servants in DC or our county seats. Banker’s have no access to you without these puppet protectors. He who has the gold rules. You are the gold that is why all this bluff is there to deceive you. Did the article in the East Bay Express contain any facts about my case or just propaganda comment? There is truth in every lie.

The Eye of the Storm (4/19/06)

We are now in the 3 week lull before our next hearing on 5/9. This is when they expect to go forward with the Faretta hearing. We are past the mental competency farce though some of you got your chance for sport. I am hoping for some good developments this day. This down time we are using to sharpen our skills and to relax in prayer and praise to get ready for battle. No battle has yet taken place in this case so it will be interesting to learn of the other players. Just the staging events has revealed many reasons to be optimistic. I am still thankful for you many supporters. I’m certain you have no idea how valuable you are in enhancing our courage and strength. If it were possible to explain how much pressure this system places upon a man to fold, even with my many years of training I have to bring my best game to compete, I would be able to give you some clue. Only those who have had to stand in a pack of hungry wolves could truly understand. Your kind words and faith are weapons that gives hope of surviving this eminent peril. Thanks are not enough I must bring you victory.

Hosanna – Cruxify (4/19/06)

Hosanna was a word of adoration that meant save us. It objectified the person spoken of as a hope, a deliverer. These shouts came just a week before the same mouths proclaimed cruxify. I remember while touring how many of you gave me glowing words of an objected deliverer. This is not a messiah message for you people who don’t understand parallel examples. You perceived Dorean as a deliverer and rightfully so, but because you did not understand the path of victory and it appeared government prevailed you soon were yelling cruxify. You knew the government was evil and corrupt which is why you joyously sought and embraced a deliverer. Don’t you feel like chaff the wind picks up a takes in any direction? Are your words of adoration as cheap as your words of vicious insult? 120 people made it to the promised comfort 50 days later out of the city alive with hosannas. History does repeat itself. Governments control weak minded people and men of courage and faith who make the stand do it for very few individuals. Those 120 changed the world. I have a relationship with Christ today because they were tenacious for truth. 2000 years of influence and those chaff-people are blown away by history. I’ll admit this battle looks as overwhelmingly scary as the foundation battle of the Christian faith but now is the time to make the wise choice. When the decisive moment comes it will only find those who chose rightly. God helps in these moments when obvious is not perhaps obvious.

This is a notice that was used to deal with the order for psychiatric examination. As you can tell I am quite competent since this notice answers all the questions of relationships an examination would seek to discover but it is not an answer under jurisdiction but over. This should place us headlong into the real issue before the court on our next hearing of May 9, 2006. Let the fireworks begin.

This is actual notice when delivered in person and constructive notice when mailed and filed with the court that Kurt F. Johnson that natural human being of flesh and blood, a living soul evidenced by his capacity to relate is not the object of an order called “ORDER FOR PSYCHIATRIC EXAMINATION UNDER 18 U.S.C. & 4241.” The natural human has not been identified as the defendant object by either the court or the prosecution. On March 21, 2006 Prosecutor JAMES KELLER when directly questioned on point stated, “we have had discussions” meaning no agreement has been obtained. The defendant’s names are all of fictional spelling and when placed in a list with a known fiction as on this alleged order, all items are presumed to be the same. THE DOREAN GROUP is a known fiction because no flesh and blood body can be found or has ever appeared. The court’s confusion as to jurisdiction and the prosecutor’s lack of clarity as to victims or defendants is not a world of fiction I am willing to participate in. I am not “ALICE” who herself was a fiction.
Secondly, my mind and thoughts are my sole property and not subject to the discretion of others absent some contract or competence as to jurisdiction. I am aware of neither currently in existence. Absent these no rights, title or interest have been assigned, purchased, pledged or gifted. My rights shall be vigorously defended against any trespass.
Last, PSYCHE is the Greek word for soul. Soul is far more than the cognitive capacities of the mind. The very fact that psychiatry has taken a broad subject of science and makes claims of fullness of knowledge based upon a sliver of subject is tantamount to licensed quackery.
My soul, cognitive abilities are of the nature of private property. An enjoyment of my liberty. The reality of the private world and the public world of fiction do not merge and can only be transversed by representation, which can only come into existence by agreement. I have made no agreement created actively or passively. All parties claiming to have any agency are a fraud. This offer is and has been refused for cause without dishonor verbally and in writing as well as noticed herewith.
If a binding agreement or contract can be produced that was obtained by good faith and full disclosure I will reconsider the offer.

Can We Get it Right (4/14/06)

Let’s talk about some facts. You are free to misinterpret these facts but to continue to build your arguments off vanity is getting stupid. Dorean never collected more than a $1,000 fee. Clients paid more but not to us. If I am a thief at least get it right. Only about 10 homes were refinanced. Some clients got no service from us near the end for a fee because of complications brought on by the criminal prosecution. To these clients we are in debt. I have never refused to resign from any trust or to reconvey. I did the legal research myself. I read the law I relied upon. Our process incorporates many facets of law that are more solid than the fantasy of the banker “We loaned you money.” I will take a deal that resolves the fraud perpetrated upon my clients. This is honor. Insisting on a change of the system at the expense of those I have a fiduciary obligation to is egotistic. They will change the system if they are forced to deal in this fashion but on their timeframe. Your complaints have nothing to do with my criminal charges. Neither do any of the BBB alerts, news stories, or government propaganda byline. I damaged a bank about 40 times between 27 victims. If you’re not one of them your charge is meaningless. Find the world’s smallest violin to bring you comfort. Now if I didn’t damage the bank why did they damage you? This is the question on the horizon. I’ve made no deal and can’t make one. I am not the defendant and can only accept one on its behalf. The prosecutor is in a position to settle with the defendant without my participation. This may happen it is no concern of mine. I am not out; my next court date is 5-9-06. Bail is not a jurisdictional option.

Here is a test. Read the documents we sent the bank and filed in the public record. Then read 18 USC 1341, 1344 and see if you as a juror see a crime. That is the government’s case. The only thing they can add is accountants who must declare only credit was extended and bankers who can’t swear out to consideration. Sure they’ll toot their horn about bad bond but you can’t raise bad bond without justifying the bank claim. Only honesty can expose a fraud. Fraud can’t without the risk of self-exposure. Would you want to try this case? If you’re anything but a zealous rookie you would not. This blind devotion is just to get through the inquisition tactics to get innocent people to admit to heresy. Once they finally understand this vanity they will probably change prosecutors with one who is their best car salesman or really knows how to cheat. Remember this is conversation for your brain not my legal strategy. Hope this helps you argue on point.

Note: We just got some computers for our defense and had to create our passwords. We used tcob so he could be in jail with us. Kind of an honor. When we get out we can pass it on so he’ll have a perpetual memory behind bars, and a kind introduction to our finest citizens. Hope he doesn’t mind this sentence.

Vanity (4/14/06)

Do you really think it vanity for a man to place his trust in his competent creator? I’m speaking to all of you except for fruit. Balaam’s ass knew the word of God better than him. For you others think on this. If God hung the stars, stores the hail and lightnings, knows the number of hairs on your head, created every animal and ecosystem, can’t He handle bankers and their kiss-ass thugs? Those of you who do not recognize His existence can excuse yourself from a discussion of His attributes. How can you concern yourself with a personality you’ve never met? A man can draw endless strength from a God whose reign is secured by power. Circumstance becomes the temptation to change one’s focus from divine and eternal to temporal. When Jesus rebuked Peter it was for this act. My suffering or hopelessness is no different than yours. My eyes though are set on the attributes I see and my ears set to the immutable word I hear. When God says He hates dishonest weights and measures and injustice do you bet with Him or crumble under the pressure of a conformist world? The more you know Him the more you can trust His word. His word being the creative force is not restricted to solve any problem by the finite parameters of your understanding. He can inject newness at any given moment. It is because of who He is and How He reigns that justify courage and endurance under any trial. All your deficiencies are subsidized by His sufficiency. Sometimes letting go is the best grip you can maintain on victory. Test His faithfulness and character and you will not find it vanity.

A Suffering Thought (4/14/06)

We had a moment to reflect on our sufferings and all the loss we have had to tolerate. This could make us sad or angry but that is not how we responded. Instead we took to prayer and asked the Lord to consider that we are not suffering alone that many have had to bear this heavy weight. As we sought comfort for ourselves we sought it for you all the more. We know He is aware and that our care is His constant concern. Take comfort in this. We will give our lives to deliver you from the fraud behind this damage but only you can call upon God for the assurance of your well-being. You need an eternal perspective to see past these temporary troubles. Teach your families to do the same. Don’t let worthless fiat-currency-credits destroy the valuable, irreplaceable relationships. Even idiots like Tcob would give all his possessions to assure his son’s safety. This love should be respected even though his opinion is worthless. We still have a hope of restoration and truth prevailing. Don’t be deceived the lie will not bring you peace in the end. You may have found a resting place for your blame but that will not be a shelter to you. Pray for those who share in your sorrows and help one another, that is kind and productive. Hang in there it will get better.

A Court of Law (4/10/06)

Law is not to be some complex maze only a professional lawyer can navigate. This is as evil today as in the days of Jesus with the Sadducees. In a court of law a victim simply states in basic English the damage they incurred, by whom, and when and swears out that it is true. The accused can easily understand the nature of the charges against him because it is straightforward and the accuser is identified. In a court of color of law you have violations of code and no discernable victim. It is like a fish on the east coast called a flounder. It is a small relative to the west coast Halibut. When young it looks like a normal fish, but later it morphs with one eye moving onto the other side of its body. It becomes a bug-eyed bottom feeder. That is nothing like a normal fish. The color of law, flounder court is a morph. It is an admiralty court contract in nature functioning out of water so to speak. It can rule using common law and use the terms but it can only do so by agreement. It has no power to impose a fine or imprison. It can compel nothing unless there is a submissive agreement among the parties. The captain of a boat is no more man or of greater right than a mate except by agreement. Bound by contract the mate must obey or go to the brig. Every breach being a crime. Welcome to the modern statutory courts. Don’t get on this boat and refuse their contracts and they will someday take their vessels and sail away. Every crime is discretionary and arbitrary because policy or what works is the only consideration. Keeping the boat afloat is all that matters God forbid it should ever flounder.

A Prayer (4/10/06)

Heavenly Father I call upon you as a weak child. Needing your strength, wisdom and understanding. I pray not for myself but for all those who have set their hearts toward truth and suffer. Encourage them as you have me. Open their eyes to see your provision. In mercy nurture them, shore up all their weaknesses. Bring them soon to their promised restoration. Confound our enemy and expose the folly of their wickedness. Deliver us suddenly in a way that can only credit to your honor, glorifying the Son. Establish the work we have done as a testimony to faith and to your faithfulness. Let this generation know that the God of ancient renoun is alive and well, is unchanged, remaining the same, and still has His word forever settled on earth as it is in heaven. Convert our accusers into witnesses, let them boast of the amazing work you have done. Give us our property and our liberty that we may bless our legacy and our neighbors. Create in our hearts a state of honor and thankfulness that we may never forget the source of our victory and blessing. When the curious question us let us proclaim it is the Lord. Many oppose this work and say hateful things, change their hearts before you change the circumstances that they may not be blind to your ways or your power. Give us all courage and endurance to finish. Give us justice even with these evil men for you rule and reign in righteousness. Thank you dear Lord. Amen

Lessons of Defeat (4/9/06)

There is an interesting story in Judges 20 where all the tribes battle against the brethren. They inquire of the Lord to fight and He responds to send Judah first. Judah is equal to praise. Now imagine you get God’s blessing and go forth with praise, would you expect defeat? No and why should you but that is what happened. This is why I love God. He is too wise to fathom. He exceeds all my reason and imagination. His vastness and greatness are risk to me and precisely why He is God. On March 21 I was told to complete a delivery of messages to the court. I did what I was told and had God’s blessing upon it. The side effect was the mental competency and a temptation for doubt. I’m certain these people had the same temptation. I was stimulated by this as a new and deeper opportunity to trust God. In this battle story God used defeat to bait the enemy so on the 3rd attempt they would prevail. God was always in charge and always wiser. Hindsight made it clear. Faith = to trust is using your hindsight as forethought. I don’t truly understand what happened on the 21st or what it means in the big picture but I’m certain of one thing; God caused it to happen for a profound reason. We all may discover this together. It was an important day in this battle and may be just what is needed to prevail. You too may have to lose your house, marriage, friends, or family an apparent defeat before you see God was always in charge and sent you down this path to bring you victory in the end. God is not as obvious as these adolescent naysayers have reasoned. Find opportunity to trust Him individually and let the crowd be damned.

Ziklag – Bitter loss to Victory (4/9/06)

In 1 Samuel 30 there is a story you all can relate to. Before we get to the story let’s first look at the back story. Saul was ordered by God to kill all the Amalekites. (chpt. 15) He presumed he could please God without obedience. He failed and had to pay a heavy price. His rebellion did not only cause him to suffer but is a core to our story. David and his men return to their camp Ziklag to find the Amalekites have taken all they loved. If Saul would have done his duty we would not have the Ziklag story or the suffering of innocence. David was in danger because the bitter people wanted to blame him for their pain. (Where have I seen this before?) The blame belonged to Saul but none of these men cared to know history or do their homework. Those who have lost home, family, reputation or anything of value understand their bitterness of soul. David was not absent of suffering he had lost all in the same raid of the enemy. What he did though to separate himself from those in pain was (v.6) strengthen himself in the Lord. He besought God and His will. An answer was available. Pursue, overtake and get everything back plus some. David asked the priest for the ephod-breast-plate of righteousness. Today it is Christ the King of Righteousness and High Priest that supplies this need. All of you who think you know my righteousness study an irrelevant subject. You blame me for the sins of another because you suffer and ignore mine though I battle beside you and when I go to be strengthened by the sufficiency of Christ you ridicule me like it makes a difference. If all my shortcomings were true than Christ is even more sufficient and magnified.

Now on the journey to victory out in the country is an Egyptian. Egypt has always been symbolic of bondage in scripture. All David’s and David’s men have all they love under bondage at this meeting. Notice though that this Egyptian fell sick 3 days. This is the number that represents resurrection. Resurrection is new life. Victory is new life and can easily be considered new life when compared to the tragedy of theft, bondage, and pain of our journey. These tears were real as are yours and no discount of your pain is justified. The question is can you learn from their lives? This Egyptian was a slave to the enemy who only exist because our predecessor failed to kill him. The Egyptian brings aid in knowledge and direction. Upon reading this story we asked God to send us an Egyptian. This should be part of your prayer life. The Egyptian we imagine is someone sick of his master (The Banker) who sees us pursuing and gives us what is needed by way of knowledge and direction to prevail. You disgruntled clients who wish to stone me because of your pain, don’t you think you would be better served by this prayer and soon victory? David did get his victory and nothing was lost of that which was taken and spoils of abundance were added that blessed all his neighbors. This is the promise but faint not. If you are exhausted don’t curse your champions but man the supplies and pray. Your part returns with the strong. Ziklag is real today in Dorean and so is your restoration.

The Work of Birth (4/08/06)

Part of the complaint here is that I just took money as a cheat. It is like I did no work and the public record is non-existent. You acknowledge the banks rebuttals but not my work. Even Stewart Gerstecker of Savenyson.com fame when cooperating with the FBI gave them documents that showed I worked. Wheat and tares look alike as seedling but show their true nature at maturity. How do you judge wisely when the question of my documents is not settled? I said long before I was arrested in a television interview that aired that the worst thing the government could do was bring criminal charges. I wasn’t talking about it being the worst thing for me but for them. They are trapped now to settle my claim verses the banks. The odds at worst are 50 / 50. I have already survived their 95% conviction rate which is the breaking of a man to accept a deal. I didn’t break and will not deal. Now we get to trial statistics which are much better for the government’s victim. I’ve moved all your claims to better conditions all the time. I wonder how many mothers in childbirth when the contractions begin adamantly say in response to the pain “I will not give birth?” As we try to give birth to truth in the mortgage industry and the pain arrives it seems strange to me how you fight the one thing that will stop the pain and bring enough joy to make you forget it. Just breathe, you’ll make it!

Dressing a Lie (4/06/06)

A successful lie if there is such a thing is one that is substantially true. The blatant lie fails because it is not subtle enough to fool the reason. The Zodiac which is the 12 signs from antiquity that are on the equatorial belt. They do tell a story and a destiny in truth. If I desire to hide the truth I keep the method but change the object of the story. This is how our legal system is designed to perpetrate a lie. Form and procedure are a mask or a dress to give the color of law. I was stalled at the Faretta until we could deliver God’s message. This is a hearing to determine if one is competent to represent oneself. Of course this is not true but it looks good. Now inserted as a precursor is my mental competence. I am much more happy with this issue because it is at the core of the conflict. Mental competence is the heart of a man’s identity or his truthfulness to himself and is also at the core of the presumed power exercised under the color of law by this court. Here is where we can draw the line as to what is reality and what is fiction. This is no child’s game because truth and reality being subjective can open a man to some of the greatest deceptions. Beyond subjectivity there are real truths, timeless, and greater than a man. If I dress in robe and gavel, have clerks, stenographers, marshals, guns, and jails I could be very convincing that my point of view is truth. Only one trained in truth with courage could survive all the temptations to enter wonderland with all these fictions and subjection to the colorful animation of law. Real law is nothing like this. There are no fictions and truth is the goal. The current farce is about decorum, banking, and public policy. Which is a term that simply means whatever is expedient to rule the masses. What works is exchanged for what’s right. Justice becomes Just-us. Now face to face, core to core, man against machine, truth verses a well dressed lie, all the presumption will be destroyed by settlement. Here is the strange way truth works in this wonderland. If the world is fiction and I am not than to become competent I must succumb to some form of fictional interface; Pro Per, Pro Se, Attorney, or standby counsel. If I wish to stay at truth and reality I must remain incompetent to truly be competent. Think of it like this. The black sheep of a black flock would appear white as snow. One must check his premise to find truth in the formal masquerade of “American” Jurisprudence dressed for the kill.

Trial (4/4/06)

All the defendants are posturing into position and this jockeying will take a little time. Our next hearing is on May 9th. Because of the diversification of many varied interest the delays will become greater and there could be a myriad crossfire motions to complex things further. On the 4th we had procedural ideas that God put in check immediately. It’s like having your footstep lit just as you need to take it. Even though it’s a direction change it is clearly illuminated and obvious. There is a peaceful pleasure being led faithfully by our gentle shepherd. This complex and possibly scary transaction with your life as the wager simply unfolds with no anxiety or fear. I’m certain this is noticed by the court. 98% of all their customers are crapping themselves even though their lawyers are doing all the talking and here we are two nobody’s moving easily with every change of current. They want us to really have a lawyer so he can make a deal. That song comes to my mind “If you don’t know me by now…” In my strict liability securities fraud case which was much more difficult to win I turned down 4 months credit for time served, get out in 2 days, plead to a misdemeanor. I did not accept and did 5 years 8 months, with no regrets. I’m not nor are my principles as cheap as time. What if I took that deal? I would probably have been respectable to the naysayers this time. Nah! I would still be the villain who didn’t spin the world the opposite way to stop all the bad things that could happen to them. I guess we’ll all just have to face our trials.

The Last Validation:

Here is the impossible hurdle for Judge Alsup and Keller. There are 27 banks and 30 something transactions as the foundation of our crimes. Because of the nature of the elements of the crimes validation of the debt cannot be awarded. There are 10-year enhancements for a FDIC institution as victim. The claimant cannot be properly identified without scrutiny of the claim. What they were afraid to do in the civil arena they must now perform to convict. Do you think they are suddenly now going to find the courage to expose their underbelly? They themselves are exposed to criminal prosecution. When they can’t validate the judge and prosecutor are going to use them as the scapegoat for their sins. This is easy. Our damages to these 2 men was caused by the banks lying about a loan, “We had no choice based on the information brought to the court.” They will charge them with perjury, sanction each lawyer and refer them to the bar. What they can’t validate they never can. It is one thing to be called a liar because of things outside your control and quite another when you control all factual matters. The victims in this case are all lawbreakers, liars, and without clean hands. The last validation will come as a validation of our process because they still cannot validate their claim. There comes a time when every great bluffer finds an opponent whose hand does not allow him to fold and validation must occur. We are here, calling, all-in, and the cards must be displayed! Get ready for a windfall of chips!

Full Circle

Our case has been moved from Oakland to San Francisco with Judge Alsup taking the case. It is only fitting for the loud mouth that started the government’s assault to be where it all comes to an end. We are more than happy with this development. There have been many court appointments for early staging issues and we have been moved to various facilities until we’ve settled in the Federal Detention Center in Dublin California. This is where we will finish out the exercise until we get it in the end. (That was for you tcob247) likewise I see you’ve not taken advantage of my Dad’s proffer after all your posting about how and why you were bowing out, like usual all talk no action! If this were to go to trial you could expect a case like this to last 9 months on pre-trial issues and one year in trial. Hope you all won’t mind if I don’t take this to trial, and get it over much sooner. I said the 21st was an important day, and it was for a number of reasons. All the events on that day and since were in our favor. Although you would think we are to be scared of the big bad invincible government threatens us with 2000 years of time with its best resources. HA! HA! It still remains impossible to fear this paper tiger.

I’m Incompetent (4/4/06)

We had a hearing on the 4th with a hurdle placed in front of our Farretta hearing. The Judge wanting to be appeal cautious wants us evaluated by a psyche. We have refused this offer and it will create some interesting issues to deal with. Especially because I am willing to admit to my incompetence. Not a mental incompetence but rather a factual incompetence. I have asked the court direct questions like what is the jurisdiction as to subject matter and they answer a venue question. I ask the prosecution who I am in his eyes as a defendant and he says we’ve had discussion when asked to state our agreement. Imagine your child asking you which ball we we’re going to use obviously trying to identify the game he was about to enter and your response being “the red one.” You answer his question technically but deceptively. This is what we’re getting. How can one claim competence in honesty? Like signing a 30 page mortgage contract in the 5 minutes they give you. You are agreeing to things you have no comprehension and it will later be used against you. I cannot fall for this tactic. There is no presumption I’ll tolerate. They will not be able to get me to declare I’m competent at golf and then take that as acceptance to enter a tennis match. Like banker doublespeak these guys talk out of the sides of their neck. Just paying attention is enough to prove your wits about you.

Did you hear? (By Scott 4/1/06)

I’ve read many comments posted on this blog by those who purport to be followers of Christ and are Dorean clients. I thought I would relate a personal story in an attempt to help those of you who may need help with discernment and commitment.

In 1995 I was approached to invest in a project. I performed the best due diligence I could to determine whether or not this was a good investment. Then I took it before the Lord. Within 24 hours I received my answer from heaven and it was a resounding “NO.” Not being satisfied with that answer I forged ahead only to discover the reality of not listening. I did manage to recover about 15% of the investment only by the grace of God. I could not bring a charge against heaven because I was warned. I learned a valuable lesson on obedience which travels with me always.

So I ask those of you who purport to be followers of Christ, believed to have been scammed and continually spew your poison, did you prayerfully enter our process? If the answer is “yes” you did prayerfully enter and did receive a “go” from heaven and you went, then why do you complain? If the answer is “yes” you did prayerfully enter and received a “no” from heaven and went anyway, then why do you complain? If the answer is “no” you did not prayerfully enter, then why do you complain?

An honest assessment of why you find yourselves here with us appears to be necessary. Perhaps those of you who were obedient to the “go” are missing the true blessing which is being a vessel poured out for the masters use. Fear not my brethren God is with us. Faint not but pick up your cross and follow. Those of you to whom God said “no” and decided to “go,” well take it from me obedience is better than sacrifice. I can only hope that you have learned to be better listeners. Those of you who did not prayerfully consider participation all I can say is let this be a lesson you will long remember otherwise you are destined to repeat it.

I have met several of you who prayerfully considered entrance and continue to pray and support us in this important fight. You have our undying love and respect for remaining strong, God see’s your devotion and will reward it. It is our intention to refund the entrance fees to all clients and bless the clients who through all of the morass remained faithful and supportive.

Introducing My Great God (4/1/06)

God is part of the subject matter of this forum because He is at the core of life. The mortgage is at the core of just about everybody’s financial life. Here the two meet for a lot of people. Some men enter large battles foolishly but most prayerfully consider their path. Many of you detractors ridicule my reliance on God and think I use it as a front. Some have even said I didn’t talk of Him before jail. Well to this there are a couple of thousand witnesses that you are wrong. Your retorts are that you know God and I’m a liar. Let’s examine your Great God. He has not taught you love, but that might not be one of His traits. He has not taught you caution otherwise you would not have fallen prey to a cheat. Perhaps He can’t overpower the will of a man. Maybe He doesn’t know the future and can’t forewarn. Your God appears to be no more powerful than your reason. But then again if you are His creator what more could you expect. A mental idea or a wooden idol is still a dead God that doesn’t exist. My God whom you claim to know which name you slapped on your idol is not my creation. He has already defeated 10 felonies. Given me wisdom and courage. Forewarned me of perils. Taught me love hope and courage. Shared and gave me opportunity to use His model of victory by shame and weakness. Now the Feds who thought their play book of breaking men (99% reliable) would bring them sure victory, (they never imagined it not working because the man was already broken) are now trapped by their own folly they don’t know the cure to continue their fraud. They have to convict which is impossible and I won’t quit. Perhaps your idol is not that clever in dealing with His enemies. Maybe He is just sleeping. Hang in there He’ll prove Himself in the end.

The Free Gift (3/30/06)

I mentioned the cheap grace being the cancer of the church and got the dumb-ass retort of this “ME” generation to prove it. “It’s not cheap it’s free.” I bring this up not as a church lesson but rather as a human lesson applicable to this blog in that “ME” is the blindfold robbing you of wisdom necessary to obtain victory. The me generation measures every cost and event from themselves outward. There is never any consideration of others. Grace is a good example here to display their ignorance. Grace is defined as unmerited favor but that is not synonymous with free. “FREE” is merely the perspective of the benefactor. Christ sold His entire estate to pay the price to make the offer of Grace. It was not free to the giver. His price was high! Secondly it was unmerited but not unconditional for it was attached to faith which is not free. Faith is an action of trusting which is not synonymous with the noun to believe. Actions require the will which is engaged after mental wrangling. Mental wrangling is not free and very much measures the cost of actions taken. Faith in Christ always demands courage which at the very least will cost you your fears and doubts. “By grace through faith” binds these two gifts together. The me perspective never contemplates the cost, thoughts, or intent of another party. You “ME” idiots always rant about your sorry life which is the only truth you can muster. Truth arrives from the consideration of others. You can’t fathom my good will intent because I have to go through a jaded path of peril to deliver it. You don’t like it because it requires a little trust. It may not be fee which is what you are used to and all you think you’re worth. Unlike you I am aware of the suffering of others and always seek the best and fastest remedy not putting my pain above all as a self-centered adolescent. But let’s not talk about me for you are so important.

Discovery (3/28/06)

Our discovery is 150,000 + documents of which we have about 66,000. It is an insult to have even filed this case. As we look at what they possess we find our intent spelled out in writing. Legal memorandums and public explanations to clarify misunderstandings and mischaracterizations of our process. It takes a bank purchased judge and rookies to even have the foolishness to attempt this prosecution. Of course my conversations of logic are not legal strategy. Does it make sense to argue with a bully how much of your lunch money is his? Of course not! He has no claim, rights, title or interest. This tyrant wants me to justify his claim by a retort. I personally don’t give a damn about his opinion he is no relation to me. I have no contractual dealing with or ever would entertain one. American jurisprudence is the only fraud more complex than the fraud of the banks. They are mutually beneficial like the mob and labor unions. We as a people need to stop participating in this farce. Stop being a juror or grand juror. Stop going, stop suing. Handle all your affairs privately and you will no longer be subject to public policy. That nebulous gray cloud that is always morphing and riding the winds. Let us retreat to the peaceable place of honest dealing among men. Find your own way, stop working for corporations. The people are all the power and that is why these bloodsuckers leach onto us. In mass “No” would be the shout heard round the world. Let’s try that for a discovery.

Another Ending (3/28/06)

We have closed the office. This was a disappointment because we viewed it as a faith trophy. You learn in these times that trophies are not as great as the giver of faith. On the good side we have seen 1/3 of the discovery and the feds have done a great job of digitizing our office. We can easily get files in order, know which trust were seized etc. 17 is the biblical number for victory. Scott and I have begun our victory fast. No longer are we called to pray and fast for our enemy. This season and their opportunity is past. God once told Jeremiah “Even if Moses or Samuel prayed for these people I would not listen.” That is kind of where we are now. God knows we poured ourselves out until God was done listening. This fast is for you and your victory.

Personal Note: For those of you who truly understand the fraud of the mortgage industry but do not like my person or approach I want you to know I still think of you as brother. We fight together even if on different fronts. Your success is as desired as mine for we all suffer under fraud. Thank you for your efforts and if I offend you remember how I truly feel about you. Keep up the good fight because our coward enemy is dismayed by our persistence.

Minus the Sidetracks (3/27/06)

We are now before the troublemaker. Utah was not an originator, the feds created that. They were a scout that failed. I have done my best to give us the best chance of prevailing. There are no more delays of any substance. Every appearance accomplishes something even if it appears only to be a continuance to you. Judge Alsup has an agenda, which is smarter than the prosecutions. Each time we wrestle or grapple for preeminence. Now that our message from Christ has been completed the transversing can cease. It is all brass tacks from here. I do not have a vain imagination they will say “uncle” willingly so I must ever be present for tactical advantage. I am certain of this one thing. I will not be passively lulled into an argumentative discourse taking years. Those of you who pray and have the ear of God I thank you. I am certain your faithfulness has been a large measure of my strength and wisdom. Know that He who hears your prayers and has delivered in part will finish the work and bring you the deserved reward of victory. Imagine this temptation: I accuse you of fraud and all the discovery I provide proves me wrong. Would you argue? Wisdom is different than common sense. We are Grasshoppers (3/27/06)

Men of faith and the faithless will always be severed by their perspective. Some will look at the Federal Government as a giant too great, making them grasshoppers in self-thought. Others can see a promise making the giant appear as grasshoppers. Few it can be said can find the courage to stand against the forces of evil. Even if you are honest with yourself you will recognize how you vacillate even as a spectator to this battle. Try standing in front of a Federal Judge who is intent on your peril and staying on your feet. Think you can do it? Ever tried it? Would you pay someone $1,000 to do it for you? Every time I go before this beast your claim is present. They are always trying to quash it and I am forever attempting to sustain it. This is battle and one claim will perish in the end. Tell me is it more crazy to tell a man his house is on fire and to be glad God extended his mercy or to defy the principle of your agency who happens to be the living God? How can one explain the tactics of warfare to civilians? Just know soldiers who knew the cost took the trustee job without ever feeling they were grasshoppers to any foe.

Call Me Insane (3/26/06)

Judge Alsup wants to question my sanity but how can a man willing to defy the living God have the appropriate discretion to look into any other life. He hates his own life, how can he fathom love, wisdom, patience, suffering or any gifts of the Spirit. His offer has been refused. I’ll admit that the life of faith is insanity to this world but he who lives not for this world does not entertain the opinion of fools. Many who post here must be frustrated by their prolific rants of folly making no impact on people who know more about them than they know themselves. To you as the bankers and government we shall all be insane. Even our victory will not change this opinion. It will just become your reason to except defeat. "If they were sane we could have beat them easily but because they were insane we never could control the battle." That is the truth, you were never in control and even your foolish discourse was a tool for the living God to teach and use you as sport. In the same way you were baited and hooked by your nature the judge, prosecutor, FBI and bankers were all baited and hooked for this insane display of God’s providence over history.

Message Delivered (3/26/06)

March 21st came and it was a special day of faith. God had given a season of testing that was completed on the 20th and asked Scott and I to juggle or transverse in contracting to buy the time to get to this moment. We were faithful and delivered the message larger than our lives and the corrupt mortgage industry which is in the matter of the heart that would be evil enough to entertain such corruption. The only cure is a submission to Christ. The offer was made 5 times and on the 21st it was made clear that their defiance was no longer tolerated by the heavens. What does that look like in the eyes of man I know not but with the eyes of faith we know God rules and reigns. At present we are led now to begin our course of resisting their bogus jurisdiction. April 4th Keller will not be present so who knows if we will get anything done. They are still hiding information and we will still insist upon its revealing. I’ll end with this message. Our victory is your shortest path to recovery of damages. I cannot prevent them for the entire system is beset by a proposition of presumption, which will evaporate upon a factual finding. When all these judges and bankers discover that the bridges they erected from the middle to the ends will not be completed because they had no rights, title or interest in the land they were aiming at. Then the folly of their endeavor will be fully exposed.
